下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的所有实施例中,需要作出以下说明:
在本申请中默认以辅助睡眠的装置处于装配及使用状态进行描述,该装置的部分装配尺寸以使用者9的肩宽91作为参照,肩宽91如图13所示;
通常,床6具有床垫63(包括棉垫、草垫和/或棕垫,以及铺设于其上的床单、床罩和/或凉席,在本申请中统称为床垫63),床垫63的上表面默认限定为床面61;俯视方向默认为床面61的俯视方向。

在第一实施例中,主覆盖件1的前侧边缘向后方凹陷以限定成内凹边缘18,内凹边缘18设置为大致呈U形,且内凹边缘18的中部大致位于使用者9的肩颈部位置;在另外一些未示出的实施例中,内凹边缘18可设置为大致呈V形或弧形;具体实施时,可将主覆盖件1的前侧边缘在生产加工时即制作成内凹边缘18,也可将主覆盖件1的前侧边缘在生产加工时制作成直边边缘,通过装配变形形成该内凹边缘18。
在第一实施例中,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿床面61的俯视方向观察:第一部11被定义为呈大致矩形、且关于第一中心线x呈大致对称分布,沿主覆盖件1的宽度方向-第一部11的左侧边缘与右侧边缘之间的距离为使用者9肩宽尺寸的0.35倍,且沿主覆盖件1的长度方向-第一部11为位于第二参考线b及其向后方偏移15cm形成的直线c之间的主覆盖件1部分;在另外一些未示出的实施例中,沿主覆盖件1的宽度方向-第一部11的左侧边缘与右侧边缘之间的距离可为使用者9肩宽尺寸的0.35倍,0.3倍,0.2倍,0.1倍,或0倍。

在第一实施例中,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:第一中心线x为主覆盖件1宽度方向的中心线;第一参考线a为大致位于床面61的前侧边缘的直线;第二参考线b为将第一参考线a向后方偏 移至使用者9肩部的前侧边缘形成的直线。如图4所示,中部线x’为:经过第二参考线b上-沿主覆盖件1宽度方向与第一中心线x之间的距离为使用者9肩宽尺寸的0.2倍-的一点,且大致沿主覆盖件1的长度方向向后方延伸的直线,其中,中部线x’与第一中心线x之间的夹角j为7°在另外一些未示出的实施例中,沿主覆盖件1的宽度方向,中部线x’与第二参考线b的交点-与第一中心线x的距离d可为使用者9肩宽尺寸的0.2倍,0.1倍,或0倍,中部线x’与第一中心线x之间的夹角j可为0°~15°,例如,夹角j可为0°,3°,6°,9°,12°,或15°。类似地,在本申请中,大致沿主覆盖件1的长度方向均为:当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察,与第一中心线x之间的夹角为0°~15°的直线的方向。
在又一个实施例中,如图5所示,与第一实施例不同的是,以第一固定件51及第二固定件52分别代替第三柔性件43及第四柔性件44,第一固定件51、第二固定件52的第一端分别按压固定前左部12、前右部13,且第一固定件51的第二端、第二固定件52的第二端分别连接至其第一端的前方的床6上的位置,其具体连接方式,例如,包括但不限于:以床垫63压紧固定,以螺钉固定,或以绑带固定;在另一些未示出的实施例中,第一固定件51及第二固定件52通过不同的连接方式实现限制前左部12、前右部13可移动的位置范围,例如,包括但不限于:在第一固定件51及第二固定件52分别设置夹持件-分别夹持前左部12及前右部13以实现限制,或者,在前左部12及前右部13分别设置卡接件-分别与第一固定件51及第二固定件52的进行卡接以实现限制。
在上述技术方案中,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,主覆盖件1覆盖并保暖使用者9的身体;通过定义第一部11的范围,在兼顾实用性以及较少影响睡眠舒适性的同时,明确了能够限制主覆盖件1前侧中部移位的控制位的范围;通过定义第二部12、第三部13的范围,在兼顾实用性以及较少影响睡眠舒适性的同时,明确了能够限制主覆盖件1前侧左部、前侧右部移位的控制位的范围,其中,较少影响睡眠舒适性是指相对于普通防踢被睡袋而言;当睡眠中的使用者9进行必要的身体活动时,通过第一柔性件41及第二柔性件42的连接设置,能够