栏杆安装装置 【技术领域】
本发明涉及栏杆施工技术领域,特别涉及一种栏杆安装装置。
【背景技术】
目前有些工程需要安装铝合金护栏,铝合金护栏在安装过程中对地面的平整度、安装牢固度都有要求,地面不平会导致护栏安装之后不直,在发现栏杆不直之后再去调整地面的平整度,需要重新拆装栏杆,费时费力。并且有时候栏杆下面的支撑架是用混凝土浇筑在一起的地下的,想要在浇筑后之后再去调节地面的平整度就更加地费时费力,给施工增加了一定的难度。
现实应用中,很多栏杆是安装在木材比如防腐木上的,栏杆直接安装在木材上会出现晃动,不稳定的现象。并且木材为木质结构偏软,遇水微膨胀,所以不能在木材上安装铝合金栏杆。
因此,需要提供一种改进的栏杆安装装置改善上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明针对现有技术所存在的问题,需要一种栏杆安装装置,提高栏杆安装的稳定性,提高栏杆的寿命。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种栏杆安装装置,包括:栏杆、支撑架及安装于所述栏杆与支撑架之间的连接件,所述连接件包括转接板、固定安装于所述转接板中的加强件及紧固装置,所述紧固装置将栏杆、连接件、支撑架锁紧在一起,所述栏杆包括底座,所述支撑架包括安装部,所述紧固装置贯穿所述栏杆的底座、加强件、所述支撑架的安装部。
进一步的,所述加强件包括外圈、内圈及连接于所述内圈与所述外圈的结合部,所述加强件为空腔设计。
进一步的,所述加强件的外周分布有至少一个补强件,所述补强件具有尖形三角端防止加强件转动,所述补强件均匀分布于加强件的外周。
进一步的,所述栏杆包括主体部,所述底座位于所述主体部的下方。
进一步的,所述紧固装置为紧固螺栓,所述紧固螺栓具有外螺纹,所述加强件具有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
进一步的,所述加强件为铝合金套管。
进一步的,所述加强件安装好之后,加强件的安装状态为突出所述转接板的上表面、下表面或者完全安装于加强件中至少一个。
进一步的,所述加强件分布在所述栏杆的四周,所述加强件的数量至少为2。
再者,使用本发明方案中的栏杆安装装置,在转接板中增加了加强件的设计,增加了栏杆安装时的稳定性,还能增加护栏的使用寿命,并且加强件外周增加补强件可防止加强件在转接板中异响、松动。

请参见图1至图3,给出了本发明中栏杆安装装置的组成结构。栏杆安装装置包括栏杆1、支撑架3及安装于栏杆1与支撑架3之间的连接件2。
所述栏杆1包括主体部11、安装于主体部下方的底座12。
连接件2安装于栏杆1与支撑架3之间。连接件2包括转接板21、固定安装于转接板21中的加强件22、紧固装置23。所述紧固装置23将栏杆1、连接件2、支撑架3固定连接在一起,具体地紧固装置23贯穿栏杆1的底座 12、加强件22及支撑架3的安装部31,并将底座12、加强件22、支撑架3牢固地锁紧在一起。本实施例中紧固装置23为紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓有外螺纹,与具有内螺纹的加强件22配合进行锁紧。在本实施例中连接板21为防腐木。若将栏杆直接安装在防腐木上,会出现晃动,不稳定的现象。防腐木作为木质结构偏软,遇水还有微膨胀的现象,所以不能直接在防腐木上安装栏杆。
加强件22包括外圈221、内圈222及连接外圈221与内圈222的结合部223。本实施例中的加强件22为铝合金套管,并且采用外圈、内圈及结合部的结构设计,使得铝合金套管为空腔设计,在降低材料费用的同时,还能保证结构的强度和稳定性。加强件22外圈的外围分布有至少一个补强件224,补强件224具有尖形三角端,在补强件224卡入转接板21之后,补强件224可以防止加强件22在转接板21中异响、松动。优选的,补强件224在外圈221的外周均匀分布。在本实施例中,加强件22为铝合金套管,通过敲击的方式将加强件22卡入转接板21中。铝合金套管的抗腐蚀性、防水性都比木质结构更优。在现场施工工程中,针对现场不平整的地面,可根据实际尺寸选择合适的加强件22,利用加强件22突出转接板21的上表面或者下表面来进行微调,使得施工更加快捷方便,效率更高。加强件22的数量根据需要选择,并且分布在栏杆底座12的四周。使用者可以根据需要锯切加强件的长度。
支撑架3可选择为工字钢,支撑架3具有位于其顶部的安装部31,紧固装置23贯穿栏杆1的底座12、连接件2的加强件22、支撑架3的安装部31,将栏杆、连接件2、支撑架3牢牢锁紧在一起。
本发明中在转接板中增加了加强件的设计,增加了栏杆安装时的稳定性,还能增加护栏的使用寿命,并且加强件外周增加补强件可防止加强件在转接板21中异响、松动。

  1. 一种栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,包括:栏杆、支撑架及安装于所述栏杆与支撑架之间的连接件,所述连接件包括转接板、固定安装于所述转接板中的加强件及紧固装置,所述紧固装置将栏杆、连接件、支撑架锁紧在一起,所述栏杆包括底座,所述支撑架包括安装部,所述紧固装置贯穿所述栏杆的底座、加强件、所述支撑架的安装部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述加强件包括外圈、内圈及连接于所述内圈与所述外圈的结合部,所述加强件为空腔设计。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述加强件的外周分布有至少一个补强件,所述补强件具有尖形三角端防止加强件转动,所述补强件均匀分布于加强件的外周。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述栏杆包括主体部,所述底座位于所述主体部的下方。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述紧固装置为紧固螺栓,所述紧固螺栓具有外螺纹,所述加强件具有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述加强件为铝合金套管。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述加强件安装好之后,加强件的安装状态为突出所述转接板的上表面、下表面或者完全安装于加强件中至少一个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的栏杆安装装置,其特征在于,所述加强件分布在所述栏杆的四周,所述加强件的数量至少为2。
