儿童推车 技术领域
本申请涉及儿童用品领域,特别是涉及一种座椅可原位旋转的儿童推车。
背景技术
有些婴儿推车为了方便照看孩童,其座椅是可以换向的,如CN2827809Y公开的推车中,座椅两侧设置有插件,而车架上相应地设置有与插件配合的插座。需要换向时,将座椅从车架上卸下,调换方向后,插件还是可以与插座配合,进而可以将座椅安装在车架上。因相对传统的儿童推车增加了插座和插件,车架的侧面结构明显变得更加复杂,座椅高出车架,导致儿童推车折叠后的体积更大,另外需要换向时需要将座椅卸下,造成了操作不便。
技术问题
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种座椅可以原位换向的儿童推车。
技术解决方案
儿童推车,包括车架和可旋转的座椅,所述座椅包括位于底部的旋转座,车架上设有与所述旋转座配合的适配座,所述旋转座可绕座椅转动轴线相对适配座转动,使得所述座椅具有至少两种不同朝向的工作位。
优选的,所述座椅包括位于底部的旋转座和设置于所述旋转座上的折叠支架,所述折叠支架包括对称布置的两侧架,各侧架包括:
前坐杆,下端与所述旋转座前侧铰接;
后坐杆,下端与所述旋转座后侧铰接;
第一连杆,一端与所述前坐杆中部铰接,另一端与所述后坐杆的上端铰接;
手把杆,下端与所述前坐杆的上端铰接;
第二连杆,一端与所述后坐杆的上端铰接,另一端与所述手把杆的下端铰接;
所述旋转座、所述前坐杆、所述第一连杆以及所述后坐杆构成能够随折叠支架形变的第一连杆机构,所述前坐杆、所述手把杆、所述第一连杆以及所述第二连杆构成能够随折叠支架形变的第二连杆机构。
优选的,所述适配座与旋转座之间设有限制两者相互旋转的第二锁定机构,所述第二锁定机构包括:

活动销,设置在所述旋转座上,所述活动销具有缩入所述旋转座的回避位置和探出所述旋转座的工作位置,所述座椅在预设位置下,所述活动销与所述定位孔配合;
牵引索,一端与所述活动销联动,另一端与所述座椅或者所述车架上的部件联动。
所述适配座和所述旋转座之间设置有限制旋转座脱离适配座的第三锁定机构,所述第三锁定机构包括:
卡合部,设置在所述旋转座上;
多个卡合块,设置在所述适配座上且可沿所述座椅转动轴线的径向运动,各卡合块具有能够与所述卡合部配合的卡合位置和退出所述卡合部的释锁位置;
解锁件,滑动安装在所述适配座上,且通过自身上的引导斜孔同步地将各卡合块驱动至释锁位置;

本申请座椅与车架为转动配合,座椅相对车架可以原位换向,不需要将座椅卸下进行换向,简化了操作。

本领域中,杆件为了降低重量或者内置管线等原因选用管件,但是不论是管件还是杆件,核心目的都是为了传递力矩,支撑车架1关系,因此本文中的杆件也可以有多种实现形式,利于空心的管件等能够支撑多向力矩从而抗拉,抗压,抗弯的部件。
同时,本申请中提到的铰接、转动连接等在未做特地说明的情况下通过本领域中常见技术手段实现,例如各部件在枢轴位置沿轴向依次叠置且通过该枢轴转动配合,枢轴可以是单独的部件,也可以是与各部件中的一者为采用一体结构。
本申请中所表述的前后关系指代的儿童推车正向推行时的前后关系,并不局限于绝对方向上的前后,在本申请设置的旋转座椅2的情况下,前后是座椅2正向时的概念。例如座椅2正向时,前坐杆222位于后坐杆223的前侧,座椅2反向时,前坐杆222位于后坐杆223的后侧;再例如座椅2正向时,当用户站立于儿童推车后方,拉力以驱动童车后退时,前坐杆222就位于后坐杆223行进方向上的后侧。
参考附图1a至附图1j,一种儿童推车,包括车架1和可旋转的座椅2,座椅2包括位于底部的旋转座21,车架1上设有与旋转座21配合的适配座11,旋转座21可绕座椅转动轴线相对适配座11转动,如图1b和1c所示,通过转动座椅2,可以改变座椅2的朝向,以满足不同的使用要求。
车架1包括两个对称布置的侧支架,适配座11安置在两个侧支架之间。单个侧支架包括前脚杆、后脚杆和手把杆,前脚杆和后脚杆的顶部转动连接,底部安装有车轮,其中前轮为万向轮,便于推车转弯,后轮为定向轮,之间设置连接轴。两手把杆顶部向内侧弯曲连成一体,构成U型杆件。
