Description

便携式啤酒打酒组件 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种打酒组件,具体为一种便携式啤酒打酒组件。
背景技术:
啤酒是人类最古老的,是水和茶之后世界上消耗量排名第三的饮料,在日日常就餐、聚餐或宴席等场合均必不可少;
啤酒生产酿造过程中,需要把二氧化碳加以压缩,使它溶解在酒液中;
酒吧等地大批量啤酒供应地,往往需要大批量的方式进行啤酒的供应,现有技术中是通过直接在酒桶上增设阀门,进行打酒,由于酒桶内气压大,开启阀门,啤酒喷出,会产生大量啤酒沫,严重影响啤酒的口感;为此,有的销量好的酒吧,在酒桶上增设放气阀,减少泡沫,但同时,也造成了二氧化碳的损失。
发明内容
为了克服这种缺陷,本发明就提供一种便携式啤酒打酒组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种便携式啤酒打酒组件,包括设于啤酒瓶瓶口的酒矛座,所述酒矛座上设有酒矛开关阀,所述酒矛座内置酒矛,酒矛下方连接软管,软管插在啤酒瓶内,所述酒矛上端面设有半封闭缺口,内置弹簧,弹 簧上端设有堵头,弹簧顶住堵头将半封闭缺口封堵;
所述酒矛开关阀包括外壳与内活动杆,所述外壳卡在酒矛座内,所述内活动杆上端连接螺纹杆,螺纹杆穿过外壳顶部后连接转动把手,内活动杆下端顶在堵头上;
所述内活动杆为空心杆,空心杆侧壁下端和中段部位设有孔,孔连通空心杆内部;
所述壳体外壁连接有出酒调节阀,壳体外壁设有孔,出酒调节阀通过外壁的孔、内活动杆中段的孔与空心杆内部连通。
本发明的进一步技术:
优选的,所述出酒口设有螺旋管路。
优选的,所述堵头与内活动杆端部接触的面为平面,所述堵头与堵头下方的弹簧接触面为弧面。
优选的,所述外壳和圆环卡件之间设有橡胶密封;所述圆环卡件与管体之间同样设有橡胶密封。
优选的,所述出酒口连接有出酒调节阀,壳体外壁设有孔,出酒调节阀通过外壁的孔、内活动杆中段的孔与空心杆内部连通。
本发明具有以下优点:
该组件可直接运用到带有酒矛得啤酒瓶或者桶上,一桌一个,靠瓶内气压出酒,出酒即饮用,减少传统酒桶打酒造成的二氧化碳损失,极大程度的保存酒的品质。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1-3,一种便携式啤酒打酒组件,包括设于啤酒瓶瓶口的酒矛座1,所述酒矛座上设有酒矛开关阀2,所述酒矛座内置酒矛3,酒矛下方连接软管4,软管插在啤酒瓶5内,所述酒矛上端面设有半封闭缺口,内置弹簧31,弹簧上端设有堵头32,弹簧顶住堵头将半封闭缺口封堵;
所述酒矛开关阀2包括外壳21与内活动杆22,所述外壳卡在酒矛座内,所述内活动杆上端连接螺纹杆23,螺纹杆穿过外壳顶部后连接转动把手24,内活动杆下端顶在堵头上;
所述内活动杆22为空心杆,空心杆侧壁下端和中段部位设有孔221,孔连通空心杆内部;
所述壳体外壁连接有出酒口6,出酒口通过外壁的孔、内活动杆中段的孔与空心杆内部连通。
在啤酒瓶或者啤酒桶出厂时,预装酒矛,只需酒矛开关阀与其配合,转动转动把手,内活动杆下移,挤压堵头,堵头挤压弹簧,使堵头下沉,堵头与半封闭缺口分离,形成间隙,此时,瓶/桶内压力大于外部气压,啤酒经过软管,通过该间隙进入内活动杆,再有出酒调节阀控制出酒量,简单易用,二氧化碳损失小。
啤酒倒进杯子里会生出许多泡沫,这种泡沫俗称为“啤酒沫”,其是在啤酒生产酿造过程中,需要把二氧化碳加以压缩,使它溶解在酒液中,当将啤酒倒出或通过设备提取出时,二氧化碳与空气中的氧气结合后便会产生许多气泡,这样在引用时严重影响啤酒的口味;
为此在所述出酒口连接螺旋管路7。螺旋管路的增设,给啤酒一个缓冲,减少出酒时产生的泡沫。
所述壳体外壁连接有出酒口调节阀8,壳体外壁设有孔,出酒调节阀通过外壁的孔、内活动杆中段的孔与空心杆内部连通。
同时,啤酒倒进杯子里会生出许多泡沫,这种泡沫俗称为“啤酒沫”,其是在啤酒生产酿造过程中,需要把二氧化碳加以压缩,使它溶解在酒液中,当将啤酒倒出或通过设备提取出时,二氧化碳与空气中的氧气结合后便会产生许多气泡,这样在引用时严重影响啤酒的口味;
为此在所述出酒调节阀出口设有螺旋管路。螺旋管路的增设,给 啤酒一个缓冲,减少出酒时产生的泡沫。
所述堵头与内活动杆端部接触的面为平面,所述堵头与堵头下方的弹簧接触面为弧面。
所述外壳和圆环卡件之间设有橡胶密封;所述圆环卡件与管体之间同样设有橡胶密封。

    所述酒矛开关阀包括外壳与内活动杆,所述外壳卡在酒矛座内,所述内活动杆上端连接螺纹杆,螺纹杆穿过外壳顶部后连接转动把手,内活动杆下端顶在堵头上;
    所述内活动杆为空心杆,空心杆侧壁下端和中段部位设有孔,孔连通空心杆内部;
    所述壳体外壁连接有出酒口,壳体外壁设有孔,出酒口通过外壁的孔、内活动杆中段的孔与空心杆内部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种便携式啤酒打酒组件,其特征在于:所述出酒口设有螺旋管路。
  3. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种便携式啤酒打酒组件,其特征在于:所述堵头与内活动杆端部接触的面为平面,所述堵头与堵头下方的弹簧接触面为弧面。
  4. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种便携式啤酒打酒组件,其特征在于:所述外壳和圆环卡件之间设有橡胶密封;所述圆环卡件与管体之间同样设有橡胶密封。
