目前,现有的汽车仪表盘中,在汽车仪表盘的显示面的非显示区域,形成盖板的透明玻璃背面印刷有油墨层,汽车仪表盘的显示屏透过透明玻璃进行显示,由于油墨层的颜色与显示屏息屏后呈现的颜色存在差异,因此在显示屏息屏时,在汽车仪表盘上的显示区域和非显示区域之间会存在非常明显的分界线。
为解决上述问题,现有技术中有些仪表盘中增加了偏光片,以提高息屏状态下汽车仪表盘的显示区域和非显示区域的黑色接近程度,但单纯的增加偏光片只是能够一定程度上弱化分界线,但实际上仍然还是能够看到,难以满足高端产品的要求。
申请内容
基于上述现状,本申请的主要目的在于提供一种一体黑式屏盖组件、汽车仪表盘及汽车,以解决现有技术中存在的一体黑效果较差的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,一方面,本申请采用的技术方案如下:

本申请提出了一种一体黑式屏盖组件以及设置有一体黑式屏盖组件的汽车仪表盘,参考图1所示,该一体黑式屏盖组件包括盖板1、设置于所述盖板1后侧的显示部件2和安装架3,所述安装架3上设置有用于容置显示部件2的容置槽,所述显示部件2位于所述安装架3的正面并容置于所述容置槽中,所述显示部件2包括至少一个显示屏以及与所述显示屏对应设置的背光源,需要说明的是,此处可以是每个显示屏对应一个与之匹配的背光源,即,多个显示屏之间互不干扰,多个背光源之间也互不干扰,当某一组显示屏和背光源损坏时,不影响其余部分的使用;也可以是多个显示屏对应一个与之匹配的背光源,即,多个显示屏可以共用同一个背光源,可以减少背光源的数量,提高组装效率。所述盖板1包括玻璃板12,以对其背侧的显示部件2提供保护。针对现有技术中存在的仪表盘在息屏状态下能看到分界线的问题,本申请的申请人发现通过设置偏光片和黑色油墨层,能够使得肉眼难以分辨仪表盘两区域之间的分界线,具体的,所述盖板1还包括涂覆于所述玻璃板12背面的黑色油墨层,所述玻璃板12包括与所述显示屏的显示区域对应的第一区域及除所述第一区域之外的第二区域,所述黑色油墨层仅涂覆于所述第二区域。通过上述黑色油墨层以及偏光片8的配合,能够实现真正的一体黑效果,提升息屏状态时的用户观感;另外,偏光片8的设置也可以滤掉部分杂光,更好地保证设置有该一体黑式屏盖组件的汽车仪表盘在显示状态时的显示清晰度,优化驾驶员的使用体验,保证驾驶安全。
进一步地,所述玻璃板12的透光率大于94%,以保证玻璃板12的通透性,以提高显示清晰度。为了实现更好地一体黑式效果,更进一步地,所述黑色油墨层的Lab颜色模型中的L值为30至40,所述显示部件2与所述盖板1之间还设置有偏光片8,所述偏光片8的角度为15°至30°,通过上述黑色油墨层以及偏光片8的配合,能够实现更好的一体黑效果,提升息屏状态时的用户 观感;另一方面,本申请中的汽车仪表盘采用较高透光率的玻璃板12,也可以更好地保证该汽车仪表盘在显示状态时的良好显示,提升用户的使用体验;进一步地,所述背光源的亮度为19000cd/m 2至21000cd/m 2,由于高透光率的玻璃板12的设置,即使采用上述亮度的背光源也可以确保良好的显示效果,并且,上述亮度的背光源的成本较低,一定程度上降低该汽车仪表盘的成本。通过对黑色油墨层的L值和偏光片角度的综合限定,本申请提供的所述汽车仪表盘在息屏状态下的色度差能够达到ΔE<1,更好地保证了在该汽车仪表盘处于息屏状态时呈现一体黑效果,提高该汽车仪表盘的档次。
汽车仪表盘还包括电路板4和背壳6,所述显示部件2固定安装于所述安装架3的正面,所述电路板4安装于所述安装架3的背面,所述显示部件2包括仪表端显示部分22和中控端显示部分21,既将汽车的仪表显示和中控显示集成在一个仪表盘上形成为一体式仪表结构,所述盖板1覆盖所述仪表端显示部分22和所述中控端显示部分21,以对显示部件2进行全方位的保护,且形成一体式仪表结构的整体外观形态。