在其中一实施例中,如图1a所示,手把杆的底部与后脚杆的中部之间插接配合,且连接处设置有锁定机构,手把杆和后脚杆的底部之间设置有扶手杆,手把杆的底部与前脚杆的顶部之间设置有连动杆。可以看出,侧支架所在的平面与座椅不会发生干涉,因此车架和座椅可以一同折叠。
本实施例中,适配座的前部与扶手杆、前脚杆、后脚杆同轴铰接,后部与手把杆铰接,解锁折叠时,适配座能够向后脚杆所在的平面靠拢,以缩小推车体积。显而易见的,只要车架对座椅使用不发生干涉,其侧支架结构可以采用现有的任意结构,相应适配座11的安装方式也会适应性变化。
为了便于携带,如图1f所示,座椅2和车架1往往是可以原位折叠的,在其中一实施例中,如图1d所示,座椅2包括位于底部的旋转座21和设置于旋转座21上的折叠支架22,旋转座21与儿童推车的车架1转动配合,折叠支架22包括对称布置的两侧架221,各侧架221包括:
前坐杆222,下端与旋转座21前侧铰接;
后坐杆223,下端与旋转座21后侧铰接;
第一连杆224,一端与前坐杆222中部铰接,另一端与后坐杆223的上端铰接;
手把杆225,下端与前坐杆222的上端铰接;
第二连杆226,一端与后坐杆223的上端铰接,另一端与手把杆225的下端铰接;
旋转座21、前坐杆222、第一连杆224以及后坐杆223构成能够随折叠支架22形变的第一连杆机构,前坐杆222、手把杆225、第一连杆224以及第二连杆226构成能够随折叠支架22形变的第二连杆机构。
第一连杆机构和第二连杆机构在结构上共用了第一连杆224和前坐杆222,因此第一连杆机构在空间形态上的变化,会同步至第二连杆机构,从而实现座椅2的折叠和展开。前坐杆222和后坐杆223在与旋转座21实现铰接时需要异轴铰接,即旋转座21的单个侧边上在不同位置设有第一铰接点和第二铰接点,前坐杆222的下端与第一铰接点铰接,后坐杆223的下端与第二铰接点铰接。
旋转座21用于实现座椅2相对车架1的前后旋转,折叠支架22作为骨架,主要用于支撑布套和遮阳蓬,具有折叠和展开两个状态。可以发现,整个座椅位于车架的两个侧支架之间的空间内,因此车架的结构不影响折叠支架的收折,反之亦然。
在一实施例中,如图1d所示,第一连杆224、后坐杆223的上端以及第二连杆226三者同轴铰接;手把杆225设有朝向前坐杆222方向延伸的延长部2251,第二连杆226通过延长部2251与手把杆225铰接。
由于两个连杆机构共用第一连杆224,因此第一连杆224会出现与两个部件连接的关系,为了简化结构和便于组装,在本实施例中采用同轴铰接的形式。具体部件的排布顺序,可以根据折叠支架22的折叠需要来调整。
延长部2251实际上是手把杆225的一部分,为了避免出现夹手间隙,在一实施例中,折叠支架22处于展开状态下,延长部2251贴靠于前坐杆222。
在各杆件的配合关系上,在一实施例中,折叠支架22处于折叠状态下,手把杆225和后坐杆223分别贴靠在前坐杆222的两侧。
上述形式的折叠状态能够得到更为规整的折叠表现,方便用户在不同情况下的使用。
杆件之间的铰接可以通过简单的转轴来实现,也可以通过设置转动关节实现。在一实施例中,如图1h、1i和1j所示,手把杆225的底部设有上关节座2252,前坐杆222的顶部设有下关节座2221,上关节座2252和下关节座2221以第一转动轴线为转动中心相互扣合形成转动关节227;转动关节227内部设有约束两者相互转动的第一锁定机构3。
在本实施例中,转动关节227实现了支撑杆和前脚杆的铰接。关节座的优点在于能够避免夹手间隙的出现,同时可以容纳更多的部件,例如第一锁定机构3。为了避免体积较大的关节座对杆件的运动关系产生影响,如图1g所示,在一实施例中,第二连杆226的延伸路径为曲线,折叠支架22处于折叠状态下,第二连杆226贴合转动关节227外周面。第二连杆226设置为弧形杆在一定程度上也为折叠支架22的折叠效果提供了帮助,可以得到更为规整的折叠外观。
除了内部部件的收容外,转动关节227还能在外部设置部件。例如用于安装车篷摆杆的摆杆座2271。在一实施例中,转动关节227上还铰接有车篷摆杆(图未示),车篷摆杆能够相对手把杆225摆动以打开或关闭车篷。
