Description
本发明涉及零部件加工技术领域,具体为一种具有定位功能的修磨装置。
在一些金属零部件制造过程中或者是损坏后,由于加工精度不高使其表面比较粗糙,会产生部分毛刺和不平整的边缘,不能够直接使用,需要将其表面进行修整和打磨,以达到能正常使用的需要。
现有的金属零部件修磨装置存在的缺陷是。
1、定位功能较差,一般的修磨装置只能将物件固定在一个位置,不方便进行位置调节,有的需要手持打磨机进行修磨,在修磨过程中手持不稳会导致修磨的质量欠佳。
2、现有的修磨装置辅助功能较弱,修磨过程中需要作业人员频繁取出翻转位置再重新固定,不仅费时,过程也比较繁琐,降低了修磨的工作效率。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有定位功能的金属零部件修磨装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有定位功能的金属零部件修磨装置,包括壳体、移动座和支撑腿,所述壳体的内部通过螺纹杆转动安装有螺纹套,所述壳体的顶部设有调节槽,所述螺纹套的顶部通过固定杆安装有延伸出调节槽的移动座,所述移动座通过滑槽滑动安装有移动台,所述移动台的顶部固定安装有两组支柱,所述支柱的外侧分别通过螺纹调节旋钮与调节盘贯穿安装有夹盘,所述壳体顶部的一侧固定安装有立柱,所述立柱的顶部通过台座固定安装有电机。
优选的,所述壳体的底部固定安装有支撑腿,且支撑腿之间通过连接杆连接固定,所述壳体的正面固定安装有控制开关。
优选的,所述移动台的顶部固定安装有把手,所述支柱之间移动台的顶部放置有收集盒。
优选的,所述螺纹调节旋钮的一端设有承接轴,所述承接轴与夹盘之间通过活动轴活动安装。
优选的,所述立柱与台座之间通过支架固定安装,所述台座与电机之间通过固定套件固定安装。
优选的,所述壳体的一侧安装有与螺纹杆对接的转盘,且转盘上设有摇把。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是。
1、本发明通过在壳体的内部安装有移动组件,能够先旋转转盘,利用螺纹杆带有螺纹套和移动座进行左右移动,同时移动座安装有移动台,能够通过把手使移动台进行前后移动,增强了定位的精确性,能够使作业人员利用移动组件进行准确定位,通过在壳体顶部固定安装有电机,配合移动组件能够提高修磨的精度和质量。
2、本发明通过在支柱之间安装有可调节的夹盘,能够在固定住零件的同时使用调节盘将夹盘进行翻转,方便作业人员对物件不同位置进行修磨,减少了需要频繁取出翻转再重新固定的频率,增高了作业人员的修磨效率。
本发明通过在立柱之间放置有收集盒,能够将修磨过程中产生的一些碎末或者是碎块进行收集,方便作业人员进行清理,使工作台不会被过多的碎末覆盖影响装置的使用,提高了清理的便捷性。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种具有定位功能的金属零部件修磨装置,包括壳体6、移动座10和支撑腿7,壳体6的内部通过转轴旋转安装有螺纹杆11,壳体6的一侧通过螺栓安装有与螺纹杆11对接的转盘1102,且转盘1102上设有摇把,能够通过摇把转动转盘1102从而带动螺纹杆11转动,通过螺纹杆11转动安装有螺纹套1101,壳体6的顶部设有调节槽601,螺纹套1101的顶部通过固定杆1103使用螺栓安装有延伸出调节槽601的移动座10,通过转动螺纹杆11使螺纹套1101带动移动座10顺着调节槽601进行移动,移动座10通过滑槽滑动安装有移动台9,且移动台9的顶部使用螺栓固定安装有把手901,使用把手901能够利用移动座10的滑槽将移动台9进行推拉实现位置调节,使作业人员能够更精确的调整打磨位置,立柱5的顶部通过台座4固定安装有电机3,壳体6顶部的一侧使用螺栓固定安装有立柱5,立柱5的顶部是用螺栓固定安装有台座4,台座4的顶部通过固定套件2使用螺栓固定安装有电机3,型号为80BL95D30,且电机3设有可更换打磨钻头,可根据修磨需要跟换不用的钻头,立柱5与台座4之间通过支架405使用螺栓固定安装,能够更稳固的固定住电机3,使电机3工作时不易产生晃动,能够增强修磨的精度,提高了修磨质量,移动台9的顶部使用螺栓固定安装有两组支柱1,支柱1的外侧分别通过螺纹调节旋钮103与调节盘105贯穿安装有夹盘104,能够转动螺纹调节旋钮103使夹盘104将所需要修磨的零部件进行固定,螺纹调节旋钮103的一端设有承接轴101,承接轴101与夹盘104之间通过活动轴102活动安装,通过转动调节盘105能够在夹盘104之间固定住物体的同时通过活动轴102带动夹盘104同时转动,可以在固定的同时进行翻转方便对不同位置进行修磨,减少了需要频繁取出重新固定的麻烦,提高了修磨的工作效率。
支柱1之间移动台9的顶部通过卡槽放置有收集盒8,能够将修磨时产生的一些碎末和碎块进行收集,方便作业人员进行清洁,减少了因过多碎末覆盖在工作台造成的脏乱降低使用寿命,壳体6的底部使用螺栓固定安装有支撑腿7,主要支撑起整套装置,支撑腿7之间通过连接杆701连接固定,能够使整套装置结构更加稳固,壳体6的正面使用螺栓固定安装有控制开关602型号为LC3-5,通过导线将电机3与控制开关602进行连接,能够较为方便的控制电机3的启动和关闭。
工作原理:在使用该具有定位功能的金属零部件修磨装置时,首先将壳体6的底部使用螺栓固定安装支撑腿7,然后在支撑腿7之间使用螺栓通过连接杆701连接固定,然后在壳体6内螺旋安装螺纹杆11,在壳体6的一侧安装与螺纹杆11配套对接的转盘1102,通过转盘1102可以转动螺纹杆11,然后通过螺纹杆11转动安装螺纹套1101,然后在螺纹套1101的顶部通过固定杆1103延伸出调节槽601使用螺栓固定安装移动座10,能够在螺纹杆11转动时使螺纹套1101带动移动座10顺着调节槽601进行移动,然后将移动座10通过滑槽滑动安装移动台9,在移动台9的顶部使用螺栓固定安装两组支柱1,然后在支柱1的外侧分别通过螺纹调节旋钮103与调节盘105贯穿安装夹盘104,且螺纹调节旋钮103一端设有承接轴101,将承接轴101与夹盘104之间通过活动轴102进行活动安装,然后在支柱1之间移动台9顶部的卡槽里放置收集盒8,用来收集修磨时产生的碎末,然后在移动台9的顶部是用螺栓固定安装把手901,用来推拉移动台9进行移动,然后在壳体6顶部的一侧使用螺栓固定安装立柱5,在立柱5的顶部使用螺栓固定安装台座4,然后在台座4的顶部使用螺栓通过固定套件2固定安装型号为80BL95D301的电机3,然后在立柱5与台座4之间使用螺栓通过支架405固定安装,增强支撑电机3结构的稳定性,然后在壳体6的正面使用螺栓固定安装型号为LC3-5的控制开关602,通过导线将控制开关602和电机3进行连接,方便控制电机3的启动和关闭,以上便完成该具有定位功能的金属零部件修磨装置的一系列操作。
