本公开申请人在实施本公开的过程中发现,在一些实施方式中,用户在一次操作过程中只能针对一封邮件进行转发,而在需要将多封邮件转发给指定的一人或多人时,在一种实施方式中,通常需要针对每一封邮件采用相同的操作进行多次转发,因此邮件转发方式操作繁琐,从而降低了邮件转发的效率,无 法满足用户的工作需求。针对于此,在本公开的一些实施方式中,通过确定待转发的邮件组以及目标对象(例如IM群和/或IM用户),将邮件组转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对邮件组进行展示,由于邮件组中可以包含多封邮件,从而实现同时将多封邮件同时进行转发,操作简单便捷,提高了邮件转发的效率,满足了用户的工作需求。
实施例一
图1(a)是本公开实施例提供的转发邮件的方法的流程图,本公开实施例可适用于对邮件进行转发的情况,该方法可以由本公开实施例提供的转发邮件的装置来执行,该装置可采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,并一般可集成在计算机设备中。本公开实施例的方法具体包括:
如图1(a)所示,本公开实施例中的方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101,响应于检测到邮件转发操作,确定待转发的邮件组以及目标对象。
其中,本实施方式中的邮件组可以是邮件会话,具体是指对同一个邮件标题产生的多封来往邮件,被整合成为简单会话样式的邮件集合,对同一标题的来往邮件一目了然,可以提高用户处理邮件的效率。因此,本实施方式邮件组中的多封邮件是具有关联关系的,并且具有关联关系的多封邮件往往还会包含共同的邮件元素信息,本实施方式中的邮件元素信息可以是具有相同特征信息,例如:主题相同、发送时间在预设时间范围内、具有相同发件人、具有相同收件人、具有回复引用关系、以及具有转发引用关系中的至少一个,当然,本实施方式中仅是举例进行说明,而并不限定相同特征信息即邮件元素信息的具体内容。
目标对象可以包括目标即时通信(Instant Messaging,IM)群和目标IM用户中的一种或多种。其中目标IM群是指作为邮件转发的目标的IM群,目标IM用户是指作为邮件转发的目标的IM用户。IM用户可以是指转发者的IM客户端中的任意好友。IM群可以是指转发者的IM客户端中已创建的任意群,以使IM群中的各个用户可以在该群会话界面中进行沟通。IM群可以基于至少三个IM用户进行创建获得。
可选的,确定待转发的邮件组,可以包括:确定转发者在邮件端界面上所选择的邮件组;将确定的邮件组作为待转发的邮件组。具体的,可以先接收转发者在邮件端界面上护法的对邮件组的选择操作,再根据该选择操作将被选择的邮件组确定为带转发的邮件组。这样,根据转发者在邮件界面上的选择操作就可以确定待转发的邮件,由于邮件组中包含多封邮件,从而能够实现将多封邮件同时进行转发,操作简单便捷,提高了邮件转发效率。
可选的,确定确定目标对象,可以包括:将转发者通过待转发的邮件组的邮件显示界面选择的目标对象,确定为目标对象。
具体的说,本实施方式中响应于检测到邮件转发操作,可以采用如下方式来确定待转发的邮件组:
如图1(b)所示为本公开实施例中的确定待转发邮件组的邮件端界面示意图,确定转发者在邮件端界面上所选择的邮件组,并且具体可以是在邮箱标签下的邮件组中所选择的邮件组,即先选择确定邮件标签,然后在所确定的邮件标签下进一步选择邮件组,而邮箱标签具体指的是如图1(b)第一列中的收件箱、发件箱等用于保存邮件组的文件夹图标,其中,每个邮箱标签中分别包含至少一个邮件组,用斜线表示转发者所选择的邮箱标签以及邮件组,从而确定转发者所选择的邮箱标签为发件箱,并且所选择的是发件箱中排列序号为1的邮件组,将发件箱中排列序号为1的邮件组作为转发的邮件组,并且在排列序号为1的邮件组中包含2封具有相同主题以及发件人的邮件。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中在确定待转发的邮件组之后,还可以确定是否对属于待转发的邮件组的后续新邮件进行自动转发,例如可以根据用户的转发设置的指示自动转发邮件,或根据用户的转发设置不转发邮件。具体地,用户可以通过对操作控件触发操作来控制邮件的自动转发与否。在未接收到用户对操作控件触发的操作时,可以根据默认设置自动转发邮件。例如,假设接收到了用户对操作控件触发的自动转发操作,那么在确定待转发的邮件组中有新邮件加入时,将新邮件转发到目标对象。
在一些可能的实现中,可以检测邮件组是否新增了邮件。如果检测到邮件组新增了第一邮件,可以将该新增的第一邮件转发给目标对象,从而在目标对象中对第一邮件进行显示。可选地,第一邮件可以是转发者通过手动操作加入 邮件组的,也可以是自动加入邮件组的。具体的说,邮件端和/或邮件服务器可以主动检测邮件的特征信息。如果确定第一邮件与邮件组的邮件具有相同的特征信息,则将该第一邮件加入邮件组。
