根据本实用新型实施例的一种叠置发光的陀螺套件,包括:主陀螺和结合玩具体,所述主陀螺具有主陀尖和第一结合部,所述结合玩具体具有第二结合部,所述结合玩具体和所述主陀螺均为独立玩具体;其中,所述主陀螺与所述结合玩具体构造成,二者沿上下方向撞击时所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部自动结合,以使所述主陀螺和所述结合玩具体结合成一体的叠加陀螺;且,所述主陀螺和所述结合玩具体中的至少一个上设有发光件和发光开关,在所述主陀螺和所述结合玩具体结合时触发所述发光开关以打开所述发光件。
根据本实用新型实施例的叠置发光的陀螺套件,通过设置可以相互结合的主陀螺和结合玩具体,使得两者能够形成叠加陀螺,增加了陀螺的玩法,使其更具可玩性。而且通过增加发光件和发光开关,使得主陀螺和结合玩具体在结合时能够以触发的方式进行发光,旋转时视觉效果更强,结合动作更具有感观刺激效果。整个陀螺套件的功能性、趣味性更强,能够激发人们玩耍陀螺的兴趣。
在一些实施例中,所述主陀螺内部设有电子模块,所述电子模块包括:电路板,所述电路板为圆形或者圆环形,所述电路板的中心位于所述主陀螺的旋转轴线上;电池,所述电池为多个且间隔开地设在所述圆环板上;所述发光件和所述发光开关均设在所述电路板上。
进一步地,所述发光开关构造成常闭的按压开关,所述发光开关的触发头从所述主陀螺的设有所述第一结合部的一侧伸出。
在一些实施例中,还包括用于控制所述发光件开关的碰撞检测电器元件。
在一些实施例中,所述主陀螺通过导光环盖在所述电子模块上。
在一些实施例中,所述发光件为光效变化灯,所述发光件被不同的开关触发后所述发光件的光效不同;或者,所述发光件为光效变化灯,设有所述发光件的所述主陀螺或所述结合玩具体的转速分为多个档位,在不同档位下所述发光件的光效不同;所述发光件为光效变化灯,所述发光件触发发光后分成多个时间段,在不同时间段内所述发光件的光效不同。
在一些实施例中,所述结合玩具体具有副陀尖,所述结合玩具体为独立陀螺,所述主陀尖和所述副陀尖位于所述叠加陀螺的相对两端。
进一步地,所述第一结合部包括配合陀尖,所述配合陀尖与所述主陀尖位于所述主陀螺的相对两端;所述第二结合部包括配合凹槽,在所述叠加陀螺上所述配合陀尖插在所述配合凹槽内。
在一些实施例中,所述第一结合部包括第一磁吸部,所述第二结合部包括第二磁吸部。
根据本实用新型实施例的一种玩具套装,包括:发射器,所述发射器具有发射头、释放机构和用于驱动所述发射头转动的转动驱动机构;陀螺套件,所述陀螺套件为上述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,所述主陀螺构造成在旋转轴线上的两端均可与所述发射头相结合。
根据本实用新型实施例的种玩具套装,通过叠置发光的陀螺套件,可通过发射器将主陀螺和结合玩具体之间发射出并组合叠加玩耍。增加了陀螺组件的玩法,使得整个玩具套装的趣味性和可玩性大大增强,提高了玩具套装的娱乐性。

下面结合图1至图4,描述本实用新型实施例的叠置发光的陀螺套件100。
如图1至图2所示,根据本实用新型实施例的一种叠置发光的陀螺套件100,包括:主陀螺10和结合玩具体20。
主陀螺10具有主陀尖11和第一结合部12。结合玩具体20具有第二结合部22,结合玩具体20和主陀螺10均为独立玩具体。也就是说在结合前,主陀螺10和结合玩具体20都能单独玩耍,例如主陀螺10是一种陀螺可触地旋转,结合玩具体20可以是一种飞盘或者另一种可触地旋转的陀螺。
其中,主陀螺10与结合玩具体20构造成,二者沿上下方向撞击时第一结合部12和第二结合部22自动结合,以使主陀螺10和结合玩具体20结合成一体的叠加陀螺。可以理解为,当主陀螺10被发射出,通过主陀尖11进行旋转时,结合玩具体20可以手动抛出或者由其他玩具弹出、发射出,结合玩具体20落到旋转着的主陀螺10顶部时,通过第二结合部22与第一结合部12配合,使得结合玩具体20可叠置在主陀螺10上,形成叠加陀螺。
