内壳19的前后左右四侧表面均固定安装有限位槽B8,限位槽B8的内部套接有滑动杆B9,滑动杆B9的一侧通过弹簧B7与限位槽B8的内壁活动连接,滑动杆B9的另一端固定安装有滑块10,外壳1内壁的前后左右四侧均开设有滑槽B11,滑槽B11的内壁与滑块10滑动连接,使所述内壳19具有抵抗来自试剂盒前后左右四个方向的外力,通过弹簧对外力进行缓冲,保护内壳19及其内部的试剂。
外壳1的顶部通过转轴20活动连接有盖板14,盖板14的底部固定安装有限位滑轮16,限位滑轮16的底部与防撞卡盖17的顶部滑动连接,外壳1内壁的右侧开设有卡槽12,盖板14的左侧活动安装有限位卡块13,限位卡块13与卡槽12插接,具有将所述盖板14固定在外壳1上的作用。盖板14的顶部固定设置有把手15。所述把手15便于操作人员携带和移动所述试剂盒。
所述内壳19设置为有开口的球形结构,所述内胆18和所述防撞卡盖17连接呈球形结构,且所述内壳19的内壁、所述内胆18的外表面和所述防撞卡盖17的外表面均设置为抛光面。当试剂盒发生翻转的情况时,内胆18在重力的作用下,在内壳19内可以全方位的旋转,保持试剂盒内的试剂顶部向上的状态,防止试剂破损洒落。
内壳19的内壁、所述内胆18的外表面和所述防撞卡盖17的外表面均设置为抛光面,可以减小内壳19与内胆18和防撞卡盖17的接触面的摩擦力,提高内胆18运动的灵活性。
请参阅图4,所述滑槽A4的内壁和所述滑槽B11的内壁均设置为抛光面,所述滑动杆A3与所述滑槽A4的接触面设置为抛光面,所述滑块10与所述滑槽B11的接触面设置为抛光面,具有减小滑动杆与滑槽接触面摩擦力的作用,使滑动杆在滑槽内运动的更加灵活流畅。且滑槽A4为圆形结构,使设置在内壳19的底部的滑动杆A3在滑槽A4内可以多方位的移动,可以提高试剂盒抵抗水平方向外力的能力。所述增重块6的顶部为平面结构,所述内胆18的内壁、所述防撞卡盖17和所述增重块6的顶部均设置有防撞垫。该设计可以使其内部的晃动可以更轻。所述防撞垫可以由海绵等柔性材料制成,具有对外力撞击进行缓冲的作用,对放置在内胆18中的试剂提供给更进一步的保护。
所述限位卡块13为U型结构,所述卡槽12为矩形结构,所述限位卡块13的一 端可活动的设置在所述盖板14上,所述限位卡块13的另一端可分离的设置在所述卡槽12内部,且所述限位卡块13宽度为所述盖板14宽度的三分之一。该设计可以使其更便于卡住后携带。将所述限位卡块13设置为U型结构,使卡在卡槽12内更加牢固,防止在外力作用下,限位卡块13松动,导致盖板14打开,使内部的试剂掉落。
所述外壳1的内壁和所述盖板14的内壁设置有防穿透挡板,且所述外壳1外表面和所述盖板14的外表面设置有防撞层。可以使试剂盒减少震动和穿透伤害。所述防穿透挡板和防撞层可由钢板等硬性材料制成,具有抵挡外部撞击,防止试剂盒损坏的作用,提高试剂盒的稳固性。请参阅图5,所述试剂盒还包括2个连接杆21,所述连接杆21上设置有滑道211,所述连接杆21的一端固定在所述盖板14底部,所述限位滑轮16通过所述滑道211活动连接在所述连接杆21上。限位滑轮16可活动的连接在所述连接杆21的一端,当所述试剂盒在外力的作用下发生晃动,所述限位滑轮16可以在限定防撞卡盖17位置的同时,抵消纵向的外力,防止所述防撞卡盖17损坏。
请参阅图6,所述试剂盒还包括固定装置22,所述固定装置22设置在所述增重块6的顶部。固定装置22具有将试剂固定在内胆18中的作用,防止试剂在所述内胆18中晃动,掉落。
所述固定装置22包括至少2个固定带221,所述固定带221的两端固定在所述增重块6的顶部。固定带221由弹性材料制成,可以固定试剂的同时不损坏试剂。固定带221设置为至少2个,可以提高固定试剂的稳定性,在实际使用中,可以根据试剂的大小,设置不同数量的固定带221。
所述固定装置22还包括调节扣222,所述调节扣222设置在所述固定带221上。在固定带221上设置调节扣222,可以调节所述固定带221的长短,以适应不同形状大小的试剂,提高所述试剂盒的通用性。
工作原理:首先将试剂放入内胆18的内部,盖住防撞卡盖17和盖板14,当箱体不小心掉落时,该设备整体会发生晃动,内壳19会因为弹簧A2和滑动杆A3的原因进行上下滑动,同时内壳19还会因为弹簧B7和滑动杆B9的缘故进行前后左右滑动,此时滑动杆A3会在滑槽A4的内部进行滑动,内壳19整体则感受不到碰撞后带来的力度,当该设备整体发生旋转时,内胆18会因为增重块6的缘故,其重心向下并且在内壳19的内部进行转动。
