所述驱动组件30包括回力转盘31、回力发条、回力转轴和拉绳32,所述回力转轴可转动地设置在所述弹射基座10上,所述回力转盘31固定设置在所述回力转轴上,所述回力发条缠绕设置在所述回力转轴上,且位于所述回力转盘31的内部,所述拉绳32缠绕设置在所述回力转轴上,其末端穿过弹射基座10的外部并设有拉环33。
本实施例的传动组件40包括主动齿轮41及由若干个从动齿轮依次传动连接组成的从动齿轮组42,所述主动齿轮41与所述驱动组件30的回力转盘31同轴设置,且该主动齿轮41与所述从动齿轮组传动连接,所述从动齿轮组远离所述主动齿轮41的一端靠近所述弹射组件20的夹持部21。
如图2所示,所述夹持部21包括固定部201和活动部202,所述活动部202通过一扭动件可扭动地设置在所述固定部201上,且所述固定部201和活动部202共同组成一个弧形卡位。在本实施例中,固定部201可滑动地设置在所述弹射基座10的弹射槽中。使用时,在本实施例的弹射组件20的夹持部21用于夹持固定弹射轮60。所述活动部202向外扭动使得弧形卡位的空间增大,当弹射组件20向内收缩时,活动部202收进弹射槽并缩小弧形卡位,使得弹射轮60能够转动套设在该弧形卡位中。
本实施例的弹射结构,通过驱动组件30的拉绳32带动回力转轴转动,并在回力发条的作用下往复运动,从而使得主动齿轮41能够转动起来,并通过传动齿轮组42对夹持在弹射组件20上的弹射轮进行加速;另外通过滑动扳机组件50的发射滑块53带动扳机部51顶压扳机弹簧52,从而使得扳机部51下方的方形块与所述弹射组件20的卡扣部互相脱卡,弹射组件20的滑道部22在弹射弹簧25的作用下将固定在夹持部21上的弹射轮弹射出去。
由此,本实施例的弹射结构设计巧妙,通过弹射组件20、驱动组件30、传动组件40及扳机组件50的互相配合,能够对套设在弹射组件20上的弹射轮60进行旋转加速,并通过扳机组件50驱动弹射组件20将弹射轮弹射出去,从而使得本发明的弹射结构不仅具有弹射的功能,还可对弹射轮60进行旋转加速,扩展了玩具的趣味性和娱乐性。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其区别在于,本实施例的主动齿轮41的两侧分别对称 地设有传动齿轮组42、弹射组件20和扳机组件50,本实施例通过驱动组件30带动主动齿轮41转动,从而带动主动齿轮41两侧的传动齿轮组42分别对两侧的弹射组件20上的弹射轮60进行旋转加速,最后通过两侧的扳机组件50分别将两个弹射轮60弹射出去。
由此,本实施例的弹射结构设计巧妙,通过对称设置在主动齿轮41的两侧分别对称地设有传动齿轮组42、弹射组件20和扳机组件50,使得本实施例的弹射结构具有同时驱动两个弹射轮60转动的功能,扩展了弹射结构的功能性和娱乐性。
实施例3
请参阅图1至图9,本实施例提供一种弹射玩具,包括如实施例1所述的弹射结构,还包括弹射轮60,所述弹射轮60活动卡接在所述弹射组件20的夹持部21上,且该弹射轮60与所述传动组件40配合传动连接。
具体地,所述弹射轮60包括转动轮61和转轮转轴62,所述转动轮61固定套设在所述转轮转轴62上,所述转轮转轴62同轴地设有转轮齿轮63,所述转轮齿轮63与所述弹射组件20的从动齿轮组42配合传动连接,所述弹射轮60通过所述转轮转轴62配合卡接在所述弹射组件20的弧形卡位中。
在本实施例中,所述弹射玩具还包括灯光组件70,所述灯光组件70包括若干个LED灯71、电源72和触碰开关73,所述若干个LED灯71、电源72和触碰开关73通过导线串联组成灯光电路。其中,所述触碰开关73位于所述回力转盘31的一侧,所述回力转盘31的外圆周面上设有触碰推块,当回力转盘31转动时,通过触碰推块顶压所述触碰开关73使得灯光电路接通,若干个LED灯71发光。
另外,本实施例的弹射基座10为摩托车造型,所述弹射结构位于该摩托车造型的弹射基座10的前端或后端,为了使得摩托车造型更加逼真,所述弹射基座10远离弹射结构的一端可转动地设有惯性轮。
由此,本实施例的弹射玩具设计巧妙,通过弹射结构和弹射轮60的结合设计,使得弹射结构不仅能够发射弹射轮60,还还可对弹射轮60进行旋转加速,扩展了玩具的趣味性和娱乐性。
实施例4
请参阅图1和图2,本实施例提供一种弹射玩具,包括如实施例2所述的弹射结构,还包括弹射轮60,所述弹射轮60活动卡接在所述弹射组件20的夹持部21上,且该弹射轮60与所述传动组件40配合传动连接。
本实施例的主动齿轮41安装在弹射基座10的中间,在主动齿轮41的两侧分别对称地 设有传动齿轮组42、弹射组件20和扳机组件50,本实施例通过驱动组件30带动主动齿轮41转动,从而带动主动齿轮41两侧的传动齿轮组42分别对两侧的弹射组件20上的弹射轮60进行旋转加速,最后通过两侧的扳机组件50分别将两个弹射轮60弹射出去。