当结合玩具体20运动到主陀螺10的顶部后,主陀螺10和结合玩具体20形成整体并进一步形成稳定的旋转体,尤其是当主陀螺10在运动时加入结合玩具体20时,结合玩具体20快速与主陀螺10结合并继续旋转,而无需将主陀螺10停转再将结合玩具体20连接在主陀螺10上,因此结合玩具体20和主陀螺10结合快速,方便,容易操作,玩家可根据自身的喜好和需求选择添加结合玩具体20的时机。结合玩具体20叠加到主陀螺10的顶部后,陀螺套件100相比叠加前的主陀螺10不仅重量增加了(类似于增加了配合环,重物旋转时惯性大、攻击性强),而且高度也增加了,合体陀螺100在与其他陀螺对战时更具威势。
主陀螺10和结合玩具体20中的至少一个上设有发光件50和发光开关60,在主陀螺10和结合玩具体20结合时触发发光开关60以打开发光件50。例如,发光件50和发光开关60可设在主陀螺10内;或发光件50和发光开关60设在结合玩具体20内;或是主陀螺10和结合玩具体20内都设置发光件50和发光开关60。这样在主陀螺10和结合玩具体20进行结合时,发光开关60被触发,发光件50被点亮,使得叠加陀螺发光,呈现出绚丽的灯光效果,大大增强了趣味性。
根据本实用新型实施例的叠置发光的陀螺套件100,通过设置可以相互结合的主陀螺10和结合玩具体20,使得两者能够形成叠加陀螺,增加了陀螺的玩法,使其更具可玩性。而且通过增加发光件50和发光开关60,使得主陀螺10和结合玩具体20在结合时能够以触发的方式进行发光,旋转时视觉效果更强,结合动作更具有感观刺激效果。整个陀螺套件的功能性、趣味性更强,能够激发人们玩耍陀螺的兴趣。
在一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,主陀螺10内部设有电子模块90,电子模块90包括:电路板70、电池80。电路板70为圆形或者圆环形,电路板70的中心位于主陀螺10的旋转轴线O1上。例如,当电路板70为圆形时,主陀螺10内可设置容置腔(图未示出),用于安装电路板70;同时电路板70的中心位于主陀螺10的旋转轴线O1上,有利于保证电子模块90与主陀螺10的重心重合,避免旋转时重心不稳的情况发生,从而提高主陀螺10 旋转时的稳定性和持久性。当电路板70为圆环形时,主陀螺10内设有环形槽101,电路板70套装在环形槽101内,并起到与上述同样的技术效果。
此外,如图3所示,电池80为多个且间隔开地设在圆环板上。通过增加电池80的数量,来延长发光件50的点亮时间,实现持久发光。值得说明的是,在这里,不再对电池80的数量作进一步限制。例如,电池80可以设为三个,且间隔均匀地设在圆环板上,从而保证圆环板上质量分布均匀,有利于实现与主陀螺10的重心重合。
其次,发光件50和发光开关60均设在电路板70上。从而通过电路板70,电连接发光件50、发光开关60、电池80,以此通过发光开关60的通断,使电池80为发光件50供电。
在具体的实施例中,发光件50可以为LED灯,其成本低廉,安装方便。发光件50也可以由微小的灯炮代替。
在具体的实施例中,电池80可以为纽扣电池,体积小,质量轻,能够节省主陀螺10内的空间,有利于实现安装。
当然,有的示例中主陀螺10内部也可以不设置电路板70,仅通过电池80与发光件50相连,而发光开关60直接控制电池80与发光件50之间电线的导通与断开。
另外,发光件50的位置也可以不限制在陀螺内部,还可以位于陀螺表面等。
进一步地,如图3、图4所示,发光开关60构造成常闭的按压开关,发光开关60的触发头601从主陀螺10的设有第一结合部12的一侧伸出。从而使得主陀螺10和结合玩具体20叠合时,结合玩具体20的第二结合部22与第一结合部12结合时,触压触发头601将发光开关60打开,从而使发光件50被点亮发光。