本实用新型提供的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,包括外壳,将试剂存放于内胆内部,当外壳整体受到撞击时,内壳四周会通过弹簧B进行卸力,从而减少碰撞带来的 震伤,且内壳在向四周晃动的同时会因为弹簧A的缘故进行上下滑动,从而内壳会进行全方位的晃动,且外壳的表面和内胆的内壁均镶嵌有防撞垫,可以有效地减少外部撞击和内部试剂的晃动,当试剂盒整体发生旋转时,增重块会因为重力的缘故使内胆一直保持重心向下,从而可以使试剂保持顶部朝上,并防止试剂发生大幅度晃动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)内壁的底部开设有滑槽A(4),所述滑槽A(4)的内部滑动连接有滑动杆A(3),所述滑动杆A(3)的顶部套接有限位槽A(5),所述限位槽A(5)的顶部固定连接有内壳(19),所述滑动杆A(3)的顶部通过弹簧A(2)与所述限位槽A(5)内壁的顶部活动连接,所述内壳(19)的内部滑动连接有内胆(18),所述内胆(18)的顶部卡接有防撞卡盖(17),所述内胆(18)内壁的底部固定安装有增重块(6),所述内壳(19)的前后左右四侧表面均设置有限位槽B(8),所述限位槽B(8)的内部套接有滑动杆B(9),所述滑动杆B(9)的一端通过弹簧B(7)与所述限位槽B(8)的内壁活动连接,所述滑动杆B(9)的另一端设置有滑块(10),所述外壳(1)内壁的前后左右四侧均开设有滑槽B(11),所述滑槽B(11)的内壁与所述滑块(10)滑动连接,所述外壳(1)的顶部通过转轴(20)活动连接有盖板(14),所述盖板(14)的底部固定安装有限位滑轮(16),所述限位滑轮(16)的底部与所述防撞卡盖(17)的顶部滑动连接,所述外壳(1)内壁的右侧开设有卡槽(12),所述盖板(14)的左侧活动设置有限位卡块(13),所述限位卡块(13)与所述卡槽(12)插接,所述盖板(14)的顶部固定设置有把手(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述内壳(19)设置为有开口的球形结构,所述内胆(18)和所述防撞卡盖(17)连接呈球形结构,且所述内壳(19)的内壁、所述内胆(18)的外表面和所述防撞卡盖(17)的外表面均设置为抛光面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述滑槽A(4)的内壁和所述滑槽B(11)的内壁均设置为抛光面,所述滑动杆A(3)与所述滑槽A(4)的接触面设置为抛光面,所述滑块(10)与所述滑槽B(11)的接触面设置为抛光面,所述滑槽A(4)为圆形结构,所述滑槽B(11)为矩形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述增重块(6)的顶部为平面结构,所述内胆(18)的内壁、所述防撞卡盖(17)和所述增重块(6)的顶部均设置有防撞垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述限位卡块(13)为U型结构,所述卡槽(12)为矩形结构,所述限位卡块(13)的一端可活动的设置在所述盖板(14)上,所述限位卡块(13)的另一端可分离的设置在所述卡 槽(12)内部,且所述限位卡块(13)宽度为所述盖板(14)宽度的三分之一。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的内壁和所述盖板(14)的内壁设置有防穿透挡板,且所述外壳(1)外表面和所述盖板(14)的外表面设置有防撞层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:还包括2个连接杆(21),所述连接杆(21)上设置有滑道(211),所述连接杆(21)的一端固定在所述盖板(14)底部,所述限位滑轮(16)通过所述滑道(211)活动连接在所述连接杆(21)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:还包括固定装置(22),所述固定装置(22)设置在所述增重块(6)的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述固定装置(22)包括至少2个固定带(221),所述固定带(221)的两端固定在所述增重块(6)的顶部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于肺癌检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:所述固定装置(22)还包括调节扣(222),所述调节扣(222)设置在所述固定带(221)上。