进一步地,参考图1所示,盖板1还包括防爆膜11,防爆膜11粘贴在玻璃板12的正面,以对玻璃板12起到更好地保护作用,进而对玻璃板12背侧的显示部件2起到更好地保护作用。进一步地,所述电路板4包括仪表端电路板42和中控端电路板41,其中,仪表端电路板42和仪表端显示部分22用于实现仪表显示,例如汽车的速度、油量等信息的显示,中控端电路板41和中控端显示部分21用于用户进行控制操作,例如蓝牙操作、地图导航操作等,所述盖板1覆盖所述仪表端显示部分22和所述中控端显示部分21,以对显示部件2进行全方位的保护,且形成一体式仪表结构的整体外观形态。所述偏光片8包括设置于所述中控端显示部分21与所述盖板1之间的第一偏光片81和设置于所述仪表端显示部分22与所述盖板1之间的第二偏光片82,以分别减弱到达仪表显示部分和中控显示部分的光线强度,以更好的保证息屏时的一体黑效果。参考图1和3所示,所述安装架3为一体结构,以确保整个安装架3的结构强度,进而保证整个汽车仪表的结构稳定性,该安装架3包括用于安装所述中控端显示部分21和所述中控端电路板41的第一安装部31、用于安装所述仪表端显示部分22和所述仪表端电路板42的第二安装部32以及连接所述第一安装部31和所述第二安装部32的连接部33,优选连接部33包括加 强筋,用于提高连接部33的整体结构强度,进而更好地保证第一安装部31、连接部33和第二安装部32构成的整体安装架3的结构强度。另外,由于连接部33的位置不设置相应的显示屏,也就不会设置相应的背光源,该部分对应的显示部件2可以很好的达到黑色显示,因此不需要设置偏光片8,一定程度降低了成本,也使得整体结构更加简单。
进一步地,参考图1所示,所述中控端显示部分21的显示屏包括第一彩色液晶显示屏211,所述中控端显示部分21的背光源包括设置在所述第一彩色液晶显示屏211背面的第一背光源212,所述第一彩色液晶显示屏211的正面设置有触控面板213,所述触控面板213的正面通过第一胶膜与所述第一偏光片81的背面全贴合连接,所述第一彩色液晶显示屏211的正面通过第二胶膜与所述触控面板213的背面全贴合连接,所述第一偏光片81的正面通过第六胶膜与所述盖板1的背面全贴合连接,通过上述盖板1、第一偏光片81、触控面板213、第一彩色液晶显示屏211之间的全贴合连接,可以更好地确保上述结构之间连接的可靠性和密封性,全贴合的连接方式可以避免二者之间漏光,提高整个汽车仪表盘的显示效果,且能够进一步优化一体黑效果;另外,需要说明的是,上述第一胶膜、第二胶膜和第六胶膜均采用光学胶,通过上述全贴合的连接方式,无需设置其它的连接结构,进而可以避免设置其它连接结构可能造成的漏光现象,同时,粘接连接的连接方式的效率也较高,提高了该汽车仪表盘的组装效率。进一步地,盖板1、偏光片8、触控面板213和第一彩色液晶显示屏211构成的整体与安装架3粘贴连接,粘接的连接方式,既能保证连接的可靠性,又可提高组装效率。另外,所述第一背光源212和所述中控端电路板41通过第一紧固件一起固定于所述第一安装部31,第一紧固件例如为螺栓或螺钉等,以确保第一背光源212和中控端电路板41可靠地固定在第一安装部31,且两者通过同一紧固件进行固定能够提高装配效率,减少因分别安装导致的误差累积。