折叠支架22的展开和收折状态的维持通过第一锁定机构3实现。在一实施例中,如图1i和1j所示,第一锁定机构3包括:
锁定件31,在第一转动轴线上运动,具有与上关节座2252和下关节座2221啮合的锁定位置和与其中一者分离的释锁位置;
驱动件32,在第一转动轴线的径向上运动,通过驱动斜面311将锁定件31驱动至释锁位置;
复位件33,设置在上关节座2252和下关节座2221其中一者与锁定件31之间,用于将锁定件31保持在锁定位置。
当锁定件31处于锁定位置时,锁定件31与上关节座2252、下关节座2221同时啮合,从而限制了上关节座2252、下关节座2221的相互转动,从而确定了折叠支架22的空间状态。当驱动件32通过驱动斜面311对锁定件31施加的驱动力大于复位件33的作用力时,锁定件31就对沿着第一转动轴线运动从而与其中一者分离,此时上关节座2252、下关节座2221的相互转动能够被释放,折叠支架22能够在空间上运动。
因此不难看出,第一锁定机构3的锁定效果主要依靠锁定件31与上关节座2252、下关节座2221的啮合效果。在一实施例中,锁定件31包括在圆周的本体和相对本体径向突出的多个锁定凸块312,上关节座2252和下关节座2221的内表面上设有与锁定凸块312形状互补的锁定槽313,相邻的锁定凸块312尺寸或形状不一致。
锁定凸块312在数量上的增加能够提供更多的锁定位置,从而提供更多变的折叠支架22的空间状态。但是用户在使用过程中实际上并不需要如此多的折叠支架22的空间状态,因此设置形状不一致的锁定凸块312能够为用户提供几种确定状态的折叠支架22,同时较大的锁定凸块312体积也能承受更大的力矩,提高锁定的效果和座椅2的稳定程度。
在锁定件31的安装上,在一实施例中,如图1i所示,上关节座2252和下关节座2221其中一者上设有用于安装驱动件32的滑槽314,滑槽314朝向锁定件31的内壁上设有驱动斜面311。
驱动斜面311可以设置驱动件32上,单独驱动锁定件31运动,也可以参考本实施例,设置在滑槽314内。本实施例的设置形式上,实际上滑槽314和驱动件32上都设有驱动斜面311,两者相互运动从而推动驱动件32和锁定件31一同沿着第一转动轴线运动。滑槽314实际上提供了对驱动件32的运动限位,从而提高驱动件32运动的稳定性,在附图中给出的方案中,驱动件32围绕第一转接座的中心枢轴2272布置,同样也是为了提高驱动件32运动的稳定性。在驱动形式上,驱动件32可以暴露出转动关节227,由用户直接手动驱动,也可以设置拉索至方便操作的位置。例如图中由两侧架221的支撑蓬杆相连形成的提手2253位置。
在复位件33的设置上,在一实施例中,如图1i和1j所示,复位件33为压簧,抵压在在上关节座2252和下关节座2221其中一者与锁定件31之间。复位件33在图中所示的方案中围绕第一转接座的中心枢轴2272布置,能够提高复位件33运动的稳定性。
参考附图2a至附图2g,一种儿童推车,包括车架1和可旋转的座椅2,座椅2包括位于底部的旋转座21,儿童推车的车架1上设有与旋转座21以座椅2转动轴线配合的适配座11,适配座11上设有限制适配座11和旋转座21相互旋转的第二锁定机构4,第二锁定机构4包括:
至少两个定位孔41,设置在适配座11上;
活动销42,设置在旋转座21上,活动销42具有缩入旋转座21的回避位置和探出旋转座21的工作位置,座椅2在预设位置下,活动销42与定位孔41配合;
牵引索(图未示),一端与活动销42联动,另一端与座椅2或者车架1上的部件联动。
当活动销42处于工作位置时,旋转座21和适配座11相对旋转的行程被限制,从而座椅2无法相对适配座11旋转,当牵引索牵拉活动销42使其进入回避位置时,旋转座21和适配座11相对旋转的行程被释放,从而座椅2能够相对适配座11旋转。具体座椅2能够在相对适配座11的哪个状态锁定,具体要看定位孔41的设置位置。当定位孔41设置有多个时,座椅2能够在相对适配座11的多个状态锁定。