在一些实施例中,陀螺套件100还包括用于控制发光件50开关的碰撞检测电器元件(图未示出)。这里,碰撞检测电器元件为一种发光开关60。可选地,陀螺套件100可设有多个发光开关60,其中一个发光开关60为碰撞检测电器元件。进一步可选地,碰撞检测电器元件设在电路板70上,与其他发光开关60协同控制发光件50的点亮,从而可以进一步提高该玩具发光效果的体验。例如,陀螺套件100上的发光开关60至少设有两个,其中一个是主开关,该主开关设在主陀螺10的顶部并在与结合玩具体20结合时触发,另一个开关为碰撞检测电器元件,并在碰撞时触发。
具体地,碰撞检测电器元件可以为振动开关,从而通过主陀螺10与结合玩具体20结合时产生的振动或者与其他玩具碰撞产生的振动,实现碰撞检测电器元件的打开,控制发光件50发光。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,主陀螺10通过导光环40盖在电子模块90上。导光环40起到引导灯光的作用,以此增强发光件50的发光效果。例如,当导光环40为透明或者半透明材质做成时,能够增幅发光范围。当导光环40为带有颜色的材质做成时,可改变发 光效果。例如,导光环40材质的颜色可以是红色、橙色、黄色,从而在发光件50点亮时,使陀螺外部呈现红色或橙色或黄色的显示效果。当然导光环40还可以是其他颜色的材质,此处就不再进行一一赘述。
在一些实施例中,发光件50为光效变化灯,发光件50被不同的开关触发后发光件50的光效不同。即发光件50能够发出不同种颜色的光,对应可将发光开关60设为多个,不同的发光开关60被触发时,能够控制发光件50发出不同颜色的光。
或者,发光件50为光效变化灯,设有发光件50的主陀螺10或结合玩具体20的转速分为多个档位,在不同档位下发光件50的光效不同。即随着主陀螺10或结合玩具体20的转速降低,对应不同的转速档位间,发光件50发出不同颜色光。
或者,发光件50为光效变化灯,发光件50触发发光后分成多个时间段,在不同时间段内发光件50的光效不同。即随着主陀螺10或结合玩具体20的旋转持续时间逐渐增加,发光件50发出不同颜色光。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,结合玩具体20具有副陀尖21,结合玩具体20为独立陀螺,结合玩具体20可通过副陀尖21触地旋转。由此,陀螺套件100具有了更多的玩法。
例如,在主陀螺10通过主陀尖11触地旋转时,可将结合玩具体20扔到/抛到/弹到/发射到主陀螺10上,并继续旋转。
例如,在结合玩具体20通过副陀尖21触地旋转时,可将主陀螺10扔到/抛到/弹到/发射到结合玩具体20上,并继续旋转。
例如,可以将结合后的陀螺套件100,发射后以主陀螺10着地旋转。
例如,可以将结合后的陀螺套件100,发射后以副陀尖21着地旋转。
在一些具体示例中,合玩具体20能够通过与发射器200结合,通过副陀尖21实现在玩耍盘内旋转,从而独立进行发射玩耍,即单个小朋友通过该玩具也可以实现个人对战玩耍,可玩性大大提高。
进一步地,如图2所示,第一结合部12包括配合陀尖121,配合陀尖121与主陀尖11位于主陀螺10的相对两端。也就是说,配合陀尖121和主陀尖11使得主陀螺10具有两个陀尖,能够实现正向发射或反向发射,进一步增加了玩法种类。例如,在发射主陀螺10时,当底部的主陀尖11接触玩耍盘,实现了正向发射;当顶部的配合陀尖121接触玩耍盘,实现了反向发射,大大增强了可玩性;且可以将主陀尖11和配合陀尖121的接触部设计成不同形状或大小的接触面,从而使主陀螺10采用不同的陀尖转动时具有不同的性能,如攻击性能或防御性能等。