在一个优选实施例中,参考图1和3所示,所述仪表端显示部分22的显示屏包括第三彩色液晶显示屏221,通过整个第三彩色液晶显示屏221用于仪表端显示部分22的显示,可以很好的提高显示效果,提升用户使用体验。所述仪表端显示部分22的背光源包括与所述第三彩色液晶显示屏221对应的第三背光源222,所述第三彩色液晶显示屏221与所述第二偏光片82之间设置 有第二静电玻璃223,所述第三彩色液晶显示屏221的正面通过第四胶膜与所述第二静电玻璃223的背面全贴合连接,所述第二静电玻璃223的正面通过第五胶膜与所述第二偏光片82的背面全贴合连接,所述第二偏光片82的正面通过第八胶膜与所述盖板1的背面全贴合连接,通过上述全贴合的连接方式,可以更好地保证盖板1、第二静电玻璃223、第二偏光片82和第三彩色液晶显示屏221之间连接的可靠性和紧密性,避免存在漏光现象,进一步提高该汽车仪表盘的显示效果。另外,需要说明的是,上述第四胶膜、第五胶膜和第八胶膜也均采用光学胶,通过上述全贴合的连接方式,可以避免设置其它的连接结构,进而可以避免设置其它连接结构可能造成的漏光现象,同时,粘接连接的连接方式的效率也较高,提高了该汽车仪表盘的组装效率。进一步地,所述盖板1、所述第一偏光片81、所述触控面板213、所述第一彩色液晶显示屏211、所述第二偏光片82、所述第二静电玻璃223、所述第三彩色液晶显示屏221形成的第二屏盖组件通过胶水整体粘接于所述安装架3,粘接的连接方式,既能保证连接的可靠性,又可提高组装效率。所述第三背光源222和所述仪表端电路板42通过第二紧固件一起固定于所述第二安装部32,以确保第三背光源222可靠地固定在第二安装部32。

考虑到仪表端显示部分22中部分显示内容是固定的,比较简单,可以用段码屏达到一体彩色显示效果,因此,在另一个优选实施例中,参考图2和3所示,所述仪表端显示部分22的显示屏包括第二彩色液晶显示屏和段码屏,通过设置段码屏和第二彩色液晶显示屏相配合的仪表端显示部分22,可以降低成本。所述仪表端显示部分22的背光源包括与所述第二彩色液晶显示屏对应的第二背光源以及与所述段码屏对应的第四背光源,所述段码屏包括显示区域和透射区域,所述显示区域的背面粘贴有彩色胶片,以实现彩色显示的效果,所述透射区域的背面通过第三胶膜与所述第二彩色液晶显示屏的正面全贴合 连接,可以更好地确保二者之间连接的可靠性和密封性,全贴合的连接方式可以避免二者之间漏光,提高整个汽车仪表盘的显示效果。所述段码屏与所述第二偏光片82之间设置有第一静电玻璃,以更好的避免产生静电,影响使用。需要说明的是,触控面板213自带防静电的效果,因此中控端显示部分21没有设置静电玻璃。所述段码屏的正面通过第四胶膜与所述第一静电玻璃的背面全贴合连接,所述第一静电玻璃的正面通过第五胶膜与所述第二偏光片82的背面全贴合连接,所述第二偏光片82的正面通过第七胶膜与所述盖板1的背面全贴合连接,进一步提高段码屏、第一静电玻璃、第二偏光片82以及盖板1之间的连接的可靠性和紧密性,避免存在漏光现象,进一步提高该汽车仪表盘的显示效果。另外,需要说明的是,上述第三胶膜、第四胶膜、第五胶膜和第七胶膜也均采用光学胶,通过上述全贴合的连接方式,可以避免设置其它的连接结构,进而可以避免设置其它连接结构可能造成的漏光现象,同时,粘接连接的连接方式的效率也较高,提高了该汽车仪表盘的组装效率。进一步地,所述盖板1、所述第一偏光片81、所述触控面板213、所述第一彩色液晶显示屏211、所述第二偏光片82、所述第一静电玻璃、所述段码屏、所述彩色胶片、所述第二彩色液晶显示屏形成的第一屏盖组件通过胶水整体粘接于所述安装架3,粘接的连接方式,既能保证连接的可靠性,又可提高组装效率。所述第二背光源和所述仪表端电路板42通过第二紧固件一起固定于所述第二安装部32,第二紧固件例如为螺栓或螺钉等,以确保第二背光源和仪表端电路板42可靠地安装在第二安装部32,所述第四背光源设置于所述仪表端电路板42上,所述第二安装部32设置有导光孔,所述第四背光源发出的光经所述导光孔发射至所述段码屏,以确保断码屏的正常显示。