具体的说,在确定目标对象时,采用的方式是将转发者通过待转发的邮件组的邮件显示界面选择的对象,确定为目标对象。例如,图1(b)为确定待转发邮件组的邮件端界面示意图,在图1(b)和图1(c)所示的实施例中,目标对象为IM群。由于该界面中转发者已经选择出了待转发的邮件组,因此图1(b)中的第三列即为待转发的邮件组的显示界面。其中,显示界面顶端虚线圆圈中的图标为目标对象的选择入口,响应于检测到转发者针对目标对象的选择入口的点击操作,展示如图1(c)所示的目标对象选择界面,根据转发者的操作指令可以确定转发者在目标对象选择界面上所选择的为讨论目标对象,从而将讨论群1确定为目标对象。
可选的,将邮件组转发到目标对象之前,还可以包括:将邮件组中的多封邮件的正文进行隐藏;展示邮件组中每一封邮件的主题、收件人和发件人,以供转发者对邮件组的内容进行查看。通过将邮件组中的多封邮件的正文进行隐藏,从而实现了多封邮件内容的折叠,同时增加了同一界面中邮件的展示数目,便于转发者快速的确定邮件组中邮件的具体信息。
具体的说,在将邮件组转发到目标对象之前,还可以将邮件组中的多封邮件的正文进行隐藏,例如,在图1(b)所示的第三列邮件展示界面110中,将每一封邮件的正文进行隐藏,可以在同一界面中可以增加邮件组的展示数目,以供转发者对邮件组的内容进行快速查看。
可选的,在检测到转发者触发的邮件转发操作之后,还可以包括:获取待转发的邮件组的标识信息。
具体的说,在本实施方式中,接收转发者操作指令的电子设备是与邮件服务器进行通信连接的,因此在检测到邮件转发操作之后,还会获取待转发的邮件组的标识信息,每一个邮件组都会对应一个标识信息,并且在邮件服务器中保存了每个标识信息所对应的邮件组的具体信息,例如,在确定待转发的邮件组为图1(b)中的发件箱中排列序号为1的邮件组,其标识信息为01a,则可以在后续步骤中将待转发的邮件组的标识信息01a传输给邮件服务器。
步骤102,将邮件组转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对邮件组进行展示。
可选的,将邮件组转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对邮件组进行展示,可以包括:向邮件服务器发送携带标识信息的转发请求,以触发邮件服务器将标识信息对应的邮件组通过IM服务器转发到目标对象,例如目标IM群,并在目标对象中将邮件组进行展示。通过邮件服务器根据标识信息确定出邮件组,再通过IM服务器转发到目标对象进行展示,由于标识信息是唯一确定的从而使得所确定出的邮件组更加准确,同时提高了目标对象中所展示的邮件组的准确率。
具体的说,本实施方式中邮件端是通过邮件服务器对应的,而IM端则是与IM服务器对应的,并且邮件服务器是与IM服务器能够进行通信连接,从而实现了邮件端和IM端的通信,即能够根据转发者的指令将待转发的邮件组转发到目标IM用户和/或IM群。
在这里,转发可以具有比通常意义上的邮件转发具有更广泛的含义。具体地,例如,在一些应用场景中,在将邮件组转发到目标对象后,执行转发操作的发送端作为该邮件组的拥有者,可以对转发对象(例如,IM群组中,除转发操作的发送端之外的其他用户)进行权限设置,这些权限可以是操作权限和/或时间权限。在这里,操作权限可以理解为在时间权限所指示的时段内,转发对象可以对该邮件组所执行的操作(例如,邮件回复操作、邮件转发操作和/或邮件编辑操作)。此外,转发对象通过发送端对上述转发操作所获取的对该邮件组的权限可以由发送端控制和调节。例如,在将邮件组转发到目标对象之后,发送端可以通过操作来调节(例如,修改或者取消)转发对象对上述邮件组的时间权限和/或操作权限。
在一个具体实现中,确定待转发邮件组的标识信息为01a,则通过向邮件服务器发送携带标识信息的01a的转发请求,例如转发请求具体为“请将01a邮件组转发到讨论群1”,由于邮件服务器中保存了每个标识信息所对应的邮件组的具体信息,从而触发邮件服务器根据标识信息进行匹配获取01a所对应的邮件组的具体信息,将所获取的邮件组的具体信息以及讨论群1传输给IM服务器,通过IM服务器将邮件组的具体信息转发到讨论群1中,并在讨论群1中将邮件组进行展示。
可选的,在目标对象中将邮件组进行展示,可以包括:在目标对象中将邮件组以消息卡片的形式进行展示,消息卡片中包括邮件组的主题和邮件组的标识信息。由于消息卡片中仅包含邮件组的主题和标识信息不包含邮件正文,从而节省了IM客户端的存储空间。
本公开实施例提供了一种转发邮件的方法,通过确定待转发的邮件组以及目标对象,并将邮件组转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对邮件组进行展示,由于邮件组中可以包含多封邮件,从而实现同时将多封邮件同时进行转发,操作简单便捷,提高了邮件转发的效率,满足了用户的工作需求。
