Description

一种建筑施工用简易型砂砾筛分装置 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑施工设备领域,具体为一种建筑施工用简易型砂砾筛分装置。
背景技术
在建筑施工领域中,沙子是一种必不可少的材料,但是通常运往施工现场的沙子包含有很多石头颗粒,满足不了施工要求,为了提高施工效果,因此在施工现场需要对沙子进行筛分处理,筛选出一些比较细的沙子用于加工施工原料,但是目前市场上使用的砂砾筛分装置结构大多是采用一些倾斜式筛网,需要借助人力向筛网扬沙实现物料分离,明显存在结构不稳定,移动不方便,工作效率低的问题,并且筛分质量也不好。
技术问题
现有的建筑施工用砂砾筛分装置在的缺陷是。
1、在现有的砂砾筛分装置结构大多是采用结构简单的倾斜试筛网和一些大型筛分设备,结构简单的倾斜试筛网需要通过人力反复向筛网筛扬沙来实现筛分,这样的筛分方式存在筛分质量较差,费时费力,导致工作效率低,而大型筛分设备比较笨重,需要使用大功率电器设备才能带动,不易在小型建筑施工中使用,且使用成本较高。
2、在现有的砂砾筛分装置中存在结构不稳定,不方便移动,便捷性较差。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑施工用简易型砂砾筛分装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建筑施工用简易型沙硕筛分装置,包括滚筒架、支撑柱、底座和横梁,所述底座的底部分别安装有转向轮和滚轮,所述底座的顶部底座的顶部通过支撑柱固定安装有横梁,且横梁之间通过连接杆固定安装,所述横梁的顶部分别通过两组轴承架转动安装有转轮与滑轮,所述滑轮与转轮之间滚动有滚筒架,所述滚筒架之间通过固定环安装有筛分网,所述固定环的内壁设有螺旋片,所述横梁上贯穿安装有收集斗,所述横梁的一侧固定安装有把手。
优选的,所述滑轮与轴承架之间通过轴承转动安装,所述轴承架靠近把手的一侧安装有与转轮配合的摇把。
优选的,所述滚筒架上设有与转轮以及滑轮配合使用的轨道槽。
优选的,所述收集斗和底座之间通过固定杆连接固定,且收集斗的输入端与筛分网之间相互对应。
优选的,所述横梁之间滚筒架的下方固定安装有废料出口斗,且废料出口斗位于连接杆的前侧。
优选的,所述转向轮与滚轮的底座上通过调节旋钮贯穿安装有防滑支座。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是。
1、本发明采用滚筒型筛分方式,滚筒的两端皆设有凹槽,通过在横梁的顶部安装有滑轮组件,能够利用滑轮对应滚筒两端的凹槽进行滚动支撑,通过使用转轮配套的摇把,能较省力的让滚筒滚动,使滚筒中的物料能够进行较快的反复筛分,提高了筛分质量,且本装置体型较小,操作方便,有效节省了人力的同时也节省了用电成本,能在各种小型建筑施工中使用。
2、本发明通过在底座两端皆安装有调节支撑防滑组件,能有效的使本装置稳固在地面上,使结构稳定,不易出现晃动,并且在底座的底部安装有滚轮,可以应对不同位置的需求来移动本装置,方便快捷,扩大了适用范围。
本发明通过在滚筒内部设有螺旋片,在滚筒转动筛分的同时能将大颗粒砂石推送至废料出口,通过设置有滚筒与收集斗的配合使用,能更方便的收集筛分后的物料,提高了作业人员的工作效率。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种建筑施工用简易型沙硕筛分装置,包括滚筒架1、支撑柱6、底座9和横梁11,横梁11的顶部使用螺栓固定安装有轴承架202,轴承架202通过轴承201使用轴杆转动安装有转轮501与滑轮2,滑轮2与转轮501之间滚动支撑有滚筒架1,且滚筒架1上设有与转轮501以及滑轮2配合使用的轨道槽103,可以支撑住滚筒架1不会滑落,且滑轮2和转轮501为统一尺寸,能在支撑滚筒架1的同时保持平衡,滚筒架1之间通过固定环102使用螺栓安装有筛分网101,轴承架202靠近把手7的一侧使用螺栓安装有与转轮501配合的摇把5,且只需要安装一组摇把5,通过转动摇把5能较为省力的使转轮501带动滚筒架1进行滚动,可以使滚筒内的物料能够进行滚动筛分,能有效筛分出所需求的物料不会产生浪费,体型较小,操作简单便捷,有效的提高了筛分质量,同时节省了人力,底座9的底部通过使用螺栓分别固定安装有转向轮8和滚轮12,可以在施工过程中对于不同位置可以方便移动,提供了较好的便利性,转向轮8与滚轮12的底座9上通过调节旋钮4贯穿安装有防滑支座401,通过旋转调节旋钮4可以较方便的将防滑支座401与地面接触,增大了摩擦力,能有效的固定住整个装置,不易产生晃动,降低了安全隐患,固定环102的内壁焊接有螺旋片104,能在滚筒架1滚动筛分物料的同时将筛出的大颗粒物料通过螺旋片104往末端推送,横梁11上贯穿安装有收集斗10,收集斗10和底座9之间通过固定杆1001使用螺栓连接固定,且收集斗10的输入端与筛分网101之间相互对应,能将筛分出的细料直接进入到收集斗10内,并通过收集斗10的出口向外滑出,同事横梁11之间滚筒架1的下方使用螺栓固定安装有废料出口斗3,且废料出口斗3位于连接杆13的前侧,可以使用推车或者其他储存工具对着收集斗10和废料出口斗3的出口接住筛好的物料,方便收集直接运送所需要的地方,有效的提高了作业人员的工作效率。
底座9的顶部通过支撑柱6使用螺栓固定安装有横梁11,且横梁11之间通过连接杆13使用螺栓固定安装,用于支撑整个框架,使整个框架坚固稳定,横梁11的一侧使用螺栓固定安装有把手7,当需要移动此装置的时候,使用把手7来推行,方便实用。
工作原理:使用该建筑施工用简易型砂砾筛分装置时,首先在底座9的底部使用螺栓将转向轮8和滚轮12固定安装,然后将调节旋钮4贯穿安装与底座9的两端,并在调节旋钮4的底部安装配套使用的防滑支座401,然后在底座9的顶部使用螺栓通过固定杆1001将收集斗10固定,在底座9和横梁11之间使用支撑柱6通过螺栓进行连接,然后使用螺栓通过连接杆13将横梁11之间固定连接,在横梁11两端分别使用螺栓固定轴承架202,然后在轴承架202上通过轴承201安装滑轮2和转轮501,并在转轮501的位置安装配套使用的摇把5,然后将筛分网101通过滚筒架1上的固定环102使用螺栓安装固定,固定环102的内壁焊接有螺旋片104,然后将滚筒架1上的轨道槽103对准安装好的滑轮2和转轮501放置上去,然后使用螺栓将废料出口斗3安装在滚筒架1的下方横梁11之间,然后在横梁11摇把5的一侧使用螺栓安装把手7,通过转动安装在转轮501上的摇把5,能将转轮501带动滚筒架1进行滚动,使在滚筒架1上的筛分网101进行转动达到筛分的目的,通过安装的收集斗10能自动导出筛分好的物料,以上便完成该建筑施工用简易型砂砾筛分装置的一系列操作。
