技术领域
本申请涉及除湿包装技术领域,具体涉及一种除湿袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
每年的6-7月份是我国中南部地区的梅雨季节,由于降雨丰沛,地面蒸发能力加强,空气湿度大,气温高,使得霉菌的繁殖生长速度显著提升,导致衣柜里的衣物特别容易发霉,不但味道难闻而且还会有霉斑。
为防止衣物发霉,人们往往会在衣柜内放置除湿剂,目前市场上的除湿包装应用最为广泛的是带有挂钩的复合包装袋,一般是由外袋、内袋体、挂钩和固定夹扣构成,其中,挂钩位于固定夹扣的上部,挂钩与固定夹扣采用的材质是塑料,固定夹扣用于夹住袋体干燥剂装入口,内袋体由上层干燥剂袋(一般是无纺布材质)与下层吸湿水袋通过封合组合为一体,上层干燥剂袋底部设有若干个渗透孔,透气通孔设置在袋体的表面两侧上,袋体悬挂在衣柜内。
上述除湿袋虽然具有一定的除湿功效,但是,内袋、外袋这种双层结构设计在装入除湿剂后,由无纺布制成的上层干燥剂袋在储存的过程中只有外袋一个保护层,而且无纺布具有透气性,装入除湿剂后,干燥剂可以通过透气的无纺布吸收外袋内空气中的水分,导致除湿剂的效果变差或失效。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中装有除湿剂的除湿袋在储存和运输过程中吸收外袋内空气中的水分、会导致除湿剂的效果变差或失效的缺陷,从而提供一种除湿袋及其制备方法。
为此,本申请提供如下技术方案:
一种除湿袋,包括:
袋体,包括第一侧片和第二侧片,所述侧片包括透气膜和/或复合膜,其中,至少一个侧片的全部或部分为透气膜;
容纳腔,由所述第一侧片和第二侧片热封形成;
防潮层,覆盖于所述透气膜的外侧。该防潮层是可撕掉的。
进一步地,所述袋体还包括底片,与所述第一侧片和第二侧片共同热封形成容纳腔。当所述除湿袋包括底片时,其可实现自立,也称为除湿自立袋。
进一步地,所述袋体上设置有可开合的密封结构。所述可开合的密封结构可以是拉链或者密封条等。
进一步地,所述防潮层包括增强层和阻隔层;
所述阻隔层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层;
所述增强层为铝箔层,聚酯镀铝膜层或铝箔和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的薄膜层;
所述透气膜为无纺布或特卫强。
所述阻隔层的一面或者双面可设置图案层;图案层上可显示与产品相关的一些文字或者是图案的说明,便于消费者了解。
进一步地,所述阻隔层的厚度为12-50μm。
所述复合膜可以为常规的复合膜,例如聚乙烯膜等。进一步地优选的,所述复合膜由内到外依次为热封层、粘合层、油墨层和承印层;
所述热封层为聚乙烯层或流延聚丙烯层;
所述承印层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层和/或聚酰胺层。
进一步地,所述粘合层的厚度为1-3μm;
所述油墨层的厚度小于3μm;
所述热封层的厚度为30-150μm;
所述承印层的厚度为12-50μm。
进一步地,所述防潮层上设置易拉结构。该易拉结构伸出热封端,且可以是是正方形、长方形、圆弧形、椭圆形等。
本申请还提供了一种除湿袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将防潮层与第一侧片和第二侧片热封,得所述除湿袋,其中,所述侧片由透气膜和/或复合膜组成,至少一个侧片的全部或部分为透气膜;所述防潮层位于所述透气膜的外侧。
当有一个侧片的全部为透气膜时,将全部为透气膜的侧片置于复合膜侧片和防潮层之间,然后进行热封,即得所述除湿袋,该除湿袋在透气膜和复合膜之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
当两个侧片全部为透气膜时,将两个透气膜置于两个防潮层之间,然后进行热封,即得所述除湿袋,该除湿袋在两个透气膜之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
当有一个侧片的部分为透气膜时,透气膜与复合膜搭接形成复合侧片(即由透气膜与复合膜组成的侧片),且搭接部分的透气膜位于复合膜的内侧;然后将其与另一个侧片和防潮层热封,即得所述除湿袋,热封时,防潮层位于透气膜上远离另一侧片的一侧,该除湿袋在复合侧片和全部为复合膜的侧片之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