实施例二
图2(a)是本公开实施例推荐的一种转发邮件的方法流程图。本公开实施例可以与上述实施例中各可选方案结合,本公开实施例主要是对实施例一中步骤101的具体说明,并且本实施方式中具体是采用邮件推荐策略进行邮件组的确定。
如图2(a)所示,本公开实施例的方法具体包括:
步骤201,响应于检测到邮件转发操作,确定并展示推荐邮件组。
其中,推荐邮件组为邮件端或邮件服务器推荐转发者转发的邮件组,可以是根据转发者的历史行为信息确定的。具体的说,本实施方式中在确定待转发的邮件组时采用邮件推荐策略,并且推荐邮件组具体可以通过如下方式确定:获取预设时段内转发者的历史邮件浏览信息;根据历史邮件浏览信息确定浏览次数超过预设阈值的邮件组;将浏览次数超过预设阈值的邮件组作为推荐邮件组。通过转发者的历史邮件浏览信息确定推荐邮件组,从而使得推荐邮件组更加符合用户的转发需求,提高了推荐邮件确定的准确率。当然,在其他可能的实现方式中,还可以通过转发者的其他历史行为信息确定推荐邮件组,例如可以根据转发者近期输入的关键词的频率确定推荐邮件组。
例如,如图2(b)是本公开实施例中的确定待转发邮件组的邮件端界面示意图,响应于检测到邮件转发操作,会获取1个小时之内转发者的邮件浏览记录,根据邮件浏览记录确定出转发者针对收件箱中排列序号为3的邮件组的浏览次数超过预设阈值,则将收件箱中排列序号为3的邮件组在邮件端界面进 行突出显示,并针对该排列序号为3的邮件组显示指示信息“是否选择该推荐邮件”,并显示“是”和“否”两个选择按键供转发者进行选择。其中,预设阈值可以设置为5,即在一个小时之内转发者浏览同一邮件组的次数超过5次,则将该邮件组作为推荐邮件组,当然,本实施方式中仅是举例进行说明,而并不限定预设阈值的具体数值。
步骤202,响应于检测到转发者对推荐邮件组的选择操作,将推荐邮件组作为待转发的邮件组。
具体的是,当检测到转发者对推荐邮件组的选择操作时,说明用户接受了邮件推荐信息,并将推荐邮件作为转发的邮件组。
例如,如图2(b)所示,在检测到转发者触发了“是”按键,即检测到转发者对收件箱中排列序号为3的邮件组的选择操作时,则将收件箱中排列序号为3的邮件组作为待转发的邮件组。通过采用上述的邮件组推荐策略进行邮件组的转发,可以节省转发者查找待转发的邮件组的时间,从而进一步提高了邮件转发的效率。
其中,本实施方式中是以显示一个推荐邮件组为例进行的说明,在实际应用中推荐邮件组的数量可以为多个,当推荐邮件组数量为多个时,可以针对每一个推荐邮件组分别显示对应的选择按键供用户进行选择,因此转发者可以选择多个推荐邮件,并将所选择的多个推荐邮件同时作为待转发的邮件组,因此,本实时方式中并不限定推荐邮件组的数量。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中针对待转发的邮件组具体采用的是邮件推荐策略,而对于其它步骤与第一实施例中完全相同,因此本实施方式中不再进行赘述。
本公开实施例提供了一种转发邮件的方法,通过采用上述的邮件组推荐策略进行邮件组的转发,可以节省转发者查找待转发的邮件组的时间,从而进一步提高了邮件转发的效率,满足了用户的工作需求。
实施例三
图3(a)是本公开实施例推荐的一种转发邮件的流程图。本公开实施例可以与上述实施例中各可选方案结合,本公开实施例在实施例一中的在确定待 转发的邮件组之后还包括:确定转发者从待转发的邮件组中选择的待转发邮件,并且在目标对象进行展示时具体对待转发邮件进行展示。
如图3(a)所示,本公开实施例的方法具体包括:
步骤301,响应于检测到邮件转发操作,确定待转发的邮件组以及目标对象。

其中,本实施方式中可以根据转发者的选择指令,将邮件组整体进行转发,还可以在确定待转发的邮件组之后,确定转发者从待转发的邮件组中选择的待转发邮件,即支持对邮件组中单封邮件的转发,从而满足了用户在不同场景下的邮件转发需求,提高了用户的体验效果。
在一个具体实现中,如图3(b)所示是本实施方式中的确定待转发邮件的邮件端界面示意图,在确定待转发邮件组为发件箱中排列序号为1的邮件组之后,由于待转发邮件组中有两封邮件,因此可以通过接收转发者的邮件选择指令,确定转发者从待转发的邮件组中选择的待转发邮件,例如,在发件箱中排列序号为1的邮件组中针对每一封邮件都会设置有一个选择按键,可以根据转发者对选择按键的触发操作,确定出待转发的邮件组中的待转发邮件,图3(b)中是将第二封邮件作为待转发邮件为例进行说明,因此本公开中既支持将邮件组整体进行转发,也支持仅转发邮件组中的部分邮件,从而满足用户不同的邮件转发需求,增强用户的体验效果。
步骤303,将待转发邮件转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对待转发邮件进行展示。

本公开实施例提供了一种转发邮件的方法,支持转发者在待转发的邮件组中选择待转发的邮件,即支持对邮件组中单封邮件的转发,从而满足了用户在不同场景下的邮件转发需求,提高了用户的体验效果。