如图2所示,第二结合部22包括配合凹槽221,在叠加陀螺上配合陀尖121插在配合凹槽221内。这样配合凹槽221在与主陀尖11的配合后,结合玩具体20不会从主陀螺10上 脱离,两者形成稳定的结合,并在形成叠加陀螺后两者实现共同旋转。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,配合陀尖121形成为与主陀尖11同轴设置的锥形,配合凹槽221形成与副陀尖21同轴设置的锥槽。采用该方式,由于配合陀尖121呈锥形,配合凹槽221呈锥槽,配合陀尖121与配合凹槽221配合后两者呈同轴线分布。同样由于配合陀尖121与主陀尖11同轴,配合凹槽221与副陀尖21同轴,使得主陀螺10和结合玩具体20结合后两者也呈同轴线分布。从而保证主陀螺10和结合玩具体20叠加旋转时,具有更高的稳定性和可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,第一结合部12包括第一磁吸部122,第二结合部22包括第二磁吸部222。通过第一磁吸部122和第二磁吸部222彼此间的磁吸力,提高了主陀螺10和结合玩具体20结合的成功率和安装的准确性。同时由于磁吸力的作用,主陀螺10和结合玩具体20的结合更迅速、更可靠。
在具体的实施例中,第一磁吸部122和第二磁吸部222可以为磁体,且磁体在第一结合部12和第二结合部22上呈磁极相反布置,以确保两者间实现的是相互磁吸作用。具体地磁体可以为磁铁,采用磁铁具有制作简单,取用方便的优点。
具体地,如图2所示,第一磁吸部122和第二磁吸部222沿旋转轴线O1分布。能够保证磁吸力的作用线与主陀螺10和结合玩具体20的结合方向共线,避免磁吸力的分散,有利于主陀螺10和结合玩具体20的快速结合。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,副陀尖21和配合陀尖121均形成为与陀螺发射器的发射头210相适配的形状,且副陀尖21和配合陀尖121上均设有用于与发射头相结合的发射结合部30。通过发射结合部30,副陀尖21与陀螺发射器的发射头210配合后,能够发射结合玩具体20;配合陀尖121与陀螺发射器的发射头210配合后,能够发射主陀螺10。
其中,发射结合部30可以包括结合凸筋31。则发射头210上具有与结合凸筋31配合的凹槽(图未示出),通过结合凸筋31与发射头210相适配结合,从而将副陀尖21或配合陀尖121安装到发射头210上,用于实现发射。该种方式的发射结合部30结构简单,安装起来方便快捷。
其次,发射结合部30可以包括结合凹槽(图未示出)。则发射头210上具有与结合凹槽配合的凸台,通过结合凹槽与发射头210相适配结合,从而将副陀尖21或配合陀尖121安装到发射头210上。
此外,发射结合部30还可以包括结合凸筋31和结合凹槽。则发射头210上具有与结合凸筋31配合的凹槽(图未示出)、与结合凹槽配合的凸台(图未示出),通过结合凸筋31和结合凹槽的共同作用,可以保证副陀尖21或配合陀尖121与发射头210的结合更可靠、更牢固,有利于实现两者的安装。
下面结合图1至图4,描述本实用新型的一个具体实施例。
一种叠置发光的陀螺套件100,包括主陀螺10和结合玩具体20。主陀螺10的上端形成有向外凸出且呈锥形的配合陀尖121,配合陀尖121内设有第一磁吸部122。主陀螺10的上端面设有导光环40。主陀螺10内环形槽101,环形槽101内设有电子模块90,电子模块90包括圆环形的电路板70,电路板70上设有电池80、发光开关60、发光件50。主陀螺10的下端设有主陀尖11。结合玩具体20的上端向外凸处形成副陀尖21,上端向外凸处的底部形成有锥槽状的配合凹槽221,副陀尖21内安装有第二磁吸部222。
如图1至图5所示,根据本实用新型实施例的一种玩具套装1000,包括:发射器200、陀螺套件100。
发射器200具有发射头210、释放机构220和用于驱动发射头210转动的转动驱动机构(图未示出)。陀螺套件100为上述的叠置发光的陀螺套件100。陀螺套件100中的主陀螺10与发射头210配合,通过转动驱动机构带动主陀螺10高速旋转,最后通过释放机构220将主陀螺10发射出去;同样,结合玩具体20与发射头210配合,通过转动驱动机构带动结合玩具体20高速旋转,最后通过释放机构220将结合玩具体20与发射出去。
主陀螺10构造成在旋转轴线O1上的两端均可与发射头210相结合。即通过主陀螺10的主陀尖11和配合陀尖121均可与发射头210结合,从而将主陀螺10发射出去。
