为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种可折叠机构,包括第一折叠铰链、第二折叠铰链、第三折叠铰链、第四折叠铰链、第一机壳、第二机壳、第三机壳以及第四机壳;具体的讲,所述第一折叠铰链沿第一方向设置;所述第二折叠铰链与所述第一折叠铰链位于同一方向上;所述第三折叠铰链沿第二方向设置,所述第二方向与所述第一方向不同;所述第四折叠铰链与所述第三折叠铰链位于同一方向上;所述第一机壳分别与所述第一折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链可转动式连接;所述第二机壳分别与所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链可转动式连接;所述第三机壳分别与所述第一折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链可转动式连接;所述第四机壳分别与所述第二折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链可转动式连接。
进一步地,所述第一折叠铰链与所述第二折叠铰链间隔设置,所述第三折叠铰链与所述第四折叠铰链间隔设置,在所述第一方向和所述第二方向相交位置为一连接部或一间隙。
进一步地,在所述连接部为一柔性连接块,所述柔性连接块的材质包括柔性金属或橡胶。
进一步地,所述第一折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第一机壳、所述第三机壳在所述第一折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;所述第二折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第二机壳、所述第四机壳在所述第二折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;所述第三折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳在所述第三折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;所述第四折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第三机壳、所述第四机壳在所述第四折叠铰链延伸方向的边长。
进一步地,所述第一折叠铰链与所述第二折叠铰链的弯折方向相同;所述第三折叠铰链与所述第四折叠铰链的弯折方向相同。
进一步地,所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链以及所述第四折叠铰链均包括若干个相互连接的转轴,所述转轴平行设置,用于在弯折后形成弯折处的过渡圆弧。
进一步地,所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链以及所述第四折叠铰链的弯折角度均为90度至170度。
进一步地,所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链以及所述第四折叠铰链均具有一定强度的扭力,用于克服所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳、所述第三机壳以及所述第四机壳的重力保持其相对位置不变。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括所述可折叠机构。
进一步地,所述显示装置还包括柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏设于所述可折叠机构的至少一侧表面;当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链及所述第四折叠铰链均保持展平状态时,所述柔性显示屏呈平板显示状态;当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链保持展平状态且所述第三折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链向外折叠时,所述第一机壳与所述第二机壳对折贴合,所述第三机壳与所述第四机壳对折贴合,所述柔性显示屏呈双面屏手机显示状态;当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链向内折叠且所述第三折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链保持展平状态时,所述柔性显示屏呈笔记本显示状态,与所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳对应设置的所述柔性显示屏显示虚拟键盘,与所述第三机壳、所述第四机壳对应设置的所述柔性显示屏显示画面。
进一步地,在所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链内还包括角度传感器;当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链由平板显示状态弯折至笔记本显示状态时,所述角度传感器发出控制信号至所述柔性显示屏,与所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳对应设置的所述柔性显示屏显示虚拟键盘。
有益效果
本发明的优点在于,提供一种可折叠机构及其显示装置,多功能可折叠机构同时具有内折叠、外折叠功能,使得显示装置可以实现三种显示状态:平板、手机、笔记本。可折叠机构的设计增加了显示装置使用状态的多样性,且元件较少,结构简单的同时可满足用户对显示装置的多角度旋转实现多功能应用的需求,提高用户体验度。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本发明的附图仅用于示意相对位置关系和连接关系,某些部位的层厚采用了夸示的绘图方式以便于理解,附图中的层厚并不代表实际层厚的比例关系。
请参阅图1-图5所示,本发明实施例提供一种显示装置100,其包括一种可折叠机构10。所述可折叠机构10同时具有内折叠、外折叠功能,使得所述显示装置100具有三种显示状态:平板、手机、笔记本。可折叠机构10的设计增加了显示装置100使用状态的多样性,且元件较少,结构简单的同时可满足用户对显示装置100的多角度旋转实现多功能应用的需求,提高用户体验。
本实施例中,所述显示装置100还包括柔性显示屏20,所述柔性显示屏20设于所述可折叠机构10的两侧表面。
在图示中,图1为本发明实施例中所述显示装置100在平板显示状态时的正面结构示意图;图2为本发明实施例中所述显示装置100在平板显示状态时的背面结构示意图;图3为本发明实施例中所述显示装置100在平板显示状态时的分解结构示意图;图4为本发明实施例中所述显示装置100在手机显示状态时的正面结构示意图;图5为本发明实施例中所述显示装置100在手机显示状态时的背面结构示意图。