具体地,所述第二背光源包括第二导光板以及设置于所述第二导光板的至少一侧的第二发光条。第二发光条可以仅设置在第二导光板的一侧,为了保证亮度,优选地,所述第二发光条设置于所述第二导光板的相对两侧,进一步提高光的亮度,提高第二彩色液晶显示屏的显示效果,即提高仪表端显示部分22的显示效果,以便于驾驶员的观察仪表端显示部分22,提高驾驶的安全性
需要说明的是,该汽车仪表盘中,仪表端显示部分22和中控端显示部分21的显示面积可以相同,也可以不同,根据具体需要进行设置即可。进一步地,当仪表端显示部分22包括第三彩色液晶显示屏221时,优选第三彩色液 晶显示屏221与第一彩色液晶显示屏211结构相同,第三背光源222和第一背光源212的结构也相同,以方便生产制作,也便于相关材料的采购以及后续的维护,降低成本。
进一步地,参考图1和4所示,安装架3为板状结构,以方便与显示部件2和电路板4的连接,其可以是平板状结构或弯折板状结构等,以便于适应不同的安置空间。在一个具体实施例中,所述安装架3呈长形板状结构,且,第一安装部31与第二安装部32之间无夹角,相应的,盖板1呈与所述安装架3相适配的一平板,以确保盖板1可以更好地将显示部件2全部覆盖,以对显示部件2起到更好地保护作用。
在一个优选实施例中,所述安装架3呈长形板状结构,所述第一安装部31与所述第二安装部32之间成钝角设置,以使得中控端显示部分21的显示面和仪表端显示部分22的显示面呈钝角设置,这样设置更方便驾驶员观察中控端显示部分21的显示内容,从而进一步提高驾驶安全性。相应地,所述盖板1呈与所述安装架3适配的弯折板,以确保盖板1可以更好地将显示部件2全部覆盖,以对显示部件2起到更好地保护作用。
进一步地,玻璃板12为热弯玻璃,所述热弯玻璃包括覆盖所述仪表端显示部分22的第一平板部、覆盖所述中控端显示部分21的第二平板部以及连接所述第一平板部和所述第二平板部的弯曲面板部,所述盖板1、所述仪表端显示部分22的显示屏以及所述中控端显示部分21的显示屏粘接在一起,所述第一平板部与所述第二平板部成钝角设置,以使得所述仪表端显示部分22的显示面与所述中控端显示部分21的显示面之间成钝角,所述屏盖组件通过胶水整体粘接于所述安装架3,具体的,所述安装架3的正面设置有仪表端容置槽和中控端容置槽,其中,所述仪表端容置槽设置于所述第一安装部31,所述中控端容置槽设置于所述第二安装部32,所述仪表端显示部分22位于所述仪表端容置槽中,所述中控端显示部分21位于所述中控端容置槽中,以确保仪表端显示部分22和中控端显示部分21更好地固定在安装架3上,所述仪表端电路板42和所述中控端电路板41固定于所述安装架3的背面,整体结构布局合理。需要说明的是,该钝角与上述安装架3中第一安装部31和第二安装部32之间形成的钝角相等,即,该热弯玻璃和显示部件2的结构与安装架3的结构相适配,以更加方便整个汽车仪表盘的组装。更进一步地,所述安装架3 的正面凹陷形成有盖板容置槽,所述盖板1容置于所述盖板容置槽中,所述盖板容置槽的槽底凹陷形成所述仪表端容置槽和所述中控端容置槽,盖板容置槽能够对盖板1进行限位,从而方便屏盖组件的粘贴,另外,盖板设置在盖板容置槽1内能够保证仪表盘外形的完整性。
