Description

一种拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种折弯机,尤其涉及一种拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机。
背景技术
众所周知,拎桶的两侧分别设有提手以便于人们将桶拎起。在现有技术中,多采用手动的方式将钢丝折弯,然后在安装在拎桶的两侧,这种折弯方式比较浪费人力,工作效率也十分低下,且不良品率也较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,实现对钢丝提手折弯一次成型,折弯效率高。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,包括开设有通孔的操作台、设于所述通孔下方的钢丝限位件、驱动所述钢丝限位件伸出或抽离所述通孔的限位件驱动件、设于所述操作台上方且位于所述通孔后方的第一折弯机构、设于所述操作台上方且位于所述通孔左前方的第二折弯机构、设于所述操作台上方且位于所述通孔右前方的第三折弯机构,在对钢丝进行折弯时,所述钢丝限位件伸出所述通孔,所述第一折弯机构、第二折弯机构、第三折弯机构与所述折弯限位件相配合对钢丝进行折弯,折弯完成后,所述钢丝限位件自所述通孔中抽离,钢丝在所述操作台的限制下与所述钢丝限位件分离。
优选地,所述钢丝限位件的横截面形状与钢丝折弯后围合区域的形状一致。
优选地,所述钢丝限位件的横截面呈多边形。
优选地,所述通孔的形状与所述钢丝限位件的横截面形状一致。
优选地,所述第一折弯机构包括呈U形且开口朝向所述钢丝限位件的第一折弯件、驱动所述第一折弯件在前后方向上运动的第一驱动件,所述第二折弯机构包括第二折弯件、驱动所述第二折弯件在左右方向上运动的第二驱动件,所述第三折弯机构包括第三折弯件、驱动所述第三折弯件在左右方向上运动的第三驱动件。
优选地,所述通孔的两侧分别设有向上凸起的用于放置所述钢丝的钢丝脚垫,两个所述钢丝脚垫的上表面位于同一平面。
进一步优选地,所述钢丝脚垫的左侧和/或右侧设有用于对所述钢丝端部 进行定位的定位件。
优选地,所述第二折弯件和第三折弯件的端部均设有用于对所述钢丝进行折弯的弧形折弯部。
优选地,所述第二折弯机构和第三折弯机构对称设置。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本实用新型的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,采用机械装置对钢丝提手进行折弯,且能够一次成型,能够提高生产效率,减少企业生产成本,同时折弯后的钢丝提手规格统一,良品率高。