根据本实用新型实施例的种玩具套装1000,通过叠置发光的陀螺套件100,可通过发射器200将主陀螺10和结合玩具体20之间发射出并组合叠加玩耍。增加了陀螺组件的玩法,使得整个玩具套装的趣味性和可玩性大大增强,提高了玩具套装1000的娱乐性。
本实用新型的玩具套装1000,可采用多种不同方式进行叠加玩耍,叠加后可触发发光效果。不同发光效果,单色灯,多彩灯,对战碰撞时LED灯会变色,或时间控制变色,或不同转速发出不同颜色的灯光,叠加后发光,碰撞发光。
根据本实用新型实施例的玩具套装1000,的其他构成例如发射头210、释放机构220和转动驱动机构等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,包括:主陀螺和结合玩具体,所述主陀螺具有主陀尖和第一结合部,所述结合玩具体具有第二结合部,所述结合玩具体和所述主陀螺均为独立玩具体;其中,
    所述主陀螺与所述结合玩具体构造成,二者沿上下方向撞击时所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部自动结合,以使所述主陀螺和所述结合玩具体结合成一体的叠加陀螺;且,
    所述主陀螺和所述结合玩具体中的至少一个上设有发光件和发光开关,在所述主陀螺和所述结合玩具体结合时触发所述发光开关以打开所述发光件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述主陀螺内部设有电子模块,所述电子模块包括:
    电路板,所述电路板为圆形或者圆环形,所述电路板的中心位于所述主陀螺的旋转轴线上;
    电池,所述电池为多个且间隔开地设在所述圆环板上;
    所述发光件和所述发光开关均设在所述电路板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述发光开关构造成常闭的按压开关,所述发光开关的触发头从所述主陀螺的设有所述第一结合部的一侧伸出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,还包括用于控制所述发光件开关的碰撞检测电器元件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述主陀螺通过导光环盖在所述电子模块上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述发光件为光效变化灯,所述发光件被不同的开关触发后所述发光件的光效不同;或者,
    所述发光件为光效变化灯,设有所述发光件的所述主陀螺或所述结合玩具体的转速分为多个档位,在不同档位下所述发光件的光效不同;
    所述发光件为光效变化灯,所述发光件触发发光后分成多个时间段,在不同时间段内所述发光件的光效不同。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述结合玩具体具有副陀尖,所述结合玩具体为独立陀螺,所述主陀尖和所述副陀尖位于所述叠加陀螺的相对两端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述第一结合部包括配合陀尖,所述配合陀尖与所述主陀尖位于所述主陀螺的相对两端;所述第二结合部包括配合凹槽,在所述叠加陀螺上所述配合陀尖插在所述配合凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,其特征在于,所述第一结合部包括第一磁吸部,所述第二结合部包括第二磁吸部。
  10. 一种玩具套装,其特征在于,包括:
    发射器,所述发射器具有发射头、释放机构和用于驱动所述发射头转动的转动驱动机构;
    陀螺套件,所述陀螺套件为根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的叠置发光的陀螺套件,所述主陀螺构造成在旋转轴线上的两端均可与所述发射头相结合。