进一步地,参考图2所示,在电路板4和背壳6之间设置金属壳5,以提高汽车仪表盘的整体结构强度,同时,金属壳5也可以对电路板4起到很好的散热效果。更进一步地,,参考图4和5所示,所述安装架3上设置有导热件过孔34,所述导热件过孔34内设置有导热材料件(图中未示出),所述导热材料件的正面与所述背光源的背面贴合,所述导热材料件的背面与所述金属壳5的正面贴合,通过导热材料件可以更好地将电路板4的热量传递给金属壳5,然后通过金属壳5进行散热,进一步提高整个汽车仪表盘的散热效果。更进一步地,所述金属壳5与所述安装架3通过第三紧固件固定连接,所述背壳6的外边沿通过第四紧固件与所述安装架3固定连接,所述背壳6还通过第五紧固件与所述金属壳5固定连接,通过上述连接方式可以更好地确保金属壳5、安装架3以及背壳6之间的可靠连接,更进一步地,所述安装架3上设置有多个安装柱,所述背壳6通过所述第四紧固件与所述安装柱固定连接,所述多个安装柱中的至少部分安装柱用于对所述金属壳5进行定位,上述安装柱既可以实现背壳6与安装架3的固定连接,又有部分安装柱可以起到对金属壳5的定位作用,以方便金属壳5准确的固定到相应位置,结构布局更加合理。更进一步地,所述汽车仪表盘还包括多个安装板7,所述汽车仪表盘通过所述安装板7安装于汽车,所述安装板7包括第一连接板部和第二连接板部,所述第一连接板部与所述金属壳5固定连接,所述第二连接板部用于与汽车上的配合结构连接,所述背壳6上设置有用于避让所述安装板7的避让结构,由于金属壳5的结构强度较好,通过金属壳5实现汽车仪表盘与汽车的连接可以更好地保证该汽车仪表盘可靠的安装于汽车上,更好地避免汽车仪表盘的脱落。
本申请还提出了一种设置有该汽车仪表盘的汽车,以使得该汽车具有与上述汽车仪表盘相同的技术效果,提高用户的使用体验和汽车的档次。
本领域的技术人员能够理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本 申请的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本申请的权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,包括盖板(1)、设置于所述盖板(1)背面侧的显示部件(2)和安装架(3),所述安装架(3)上设置有用于容置所述显示部件(2)的容置槽,所述显示部件(2)位于所述安装架(3)的正面并容置于所述容置槽中,所述显示部件(2)包括至少一个显示屏以及与所述至少一个显示屏对应设置的至少一个背光源,所述显示屏的显示面与所述盖板(1)的背面贴合设置,所述盖板(1)包括透光的玻璃板(12),所述玻璃板(12)包括与所述显示屏的显示区域对应的第一区域及除所述第一区域之外的第二区域,所述玻璃板(12)在所述第二区域的结构背面贴合设置有黑色油墨层,所述显示部件(2)与所述盖板(1)之间还设置有偏光片(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所述显示部件(2)包括仪表端显示部分(22)和中控端显示部分(21),所述安装架(3)为一体结构,包括用于安装所述中控端显示部分(21)的第一安装部(31)、用于安装所述仪表端显示部分(22)的第二安装部(32)以及连接所述第一安装部(31)和所述第二安装部(32)的连接部(33),所述盖板(1)覆盖所述仪表端显示部分(22)和所述中控端显示部分(21),所述偏光片(8)包括设置于所述中控端显示部分(21)与所述盖板(1)之间的第一偏光片(81)和设置于所述仪表端显示部分(22)与所述盖板(1)之间的第二偏光片(82)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所述中控端显示部分(21)的显示屏包括第一彩色液晶显示屏(211),所述中控端显示部分(21)的背光源包括设置在所述第一彩色液晶显示屏(211)背面的第一背光源(212),所述第一彩色液晶显示屏(211)的正面设置有触控面板(213),所述触控面板(213)的正面通过第一胶膜与所述第一偏光片(81)的背面全贴合连接,所述第一彩色液晶显示屏(211)的正面通过第二胶膜与所述触控面板(213)的背面全贴合连接,所述第一偏光片(81)的正面通过第六胶膜与所述盖板(1)的背面全贴合连接,所述第一背光源(212)通过第一紧固件固定于所述第一安装部(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所述仪表端显示部分(22)的显示屏包括第二彩色液晶显示屏和段码屏,所述仪表端显示部 