至少限制主覆盖件1的第一部11向后方、左方及右方移动的范围,从而能够减少使用者9的胸部位置受凉的概率;通过第一件31及第二件32的设置,能够分别至少限制主覆盖件1的第二部12及第三部13向后方、左方及右方移动的范围,从而能够分别减少使用者9的左侧及右侧受凉的概率;通过各件(41,42,31,32)的设置,相对于普通被子和普通防踢被睡袋,能够减少随使用者9身体活动导致覆盖物的前部(在上述技术方案中为主覆盖件1的前部)产生大范围翻卷的概率;相对于前侧中部边缘非设置为内凹边缘的覆盖物,主覆盖件1的内凹边缘18随使用者9身体动作发生较大翻卷的概率较小;综上所述,该装置相对于普通被子,能够减少使用者9在睡眠中因动作导致覆盖物移位而引起着凉的概率,相对于普通防踢被睡袋一侧或多侧的封闭设置,较少影响睡眠中身体的透气。其中,第一件31具体设置为第三柔性件43或第一固定件51,第二件32具体设置为第四柔性件44或第二固定件52。
在第二实施例中,如图6-图7所示,在第一实施例的基础上,该装置还包括安装件8,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,安装件8安装于主覆盖件1前方的床6上,且安装件8的下端被床垫63所压紧固定;第一柔性件41及第二柔性件42分别设置于主覆盖件1的上方,第一柔性件41的第一端、第二柔性件42的第一端连接于主覆盖件1的前中部11的同一点,第一柔性件41的第二端连接至第一连接位71,且第二柔性件42的第二端连接至第二连接位72;第三柔性件43的第一端连接至主覆盖件1的前左部12,且第三柔性件43的第二端连接至第三连接位73,第四柔性件44的第一端连接至主覆盖件1的前右部13,且第四柔性件44的第二端连接至第四连接位74。其中,各连接位(71,72,73,74)均设置于安装件8上;其中,各柔性件(41,42,43,44)各自的两连接端之间的部分分别大致呈张紧状态。在另一些未示出的实施例中,安装件8可被设置为以螺钉或绑带固定于床6上,各连接位(71,72,73,74)的具体位置可调节,例如,包括但不限于:可调节的螺钉连接、卡扣连接或销钉连接,或者各连接位(71,72,73,74)分别对应于多个具体位置以进行调节。
通过设置安装件8,以针对不同的使用环境及使用环境变化,能够更方便地设置及调节用于各件(41,42,43,44)连接的各连接位(71,72,73,74)的位置,使各件(41,42,43,44)的连接设置能够正常发挥作用。
在第二实施例中,作为更优地设置,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:第一柔性件41的第二端的连接位置及第二柔性件42的第二端的连接位置均位于床面61之上、且沿床面61的垂直方向与床面61之间的距离为30㎝;沿俯视方向观察:第一柔性件41及第二柔性件42关于中部线x’呈大致对称设置,第一柔性件41两连接端之间的部分、第二柔性件42两连接端之间的部分分别呈张紧状态且近似为直线,且两条直线之间的夹角为130°。
在另一些未示出的实施例中,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:第一柔性件41的第二端的连接位置及第二柔性件42的第二端的连接位置均位于床面61之上、且沿床面61的垂直方向与床面61之间的距离可为10㎝,20㎝,30㎝,40㎝,50㎝,或60㎝;;沿俯视方向观察:第一柔性件41及第二柔性件42关于中部线x’呈大致对称设置,第一柔性件41两连接端之间的部分、第二柔性件42两连接端之间的部分分别呈张紧状态且近似为直线,且两条直线之间的夹角可为70°,80°,90°,100°,110°,120°,130°,140°,150°,或160°。
通过第一柔性件41及第二柔性件42的设置,在允许主覆盖件1的至少第一部11能够向上方移动的同时,能够至少限制主覆盖件1的第一部11向后方、左方及右方移动的范围,且尽量少限制睡眠中使用者9的身体动作;且由于第一柔性件41的第二端及第二柔性件42的第二端分别连接至较高位置,避免对使用者9产生下压力而影响睡眠舒适性。