请参阅图1-图5所示,本发明实施例中,所述可折叠机构10包括第一折叠铰链2、第二折叠铰链3、第三折叠铰链4、第四折叠铰链5、第一机壳6、第二机壳7、第三机壳8以及第四机壳9。
具体的讲,如图2所示,所述第一折叠铰链2沿第一方向设置;所述第二折叠铰链3与所述第一折叠铰链2位于同一方向上;所述第三折叠铰链4沿第二方向设置,所述第二方向与所述第一方向不同,优选所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直;所述第四折叠铰链5与所述第三折叠铰链4位于同一方向上;所述第一机壳6分别与所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第三折叠铰链4可转动式连接;所述第二机壳7分别与所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4可转动式连接;所述第三机壳8分别与所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第四折叠铰链5可转动式连接;所述第四机壳9分别与所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第四折叠铰链5可转动式连接。
本实施例中,所述第一折叠铰链2与所述第二折叠铰链3间隔设置,所述第三折叠铰链4与所述第四折叠铰链5间隔设置,在所述第一方向和所述第二方向相交位置为一连接部1或一间隙11。
本实施例中,在所述连接部1为一柔性连接块,所述柔性连接块的材质包括柔性金属或橡胶,优选为柔性不锈钢材质,可实现在弯折时变形并能复原,减少应力并填充所述间隙11起到支撑作用。所述连接部1呈矩形,优选呈正方形。
本实施例中,所述第一折叠铰链2的长度小于等于所述第一机壳6、所述第三机壳8在所述第一折叠铰链2延伸方向的边长;所述第二折叠铰链3的长度小于等于所述第二机壳7、所述第四机壳9在所述第二折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;所述第三折叠铰链4的长度小于等于所述第一机壳6、所述第二机壳7在所述第三折叠铰链4延伸方向的边长;所述第四折叠铰链5的长度小于等于所述第三机壳8、所述第四机壳9在所述第四折叠铰链5延伸方向的边长。优选地,所述第一机壳6、所述第三机壳8在所述第一折叠铰链2延伸方向的边长与所述第一折叠铰链2的长度相同;所述第二机壳7、所述第四机壳9在所述第二折叠铰链3延伸方向的边长与所述第二折叠铰链3的长度相同;所述第一机壳6、所述第二机壳7在所述第三折叠铰链4延伸方向的边长与所述第二折叠铰链3的长度相同;所述第三机壳8、所述第四机壳9在所述第四折叠铰链5延伸方向的边长与所述第四折叠铰链5的长度相同。
本实施例中,所述第一折叠铰链2与所述第二折叠铰链3的弯折方向相同;所述第三折叠铰链4与所述第四折叠铰链5的弯折方向相同。具体的,所述第一折叠铰链2与所述第二折叠铰链3的弯折方向与所述第三折叠铰链4与所述第四折叠铰链5的弯折方向相反;优选所述第一折叠铰链2与所述第二折叠铰链3的弯折方向为向内折叠,所述第三折叠铰链4与所述第四折叠铰链5的弯折方向为向外折叠,或者两者弯折方向对调。在使用时,首先所述第一折叠铰链2与所述第二折叠铰链3向内折叠,然后所述第三折叠铰链4与所述第四折叠铰链5向外折叠,从而完成十字折叠。当然,其中向内折叠和向外折叠的方式可单独实施。
本实施例中,所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4以及所述第四折叠铰链5均包括若干个相互连接的转轴,所述转轴平行设置,用于在弯折后形成弯折处的过渡圆弧。本实施例优选为四个转轴,其中中间两个转轴连接在一起,其上下端部分别与外侧的两个转轴铰接,在铰接处具有一定的强度的扭力,外侧的两个转轴可相对与中间两个转轴旋转且在任意位置停留而不转动。在其他实施例中,也可设置为三个转轴,中间的转轴分别与外侧的两个转轴铰接,其结构形式类似四个转轴,但不同的是四个转轴的上下两端能更好地与外侧的两个转轴铰接,而三个转轴在铰接处需错位设置。在其他实施例中,也可设置为两个转轴,两个转轴相互铰接旋转,也能实现上述目的,其方式也可参考上述三个转轴的连接方式。值得注意的是,当转轴的数量增加时,在弯折后形成弯折处的过渡圆弧越平滑。
本实施例中,所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4以及所述第四折叠铰链5的弯折角度均为360度,优选设置为90度至170度。当所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4以及所述第四折叠铰链5的弯折角度不做限位时,其均可实现向内折叠以及向外折叠的功能,从而完成十字折叠或单独实施向内折叠和向外折叠的方式。
本实施例中,所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4以及所述第四折叠铰链5均具有一定强度的扭力,用于克服所述第一机壳6、所述第二机壳7、所述第三机壳8以及所述第四机壳9的重力保持其相对位置不变,提高用户体验。
本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置100,其包括所述可折叠机构10。进一步地,所述显示装置100还包括柔性显示屏20,所述柔性显示屏20设于所述可折叠机构10的至少一侧表面,优选所述柔性显示屏20设于所述可折叠机构10的两侧表面,这样可实现双面显示。下面结合所述可折叠机构10的具体结构详细说明所述显示装置100具有的三种显示状态:平板、手机、笔记本。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本实施例中,当所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4及所述第四折叠铰链5均保持展平状态时,所述柔性显示屏20呈平板显示状态;在“平板”显示状态下,所述可折叠机构10的所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3、所述第三折叠铰链4及所述第四折叠铰链5都处于展平状态,所述第一机壳6、所述第二机壳7、所述第三机壳8与所述第四机壳9的上表面处于同一平面,所述柔性显示屏20贴附在4个机壳6上表面,4个机壳6对所述柔性显示屏20提供平面支撑。
请参阅图3所示,当所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3保持展平状态且所述第三折叠铰链4、所述第四折叠铰链5向外折叠时,所述第一机壳6与所述第二机壳7对折贴合,所述第三机壳8与所述第四机壳9对折贴合,所述柔性显示屏20呈双面屏手机显示状态,从而使可折叠显示设备形成正反面都有屏幕的双面全面屏“手机”,此时设备边缘的尺寸缩小一倍,利于携带,提高用户体验。