如附图1和附图2所示的一种拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,包括开设有通孔2的操作台1、设于通孔2下方的钢丝限位件3、驱动钢丝限位件3伸出或抽离通孔2的限位件驱动件4、设于操作台1上方且位于通孔2后方的第一折弯机构5、设于操作台1上方且位于通孔2左前方的第二折弯机构6、设于操作台1上方且位于通孔2右前方的第三折弯机构7。
在本折弯机对钢丝10进行折弯时,限位件驱动件4驱动钢丝限位件3伸入通孔2并且使钢丝限位件3的上端部伸出通孔2,然后第一折弯机构5、第二折弯机构6、第三折弯机构7与折弯限位件3相配合对钢丝10进行折弯;钢丝10折弯完成后,钢丝10缠绕在钢丝限位件3上,限位件驱动件4驱动钢丝限位件3向下运动,使钢丝限位件3自通孔2中抽离,钢丝10在操作台1的限制下与钢丝限位件3分离,以便于操作员将折弯好的钢丝10收起,然后在放置新的钢丝10继续进行折弯。
钢丝限位件3可根据钢丝10要折弯的形状做成各种形状,本实施例中,钢丝限位件3的横截面呈多边形侧,以便于第一折弯机构5、第二折弯机构6、第三折弯机构7对钢丝10进行折弯。
通孔2的形状与钢丝限位件3的横截面形状相同,且钢丝限位件3伸入通孔2时,钢丝限位件3与通孔2之间的间隙小于钢丝10的直径,这种情况下,钢丝限位件3向下运动时,才能借助操作台1的限制与钢丝10分离。
第一折弯机构5包括呈U形且开口朝向钢丝限位件3的第一折弯件51、驱动所述第一折弯件51在前后方向上运动的第一驱动件52。第一折弯件51的开口与钢丝限位件3的形状相配合。第二折弯机构6包括第二折弯件61、驱动第二折弯件61在左右方向上运动的第二驱动件62。第三折弯机构7包括第三折弯件71、驱动第三折弯件71在左右方向上运动的第三驱动件72。第二折弯件61和第三折弯件71的端部均设有用于对钢丝10进行折弯的弧形折弯部11。优选的,第二折弯机构6和第三折弯机构7对称设置。
通孔2的两侧分别设有向上凸起的用于放置钢丝10的钢丝脚垫8,两个钢丝脚垫8的上表面位于同一平面。两个钢丝脚垫8也位于第一折弯件51的两侧。钢丝脚垫8的左侧和/或右侧设有用于对钢丝10端部进行定位的定位件9,以使折弯后的钢丝提手规格统一,良品率高。
本折弯机对钢丝10进行折弯时,先将钢丝10放置在两个钢丝脚垫8上,其一端与定位件9相抵,然后驱动限位件驱动件4向上运动,使限位件驱动件4驱动钢丝限位件3自操作台1下方伸入通孔2中,并且钢丝限位件3的上端部伸出通孔2,然后第一折弯件51向前运动,与钢丝限位件3相配合对钢丝10进行第一次折弯;然后第二折弯件61、第三折弯件71分别相右和向左运动,与折弯限位件3相配合对钢丝10进行第二次折弯,折弯后的钢丝10的形状如图3所示,钢丝10折弯完成后,第一折弯件51、第二折弯件61、第三折弯件71均向远离折弯限位件3方向运动,钢丝10缠绕在钢丝限位件3上,限位件驱动件4驱动钢丝限位件3向下运动,使钢丝限位件3自通孔2中抽离,钢丝10在操作台1上表面的限制下与钢丝限位件3分离,以便于操作员将折弯好的钢丝10收起,然后再放置新的钢丝10继续进行折弯。

  1. 一种拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:包括开设有通孔的操作台、设于所述通孔下方的钢丝限位件、驱动所述钢丝限位件伸出或抽离所述通孔的限位件驱动件、设于所述操作台上方且位于所述通孔后方的第一折弯机构、设于所述操作台上方且位于所述通孔左前方的第二折弯机构、设于所述操作台上方且位于所述通孔右前方的第三折弯机构,在对钢丝进行折弯时,所述钢丝限位件伸出所述通孔,所述第一折弯机构、第二折弯机构、第三折弯机构与所述折弯限位件相配合对钢丝进行折弯,折弯完成后,所述钢丝限位件自所述通孔中抽离,钢丝在所述操作台的限制下与所述钢丝限位件分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述钢丝限位件的横截面形状与钢丝折弯后围合区域的形状一致。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述钢丝限位件的横截面呈多边形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述通孔的形状与所述钢丝限位件的横截面形状一致。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述第一折弯机构包括呈U形且开口朝向所述钢丝限位件的第一折弯件、驱动所述第一折弯件在前后方向上运动的第一驱动件,所述第二折弯机构包括第二折弯件、驱动所述第二折弯件在左右方向上运动的第二驱动件,所述第三折弯机构包括第三折弯件、驱动所述第三折弯件在左右方向上运动的第三驱动件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述通孔的两侧分别设有向上凸起的用于放置所述钢丝的钢丝脚垫,两个所述钢丝脚垫的上表面位于同一平面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述钢丝脚垫的左侧和/或右侧设有用于对所述钢丝端部进行定位的定位件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述第二折弯件和第三折弯件的端部均设有用于对所述钢丝进行折弯的弧形折弯部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的拎桶的钢丝提手折弯机,其特征在于:所述第二折弯机构和第三折弯机构对称设置。