在第二实施例中,作为更优地设置,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:第三柔性件43的第一端连接至第二部12,第三柔性件43的第二端用于连接至第三柔性件43的第一端的前方位置,第四柔 性件44的第一端连接至第三部13,第四柔性件44的第二端用于连接至第四柔性件44的第一端的前方位置,且第三柔性件43及第四柔性件44各自的两连接端之间的部分大致呈张紧状态;其中,沿主覆盖件1的宽度方向,第三柔性件43的第二端的连接位置与第三柔性件43的第一端的连接位置之间的距离为5cm,且第四柔性件44的第二端的连接位置与第四柔性件44的第一端的连接位置之间的距离为5cm;并且,沿床面61的垂直方向,第三柔性件43的第二端的连接位置及第四柔性件44的第二端的连接位置均为床面61之上0㎝的位置。

通过第三柔性件43及第四柔性件44的设置,能够至少限制主覆盖件1的第二部12、第三部13向后方、左方及右方移动的范围,且尽量少限制睡眠中使用者9的身体动作。
在第二实施例中,作为更优地设置,如图8-图9所示,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向透视地观察:在中部线x’左方的主覆盖件1的下侧还设置有第一下垂部14,在中部线x’右方的主覆盖件1的下侧还设置有第二下垂部15,且第一下垂部14与第二下垂部15被设置为至少前端相邻接,沿第一下垂部14及第二下垂部15的横截面观察,第一下垂部14及第二下垂部15的底面均呈向下凸起的弧形;其中,第一下垂部14及第二下垂部15分别被设置为从主覆盖件1的前侧中部边缘的下侧向后方延伸20cm,且第一下垂部14与第二下垂部15之间的距离从前至后大致相同。在另一些未示出的实施例中,第一下垂部14及第二下垂部15分别被设置为从主覆盖件1的前侧中部边缘的下侧向后方延伸10cm,20cm,30cm,40cm,或50cm以上,且第一下垂部14与第二下垂部15之间的距离从前至后大致相同或逐渐增加。
上述实施例中的第一下垂部14、第二下垂部15能够受重力作用分别下垂并至少填充主覆盖件1的第一部11与使用者9或床面61之间的空隙,能够减少空隙产生的概率,从而至少能够减少第一部11下方的使用者9的身体受凉的概率。
在第二实施例中,作为更优地设置,如图8-图9所示,当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向透视地观察:在中部线x’左方的主覆盖件1的下侧还设置有第三下垂部16,在中部线x’右方的主覆盖件1的下侧还设置有第四下垂部17,且沿主覆盖件1的宽度方向,第三下垂部16与第四下垂部17之间的距离为使用 者9肩宽尺寸的3倍;其中,第三下垂部16及第四下垂部17被设置为分别从第一参考线a向后方延伸50cm,且第三下垂部16及第四下垂部17分别与中部线x’之间的距离从前至后逐渐增加。在另一些未示出的实施例中,沿主覆盖件1的宽度方向,第三下垂部16与第四下垂部17之间的距离为使用者9肩宽尺寸的2倍,2.5倍,3倍,3.5倍,或4倍;其中,第三下垂部16及第四下垂部17可被设置为分别从第一参考线a向后方延伸20cm,30cm,40cm,或50cm以上,且第三下垂部16及第四下垂部17分别与中部线x’之间的距离从前至后大致相同或逐渐增加。
上述实施例中的第三下垂部16、第四下垂部17能够受重力作用分别下垂并至少分别填充主覆盖件1的第二部12、第三部13与床面61之间的空隙,能够减少空隙产生的概率,从而能够减少使用者9左侧或右侧受凉的概率。
需要说明的是,上述各下垂部(14,15,16,17)可设为:在主覆盖件1的上侧设置布、线或绳进行拉扯从而在主覆盖件1的下侧形成下垂的褶皱部;或者,在主覆盖件1的下侧设置下垂的附加物,可用于下侧设置的附加物,例如,包括但不限于:布片、绒片、毛片。
在第三实施例中,如图10-图12所示,在第二实施例的基础上,还包括端覆盖件2、第五柔性件45及第六柔性件46;当该装置处于装配及使用状态时,端覆盖件2叠置于使用者9的至少肩部和胸部上方的主覆盖件1的上方,沿俯视方向观察:第五柔性件45的第一端连接至中部线x’左方的端覆盖件2的前侧部21,第五柔性件45的第二端用于连接至第五柔性件45的第一端的左前方位置,第六柔性件46的第一端连接至中部线x’右方的前侧部21,第六柔性件46的第二端用于连接至第六柔性件46的第一端的右前方位置,以至少限制前侧部21能够向后方移动的范围。在另一些未示出的实施例中,端覆盖件2叠置于使用者9的至少肩部或胸部上方的主覆盖件1的上方。