请参阅图4、图5所示,当所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3向内折叠且所述第三折叠铰链4、所述第四折叠铰链5保持展平状态时,所述柔性显示屏20呈笔记本显示状态,与所述第一机壳6、所述第二机壳7对应设置的所述柔性显示屏20显示虚拟键盘,作为“笔记本”的键盘,与所述第三机壳8、所述第四机壳9对应设置的所述柔性显示屏20显示画面,作为“笔记本”的显示器。通过手触控虚拟键盘可完成作为“笔记本”键盘的信号输入。
本实施例中,在所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3内还包括角度传感器(未图示);当所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3由平板显示状态弯折至笔记本显示状态时,亦即当所述第一折叠铰链2、所述第二折叠铰链3由180度弯折至170度以下时,所述角度传感器发出控制信号至所述柔性显示屏20,与所述第一机壳6、所述第二机壳7对应设置的所述柔性显示屏20显示虚拟键盘。
本发明的优点在于,提供一种可折叠机构及其显示装置,多功能可折叠机构同时具有内折叠、外折叠功能,使得显示装置可以实现三种显示状态:平板、手机、笔记本。可折叠机构的设计增加了显示装置使用状态的多样性,且元件较少,结构简单的同时可满足用户对显示装置的多角度旋转实现多功能应用的需求,提高用户体验度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可折叠机构,其包括:
    第一折叠铰链,沿第一方向设置;
    第二折叠铰链,与所述第一折叠铰链位于同一方向上;
    第三折叠铰链,沿第二方向设置,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相交设置;
    第四折叠铰链,与所述第三折叠铰链位于同一方向上;
    第一机壳,分别与所述第一折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链可转动式连接;
    第二机壳,分别与所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链可转动式连接;
    第三机壳,分别与所述第一折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链可转动式连接;以及
    第四机壳,分别与所述第二折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链可转动式连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,所述第一折叠铰链与所述第二折叠铰链间隔设置,所述第三折叠铰链与所述第四折叠铰链间隔设置,在所述第一方向和所述第二方向相交位置为一连接部或一间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,所述连接部为一柔性连接块,所述柔性连接块的材质包括柔性金属或橡胶。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,
    所述第一折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第一机壳、所述第三机壳在所述第一折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;
    所述第二折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第二机壳、所述第四机壳在所述第二折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;
    所述第三折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳在所述第三折叠铰链延伸方向的边长;
    所述第四折叠铰链的长度小于等于所述第三机壳、所述第四机壳在所述第四折叠铰链延伸方向的边长。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,所述第一折叠铰链与所述第二折叠铰链的弯折方向相同;所述第三折叠铰链与所述第四折叠铰链的弯折方向相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链以及所述第四折叠铰链均包括若干个相互连接的转轴,所述转轴平行设置,用于在弯折后形成弯折处的过渡圆弧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链以及所述第四折叠铰链的弯折角度均为90度至170度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构,其中,所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链以及所述第四折叠铰链均具有一定强度的扭力,用于克服所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳、所述第三机壳以及所述第四机壳的重力保持其相对位置不变。
  9. 一种显示装置,其中,包括权利要求1所述的一种可折叠机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种显示装置,其中,还包括:
    柔性显示屏,设于所述可折叠机构的至少一侧表面;
    当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链、所述第三折叠铰链及所述第四折叠铰链均保持展平状态时,所述柔性显示屏呈平板显示状态;
    当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链保持展平状态且所述第三折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链向外折叠时,所述第一机壳与所述第二机壳对折贴合,所述第三机壳与所述第四机壳对折贴合,所述柔性显示屏呈双面屏手机显示状态;
    当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链向内折叠且所述第三折叠铰链、所述第四折叠铰链保持展平状态时,所述柔性显示屏呈笔记本显示状态,与所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳对应设置的所述柔性显示屏显示虚拟键盘,与所述第三机壳、所述第四机壳对应设置的所述柔性显示屏显示画面。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种显示装置,其中,
    在所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链内还包括角度传感器;
    当所述第一折叠铰链、所述第二折叠铰链由平板显示状态弯折至笔记本显示状态时,所述角度传感器发出控制信号至所述柔性显示屏,与所述第一机壳、所述第二机壳对应设置的所述柔性显示屏显示虚拟键盘。
