Claims (7)
- 一种具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,其特征在于,包括:盘体(1);外圈转盘(2),具有反应杯放置孔,用于放置辅助加样的反应杯;内圈转盘(3),具有反应杯放置孔,用于放置孵育的反应杯,所述内圈转盘(3)与外圈转盘(2)同轴设置,且位于外圈转盘(2)内;第一驱动件(4),用于驱动外圈转盘(2)转动;第二驱动件(5),用于驱动内圈转盘(3)转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,其特征在于,内圈转盘(3)设置在主轴(17)上并跟随主轴(17)一同转动,所述主轴(17)为空心的;内圈转盘(3)底部设置有加热器(12),加热器(12)的线缆从主轴(17)内部空心引出,所述主轴(17)设置有电滑环(25),所述电滑环(25)与加热器(12)的线缆连接以实现对加热器(12)的供电。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,其特征在于,所述外圈转盘(2)上沿周向设置有若干组反应杯放置孔。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,其特征在于,所述外圈转盘(2)外侧沿所述外圈转盘(2)周向设置反应杯抓取装置、加样针装置和加试剂装置;反应杯抓取装置用于将反应杯放置到外圈转盘(2)上的反应杯 放置孔上或者将反应杯外圈转盘(2)上的反应杯放置孔上取走;加样针装置和加试剂装置用于分别向外圈转盘(2)上的反应杯内注入样品和试剂。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,其特征在于,外圈转盘(2)底部的四周伸出4个安装支板(24)。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,其特征在于,内转盘电机支架(9)上设置长腰孔,第二驱动件(5)通过螺钉穿过长腰孔固定在内转盘电机支架(9)上。
- 一种温育方法,使用权利要求1-6任一项所述的具有辅助加样位的内外圈温育盘装置,包括以下方法:S1:由机械手将反应杯抓取到外圈转盘(2)上;S2:外圈转盘(2)转动,使反应杯到达加样工位,向反应杯加入样本,外圈转盘(2)继续转动,使反应杯到达试剂添加工位,向反应杯加入试剂;S3:使用机械手将加入样本和试剂的反应杯从外圈转盘(2)上搬运到内圈转盘(3)进行温育;S4:温育完成后,使用机械手将反应杯从内圈转盘(3)上搬运到外圈转盘(2),完成温育。