通过端覆盖件2、第五柔性件45及第六柔性件46的设置,能够减少因使用者9身体活动而造成主覆盖件1的第一部11向后方移动的概率,且能够在发生主覆盖件1单独移位后起到补充覆盖的作用。

需要说明的是,在上述实施例中,当端覆盖件2叠设于主覆盖件1上侧,沿俯视方向观察第一柔性件41的第一端的位置位于端覆盖件2的范围之内时,第一柔性件41的第一端穿过端覆盖件2后连接至主覆盖件1(未示出)。在另一个未示出的实施例中,当端覆盖件2叠设于主覆盖件1上侧,且沿俯视方向观察第一柔性件41的第一端的位置位于端覆盖件2的范围之内时,第一柔性件41的第一端的连接位置处-设置为端覆盖件2与主覆盖件1相互连接。此外,第二柔性件42的第一端的连接设置同理,在此不再赘述。
通过端覆盖件2、第五柔性件45及第六柔性件46的设置,端覆盖件2的第五柔性件45的第一端的连接位置与第六柔性件46的第一端的连接位置之间的部位-由于第五柔性件45与第六柔性件46的作用力而大致处于张紧状态,而端覆盖件2与主覆盖件1连接以限制两者的相对移动范围、且两者大致贴合,在允许主覆盖件1的第一部11能够向上方移动的同时,能够至少限制使用者9的身体动作造成第一部11向后方移动的影响,且能够在第一部11发生移位之后起到补充覆盖的作用,且尽量少限制睡眠中使用者9的身体动作;且由于第五柔性件45的第二端及第六柔性件46的第二端分别连接至较高位置,以避免对使用者9产生下压力而影响睡眠舒适性。通过为端覆盖件2的连接设定更小的范围,能够更进一步减少使用者9在睡眠中因动作导致主覆盖件1的前中部11产生较大移位的概率。
需要说明的是,主覆盖件1可为普通被子改制而成,也可定制为亲肤、保暖、透气的特殊覆盖物;端覆盖 件2可为普通薄毯改制而成,也可定制为亲肤、保暖、透气、轻薄、垂悬性佳的特殊覆盖物。各柔性件(41,42,43,44,45,46)可为软绳、软线、布、软带、软管、索链、或其任意组合;各柔性件(41,42,43,44,45,46)与主覆盖件1的连接可设置为缝线连接或活扣连接、与床栏62的连接可设置为系绑连接或活扣连接;各柔性件(41,42,43,44,45,46)可以设置为线状柔性件,或者设置为以面状柔性件将线状柔性件代替或遮蔽。安装件8的形态还可设置为,包括但不限于:面状件和/或异形件;用于制成安装件8及各固定件(51,52)的材料,包括但不限于:塑料、金属、碳纤维、木材、和/或竹材等。
上述实施例中的辅助睡眠的装置,当该装置装配于床面61上时,先掀开主覆盖件1的左侧或右侧,然后使用者9进入主覆盖件1与床面61之间适当的位置躺下进行睡眠,类似于普通被子的普遍使用状态,主覆盖件1铺设于床面61上并覆盖使用者9的身体;通过定义第一部11的范围,在兼顾实用性以及较少影响睡眠舒适性的同时,明确了能够限制主覆盖件1前侧中部移位的控制位的范围;通过定义第二部12、第三部13的范围,在兼顾实用性以及较少影响睡眠舒适性的同时,明确了能够限制主覆盖件1前侧左部、前侧右部移位的控制位的范围,其中,较少影响睡眠舒适性是指相对于普通防踢被睡袋而言;当睡眠中的使用者9进行必要的身体活动时,通过第一柔性件41及第二柔性件42的连接设置,能够至少限制主覆盖件1的第一部11向后方、左方及右方移动的范围,从而能够减少使用者9的胸部位置受凉的概率;通过第一件31及第二件32的设置,能够分别至少限制主覆盖件1的第二部12及第三部13向后方、左方及右方移动的范围,从而能够分别减少使用者9的左侧及右侧受凉的概率;通过各件(41,42,31,32)的设置,相对于普通被子和普通防踢被睡袋,能够减少随使用者9身体活动导致覆盖物的前部(在上述技术方案中为主覆盖件1的前部)产生大范围翻卷的概率;相对于前侧中部边缘非设置为内凹边缘的覆盖物,主覆盖件1的内凹边缘18随使用者9身体动作发生较大翻卷的概率较小。再通过端覆盖件2的设置,能够至少限制使用者9的身体动作造成第一部11向后方移动的影响,且能够在第一部11发生移位之后起到补充覆盖的作用,且尽量少限制睡眠中使用者9的身体动作;且由于第五柔性件45的第二端及第六柔性件46的第二端分别连接至较高位置,以避免对使用者9产生下压力而影响睡眠舒适性。通过第一下垂部14、第二下垂部15的设置,能够减少至少第一部11下方产生空隙的概率,通过第三下垂部16、第四下垂部17的设置,能够减少至少第二部12、第三部13下方产生空隙的概率。综上所述,上述实施例的辅助睡眠的装置,相对于普通被子,能够减少使用者9在睡眠中因必要的身体活动导致覆盖物移位而引起着凉的概率,相对于普通防踢被睡袋一侧或多侧的封闭设置,较少影响睡眠中身体的透气。