不难看出,活动销42的稳定动作,需要牵引索的稳定动作来实现,在一实施例中,如图2a所示,旋转座21上设有引导牵引索的牵引槽43,牵引槽43开设在旋转座21的表面。
牵引槽43能够引导牵引索在预设的方向上运动。开设在旋转座21表面的牵引槽43具有加工简单,组装方便的优点。但是相应的,容易受到外界的影响。因此在一实施例中,如图2b所示,牵引槽43的开口位置设有防止牵引索脱出牵引槽43的防脱片431,防脱片431成对设置在牵引槽43开口的两端,且每对防脱片431错位设置。错位设置的防脱片431能够覆盖更大面积的牵引槽43的开口,从而限制牵引索脱出牵引槽43。
在活动销42的工作过程介绍中,不难看出,活动销42会受到来自径向的作用力,因此活动销42可能会出现卡滞的情况。在一实施例中,牵引索设置成对设置,分别作用于活动销42的两端,活动销42还设有复位弹性件44,复位弹性件44设置在活动销42连接牵引索的两端之间。本实施例的设置能够有效的提高活动销42的稳定性。
在活动销42的具体结构上,在一实施例中,如图2d、2f、2g所示,活动销42一端为与定位孔41配合的销头421,另一端为与牵引索配合的牵拉部422,牵拉部422为U形且开口的两端分别连接牵引索,复位弹性件44设置在牵拉部422的开口内。该结构能够的避免外界环境对复位弹性件44的影响。
进一步的,在一实施例中,如图2e所示,旋转座21上设有引导活动销42运动的安装槽45,安装槽45围绕活动销42以引导其运动路径,牵拉部422和复位弹性件44收容在安装槽45内。
安装槽45不仅约束了活动销42,还对牵引索和复位弹性件44实行了封闭,从而进一步提高了活动销42的稳定性。
在牵引索的驱动来源上,可以通过车架1上的某部件来实现,也可以参考在一实施例中,如图2a所示,旋转座21上旋转安装有腿托23,牵引索与腿托23联动,腿托23相对旋转座21转动以驱动活动销42进入回避位置。
在一实施例中,腿托23通过驱动轴231与旋转座21的前端铰接,牵引索绕设在驱动轴231上,驱动轴231在转动过程中牵拉牵引索。
在座椅2的旋转过程中,腿托23是必须要操作的部件,牵引索的触发动作与腿托23的收纳过程联动,能够大大方便用户,提升使用感受。
在腿托23操作方法上,在一实施例中,腿托23具有相对旋转座21向下的使用位置和相对旋转座21向上的触发位置,腿托23在从使用位置运动至触发位置的过程中牵拉牵引索以驱动活动销42。腿托23触发牵引索的过程不仅仅是旋转座椅2前收纳腿托23的过程,更重要的是反重力的过程,因此本实施例的设置能够有效避免第二锁定机构4意外解锁。
为了进一步限制腿托23的自由运动,在一实施例中,旋转座21的前端设有与驱动轴231配合的轴套232,轴套232上设有棘齿233,腿托23上设有与棘齿233配合的棘爪234,棘爪234滑动安装在腿托23上。
附图2e中所示的方案不难看出,棘爪234还设有相应的驱动手柄235,安装在腿托23的下缘,方便用户操作。
参考附图3a至附图3g,一种儿童推车,包括车架1和可旋转的座椅2,座椅2包括位于底部的旋转座21,儿童推车的车架1上设有与旋转座21以座椅2转动轴线配合的适配座11,适配座11和和旋转座21之间设有有限制旋转座21脱离适配座11的第三锁定机构5。第三锁定机构5包括:
卡合部51,设置在旋转座21上;
多个卡合块52,设置在适配座11上且在座椅2转动轴线的径向上运动,各卡合块52具有能够与卡合部51配合的卡合位置和退出卡合部51的释锁位置;
解锁件53,滑动安装在适配座11上,且通过自身上的引导斜孔533同步地将各卡合块52驱动至释锁位置;
保持件54,设置在旋转座21与卡合块52之间,用于将卡合块52保持在卡合位置。
第三锁定机构5实际上限制的是适配座11和旋转座21在座椅2转动轴线上的相对位置。旋转座21要实现旋转,原理上应该具有圆周形的外缘与适配座11配合。多个卡合块52实际上构成了一个可变化大小的等效限位圈,当个卡合块52位于卡合位置时,等效限位圈的内径小于卡合部51的外径,从而实现两者的锁定。