当有两个侧片的部分为透气膜时,透气膜与复合膜搭接形成复合侧片(即由透气膜与复合膜组成的侧片),且搭接部分的透气膜位于复合膜的内侧;然后两个复合侧片和防潮层热封,且防潮层位于透气膜上远离另一复合侧片的一侧;即得所述除湿袋,该除湿袋在两个复合侧片之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
进一步地,在进行热封时,先进行横向热封,再进行纵向热封形成两个侧热封边。
进一步地,还包括底片,将防潮层与底片、第一侧片和第二侧片热封,得所述除湿袋。所述底片可以是能够支撑袋体自立的任何形状,例如椭圆形,圆形等。
进一步地,所述热封温度为130-220℃,时间为0.5-1s。
进一步地,热封之前还包括在所述防潮层上涂布热封胶的步骤;其中,所述涂布热封胶的速度≤200m/min;
涂布热封胶时,一段烘道的烘干温度为70-90℃,二段烘道的烘干温度为80-120℃,三段烘道的烘干温度为90-150℃;
烘干后热封胶的涂布量为3-6g/m 2
进一步地,所述防潮层由内到外依次为增强层和阻隔层;所述复合膜由内到外依次为热封层、粘合层、油墨层和承印层;
还包括在所述阻隔层和/或所述承印层印刷油墨图案的步骤,其中,印刷的速度为100-300m/min,烘干温度为40-80℃。
进一步地,所述防潮层的制备步骤为,将印刷油墨图案后的阻隔层与增强层复合、熟化得防潮层;
所述复合层的制备方法为,将承印层与粘合层和热封层复合、熟化得复合层。
进一步地,所述复合的速度≤200m/min;
复合时,一段烘干的温度为50-60℃,二段烘干的温度为65-85℃,三段烘干的温度为75-90℃,贴合温度为50-70℃;复合完成后,在40-50℃熟化,熟化时间≥48h。
本申请技术方案,具有如下优点:

2.本申请提供的除湿袋,通过设置底片,可实现自立。所述底片可以为现有的自立袋底部的任何形状的水平支撑结构,使得袋子不依靠任何支撑,即可自行站立。
3.本申请提供的除湿袋,通过设置可开合的密封结构,待除湿袋内的除湿剂失效后,购买者可自行打开更换新的除湿剂,然后将闭合自密封结构,继续使用,达到重复利用的效果,节约成本和能源。
4.本申请提供的除湿袋,通过限定所述透气膜为无纺布或特卫强;不管是无纺布还是特卫强都具有透气性好,但是不漏水,均可让空气中的水蒸气透过,然后让袋内的除湿剂吸附,达到除湿目的,即使除湿袋倒了,由于透气膜不透水,袋内的水也不会流出;通过限定所述 防潮层包括阻隔层和增强层;所述阻隔层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层,所述增强层为铝箔层,聚酯镀铝膜层,或者是铝箔和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的薄膜层;使得防潮层和透气不透水层的热封强度可保持在5-20N/15mm;使得防潮层不仅与透气膜的接触性好,而且易于撕掉,使用方便。
5.本申请提供的除湿袋,通过限定阻隔层的厚度,可提高运输或者是储存过程中的防潮效果,也就是提高防潮层与透气层的密封性效果。
6.本申请提供的除湿袋,通过限定复合膜的层结构及每一层的厚度,可进一步提高防潮层与透气层的密封性效果。
7.本申请提供的除湿袋,通过在所述防潮层上伸出热封处设置易于撕开防潮层的结构,更方便购买者对防潮层的撕开。
8.本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将防潮层与第一侧片和第二侧片热封,得所述除湿袋,其中,所述侧片由透气膜和/或复合膜组成,至少一个侧片的全部或部分为透气膜;所述防潮层位于所述透气膜的外侧。
通过将防潮层覆盖于所述透气膜的外侧,制得的除湿袋中透气膜与防潮层紧密接触,且不吸湿,有效地防止在运输和储存的过程中,透气膜与外界空气接触导致除湿剂效果变差或者是失效;且防潮层是可撕掉的,当购买者使用时,只需将防潮层撕掉就可以使用,方便、快捷。此外,由于湿气比空气重,湿气会向下方活动,所以衣柜或橱柜的底部是湿气的聚集点,现有的除湿袋通过挂钩悬挂在衣柜内的挂衣杆上也就是衣柜的上方,导致除湿效果差;本申请提供的除湿袋可放置于衣柜或橱柜的底部,无需挂钩,除湿效果好;而且本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,简单方便,热封即可,节省材料。
9.本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,通过将防潮层、底片、第一侧片和第二侧片热封,形成具有容纳腔的袋体,可实现自立。
