具体地,票据管理系统102分别与总控系统(BSSC)104以及档案管理系统(SAM)106通信连接,总控系统104与终端设备通信连接,终端设备可以是一台或多台扫描清分一体设备。票据管理系统102、总控系统104以及档案管理系统106均可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
其中,总控系统104可用于控制扫描清分一体设备,同时采集扫描清分一体设备在作业流程中产生的业务信息。例如,扫描清分一体设备在作业流程中可以为每张纸质票据建立唯一的票据ID以及获取纸质票据的票据扫描图像,总控系统104可获取上述的票据ID和票据扫描图像。
档案管理系统106用于对实物票据和电子票据进行档案管理。
图1所示的应用环境中,票据信息归档方法的一种流程如图2所示,具体实施时,总控系统104还分别与人工补录系统(IOP)、智能解析系统(OCR)以及业务系统进行信息交互。其中,智能解析系统用于解析票据扫描图像,得到票面数据;人工补录系统用于在智能解析系统无法解析票据扫描图像时,通过人工补录得到票面数据;业务系统用于向审核人员提供票据扫描图像,以使得审核人员通过查看票据扫描图像的方式对票据进行审核,并在审核通过后生成审核凭证。
在对票据信息进行归档之前,扫描清分一体设备将预设数量的相同状态、相同类型、相同公司的纸质票据分拣到同一个格口里,将每个分格内的纸质票据作为一册纸质票据,每册纸质票据对应一个待归档票据集合。
在票据的数据归档流程中,总控系统104在扫描清分一体设备执行完最后一次分拣时,将获取到的一册纸质票据中每张票据的票据ID发送给票据管理系统102。票据管理系统102根据接收到的各票据ID获取对应的票面数据和审核凭证,整理得到归档所需的归档清单,再将归档清单中以张为维度的票据数据转化为以份为维度的归档数据,并将归档数据发送给档案管理系统106进行存储。在票据的实物归档流程中,先对一册纸质票据进行签收,然后根据预设的文件模板以及数据归档流程中得到的归档数据打印归档清单和档案封面,对该册纸质票据、归档清单和档案封面进行装订得到一册纸质票据对应的标准档案,从而实现票据的实物归档。
具体地,票据管理系统102根据接收到的各票据ID从总控系统104获取票面数据和审核凭证。总控系统104从人工补录系统、智能解析系统以及业务系统分别获取上述票面数据以及审核凭证,并在票据管理系统102发初获取请求时,将该票面数据以及审核凭证发送给票据管理系统102。
其中,人工补录系统、智能解析系统以及业务系统均可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。

由此可见,待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息为一册票据对应的册号,上述册号可由扫描清分一体设备或总控系统为每册票据分配,也可以由票据管理系统自行生成。
票据标识信息为待归档票据的唯一标识信息,即每张票据的票据ID。每张票据的票据ID可以由扫描清分一体设备根据票据扫描时间戳和票据扫描流水号生成。具体实施过程中,扫描清分一体设备还可以在第一次扫描一张纸质票据时将生成的票据ID通过喷码打印在纸质票据上,以方便后续的清分作业对该票据进行识别。
具体地,扫描清分一体设备在执行完最后一次分拣时,将一册票据中每张票据的票据ID发送至总控系统。票据管理系统可以从总控系统获取该册票据对应的册号以及该册票据中每张票据的票据ID,也就是待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息以及待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息,开始进入票据信息归档流程。
步骤204,根据各票据标识信息获取各待归档票据的第二标识信息和实物序号,实物序号用于表示待归档票据在待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,第二标识信息为待归档票据集合中待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息。
其中,实物序号用于表示待归档票据在待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,也就是一册票据的实物中每张纸质票据的排列顺序。具体实施时,扫描清分一体设备在分拣过程中记录每张票据的实物序号,并将各张票据的实物序号发送至总控系统。任一张票据的实物序号与该张票据的票据ID存在一一对应关系。
第二标识信息为待归档票据集合中待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息。这里,待归档票据所属的票据子集指一份票据,第二标识信息即每份票据对应的份ID。
具体实施时,扫描清分一体设备将一册票据中各张票据的票据扫描图像发送给总控系统,总控系统将上述票据扫描图像分别发送给智能解析系统以及人工补录系统,再根据智能解析系统以及人工补录系统反馈的票面数据和预设的分份规则可以将多张票据归为一份,并为每份票据生成唯一的份ID。实际应用时,一册票据可包括多份票据,每份票据包括至少一张票据。

在具体实施时,票据管理系统在获得待归档的一册票据的册号以及该册票据中每张票据的票据ID后,首先生成册明细表里的一条册明细记录,其次根据各待归档票据的票据ID获取到各待归档票据对应的实物序号,更新张明细表里相同的票据ID对应的册号和实物序号。张明细表可以展示出每张票据的票据ID、份ID、册号以及实物序号之间的对应关系。
具体地,票据管理系统可以根据各待归档票据的票据标识信息确定各待归档票据对应的张明细记录,以及根据第二标识信息确定多张待归档票据对应的份明细记录,则每张待归档票据的票据归档信息可以包括该张待归档票据对应的张明细记录和份明细记录。
步骤208,根据各待归档票据的第二标识信息获取待归档票据集合中的属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息,将属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息进行归档。
其中,各待归档票据的第二标识信息为一份票据的份ID,同一份票据中的每张票据对应相同的份ID。
具体地,票据管理系统获取一册票据中具有相同份ID的待归档票据的票据归档信息,将上述具有相同份ID的待归档票据的票据归档信息作为一份票据的信息进行归档。进一步具体地,一册票据中可以包含多份票据。票据管理系统可根据预设排序规则对各份票据进行排序,排序规则可以为按每份票据中首页票据的实物序号从小到大对各份票据进行排序,从而得到准确性更高的归档信息。这里,首页票据指每份票据中对应最小的实物序号的票据。