实施例四
图4(a)是本公开实施例提供的一种转发邮件的方法流程图。本公开实施例可以与上述实施例中各可选方案结合,在本公开实施例中,在目标对象中将邮件组以卡片的形式进行展示之后,还包括:响应于检测到目标对象中的被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作,从邮件服务器获取与消息卡片对应的邮件组中的邮件,并将获取的邮件的内容进行展示。
如图4(a)所示,本公开实施例的方法具体包括:

如图4(b)所示是本实施方式中的消息卡片显示界面示意图,在图4(b)所示的实施例中,目标对象为讨论群1。其中,在转发者所转发的讨论群1中,将转发者转发的图1(b)中的发件箱中排列序号为1的邮件组以卡片的形式在讨论群1中进行展示,并且在卡片中还包括触发按键,例如“点击查看完整 邮件”,以供被转发者对邮件组的完整内容进行查看。
步骤403,响应于检测到目标对象中的被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作,从邮件服务器获取与消息卡片对应的邮件组中的邮件,并将获取的邮件的内容进行展示。
其中,在将邮件组以卡片的形式转发到目标对象之后,目标对象中的被转发者可以查看与消息卡片对应的邮件组,具体方式为在检测到对象中的被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作后,由于卡片中包含邮件组的标识信息,因此在检测到对象中的被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作时,会向服务器发送包含标识信息的请求,并获取邮件服务器根据请求所返回的与消息卡片对应的邮件组中的邮件,并将所获取的邮件的内容进行展示,如图4(c)所示为检测到点击目标对象中的消息卡片后的显示界面示意图,在该显示界面中会将消息卡片所对应的邮件组的完整内容进行展示。
可选的,待转发的邮件组的邮件中包含附加文档,并且附件文档是嵌入在邮件的正文中。
可选的,在将邮件组转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对邮件组进行展示之后,方法还包括:响应于检测到目标对象中的被转发者针对附加文档的查看触发操作,基于被转发者的权限确定是否向被转发者呈现附加文档的内容。
可选的,基于被转发者的权限确定是否向被转发者呈现附加文档的内容,可以包括:向文档服务端发送查看请求,以使文档服务端对被转发者的查看权限进行鉴权;根据文档服务端下发的鉴权结果确定是否显示附加文档的内容,其中,所述附加文档为共享文档。在检测到被转发者针对附加文档的查看触发操作时,通过对转发者进行鉴权并确定鉴权通过后才将附加文档的内容进行显示,从而保证了附加文档内容的安全性。
可选的,响应于检测到目标对象中的被转发者针对附加文档的查看触发操作之前,还可以包括:将附加文档的摘要内容在邮件的正文中进行展示。通过将附加文档的摘要内容进行展示,便于转发者快速的获知附加文档的概要信息,并确定是否将附加文档同步进行转发。
具体的说,本实施方式中在检测到目标对象中的被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作,并相应的将邮件的内容进行展示之后,如果邮件中包含附加文档则仅 会将附加文档的主题在邮件中同步进行显示,而不会将附加文档的全文进行显示,如图4(c)所示是将文档1作为邮件组中第二封邮件的附加文档,在检测到目标对象中的被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作时,仅展示文档1的主题“座位安排表”,而不会对文档1的正文进行展示,并且针对附加文档只有指定的被转发者才能进行查看,因此在检测到目标对象中的被转发者针对附加文档的查看触发操作时,会向文档服务器发送查看请求,并通过文档服务器对被转发者的查看权限进行鉴权,只有经过文档服务器鉴权通过并获得鉴权通过指令时,才会将附加文档的正文内容进行显示。例如,如图4(d)所示为本实施方式中的目标对象中附加文档的显示界面示意图,在检测到目标对象中的被转发者A针对文档1的查看触发操作时,通过文档服务器对被转发者A的查看权限进行鉴权,确定被转发者具有查看权限,则会将文档1的正文进行展示,如图4(d)所示将文档1的座位安排表的具体信息进行展示,供被转发者进行查看。
本公开实施例提供了一种转发邮件的方法,通过确定待转发的邮件组以及目标对象,并将邮件组转发到目标对象,以在目标对象中对邮件组进行展示,由于邮件组中可以包含多封邮件,从而实现同时将多封邮件同时进行转发,操作简单便捷,提高了邮件转发的效率,满足了用户的工作需求。根据被转发者对消息卡片的点击操作,将邮件的内容直接进行展示,从而邮件查看方式更加便捷,进一步提高了用户的体验效果。