在本实施例中,所述弹射玩具还包括灯光组件70,所述灯光组件70包括若干个LED灯71、电源72和触碰开关73,所述若干个LED灯71、电源72和触碰开关73通过导线串联组成灯光电路。其中,所述触碰开关73位于所述回力转盘31的一侧,所述回力转盘31的外圆周面上设有触碰推块,当回力转盘31转动时,通过触碰推块顶压所述触碰开关73使得灯光电路接通,若干个LED灯71发光。
另外,本实施例的弹射基座10为摩托车造型,从而使得弹射玩具的造型更加逼真。
由此,本实施例的弹射玩具设计巧妙,通过对称设置在主动齿轮41的两侧分别对称地设有传动齿轮组42、弹射组件20和扳机组件50,使得本实施例的弹射结构具有同时驱动两个弹射轮60转动的功能,扩展了弹射结构的功能性和娱乐性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明弹射结构范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹射结构,其特征在于:包括弹射基座及活动安装在所述弹射基座上的弹射组件、驱动组件、传动组件和扳机组件;所述弹射基座设有弹射槽,所述弹射组件可滑动地设置在所述弹射槽中,所述传动组件可转动地安装在所述弹射基座上,且该传动组件与所述驱动组件配合连接;所述扳机组件可伸缩地活动设置在所述弹射基座上,且该扳机组件与所述弹射组件配合卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹射结构,其特征在于:
    所述弹射组件包括夹持部、滑道部、弹射部和卡扣部,所述夹持部设置在滑道部的一端,所述弹射部和卡扣部设置在滑道部的另一端,所述弹射部和卡扣部分别隔离设置在所述滑道部的另一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹射结构,其特征在于:
    所述弹射部包括套杆及套设在所述套杆上的弹射弹簧,所述弹射弹簧远离套杆的一端抵靠在所述弹射基座上;所述卡扣部的一端固定在所述滑道部上,其另一端与所述扳机组件配合卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹射结构,其特征在于:
    所述扳机组件包括扳机部和扳机弹簧,所述卡扣部的一端设置在所述滑道部上,该卡扣部的另一端与所述扳机部的一端配合卡接,所述扳机弹簧可伸缩地设置在所述扳机部的另一端,该扳机弹簧远离扳机部的一端抵靠在所述弹射基座上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弹射结构,其特征在于:
    所述驱动组件包括回力转盘、回力发条、回力转轴和拉绳,所述回力转轴可转动地设置在所述弹射基座上,所述回力转盘固定设置在所述回力转轴上,所述回力发条缠绕设置在所述回力转轴上,且位于所述回力转盘的内部,所述拉绳缠绕设置在所述回力转轴上,其末端穿过弹射基座的外部并设有拉环。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的弹射结构,其特征在于:
    所述传动组件包括主动齿轮及由若干个从动齿轮依次传动连接组成的从动齿轮组,所述主动齿轮与所述驱动组件的输出端同轴设置,且该主动齿轮与所述从动齿轮组传动连接,所述从动齿轮组远离所述主动齿轮的一端靠近所述弹射组件的夹持部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的弹射结构,其特征在于:
    所述扳机部的一侧还设有发射滑块,所述发射滑块可滑动地设置在所述弹射基座的外侧面上,且该发射滑块用于驱动所述扳机部与所述弹射组件的卡扣部脱卡。
  8. 一种弹射玩具,其特征在于:包括弹射轮及如权利要求1至7任一项所述的弹射结构;所述弹射轮活动卡接在所述弹射组件的夹持部上,且该弹射轮与所述传动组件配合传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的弹射玩具,其特征在于:
    所述弹射轮包括转动轮和转轮转轴,所述转动轮固定套设在所述转轮转轴上,所述转轮转轴同轴地设有转轮齿轮,所述转轮齿轮与所述传动组件配合传动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的弹射玩具,其特征在于:
    所述弹射组件远离扳机组件的一端设有夹持部;所述夹持部包括固定部和活动部,所述活动部扭动设置在所述固定部上,且所述固定部和活动部共同组成一个弧形卡位,所述弹射轮通过所述转轮转轴配合卡接在所述弧形卡位中。