上述票据信息归档方法中,获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息以及待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息;根据各票据标识信息获取各待归档票据的第二标识信息和实物序号,实物序号用于表示待归档票据在待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,第二标识信息为待归档票据集合中待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息,从而得到了待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息和实物序号之间的对应关系,其中实物序号可以用于准确定位票据的实物位置,提高票据信息归档的准确性;根据各待归档票据的票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息以及实物序号,得到各待归档票据的票据归档信息,这里无需人工参与,避免了发生人工失误,得到的票据归档信息更准确;根据各待归档票据的第二标识信息获取待归档票据集合中的属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息,将属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息进行归档。本申请中的票据信息归档方法能够自动进行票据归档,无需人力参与,并可以确定票据的实物位置,从而提高票据信息归档的效率和准确性。
在一个实施例中,待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据类型相同,上述步骤202中,获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息,包括:
获取待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号;根据票据类型、处理日期以及流水号,生成第一标识信息。
其中,处理日期可以为票据管理系统或总控系统对待归档票据集合的处理日期,具体可设为扫描清分一体机完成最后一次分拣得到完整的该册票据的日期。流水号则可以为票据管理系统或总控系统对待归档票据集合的处理流水号。
在本实施例中,票据管理系统可以根据获取到的待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据类型、以及待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号来生成第一标识信息,第一标识信息的生成过程较为简单,适合于单家公司进行票据信息归档的场合。
在另一个实施例中,待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据类型相同且各待归档票据对应的公司编码相同,上述步骤202中,获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息,包括:
获取待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号。根据公司编码、票据类型、处理日期以及流水号,生成第一标识信息。
在本实施例中,票据管理系统可以根据获取到的待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据类型、公司编码以及待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号来生成第一标识信息。相对上一个实施例而言,本实施例中增加了公司编码来生成第一标识信息,使得第一标识信息所包含的信息更加全面,适合于需要对多家公司的票据进行票据信息归档的场合。
在一个实施例中,步骤206包括以下步骤:
根据票据标识信息,获取到待归档票据的票据扫描图像;根据票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息、实物序号以及票据扫描图像,生成第一归档记录信息。
根据第二标识信息,获取待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的票面信息和票据审核信息,并根据第二标识信息、票面信息和票据审核信息生成第二归档记录信息。
根据第一归档记录信息和第二归档记录信息,得到票据归档信息。
在本实施例中,待归档票据的票据标识信息与待归档票据的票据扫描图像存在对应关系,票据管理系统可根据票据标识信息获取到待归档票据的票据扫描图像。第一归档记录信息为包括待归档票据的票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息、实物序号以及票据扫描图像的一条记录信息。第二标识信息与票据子集对应,票据管理系统根据第二标识信息获取到待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的票面信息和票据审核信息。第二归档记录信息可以为包括待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的第二标识信息、票面信息和票据审核信息的一条记录信息。每张待归档票据的票据归档信息包括该待归档票据的第一归档记录信息和待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的第二归档记录信息,也即包括票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息、实物序号、票据扫描图像、第二标识信息、票面信息和票据审核信息多种数据,保证从而提高票据信息归档的全面性。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,所述方法包括:
步骤302,获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息以及待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息。