在上述实施例中,可以理解的是,前方、后方、左方及右方仅仅是为了便于描述而定义,在具体实施时,该装置可装配并使用于其他状态,例如,包括但不限于:相对于床-该装置装配于其它方向,使用者非居中和/或非平躺于该装置中进行睡眠等。
可以理解的是,当气温降低需要增加覆盖物的时候,新增覆盖物可以直接叠加于主覆盖件1之上,由于新 增覆盖物与主覆盖件1之间的摩擦力,可在一定程度上限制新增覆盖物的相对移动范围;进一步地,还可仿照主覆盖件1的连接设置,为新增覆盖物与第一部11、第二部12、和/或第三部13沿俯视方向分别对应的区域-进行连接设置,以进一步地限制新增覆盖物的移动范围。
此外,还应当指出的是,对于本文的实施例中描述或隐含的任意单个技术特征,或在附图中示出或隐含的任意单个技术特征,仍能够在这些技术特征(或其等同物)之间继续进行组合,从而获得未在本文中直接提及的本申请的其他实施例。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种辅助睡眠的装置,其特征在于,包括:主覆盖件(1)、第一柔性件(41)、第二柔性件(42)、第一件(31)及第二件(32);当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,所述装置装配于床面(61)上、使用者(9)使用所述装置进行睡眠,所述主覆盖件(1)覆盖所述使用者(9)的身体;沿所述床面(61)的俯视方向观察:所述第一柔性件(41)及所述第二柔性件(42)分别设置于中部线(x’)的左方及右方的所述主覆盖件(1)的上方,所述第一柔性件(41)的第一端连接至所述主覆盖件(1)的第一部(11),所述第一柔性件(41)的第二端连接至所述第一部(11)的左前方位置,所述第二柔性件(42)的第一端连接至所述第一部(11),所述第二柔性件(42)的第二端连接至所述第一部(11)的右前方位置,以至少限制所述第一部(11)能够向后方移动的范围;所述第一件(31)的第一端连接或压接至所述主覆盖件(1)的第二部(12),所述第一件(31)的第二端连接至所述第一件(31)的第一端的前方位置,以至少限制所述第二部(12)能够向后方移动的范围;所述第二件(32)的第一端连接或压接至所述主覆盖件(1)的第三部(13),所述第二件(32)的第二端连接至所述第二件(32)的第一端的前方位置,以至少限制所述第三部(13)能够向后方移动的范围;
    其中,所述主覆盖件(1)的前侧边缘向后方凹陷以限定成内凹边缘(18),所述内凹边缘(18)大致呈U形、V形或弧形,且所述内凹边缘(18)的中部大致位于所述使用者(9)的肩颈部位置;
    其中,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿所述床面(61)的俯视方向观察:所述第一部(11)被定义为呈大致矩形、且关于第一中心线(x)呈大致对称分布,沿所述主覆盖件(1)的宽度方向-所述第一部(11)的左侧边缘与右侧边缘之间的距离小于等于所述使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的0.35倍,且沿所述主覆盖件(1)的长度方向-所述第一部(11)为位于第二参考线(b)及其向后方偏移15cm形成的直线(c)之间的主覆盖件(1)部分;
    其中,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿所述床面(61)的俯视方向观察:所述第二部(12)及所述第三部(13)被定义为分别呈大致矩形、且关于所述第一中心线(x)呈大致对称设置,沿所述主覆盖件(1)的宽度方向,所述第二部(12)的右侧边缘与所述第三部(13)的左侧边缘之间的距离大于等于所述使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的2倍,且所述第二部(12)的左侧边缘与所述第三部(13)的右侧边缘之间的距离小于等于所述使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的4倍,并且,沿所述主覆盖件(1)的长度方向-所述第二部(12)及所述第三部(13)分别为位于第一参考线(a)与所述第二参考线(b)之间的主覆盖件(1)部分;