图5是本公开实施例提供的转发邮件的装置结构示意图。该装置可采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,并一般可集成在执行方法的电子设备中。如图5所示,该装置可以包括:

下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备600的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备可以是应用程序的后端服务平台对应的设备,还可以是安装有应用程序客户端的移动终端设备。具体的,该电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使 用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,电子设备600可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储装置608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有电子设备600操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。

  1. 一种转发邮件的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于检测到邮件转发操作,确定待转发的邮件组以及目标对象,所述目标对象包括目标即时通信IM群和目标IM用户中的一种或多种;
    将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象,以在所述目标对象中对所述邮件组进行展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定待转发的邮件组,包括:
    接收转发者在邮件端界面对邮件组的选择操作;
    根据所述选择操作将所述邮件组确定为所述待转发的邮件组。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定待转发的邮件组,包括:
    确定并展示推荐邮件组,所述推荐邮件组为推荐进行转发的邮件组;
    响应于检测到转发者对推荐邮件组的选择操作,将所述推荐邮件组作为所述待转发的邮件组。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐邮件组是根据所述转发者的历史行为信息确定的。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐邮件组通过如下方式确定:
    获取预设时段内所述转发者的历史邮件浏览信息;
    根据所述历史邮件浏览信息确定浏览次数超过预设阈值的邮件组;
    将所述浏览次数超过预设阈值的邮件组作为所述推荐邮件组。

    确定所述转发者从所述待转发的邮件组中选择的待转发邮件;
    所述将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象,以在所述目标对象中对所述邮件组进行展示,包括:
    将所述待转发邮件转发到所述目标对象,以在所述目标对象中对所述待转发邮件进行展示。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在响应于检测到邮件转发操作之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述待转发的邮件组的标识信息;
    所述将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象,以在所述目标对象中对所述邮件组进行展示,包括:
    向所述邮件服务器发送携带所述标识信息的转发请求,以触发所述邮件服务器将所述标识信息对应的所述邮件组通过IM服务器转发到所述目标对象。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在向所述邮件服务器发送携带所述标识信息的转发请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述目标IM群中将所述邮件组进行展示。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述目标对象中将所述邮件组进行展示,包括:
    在所述目标对象中将所述邮件组以消息卡片的形式进行展示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息卡片包括所述邮件组的主题和所述邮件组的标识信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到对所述邮件组的查看操作,展示所述邮件组对应的邮件内容。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待转发的邮件组的邮件中包含附加文档;
