Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour le nettoyage de plaque de téflon utilisées dans des congélateurs industriels, qui produisent des blocs congelés de pâte de protéine animale composée de résidus de viande et de parties d'un animal de faible valeur. Le système comprend au moins un réservoir (12, 12a) dont le fond comprend un ensemble de tubes perforés formé par un cadre périphérique (17) et au moins un tube transversal (18), tous les tubes présentant une pluralité de perforations (19). L'ensemble de tubes comprend au moins un tube vertical (20) qui est raccordé à une souffleuse ou compresseur d'air pour générer des bulles d'air (26). Ledit réservoir (12, 12a) comprend des moyens d'évacuation de l'eau de lavage (25). Le système comprend également au moins un conteneur ou compartiment de rinçage (27) pour lesdites plaques de téflon (5) et un élément de levage hydraulique (10, 11) qui lève de manière inclinée les conteneurs ou compartiments de rinçage (27) pour verser ou évacuer l'eau de rinçage présente à l'intérieur de ceux-ci.