    其中,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:所述第一中心线(x)为所述主覆盖件(1)宽度方向的中心线;所述第一参考线(a)为大致位于所述床面(61)的前侧边缘的直线;所述第二参考线(b)为将所述第一参考线(a)向后方偏移至所述使用者(9)肩部的前侧边缘形成的直线;所述中部线(x’)为:经过所述第二参考线(b)上-沿所述主覆盖件(1)宽度方向与所述第一中心线(x)之间的距离小于等于所述 使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的0.2倍-的一点,且大致沿所述主覆盖件(1)的长度方向向后方延伸的直线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括安装件(8),当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,所述安装件(8)安装于所述主覆盖件(1)前方的所述床(6)上,所述第一柔性件(41)的第二端、所述第二柔性件(42)的第二端、所述第一件(31)的第二端及所述第二件(32)的第二端分别连接至所述安装件(8)上预设的连接位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一柔性件(41)及所述第二柔性件(42)为布、软绳、软带、软管、索链、或其任意组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括端覆盖件(2)、第五柔性件(45)及第六柔性件(46);当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,所述端覆盖件(2)叠置于所述使用者(9)的至少肩部和/或胸部上方的所述主覆盖件(1)的上方,沿俯视方向观察:所述第五柔性件(45)的第一端连接至所述中部线(x’)左方的所述端覆盖件(2)的前侧部(21),所述第五柔性件(45)的第二端用于连接至所述第五柔性件(45)的第一端的左前方位置,所述第六柔性件(46)的第一端连接至所述中部线(x’)右方的所述前侧部(21),所述第六柔性件(46)的第二端用于连接至所述第六柔性件(46)的第一端的右前方位置,以至少限制所述前侧部(21)能够向后方移动的范围。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,所述端覆盖件(2)与所述主覆盖件(1)连接以限制两者的相对移动范围,沿俯视方向观察:所述端覆盖件(2)的前侧中部边缘(22)大致位于第一参考线(a)的位置、且自然下垂至少至所述使用者(9)的身体;沿所述主覆盖件(1)的宽度方向,所述端覆盖件(2)的左侧边缘与右侧边缘之间的距离为所述使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的3倍~6倍;沿所述主覆盖件(1)的长度方向,所述端覆盖件(2)的前侧中部边缘(22)与后侧中部边缘(23)之间的距离至少为20㎝;
    当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,所述第五柔性件(45)及所述第六柔性件(46)分别设置于所述端覆盖件(2)的上方,沿俯视方向观察:沿所述主覆盖件(1)的宽度方向,所述第五柔性件(45)的第一端的连接位置与所述第六柔性件(46)的第一端的连接位置之间的距离为所述使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的0.5倍~2倍,所述第五柔性件(45)的第二端的连接位置及所述第六柔性件(46)的第二端的连接位置均位于所述床面(61)之上、且沿所述床面(61)的垂直方向与所述床面(61)之间的距离为10㎝~60㎝;沿俯视方向观察:所述第五柔性件(45)及所述第六柔性件(46)关于所述中部线(x’)呈大致对称设置,所述第五柔性件(45)两连接端之间的部分、所述第六柔性件(46)两连接端之间的部分分别呈张紧状态且近似为直线,且两条直线之间的夹角为70°~160°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:所 