本发明涉及安装固定支架领域,特别涉及一种农业机械水井钻机用安装固定支架。
背景技术
水井钻机是钻凿水井并完成下井管、洗井等作业的机械设备,包括动力设备和钻头、钻杆、岩心管、钻架等,一般分回转式钻机、冲击式钻机和复合式钻机三大类,钻机使用的设备需要安装在固定支架上;然而,目前钻机使用的安装固定支架在使用时具有一定弊端,固定支架上空间狭小,不能站人,固定支架上的设备在后期检修时极为不便,还有固定支架在不平整的地面上使用时,其稳定性差。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种农业机械水井钻机用安装固定支架,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
一种农业机械水井钻机用安装固定支架,包括支撑底板,所述支撑底板的上表面活动安装有活动板,所述活动板的上表面固定安装有设备框架,所述设备框架的内侧表面靠近边缘处固定安装有十字侧隔架,所述支撑底板的前表面活动安装有承载平台,所述支撑底板的后表面活动安装有紧固板,所述承载平台的下方活动安装有深插机构,所述支撑底板的下表面靠近四角位置均固定安装有支撑腿。
优选的,所述支撑底板的上表面位于活动板的下方开设有导向滑槽,所述活动板的前表面固定安装有推拉把手,所述活动板的下表面固定安装有滑条,所述活动板的下表面位于滑条的后方固定安装有安装架,所述安装架的内部活动安装有滚轮。
优选的,所述承载平台的下表面位于中部位置固定安装有承托柱,所述承托柱的下表面固定安装有承托底板,所述承托底板的上表面开设有深插口。
优选的,所述紧固板的表面螺旋安装有紧固旋钮,所述紧固板与支撑底板之间固定安装有合页,所述活动板通过紧固板和紧固旋钮与支撑底板螺旋连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果。
本发明中,通过设置的活动板和承载平台,活动板能从支撑底板中移出,增大检修操作空间,为后期检修提供便利,通过设置的深插机构,深插机构能够插入地面,配合侧面支撑的承托底板能够提高放置时的稳定性,防止在不平整的地面上操作时安装固定支架连带设备侧倾。

支撑底板1的上表面位于活动板4的下方开设有导向滑槽101,活动板4的前表面固定安装有推拉把手401,活动板4的下表面固定安装有滑条404,活动板4的下表面位于滑条404的后方固定安装有安装架402,安装架402的内部活动安装有滚轮403,活动板4能从支撑底板1中移出,增大检修操作空间,为后期检修提供便利;承载平台5的下表面位于中部位置固定安装有承托柱501,承托柱501的下表面固定安装有承托底板502,承托底板502的上表面开设有深插口503;紧固板6的表面螺旋安装有紧固旋钮601,紧固板6与支撑底板1之间固定安装有合页602,活动板4通过紧固板6和紧固旋钮601与支撑底板1螺旋连接;深插机构7包括下压板701、连接块702、T形滑杆703、深插桩704、连接弹簧705和T形导向槽706,下压板701的后表面固定安装有连接块702,下压板701的内侧表面和连接块702的内侧表面均固定安装有T形滑杆703,下压板701的下表面固定安装有深插桩704,深插桩704的表面套设有连接弹簧705,承托柱501的表面开设有T形导向槽706,下压板701通过T形滑杆703嵌入T形导向槽706与承托柱501活动连接,深插机构7能够插入地面,配合侧面支撑的承托底板502能够提高放置时的稳定性,防止在不平整的地面上操作时安装固定支架连带设备侧倾;活动板4通过滚轮403和滑条404在支撑底板1的导向滑槽101内水平滑动。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种农业机械水井钻机用安装固定支架,在使用前,下压板701带动T形滑杆703在承托柱501上的T形导向槽706内向下移动,深插桩704穿过承托底板502上的深插口503进入地面,配合侧面支撑的承托柱501和承托底板502,能够提高放置时的稳定性,防止在不平整的地面上操作时安装固定支架连带设备侧倾,在检修时,松开紧固旋钮601,拉动推拉把手401,带动活动板4在支撑底板1上向外滑动,滑条404和滚轮403在导向滑槽101内滑动,滑动运行时稳定性好,承载平台5与支撑底板1高度平齐,活动板4滑到承载平台5上,从而活动板4能从支撑底板1中移出,增大了检修操作空间,为后期检修提供便利。