分(22)的背光源包括与所述第二彩色液晶显示屏对应的第二背光源以及与所述段码屏对应的第四背光源,所述段码屏包括显示区域和透射区域,所述显示区域的背面粘贴有彩色胶片,所述透射区域的背面通过第三胶膜与所述第二彩色液晶显示屏的正面全贴合连接,所述段码屏与所述第二偏光片之间设置有第一静电玻璃,所述段码屏的正面通过第四胶膜与所述第一静电玻璃的背面全贴合连接,所述第一静电玻璃的正面通过第五胶膜与所述第二偏光片(82)的背面全贴合连接,所述第二偏光片(82)的正面通过第七胶膜与所述盖板(1)的背面全贴合连接,所述第二背光源通过第二紧固件一起固定于所述第二安装部(32),所述第二安装部(32)设置有导光孔,所述第四背光源与所述导光孔位置对应,所述第四背光源发出的光经所述导光孔发射至所述段码屏;
    所述盖板(1)、所述第一偏光片(81)、所述触控面板(213)、所述第一彩色液晶显示屏(211)、所述第二偏光片(82)、所述第一静电玻璃、所述段码屏、所述彩色胶片、所述第二彩色液晶显示屏相互粘接形成的组件通过胶水整体粘接于所述安装架(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所述仪表端显示部分(22)的显示屏包括第三彩色液晶显示屏(221),所述仪表端显示部分(22)的背光源包括与所述第三彩色液晶显示屏(221)对应的第三背光源(222),所述第三彩色液晶显示屏(221)与所述第二偏光片(82)之间设置有第二静电玻璃,所述第三彩色液晶显示屏(221)的正面通过第四胶膜与所述第二静电玻璃的背面全贴合连接,所述第二静电玻璃的正面通过第五胶膜与所述第二偏光片的背面全贴合连接,所述第二偏光片的正面通过第八胶膜与所述盖板(1)的背面全贴合连接,所述第三背光源(222)通过第二紧固件固定于所述第二安装部(32);
    所述盖板(1)、所述第一偏光片(81)、所述触控面板(213)、所述第一彩色液晶显示屏(211)、所述第二偏光片(82)、所述第二静电玻璃(223)、所述第三彩色液晶显示屏(221)相互粘接形成的组件通过胶水整体粘接于所述安装架(3)。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所述安装架(3)呈长形板状结构,所述第一安装部(31)与所述第二安装部(32)之间成钝角设置,所述盖板(1)呈与所述安装架(3)适配的弯折板。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所 述玻璃板(12)的透光率大于94%。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,其特征在于,所述黑色油墨层的Lab颜色模型中的L值为30至40,所述偏光片的角度为15°至30°。
  9. 一种汽车仪表盘,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8任一项所述的一体黑式屏盖组件,还包括设置于所述一体黑式屏盖组件后侧的电路板和背壳(6),所述电路板安装于所述安装架(3)的背面。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的汽车仪表盘。