述第一柔性件(41)的第二端的连接位置及所述第二柔性件(42)的第二端的连接位置均位于所述床面(61)之上、且沿所述床面(61)的垂直方向与所述床面(61)之间的距离为10㎝~60㎝;沿俯视方向观察:所述第一柔性件(41)及所述第二柔性件(42)关于所述中部线(x’)呈大致对称设置,所述第一柔性件(41)两连接端之间的部分、所述第二柔性件(42)两连接端之间的部分分别呈张紧状态且近似为直线,且两条直线之间的夹角为70°~160°。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一件(31)为第三柔性件(43),所述第二件(32)为第四柔性件(44);当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:所述第三柔性件(43)的第一端连接至所述第二部(12),所述第三柔性件(43)的第二端用于连接至所述第三柔性件(43)的第一端的前方位置,所述第四柔性件(44)的第一端连接至所述第三部(13),所述第四柔性件(44)的第二端用于连接至所述第四柔性件(44)的第一端的前方位置,且所述第三柔性件(43)及所述第四柔性件(44)各自的两连接端之间的部分大致呈张紧状态;其中,沿所述主覆盖件(1)的宽度方向,所述第三柔性件(43)的第二端的连接位置与所述第三柔性件(43)的第一端的连接位置之间的距离为0cm~10cm,且所述第四柔性件(44)的第二端的连接位置与所述第四柔性件(44)的第一端的连接位置之间的距离为0cm~10cm;并且,沿所述床面(61)的垂直方向,所述第三柔性件(43)的第二端的连接位置及所述第四柔性件(44)的第二端的连接位置均为低于所述床面(61)之上10㎝的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一件(31)为第一固定件(51),所述第二件(32)为第二固定件(52),当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向观察:所述第一固定件(51)、所述第二固定件(52)的第一端分别固定所述第二部(12)、所述第三部(13)的位置,其固定方式包括:按压固定、夹持固定;并且,所述第一固定件(51)、所述第二固定件(52)的第二端分别连接至所述床(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向透视地观察:在所述中部线(x’)左方的所述主覆盖件(1)的下侧还设置有第一下垂部(14),在所述中部线(x’)右方的所述主覆盖件(1)的下侧还设置有第二下垂部(15),且所述第一下垂部(14)与所述第二下垂部(15)被设置为至少前端相邻接,沿所述第一下垂部(14)及所述第二下垂部(15)的横截面观察,所述第一下垂部(14)及所述第二下垂部(15)的底面均呈向下凸起的弧形;
    其中,所述第一下垂部(14)及所述第二下垂部(15)分别被设置为至少从所述主覆盖件(1)的前侧中部边缘的下侧向后方延伸10cm,且所述第一下垂部(14)与所述第二下垂部(15)之间的距离从前至后大致相同或逐渐增加。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述装置处于装配及使用状态时,沿俯视方向透视地观察:在所述中部线(x’)左方的所述主覆盖件(1)的下侧还设置有第三下垂部(16),在所述中部线(x’)右 方的所述主覆盖件(1)的下侧还设置有第四下垂部(17),且沿所述主覆盖件(1)的宽度方向,所述第三下垂部(16)与所述第四下垂部(17)之间的距离为所述使用者(9)肩宽尺寸的2倍~4倍;
    其中,所述第三下垂部(16)及所述第四下垂部(17)被设置为分别至少从第一参考线(a)向后方延伸20cm,且所述第三下垂部(16)及所述第四下垂部(17)分别与所述中部线(x’)之间的距离从前至后大致相同或逐渐增加。
