Abstract
本发明公开了一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,包括底座,所述底座的内部对称设置有两个固定块,所述底座的内部在位于固定块的上方对称设置有两个活动板,所述底座的上方设置有支架,两个所述活动板的上方在位于支架的左右两侧均设置有一个支撑杆。本发明所述的一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,通过设置可展开、收缩的活动板,可以便于增加水井钻机与地面的接触面积;通过设置可转动的支撑杆,可以便于提高支架的稳定性;通过在支架两端设置挡块,可以便于对支撑杆的上端进行固定;通过开设收纳槽,可以便于活动板的收纳;通过设置固定块,可以便于将滑动板固定在收纳槽内,使得小型水井钻机与地面的接触面积可调,提高其稳定性。
Description
本发明涉及农业机械领域,特别涉及一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构。
钻凿水井并完成下井管、洗井等作业的机械设备,包括动力设备和钻头、钻杆、岩心管、钻架等,一般分回转式转机、冲击式钻机和复合式转机3大类,水井钻机由于其高度较高,故而在其使用时需要扩大底座与地面的接触面积,从而提高水井钻机的稳定性;但是现有的小型水井钻机在使用时没有相应的调节结构,故而导致其不能对底座与地面的接触面积进行调节,从而使得其稳定性较差。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,包括底座,所述底座的内部对称设置有两个固定块,所述底座的内部在位于固定块的上方对称设置有两个活动板,所述底座的上方设置有支架,两个所述活动板的上方在位于支架的左右两侧均设置有一个支撑杆。
优选的,所述底座的上端开设有收纳槽,所述收纳槽的底端对称开设有两个一号伸缩槽,所述底座的上端在位于收纳槽的前方开设有通孔,所述底座的上端在位于收纳槽的后方设置有收线轮,通过开设收纳槽,可以便于活动板的收纳。
优选的,两个所述固定块的下端在位于两个一号伸缩槽内均设置有一个一号垫板,所述一号垫板的下端设置有一号弹簧,通过设置固定块,可以便于将滑动板固定在收纳槽内。
优选的,两个所述活动板对称设置在收纳槽内,所述活动板的上端开设有滑槽,所述活动板的下端在位于滑槽的内侧开设有固定槽,所述活动板的上端在位于滑槽的外侧设置有连接块,所述连接块的上端开设有连接槽,所述连接槽的内壁上对称开设有两个轴孔,通过设置可展开、收缩的活动板,可以便于增加水井钻机与地面的接触面积。
优选的,所述支架的下端对称开设有四个限位槽,所述支架的下端分别穿过两个滑槽设置在收纳槽的底端,所述支架的上端设置有滑轮,所述支架的内侧设置有安装板,所述安装板的上端设置有电机,所述支架的左右两端对称设置有两个挡块,所述挡块的外端交叉开设有横向槽、纵向槽,通过在支架两端设置挡块,可以便于对支撑杆的上端进行固定。
优选的,两个所述支撑杆的下侧对称设置有两个转轴,所述支撑杆通过转轴安装在连接槽内,所述支撑杆的内部开设有二号伸缩槽,所述二号伸缩槽没设置有二号弹簧,所述二号弹簧的上端设置有二号垫板,所述二号垫板的上端设置有伸缩柱,所述伸缩柱的上端在位于支撑杆的上方设置有连接柱,所述连接柱的上端设置有横杆,通过设置可转动的支撑杆,可以便于提高支架的稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果。
通过设置可展开、收缩的活动板,可以便于增加水井钻机与地面的接触面积;通过设置可转动的支撑杆,可以便于提高支架的稳定性;通过在支架两端设置挡块,可以便于对支撑杆的上端进行固定;通过开设收纳槽,可以便于活动板的收纳;通过设置固定块,可以便于将滑动板固定在收纳槽内,从而最终使得小型水井钻机与地面的接触面积可调,提高其稳定性。

如图1-5所示,一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,包括底座1,底座1的内部对称设置有两个固定块2,底座1的内部在位于固定块2的上方对称设置有两个活动板3,底座1的上方设置有支架4,两个活动板3的上方在位于支架4的左右两侧均设置有一个支撑杆5。
底座1的上端开设有收纳槽6,收纳槽6的底端对称开设有两个一号伸缩槽7,底座1的上端在位于收纳槽6的前方开设有通孔8,底座1的上端在位于收纳槽6的后方设置有收线轮10;两个固定块2的下端在位于两个一号伸缩槽7内均设置有一个一号垫板11,一号垫板11的下端设置有一号弹簧12;两个活动板3对称设置在收纳槽6内,活动板3的上端开设有滑槽13,活动板3的下端在位于滑槽13的内侧开设有固定槽14,活动板3的上端在位于滑槽13的外侧设置有连接块15,连接块15的上端开设有连接槽16,连接槽16的内壁上对称开设有两个轴孔17;支架4的下端对称开设有四个限位槽9,支架4的下端分别穿过两个滑槽13设置在收纳槽6的底端,支架4的上端设置有滑轮19,支架4的内侧设置有安装板20,安装板20的上端设置有电机21,支架4的左右两端对称设置有两个挡块22,挡块22的外端交叉开设有横向槽23、纵向槽24;两个支撑杆5的下侧对称设置有两个转轴25,支撑杆5通过转轴25安装在连接槽16内,支撑杆5的内部开设有二号伸缩槽26,二号伸缩槽26没设置有二号弹簧27,二号弹簧27的上端设置有二号垫板28,二号垫板28的上端设置有伸缩柱29,伸缩柱29的上端在位于支撑杆5的上方设置有连接柱30,连接柱30的上端设置有横杆18。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,在使用时,首先将活动板3从收纳槽6内向外侧拉出,直至支架4接触到滑槽13的内端即可,当拉动滑动板3时,其下端的固定块2会被压入到一号伸缩槽7内,而支撑杆5也会随着活动板3的移动而移动,当活动板3移动完毕后,先将横杆18向下压动,使得伸缩柱29收缩到二号伸缩槽26内,使得连接柱30与支撑杆5接触即可,接着再将支撑杆5围绕着转轴25像内侧转动,从而使得横杆18卡入到挡块22上开设的横向槽23即可松开横杆18,此时二号弹簧27会将其固定在横向槽23内,此时即完成了对钻机稳定性的提升,当钻机使用完毕后,可将横杆18从横向槽23内移出,接着再将活动板收入到收纳槽6内,最终使得固定块2卡入到固定槽14内即可。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业机械水井钻机用调节结构,其特征在于:两个所述固定块(2)的下端在位于两个一号伸缩槽(7)内均设置有一个一号垫板(11),所述一号垫板(11)的下端设置有一号弹簧(12)。