10.本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,通过对热封的温度和时间进行限定,防止热封后在热封的地方出现褶皱、小气泡或者是脱层的现象,可提高制得的除湿袋中防潮层与透气膜的密封效果,同时平衡防潮层的可撕开的效果,使得透气膜与防潮层紧密接触,且不吸湿,有效地防止在运输和储存的过程中,透气膜与外界空气接触导致除湿剂效果变差或者是失效;当购买者使用时,只需将防潮层撕掉就可以使用,方便、快捷。此外,由于湿气比空气重,湿气会向下方活动,所以衣柜或橱柜的底部是湿气的聚集点,现有的除湿袋通过挂钩悬挂在衣柜内的挂衣杆上也就是衣柜的上方,导致除湿效果差;上述方法制得的除湿袋可放置于衣柜或橱柜的底部,无需挂钩,除湿效果好。
11.本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,通过对涂布热封胶的速度和温度及烘干后热封胶的涂布量进行限定,可提高涂布的均匀性,进一步优化防潮层与透气膜的密封性及可撕开性能。
12.本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,通过对印刷的速度及烘干的温度进行限定,使得印刷图文套印准确,印刷油墨均匀,而且颜色无明显色差。
13.本申请提供的除湿袋的制备方法,通过对复合的速度、复合温度、贴合温度以及复合后熟化的温度和时间进行限定,可提高复合的牢固性和强度,并防止溶剂残留超标和异味,环保健康。

通过在袋体上设置透气膜,并将该层的外表面用防潮层热封合,使得透气膜与防潮层紧密接触,且不吸湿,有效地防止在运输和储存的过程中,透气膜与外界空气接触导致除湿剂效果变差或者是失效;且防潮层是可撕掉的,当购买者使用时,只需将防潮层撕掉就可以使用,方便、快捷。通过设置底片,使得除湿袋不依靠任何支撑,只通过底片即可自行站立。此外,由于湿气比空气重,湿气会向下方活动,所以衣柜或橱柜的底部是湿气的聚集点,现有的除湿袋通过挂钩悬挂在衣柜内的挂衣杆上也就是衣柜的上方,导致除湿效果差;本申请提供的除湿袋可放置于衣柜或橱柜的底部,无需挂钩,除湿效果好。
如图7所示,所述防潮层12包括阻隔层1(本实施例采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层)和增强层2(本实施例采用铝箔层);
所述透气膜8为透气不透水的无纺布,即使除湿袋倒了,由于透气膜不透水,袋内的水也不会流出;
如图8所示,所述第一复合膜、第二复合膜11和第三复合膜均由以下的复合层构成:由内到外依次为热封层3(本实施例采用聚乙烯层)、粘合层4、油墨层5和承印层6(本实施例采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层);
通过采用上述的材质使得防潮层不仅与透气膜的接触性好,而且易于撕掉,使用方便。
所述阻隔层1的厚度为12-50μm(本实施例采用30μm);通过限定阻隔层的厚度可提高防潮层与透气膜的密封效果。
所述粘合层4的厚度为1-3μm(本实施例采用3μm);
所述油墨层5的厚度小于3μm(本实施例采用2μm);
所述热封层3的厚度为30-150μm(本实施例采用55μm);
所述承印层6的厚度为12-50μm(本实施例采用30μm)。
通过限定复合膜的层结构及每一层的厚度,可提高除湿袋的回收利用的次数,节约能源。
所述透气膜8和第二复合膜11通过搭接热封在一起;
作为一种可替换的实施方式,所述增强层2还可以为聚酯镀铝膜层,或者是铝箔和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的薄膜层。
作为另一种可替换的实施方式,所述透气膜8可以为特卫强。
作为再另一种可替换的实施方式,所述热封层3可以为流延聚丙烯层。
作为再另一种可替换的实施方式,所述承印层6可以为聚酰胺层或者是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层和聚酰胺层。
上述除湿袋的制备方法包括如下步骤:
复合膜的制备:
首先采用凹版印刷机在承印层6的内侧印刷文字图案(也就是油墨层5),印刷的速度为100m/min,烘干温度为80℃;
然后在承印层6印刷文字图案的一侧涂覆聚氨酯胶黏剂(也就是粘合层4),涂覆聚氨酯胶黏剂的速度160m/min;
之后将承印层6涂覆聚氨酯胶黏剂的一侧与热封层3的复合,复合速度160m/min;复合时,一段烘道的温度为50℃,二段烘道的温度为65℃,三段烘道的温度为75℃,贴合温度为50℃;
复合完成后,在熟化室于45℃的熟化,熟化时间48h,即得复合膜。
防潮层的制备:
首先,采用凹版印刷机在阻隔层1的内侧印刷文字图案,印刷的速度为100m/min,烘干温度为80℃;
然后将阻隔层1印刷有文字图案的一侧与增强层2复合,复合速度160m/min;复合时,一段烘道的温度为50℃,二段烘道的温度为65℃,三段烘道的温度为75℃,贴合温度为50℃;
复合完成后,在熟化室于45℃熟化,熟化时间48h,即得防潮层。
涂布:
在防潮层12的增强层2一侧涂布热封胶;其中,涂布热封胶的速度160m/min;涂布热封胶时,一段烘道的烘干温度为70℃,二段烘道的烘干温度为80℃,三段烘道的烘干温度为90℃;烘干后热封胶的涂布量为3g/m 2
分切:
按照规格分别分切复合膜11、涂布后的防潮层12和透气膜8,得到所需宽度卷材:第一侧片7、第二复合膜11、防潮层12、透气膜8和底片9。
热封:
首先将分切后的透气膜8与第二复合膜11部分搭接形成第二侧片10,且搭接部分透气膜8位于第二复合膜11的内侧;然后将防潮层12上涂布热封胶的一侧覆盖透气膜8;且在透气膜8与第二复合膜11的搭接部分的防潮层12位于第二复合膜11的外侧,然后将防潮层12、透气膜8和第二复合膜11的搭接处进行横向热封,热封温度为180℃,时间为0.5s;
之后将底片9分别与第一侧片7和第二复合膜11进行横向热封;热封温度为150℃,时间为0.8s;
最后将第二侧片10与第一侧片7、防潮层12和底片9进行两个侧边的纵向热封形成两个侧热封边,得到具有容纳腔体的袋体,热封的温度为220℃,时间为0.5s;且纵向热封时,防潮层12位于透气膜8上远离第一侧片7的一侧。底片9固定在第一侧片7和第二侧片10之间形成除湿袋的底部;在第一侧片7、第二侧片10和底片9之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔;
最后裁剪即得所述除湿袋。
待除湿袋内装入防湿剂后,可将第一侧片7和第二侧片10远离底片9的一端热封。
将制得除湿袋的防潮层和透气膜热封强度进行测试,其热封强度为18N/15mm。
实施例2
一种除湿袋,如图7所示,包括:
袋体,所述袋体包括第一侧片7、第二侧片10和底片9,所述第一侧片7由第一复合膜构成;所述底片9由第三复合膜构成,所述第二侧片10为透气膜8;且第一复合膜和第三复合膜的结构和组成相同;
容纳腔,由所述第一侧片7、第二侧片10和底片9热封形成;
防潮层12,覆盖于所述透气膜8远离所述容纳腔的一侧,且防潮层12伸出热封处设置易于撕开防潮层的结构,该结构可以是是正方形、长方形、圆弧形、椭圆形等(本实施例采用圆弧形)。

所述阻隔层1的厚度为12-50μm(本实施例采用50μm);通过限定阻隔层的厚度可提高防潮层与透气膜的密封效果。

然后在承印层6印刷文字图案的一侧涂覆聚氨酯胶黏剂(也就是粘合层4),涂覆聚氨酯胶黏剂的速度180m/min;
之后将承印层6涂覆聚氨酯胶黏剂的一侧与热封层3的复合,复合速度180m/min;复合时,一段烘道的温度为60℃,二段烘道的温度为85℃,三段烘道的温度为90℃,贴合温度为70℃;
复合完成后,在熟化室于50℃的熟化,熟化时间60h;即得复合膜。
防潮层的制备:
首先,采用凹版印刷机在阻隔层1的内侧印刷文字图案,印刷的速度为300m/min,烘干温度为40℃;
阻隔层1印刷有文字图案的一侧与增强层2复合,复合速度180m/min;复合时,一段烘道的温度为60℃,二段烘道的温度为85℃,三段烘道的温度为90℃,贴合温度为70℃;
复合完成后,在熟化室于50℃熟化,熟化时间60h;即得防潮层。
涂布:
在防潮层12的增强层2一侧涂布热封胶;其中涂布热封胶的速度200m/min;涂布热封胶时,一段烘道的烘干温度为90℃,二段烘道的烘干温度为120℃,三段烘道的烘干温度为150℃;烘干后热封胶的涂布量为6g/m 2
分切:
按照规格分别分切复合膜11、涂布后的防潮层12和透气膜8,得到所需宽度卷材:第一侧片7、第二侧片10(透气膜8)、防潮层12和底片9。
热封:
首先将分切后的第一侧片7与底片9进行横向热封,热封温度为220℃,时间为0.5s;
然后将防潮层12和第二侧片10(透气膜8)和底片9进行横向热封,热封温度为140℃,时间为1s;且热封时,防潮层12中涂布热封胶的一侧覆盖于第二侧片10(透气膜8)上;
之后将第一侧片7、第二侧片10(透气膜8)、防潮层12和底片9进行纵向热封形成两个侧热封边,得到具有容纳腔体的袋体,热封的温度为150℃,时间为1s;且纵向热封时,第二侧片10(透气膜8)远离容纳腔体的一侧覆盖防潮层12;底片9固定在第一侧片7和第二侧片10之间形成除湿袋的底部;第一侧片7、第二侧片10和底片9之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