    在将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象,以在所述目标对象中对所述邮件组进行展示之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到所述目标对象中的被转发者针对所述附加文档的查看触发操作,基于所述被转发者的权限确定是否向所述被转发者呈现所述附加文档的内容。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述被转发者的权限确定是否向所述被转发者呈现所述附加文档的内容,包括:
    向文档服务端发送查看请求,以使文档服务端对所述被转发者的查看权限 进行鉴权;
    根据文档服务端下发的所述鉴权结果确定是否显示所述附加文档的内容,其中,所述附加文档为共享文档。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述附加文档嵌入在所述邮件的正文中。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于检测到所述目标对象中的被转发者针对所述附加文档的查看触发操作之前,还包括:
    将所述附加文档的摘要内容在所述邮件的正文中进行展示。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象之后,所述方法还包括:
    展示所述邮件组中每一封邮件的主题、收件人和发件人,以供所述转发者对所述邮件组的内容进行查看。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,,所述方法还包括:
    将所述邮件组的多封邮件的正文进行隐藏。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定目标对象,包括:
    将所述转发者通过所述待转发的邮件组的邮件显示界面选择的对象,确定为所述目标对象。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述邮件组转发到所述目标对象之后,还包括:
    响应于检测到所述邮件组新增第一邮件,向所述目标对象转发所述第一邮件,以在所述目标对象中对所述第一邮件进行展示,所述第一邮件与所述邮件组中的邮件具有相同的特征信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于检测到所述邮件组新增第一邮件,向所述目标对象转发所述第一邮件,包括:
    响应于检测到所述邮件组新增第一邮件,确定所述转发者的转发设置;
    响应于所述转发设置的指示,向目标对象转发所述第一邮件。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户触发的邮件添加操作;
    根据所述邮件添加操作将所述第一邮件添加到所述邮件组中。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于检测到所述邮件组新增第一邮件之前,还包括:
    获取第一邮件;
    响应于所述第一邮件的特征信息与所述邮件组中邮件的特征信息相同,将所述第一邮件加入所述邮件组。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件组中包含多封具有相同特征信息的关联邮件。
  24. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述相同特征信息包括:主题相同、发送时间在预设时间范围内、具有相同发件人、具有相同收件人、具有回复引用关系、以及具有转发引用关系中的至少一个。
  25. 一种转发邮件的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    待转发的邮件组以及目标IM群确定模块,用于响应于检测到邮件转发操作,确定待转发的邮件组以及目标即时通信IM群,其中,所述邮件组中包含多封具有相同特征信息的关联邮件;
    邮件组转发模块,用于将所述邮件组转发到所述目标IM群,以在所述目标IM群中对所述邮件组进行展示。
  26. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-24中任一所述的方法。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-24中任一所述的方法。