步骤304,根据各票据标识信息获取各待归档票据的第二标识信息和实物序号,实物序号用于表示待归档票据在待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,第二标识信息为待归档票据集合中待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息。
步骤306,根据各待归档票据的票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息以及实物序号,得到各待归档票据的票据归档信息。
这里,关于步骤302~306的具体限定可以参见上文中对于步骤202~206的限定,在此不再赘述。
步骤308,根据待归档票据集合中的各待归档票据的实物序号对各待归档票据的票据归档信息进行排序生成list集合,并对list集合中的各票据归档信息进行遍历处理,以便补全各待归档票据的票据归档信息。
具体实施时,每张待归档票据的票据归档信息可以包括待归档票据对应的票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息以及实物序号,该票据归档信息还可以包括待归档票据对应的票据扫描图像、票据类型、公司编码,以及该待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的票面信息和票据审核信息中的一项或多项数据。通过对list集合中的各票据归档信息进行遍历处理,可以补全缺失的数据。
步骤310,将遍历处理后的list集合中的各票据归档信息放入预设的map容器中,map容器的key值为各待归档票据的第二标识信息,map容器的value对象为属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息。
其中,map容器是C++的一种标准容器,它可以提供很好的一对一(key-value)关系,其中Key 和Value可以是指定的任意类型,可以实现高效的增删改查功能。
步骤312,拼接属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的实物序号,得到票据子集对应的实物序号信息。
步骤314,根据各票据子集对应的实物序号信息,将各属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息进行排序,得到待归档票据集合对应的归档数据,将归档数据进行归档。
其中,上述票据子集即一册票据中的一份票据,票据子集对应的实物序号信息也就是一份票据对应的实物序号信息。具体地,按待归档票据集合中每份票据中首页票据的实物序号从小到大对各份票据进行排序,得到待归档票据集合对应的归档数据。票据管理系统可以将该归档数据发送到档案管理系统进行存储。这里,首页票据指每份票据中对应最小的实物序号的票据。
以票据为费用报销单为例,如图5所示,一册费用报销单中包括A、B、C三份费用报销单。A份费用报销单的实物序号信息为1、7-9,表示该份费用报销单中各张费用报销单的实物序号依次是1、7、8以及9;B份费用报销单的实物序号信息为2、3、4;C份费用报销单的实物序号信息为5、6、10。根据每份费用报销单中首张费用报销单的实物序号对上述A、B、C三份费用报销单进行排序,得到A、B、C三份费用报销单的顺序如图5所示。
在本实施例中,步骤306得到的票据归档信息可能存在某些数据缺失的情况,步骤308通过采取list集合遍历技术来补全数据,数据处理速度快,还能有效保证数据的全面性;进一步地,步骤310采用key值为各待归档票据的第二标识信息的map容器,获取属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息,由于map容器具有高效的增删改查功能,可以提高票据信息归档的处理效率,而且便于修改调整。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,所述方法还包括:
根据预设文件模板和归档数据,得到待归档票据集合对应的档案封面文件和档案清单文件。
其中,预设文件模板可以为预存在文件服务器中的档案封面模板和档案清单模板,具体地,票据管理系统所在的应用服务器从文件服务器获取到档案封面模板和档案清单模板,再将归档数据中档案封面所需的部分数据填入档案封面模板得到档案封面文件,同时还可以将归档数据中档案清单所需的部分数据填入档案清单模板得到档案清单文件。
根据档案封面文件和档案清单文件,生成打印任务。
打印任务可以包括档案封面文件和档案清单文件,以及对应打印设备的打印指令。将打印任务发送到预设的多个打印设备,以使得各打印设备根据档案封面文件打印纸质档案封面,并根据档案清单文件打印纸质档案清单。如图6所示,纸质档案封面可以包括A4封面和票据封面中的至少一种,纸质档案清单可以包括A4清单和票据清单中的至少一种。
在本实施例中,票据管理系统可以根据预设文件模板和归档数据,得到待归档票据集合对应的档案封面文件和档案清单文件,再根据档案封面文件和档案清单文件,生成打印任务将打印任务发送到预设的多个打印设备,以使得各打印设备根据档案封面文件打印纸质档案封面,并根据档案清单文件打印纸质档案清单,从而可以实现自动触发多台打印设备进行打印,得到票据实物归档时所需的纸质档案封面和纸质档案清单,便于票据实物归档。
在一个实施例中,待归档票据的纸质实体上印刷有票据识别标签,票据识别标签包含票据标识信息,以使得扫码装置在扫描待归档票据的纸质实体时生成查询请求,所述方法还包括:接收扫码装置发送的查询请求,查询请求包含票据标识信息;获取票据标识信息对应的第一标识信息;根据第一标识信息,获取待归档票据对应的待归档票据集合中各待归档票据对应的票据归档信息。
具体实施时,票据识别标签可以为包含票据标识信息的二维码。
在本实施例中,待归档票据的纸质实体上印刷有票据识别标签,票据识别标签包含票据标识信息,以使得扫码装置在扫描待归档票据的纸质实体时生成查询请求;票据管理系统能够根据接收到的查询请求获取票据标识信息对应的第一标识信息,再根据第一标识信息获取待归档票据对应的待归档票据集合中各待归档票据对应的票据归档信息。由上可知,在本实施例中,用户可以通过扫描一册票据中的任意一张票据实现定位到整册票据对应的归档数据,方便进行票据查询。
应该理解的是,虽然图2-6的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-6中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
在一个实施例中,如图7所示,提供了一种票据信息归档装置,包括:第一获取模块402、第二获取模块404、数据归集模块406和数据归档模块408,其中:
第一获取模块402,用于获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息以及待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息。
第二获取模块404,用于根据各票据标识信息获取各待归档票据的第二标识信息和实物序号,实物序号用于表示待归档票据在待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,第二标识信息为待归档票据集合中待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息。
数据归集模块406,用于根据各待归档票据的票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息以及实物序号,得到各待归档票据的票据归档信息。
数据归档模块408,用于根据各待归档票据的第二标识信息获取待归档票据集合中的属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息,将属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息进行归档。
在一个实施例中,待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据类型相同,上述第一获取模块包括第一标识信息获取单元,该第一标识信息获取单元用于获取待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号,并根据票据类型、处理日期以及流水号,生成第一标识信息。
在另一个实施例中,待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据类型相同且各待归档票据对应的公司编码相同,所述第一获取模块包括第一标识信息获取单元,该第一标识信息获取单元用于获取待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号,并根据公司编码、票据类型、处理日期以及流水号,生成第一标识信息。
在一个实施例中,所述数据归集模块包括:
第一归档记录信息生成单元,用于根据票据标识信息,获取到待归档票据的票据扫描图像,并根据票据标识信息、第一标识信息、第二标识信息、实物序号以及票据扫描图像,生成第一归档记录信息。
第二归档记录信息生成单元,用于根据第二标识信息,获取待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的票面信息和票据审核信息,并根据第二标识信息、票面信息和票据审核信息生成第二归档记录信息。
票据归档信息单元,用于根据第一归档记录信息和第二归档记录信息,得到票据归档信息。
在一个实施例中,所述装置还包括集合遍历模块,所述集合遍历模块用于根据待归档票据集合中的各待归档票据的实物序号对各待归档票据的票据归档信息进行排序生成list集合,并对list集合中的各票据归档信息进行遍历处理。
所述数据归档模块还用于将遍历处理后的list集合中的各票据归档信息放入预设的map容器中,map容器的key值为各待归档票据的第二标识信息,map容器的value对象为属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息。
在一个实施例中,所述装置还包括实物序号拼接模块,所述实物序号拼接模块用于拼接属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的实物序号,得到票据子集对应的实物序号信息。
所述数据归档模块还用于根据各票据子集对应的实物序号信息,将各属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的票据归档信息进行排序,得到待归档票据集合对应的归档数据,将归档数据进行归档。
在一个实施例中,所述装置还包括:打印模块,用于根据预设文件模板和归档数据,得到待归档票据集合对应的档案封面文件和档案清单文件;并根据档案封面文件和档案清单文件,生成打印任务;将打印任务发送到预设的多个打印设备,以使得各打印设备根据档案封面文件打印纸质档案封面,并根据档案清单文件打印纸质档案清单。
在一个实施例中,待归档票据的纸质实体上印刷有票据识别标签,票据识别标签包含票据标识信息,以使得扫码装置在扫描待归档票据的纸质实体时生成查询请求,所述装置还包括:票据查询模块,用于接收扫码装置发送的查询请求,查询请求包含票据标识信息;获取票据标识信息对应的第一标识信息;根据第一标识信息,获取待归档票据对应的待归档票据集合中各待归档票据对应的票据归档信息;具体地,票据识别标签为包含票据标识信息的二维码。
关于票据信息归档装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于票据信息归档方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述票据信息归档装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图8所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机程序和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现本发明的一种票据信息归档方法。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行计算机程序时实现本发明的任意一种票据信息归档方法。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本发明的任意一种票据信息归档方法。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种票据信息归档方法,所述方法包括:
    获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息以及所述待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息;
    根据各所述票据标识信息获取各所述待归档票据的第二标识信息和实物序号,所述实物序号用于表示待归档票据在所述待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,所述第二标识信息为所述待归档票据集合中所述待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息;