最后裁剪即得所述除湿袋;在裁剪时,所述除湿袋中的防潮层12上伸出热封处设置有易于撕开防潮层的结构,该结构可以是是正方形、长方形、圆弧形、椭圆形等(本实施例采用圆弧形)。
待除湿袋内装入防湿剂后,可将第一侧片7和第二侧片10远离底片9的一端热封。
将制得除湿袋的防潮层和透气膜热封强度进行测试,其热封强度为12N/15mm。
实施例3
一种除湿袋,包括:
袋体,所述袋体包括第一侧片7、第二侧片10,所述第一侧片7由第一复合膜构成,所述第二侧片10由透气膜8构成;
容纳腔,由所述第一侧片7和第二侧片10热封形成;
防潮层12,覆盖于所述第二侧片10(透气膜8)远离所述容纳腔的一侧;
所述袋体的下端设置有可开合的拉链13,且所述拉链的长度不小于袋体上端开口的宽度(本实施例中拉链的长度与袋体上端开口的宽度一致),如图9所示。

复合完成后,在熟化室于40℃熟化,熟化时间48h;即得防潮层。
涂布:
在防潮层12的增强层2一侧涂布热封胶;其中,涂布热封胶的速度180m/min;涂布热封胶时,一段烘道的烘干温度为80℃,二段烘道的烘干温度为100℃,三段烘道的烘干温度为120℃;烘干后热封胶的涂布量为5g/m 2
分切:
按照规格分别分切复合膜11、涂布后的防潮层12和透气膜8,得到所需宽度卷材:第一侧片7、第二侧片10(透气膜)和防潮层12。
热封:
首先将分切后的第一侧片7、第二侧片10和防潮层12的下端进行横向热封形成可开合的密封结构(本实施例采用可开合的拉链13),且所述拉链的长度与袋体上端开口的一致;热封温度为130℃,时间为1s;且横向热封时,第二侧片10(透气膜)位于防潮层12和第一侧片7之间,防潮层12中涂布热封胶的一侧与第二侧片10(透气膜)接触;
然后将第一侧片7、第二侧片10和防潮层12进行两个侧边的纵向热封形成两个侧热封边,得到具有容纳腔体的袋体,热封的温度为180℃,时间为0.8s;在第一侧片7和第二侧片10之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔;
待除湿袋内装入防湿剂后,在第一侧片7、第二侧片10和防潮层12的另一端进行热封。
将制得除湿袋的防潮层和透气膜热封强度进行测试,其热封强度为10N/15mm。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别仅在于热封温度不同,具体热封温度为:首先将分切后的透气膜8与第二复合膜11部分搭接形成第二侧片10,且搭接部分透气膜8位于第二复合膜11的内侧;然后将防潮层12上涂布热封胶的一侧覆盖透气膜8;且在透气膜8与第二复合膜11的搭接部分的防潮层12位于第二复合膜11的外侧,然后将防潮层12、透气膜8和第二复合膜11的搭接处进行横向热封,热封温度为110℃,时间为0.5s;
之后将底片9分别与第一侧片7和第二复合膜11进行横向热封;热封温度为150℃,时间为0.8s;
最后将第二侧片10与第一侧片7、防潮层12和底片9进行两个侧边的纵向热封形成两个侧热封边,得到具有容纳腔体的袋体,热封的温度为110℃,时间为0.5s;且纵向热封时,防潮层12位于透气膜8上远离第一侧片7的一侧。底片9固定在第一侧片7和第二侧片10之间形成除湿袋的底部;在第一侧片7、第二侧片10和底片9之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
将制得除湿袋的防潮层和透气膜热封强度进行测试,其热封强度为3N/15mm。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别仅在于热封温度不同,具体热封温度为:首先将分切后的透气膜8与第二复合膜11部分搭接形成第二侧片10,且搭接部分透气膜8位于第二复合膜11的内侧;然后将防潮层12上涂布热封胶的一侧覆盖透气膜8;且在透气膜8与第二复合膜11的搭接部分的防潮层12位于第二复合膜11的外侧,然后将防潮层12、透气膜8和第二复合膜11的搭接处进行横向热封,热封温度为250℃,时间为0.5s;

最后将第二侧片10与第一侧片7、防潮层12和底片9进行两个侧边的纵向热封形成两个侧热封边,得到具有容纳腔体的袋体,热封的温度为250℃,时间为0.5s;且纵向热封时,防潮层12位于透气膜8上远离第一侧片7的一侧。底片9固定在第一侧片7和第二侧片10之间形成除湿袋的底部;在第一侧片7、第二侧片10和底片9之间形成用于盛放除湿剂的容纳腔。