在一实施例中,如图3e所示,旋转座21的底部设有旋转盘211,旋转盘211朝向适配座11的一端膨大以形成卡合部51。
旋转盘211可以如附图所示为一个单独的部件,也可以和旋转座21设置为一体结构。为了实现良好卡合效果,卡合部51背向定位区111一侧从原理上应为尽可能的为平面,甚至可以如附图3g所示在边缘提供一个凸缘511以防止卡合失效的情况,相应的,附图中的卡合块52也设置有向下的凸起521,来强化卡合效果。
为了方便定位和安装,在一实施例中,适配座11内部凹陷形成定位区111,定位区111用于收容至少一部分旋转座21,多个卡合块52围绕定位区111布置,处于卡合位置的卡合块52延伸至定位区111内。
定位区111可以如附图中所示的设置为一个锥形区域,从而方便对正和安装,定位区111从功能上还有隔离的效果。在一实施例中,如图3a所示,适配座11设有隔板112分离定位区111和其他部位,隔板112上设有锁孔113,锁孔113用于允许卡合头522进入定位区111。隔板112能够提供更为规整的外观,更重要是定位区111是开放的,更容易受到外部环境的影响,隔板112的设置能够避免部件之间以及异物和部件之间相互干涉。
在卡合块52的设置上,在一实施例中,如图3g所述,卡合块52位于定位区111内的部分为卡合头522,卡合头522朝向卡合部51的一侧设有引导斜面523,引导斜面523用于驱动卡合部51进入释锁位置,卡合头522背向卡合部51一侧为止动面524。
引导斜面523的设置使得在安装座椅2的过程中能够自然装入,避免了用户要一边操作座椅2,一边操作解锁件53的尴尬情况。上文中提到的卡合头522的凸起521也设置在止动面524的外缘。
在解锁件53的运动关系上,在一实施例中,解锁件53设置在适配座11的背面且围绕定位区111设置,卡合块52的运动方向与解锁件53的滑动方向之间存在夹角。
解锁件53的运动需要保证稳定,以免意外触发,因此存在夹角的设计可以使得卡合块52在收到旋转盘211作用力的同时不会干涉到解锁件53的运动,即使单个卡合块52失效也不至于整体卡合失效的情况。
为了同步各个卡合块52的运动情况,在一实施例中,如图3d和3b所示,解锁件53包括用于施加驱动力的操作部531和延伸至定位区111两侧的联动臂532,引导斜孔533设置在联动臂532上。
联动臂532相较于底板都设置为解锁件53的形式,能够有效降低解锁件53的体积和重量,提高使用手感,更能降低适配座11的整体厚度,方便日常使用。
实际上,在附图中所示的方案中,操作部531本身也带有一个卡合头522用于探入定位区111与卡合部51卡合,因为操作部531在运动方向上是与卡合头522的运动方向一致的,因此在不增加部件的情况下,能够强化适配座11和旋转盘211的卡合效果,结构简洁有效。
在解锁件53的安装上,在一实施例中,如图3b和3d所示,适配座11底部开放以容纳解锁件53,适配座11还包括底部安装板114,安装板和适配座11合围以约束解锁件53,底部安装板114上设有操作口115,操作口115用于暴露操作部531。
底部安装板114和适配座11相互配合形成了一个相对封闭的空间,避免了部件受到外部环境的影响。在安装到位后,解锁件53自身的运动方向和行程也需要限位,才能实现稳定的对卡合块52驱动,在一实施例中,如图3c所示,适配座11的底部设有至少两个引导销116,解锁件53上设有与引导销116配合的引导条孔534,引导销116和引导条孔534配合以约束解锁件53的运动路径。进一步的,在一实施例中,引导条孔534设置在操作部531上。
参考附图4a至附图4d,一种儿童推车,包括车架1和座椅2,座椅2上设有安全扶手6,如图4d所示,安全扶手6包括握持部62和与儿童推车的车架1连接的连接部61,还包括支撑套63和拉紧件64,支撑套63为筒形,握持部62插接在支撑套63的上端,连接部61插接在支撑套63的下端;拉紧件64位于支撑套63内部且两端拉紧握持部62和连接部61。