    根据各所述待归档票据的所述票据标识信息、所述第一标识信息、所述第二标识信息以及所述实物序号,得到各所述待归档票据的票据归档信息;
    根据各所述待归档票据的所述第二标识信息获取所述待归档票据集合中的属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息,将所述属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息进行归档。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待归档票据集合中各所述待归档票据的票据类型相同,所述获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息,包括:
    获取所述待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号;
    根据所述票据类型、所述处理日期以及所述流水号,生成所述第一标识信息;
    或者,所述待归档票据集合中各所述待归档票据的票据类型相同且各所述待归档票据对应的公司编码相同,所述获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息,包括:
    获取所述待归档票据集合对应的处理日期和流水号;
    根据所述公司编码、所述票据类型、所述处理日期以及所述流水号,生成所述第一标识信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据各所述待归档票据的所述票据标识信息、所述第一标识信息、所述第二标识信息以及所述实物序号,得到各所述待归档票据的票据归档信息,包括:
    根据所述票据标识信息,获取到所述待归档票据的票据扫描图像;
    根据所述票据标识信息、所述第一标识信息、所述第二标识信息、所述实物序号以及所述票据扫描图像,生成第一归档记录信息;
    根据所述第二标识信息,获取所述待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的票面信息和票据审核信息,并根据所述第二标识信息、所述票面信息和所述票据审核信息生成第二归档记录信息;
    根据所述第一归档记录信息和所述第二归档记录信息,得到所述票据归档信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述待归档票据集合中的各所述待归档票据的所述实物序号对各所述待归档票据的所述票据归档信息进行排序生成list集合,并对所述list集合中的各所述票据归档信息进行遍历处理;
    所述根据各所述待归档票据的所述第二标识信息获取所述待归档票据集合中的属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息,包括:
    将遍历处理后的所述list集合中的各所述票据归档信息放入预设的map容器中,所述map容器的key值为各所述待归档票据的所述第二标识信息,所述map容器的value对象为所述属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    拼接所述属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的实物序号,得到所述票据子集对应的实物序号信息;
    所述将所述属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息进行归档,包括:
    根据各所述票据子集对应的实物序号信息,将各所述属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息进行排序,得到所述待归档票据集合对应的归档数据,将所述归档数据进行归档。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据预设文件模板和所述归档数据,得到所述待归档票据集合对应的档案封面文件和档案清单文件;
    根据所述档案封面文件和所述档案清单文件,生成打印任务;
    将所述打印任务发送到预设的多个打印设备,以使得各所述打印设备根据所述档案封面文件打印纸质档案封面,并根据所述档案清单文件打印纸质档案清单。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待归档票据的纸质实体上印刷有票据识别标签,所述票据识别标签包含所述票据标识信息,以使得扫码装置在扫描所述待归档票据的纸质实体时生成查询请求,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述扫码装置发送的所述查询请求,所述查询请求包含所述票据标识信息;
    获取所述票据标识信息对应的所述第一标识信息;
    根据所述第一标识信息,获取所述待归档票据对应的所述待归档票据集合中各待归档票据对应的所述票据归档信息;
    优选地,所述票据识别标签为包含所述票据标识信息的二维码。
  8. 一种票据信息归档装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取待归档票据集合对应的第一标识信息以及所述待归档票据集合中各待归档票据的票据标识信息;
    第二获取模块,用于根据各所述票据标识信息获取各所述待归档票据的第二标识信息和实物序号,所述实物序号用于表示待归档票据在所述待归档票据集合中的实物排列顺序,所述第二标识信息为所述待归档票据集合中所述待归档票据所属的票据子集对应的标识信息;
    数据归集模块,用于根据各所述待归档票据的所述票据标识信息、所述第一标识信息、所述第二标识信息以及所述实物序号,得到各所述待归档票据的票据归档信息;
    数据归档模块,用于根据各所述待归档票据的所述第二标识信息获取所述待归档票据集合中的属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息,将所述属于相同票据子集的待归档票据的所述票据归档信息进行归档。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至7中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