将制得除湿袋的防潮层和透气膜热封强度进行测试,其热封强度为30N/15mm。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种除湿袋,其特征在于,包括:
    袋体,包括第一侧片和第二侧片,所述侧片包括透气膜和/或复合膜,其中,至少一个侧片的全部或部分为透气膜;
    防潮层,覆盖于所述透气膜外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述袋体还包括底片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述袋体上设置有可开合的密封结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述防潮层包括增强层和阻隔层;
    优选的,所述阻隔层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层;
    所述增强层为铝箔层,聚酯镀铝膜层或铝箔和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的薄膜层;
    所述透气膜为无纺布或特卫强。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述阻隔层的厚度为12-50μm。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述复合膜由内到外依次为热封层、粘合层、油墨层和承印层;
    优选的,所述热封层为聚乙烯层或流延聚丙烯层;
    所述承印层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层和/或聚酰胺层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述粘合层的厚度为1-3μm;
    所述油墨层的厚度小于3μm;
    所述热封层的厚度为30-150μm;
    所述承印层的厚度为12-50μm。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的除湿袋,其特征在于,所述防潮层上设置易拉结构。
  9. 一种除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    将防潮层与第一侧片和第二侧片热封,得所述除湿袋,其中,所述侧片由透气膜和/或复合膜组成,至少一个侧片的全部或部分为透气膜;所述防潮层位于所述透气膜的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括底片,将防潮层与底片、第一侧片和第二侧片热封,得所述除湿袋。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热封温度为130-220℃,时间为0.5-1s。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,热封之前还包括在所述防潮层上涂布热封胶的步骤;
    其中,所述涂布热封胶的速度≤200m/min;
    涂布热封胶时,一段烘道的烘干温度为70-90℃,二段烘道的烘干温度为80-120℃,三段烘道的烘干温度为90-150℃;
    烘干后热封胶的涂布量为3-6g/m 2
  13. 根据权利要求10或11所述的除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防潮层由内到外依次为增强层和阻隔层;所述复合膜由内到外依次为热封层、粘合层、油墨层和承印层;
    还包括在所述阻隔层和/或所述承印层印刷油墨图案的步骤,其中,印刷的速度为100-300m/min,烘干温度为40-80℃。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防潮层的制备步骤为,将印刷油墨图案后的阻隔层与增强层复合、熟化得防潮层;
    所述复合层的制备方法为,将印刷烘干后的承印层与粘合层和热封层复合、熟化得复合层。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的除湿袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合的速度≤200m/min;
    复合时,一段烘干的温度为50-60℃,二段烘干的温度为65-85℃,三段烘干的温度为75-90℃,贴合温度为50-70℃;复合完成后,在40-50℃熟化,熟化时间≥48h。