相较于相关技术中一体成型的方式而言,本实施例中的方案具有明显的成本和精度优点,相较于多段组装的技术方案而言,本实施例中的方案可以通过支撑套63来包裹第一紧固件,从而提供良好的外观和触感,在保证使用感受的同时不影响强度。
在保证力学性能方面,在一实施例中,连接部61的顶部插接在支撑套63内部,且设有与支撑套63下缘相抵的第一限位台阶611,拉紧件64通过第一紧固件65与连接部61受力配合。
通过拉紧件64的拉紧和第一限位台阶611的抵紧,来实现稳定的受力表现,相应的,在一实施例中,握持部62的底部插接在支撑套63内部,且设有与支撑套63上下缘相抵的第二限位台阶621,拉紧件64通过第二紧固件66与连接部61受力配合。上下相夹能够有效的保证受力性能。
在紧固件的安装上,可以通过支撑套63的两侧扣合的形式来实现紧固件的全封闭安装,但是相应的,会降低支撑套63的强度。因此,在一实施例中,支撑套63上设置有至少一个安装孔,安装孔与第一紧固件和/或第二紧固件对正。具体的实现方式上,可以参考一实施例中,第一紧固件65两端受支撑套63封闭。本实施例在安装过程中,可以先安装一个紧固件,再套设支撑套,最后安装另一个紧固件的形式来实现紧固件的最小暴露面积,从而能够在保证连接强度的同时避免毛刺等工艺缺陷带来的影响。相应的,在一实施例中,支撑套63对应第二紧固件66的两端设有一安装孔661,第二紧固件66的长度略短于支撑套63最大直径。在方便组装的同时不影响外部表现。
在上下相夹的安装方式的基础上,在一实施例中,连接部61的顶部设有第一插槽612,拉紧件64延伸至第一插槽612内与第一紧固件65配合。相应的,在一实施例中,握持部62的底部设有第二插槽622,拉紧件64延伸至第二插槽622内与第二紧固件66配合。安装槽45还能额外的提供抗扭的能力,从而为安全扶手6提供更好的力学表现。
为了保证紧固件的安装强度,第一紧固件65的轴向与第一插槽612的延伸方向垂直。相应的,第二紧固件66的轴向与第二插槽622的延伸方向垂直。从而强化拉紧件的拉紧效果。

Claims (42)

  1. 儿童推车,其特征在于,包括车架和可旋转的座椅,所述座椅包括位于底部的旋转座,车架上设有与所述旋转座配合的适配座,所述旋转座可绕座椅转动轴线相对适配座转动,使得所述座椅具有至少两个不同朝向的工作位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述座椅包括位于底部的旋转座和设置于所述旋转座上的折叠支架,所述折叠支架包括对称布置的两侧架,各侧架包括:
    前坐杆,下端与所述旋转座前侧铰接;
    后坐杆,下端与所述旋转座后侧铰接;
    第一连杆,一端与所述前坐杆中部铰接,另一端与所述后坐杆的上端铰接;
    手把杆,下端与所述前坐杆的上端铰接;
    第二连杆,一端与所述后坐杆的上端铰接,另一端与所述手把杆的下端铰接;
    所述旋转座、所述前坐杆、所述第一连杆以及所述后坐杆构成能够随折叠支架形变的第一连杆机构,所述前坐杆、所述手把杆、所述第一连杆以及所述第二连杆构成能够随折叠支架形变的第二连杆机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述第一连杆、所述后坐杆的上端以及所述第二连杆三者同轴铰接;所述手把杆设有朝向所述前坐杆方向延伸的延长部,所述第二连杆通过所述延长部与所述手把杆铰接,所述折叠支架处于展开状态下,所述延长部贴靠于所述前坐杆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述折叠支架处于折叠状态下,所述手把杆和所述后坐杆分别贴靠在所述前坐杆的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述手把杆的底部设有上关节座,所述前坐杆的顶部设有下关节座,所述上关节座和所述下关节座以第一转动轴线为转动中心相互扣合形成转动关节;所述转动关节内部设有约束上、下关节座相对转动的第一锁定机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述第二连杆的延伸路径为曲线,所述折叠支架处于折叠状态下,所述第二连杆贴合所述转动关节外周面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述转动关节上还铰接有车篷摆杆,所述车篷摆杆能够相对所述手把杆摆动以打开或关闭车篷。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述第一锁定机构包括:
    锁定件,可沿所述第一转动轴线运动,具有与所述上关节座和所述下关节座啮合的锁定位置和与其中一者分离的释锁位置;
    驱动件,可沿所述第一转动轴线的径向运动,通过驱动斜面将所述锁定件驱动至所述释锁位置;
    复位件,设置在所述上关节座和所述下关节座其中一者与所述锁定件之间,用于将所述锁定件保持在所述锁定位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括圆柱形的本体和相对所述本体径向突出的多个锁定凸块,所述上关节座和所述下关节座的内表面上设有与所述锁定凸块形状互补的锁定槽,相邻的锁定凸块尺寸或形状不一致。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述上关节座和所述下关节座其中一者上设有用于安装所述驱动件的滑槽,所述滑槽朝向所述锁定件的内壁上设有所述驱动斜面。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述复位件为压簧,抵压在所述上关节座和所述下关节座其中一者与所述锁定件之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述适配座与旋转座之间设有限制两者相互旋转的第二锁定机构,所述第二锁定机构包括:
    至少两个定位孔,设置在所述适配座上;
    活动销,设置在所述旋转座上,所述活动销具有缩入所述旋转座的回避位置和探出所述旋转座的工作位置,所述座椅在预设位置下,所述活动销与所述定位孔配合;
    牵引索,一端与所述活动销联动,另一端与所述座椅或者所述车架上的部件联动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述旋转座上设有引导所述牵引索的牵引槽,所述牵引槽开设在所述旋转座的表面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述牵引槽的开口位置设有防止所述牵引索脱出所述牵引槽的防脱片,所述防脱片成对设置在所述牵引槽开口的两端,且每对防脱片错位设置。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述牵引索设置成对设置,分别作用于所述活动销的两端,所述活动销还设有复位弹性件,所述复位弹性件设置在所述活动销连接所述牵引索的两端之间。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述活动销一端为与所述定位孔配合的销头,另一端为与所述牵引索配合的牵拉部,所述牵拉部为U形且开口的两端分别连接所述牵引索,所述复位弹性件设置在牵拉部的开口内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述旋转座上设有引导所述活动销运动的安装槽,所述安装槽围绕所述活动销以引导其运动,所述牵拉部和所述复位弹性件收容在所述安装槽内。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述旋转座上旋转安装有腿托,所述牵引索与所述腿托联动,所述腿托相对所述旋转座转动以驱动所述活动销进入所述回避位置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述腿托通过驱动轴与所述旋转座的前端铰接,所述牵引索绕设在所述驱动轴上,所述驱动轴在转动过程中牵拉所述牵引索。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述腿托具有相对旋转座向下的使用位置和相对旋转座向上的触发位置,所述腿托在从所述使用位置运动至所述触发位置的过程中牵拉所述牵引索以驱动所述活动销。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述旋转座的前端设有与所述驱动轴配合的轴套,所述轴套上设有棘齿,所述腿托上设有与所述棘齿相配合的棘爪,所述棘爪滑动安装在所述腿托上。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述适配座和所述旋转座之间设置有限制旋转座脱离适配座的第三锁定机构,所述第三锁定机构包括:
    卡合部,设置在所述旋转座上;
    多个卡合块,设置在所述适配座上且可沿所述座椅转动轴线的径向运动,各卡合块具有能够与所述卡合部配合的卡合位置和退出所述卡合部的释锁位置;
    解锁件,滑动安装在所述适配座上,且通过自身上的引导斜孔同步地将各卡合块驱动至释锁位置;
    保持件,设置在所述旋转座与所述卡合块之间,用于将所述卡合块保持在所述卡合位置。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述旋转座的底部设有旋转盘,所述旋转盘朝向所述适配座的一端膨大以形成所述卡合部。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述适配座内部凹陷形成定位区,所述定位区用于收容至少一部分所述旋转座,多个卡合块围绕所述定位区布置,处于卡合位置的卡合块延伸至所述定位区内。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述卡合块位于所述定位区内的部分为卡合头,所述卡合头朝向所述卡合部的一侧设有引导斜面,所述引导斜面用于驱动所述卡合部进入卡合位置,所述卡合头背向所述卡合部一侧为止动面。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述适配座设有隔板分离所述定位区和其他部位,所述隔板上设有锁孔,所述锁孔用于允许所述卡合头进入所述定位区。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述解锁件设置在所述适配座的背面且围绕所述定位区设置,所述卡合块的运动方向与所述解锁件的滑动方向之间存在夹角。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,解锁件包括用于施加驱动力的操作部和延伸至所述定位区两侧的联动臂,所述引导斜孔设置在所述联动臂上。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述适配座底部开放以容纳所述解锁件,所述适配座还包括底部安装板,所述安装板和所述适配座合围以约束所述解锁件,所述底部安装板上设有操作口,所述操作口用于暴露所述操作部。

  32. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述座椅上安装有安全扶手,所述安全扶手包括:
    支撑套;
    握持部,插接于所述支撑套的一端;
    连接部,插接于所述支撑套的另一端,所述连接部使用时与座椅相适配;
    拉紧件,位于所述支撑套的内部,所述拉紧件的两端分别牵拉所述握持部和所述连接部。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述连接部插接在所述支撑套内部,且所述连接部的外周设有与所述支撑套的端部相抵的第一限位台阶。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述拉紧件通过第一紧固件与所述连接部固定防脱,通过第二紧固件与所述握持部固定防脱,所述第一紧固件和所述第二紧固件的轴向长度略短于所述支撑套最大直径。
