背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,电子文档被广泛使用。电子文档通常被存储在服务器上,也可以存储在本地客户端上,具有权限的用户能够对电子文档进行访问和编辑。
发明内容
本公开提供一种电子文档的处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。
本公开采用以下的技术方案。在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种电子文档的处理方法,包括:在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容;在所述当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档;其中,所述第二文档与所述第一文档基于所述目标内容相关联。
本公开一些实施例中提出一种电子文档的处理方法,包括:响应于接收到第一文档,确定当前用户对所述第一文档中嵌入的第二文档的权限信息;若当前用户没有对所述第二文档的预设权限,按照预设样式显示所述第二文档的相关信息、以及权限申请标识。
在一些实施例中,提出一种电子文档的处理方法,包括:在当前显示界面中,响应于选取操作,从第一文档中的文档内容中选取目标文档内容,所述目标文档内容为所述第一文档中的部分文档内容;响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将所述目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象。

请参考图1,本公开实施例中提出了一种电子文档的处理方法,如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例的电子文档的处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
S11:在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容。
一些实施例中,第一文档为电子文档,当前显示界面可以是第一文档的文档内容的显示界面,例如第一文档中具有显示区域,当前显示界面可以是指第一文档的显示区域,也可以是非第一文档的界面,第一文档的文档内容可以包括多种形式,例如文字或图片等,一些实施例中,文档内容确定操作可以是对第一文档的文档内容的操作,文档内容确定操作可以是内容输入操作,也可以是对第一文档内已有内容的选取操作。一些实施例中可以是对控件执行文档内容确定操作,还可以通过输入特定的指令的方式执行文档内容确定操作,一些实施例中,文档内容确定操作具有关联的目标内容,目标内容可以是第一文档中的一部分的内容,也可以是基于第一文档中的内容生成的内容,一些实施例中,因为确定目标内容是在文档内容确定操作被执行后,所以目标内容也可以是文档内容确定操作中输入到第一文档的内容。
S12:在当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档。
一些实施例中,文档内容确定操作和分享操作在同一显示界面中执行,例如都是在第一文档的显示界面中执行,第二文档与第一文档基于目标内容相关联,由于在创建第二文档时就建立了第二文档和第一文档的关联关系,因此无需额外执行关联第二文档和第一文档的操作,效率更高。文档创建操作可以是语音操作、手势操作、指令输入操作等多种形式或其组合,对此不作限制,第二文档与第一文档具有关联关系,第二文档与第一文档中的内容基于目标内容相关联,关联的方式可以有多种,一些实施例中,第一文档和第二文档中都显示目标内容、或者第二文档中有关联标识能够查看目标内容。第一文档中的目标内容可以作为第二文档的正文、标题、或者第二文档中引用有目标内容,当第二文档引用目标内容时,被引用的目标内容在第二文档中的显示样式可以区别于其他未引用的内容。一些实施例中,关联的第一文档中的目标内容发生变化时,在第二文档上会显示变化的部分,或者,提示第一文档的目标内容已经发生变化。
在本公开的一些实施例中,通过文档内容确定操作确定目标内容,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档,并且第一文档和第二文档基于目标内容相关联,从而实现了与第一文档关联的第二文档的快速建立,无需进行复制粘贴操作和关联操作,大大提高的用户的使用体验。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在所述当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档包括:响应于所述文档内容确定操作,显示文档创建控件,响应于对所述文档创建控件的操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档。一些实施例中,文档创建控件可以是第一文档内的控件,其响应于文档创建操作而显示,其中文档创建控件被操作后创建第二文档并且建立与第一文档的关联关系,对于文档创建控件的操作可以包括一个操作也可以包括多个操作,通过显示文档创建控件的方式创建第二文档,以避免误操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档包括:响应于文档内容确 定操作,确定是否接收到文档创建手势或语音命令,响应于接收到所述文档创建手势或语音命令,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档。一些实施例中,文档创建操作可以是手势操作或语音操作,此时,不需要设置控件,因此可以减少软件的体积,可适用于移动终端等不方便连接鼠标的场景中,以及鼠标左右键的功能被占据的情况下快速创建第二文档。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容,包括:响应于对第一文档中部分内容的选取操作,基于所述部分内容确定所述目标内容。一些实施例中,第一文档中显示有文档内容,部分内容为部分文档内容,文档内容确定操作操作为选取操作,以选取第一文档中的部分内容,目标内容基于选取的部分内容确定得到,例如可以直接设置目标内容改为选取的部分内容,目标内容也可以是部分内容所在的内容段落,例如选取了一段中的部分内容就视为选取了整个段落,或者是选取了段落的标题就视为选取了段落。选取操作例如是通过鼠标选取,也可以是通过选取框框选。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容,包括:响应于对预设符号和内容信息的输入操作,基于所述内容信息确定所述目标内容。在一些实施例中,预设符号例如可以是“@”和“[[”等使用频率较低的符号,预设符号的输入用于表明需要建立第二文档,其配合输入的内容信息,由用户输入的内容信息确定目标内容,从而准确的表明用户想要关联的内容,内容信息可以是文本信息或图片信息的中的一种或两种的组合。一些实施例中,可以是在第一文档中查找内容信息所在的段落,用内容信息所在的段落作为目标内容,采用这种方式能够实现自定义的快速的多段内容的关联。
在本公开的一些实施例中,基于部分内容确定目标内容包括:将所述目标内容确定为所述部分内容、或者基于所述部分内容分析得到的内容、或者所述部分内容与其他内容的组合、或者基于所述部分内容分析得到的内容以及其他内容的组合、或者部分内容所在的内容段落、或者 部分内容所标识的段落、或者部分内容经转换后得到的内容。一些实施例中,可以直接用选取的部分内容作为目标内容,这样第二文档可以直接与选取的部分内容相关联,在另一些实施例中,选取的部分内容用于分析以确定目标内容,例如确定部分内容所在的段落,目标内容设定为部分内容所在的段落,部分内容可以有标识的段落,例如部分内容为段落的标题,目标内容为该段落标题所标识的段落,这样选取了段落标题可以选取整个段落,减少操作,目标内容还可以为部分内容经过转换后的得到的内容,例如将部分内容进行语言转换得到目标内容,另一些实施例中,将部分内容经过分析或不经过分析与其他内容进行组合,一些实施例中,其他内容包括第一文档的相关信息,相关信息例如可以包括名称、作者、创建时间等。另一些实施例中,其他内容还可以是用户自定义内容,通过与其他内容组合可以使得目标内容更为清楚详实。
在本公开的一些实施例中,部分内容为至少一个内容块,内容块为用于承载第一文档的内容的单元。一些实施例中,第一文档内容包括至少一个内容块,目标内容可以为部分内容对应的内容块。一些实施例中,第一文档为结构化的文档,由多个内容块组成,内容块中可以包括文字或图片等多种形式,一个内容块可以为一行内容、一段内容,也可以为多段内容,通过设置内容块,可以在选择部分内容的时候不用选取整个内容块,只需要对内容块中的一部分执行选取操作,即视为选取了整个内容块,从而提高了操作效率。而且,在实际工作的情况下,电子文档往往都是具有一定的结构组成,一个电子文档由预先设定的一个或多个部分组成,各个部分具有各自的逻辑和内容,因此,通过将文档区块化,更加符合人们的使用习惯。
另一些实施例中,也可以基于属于第一文档的一个内容块中被选取的部分内容生成新的内容块,并将该新的内容块关联在创建的第二文档中。从而提高关联第一文档和第二文档的灵活性。
在一些实施例中,响应于文档内容确定操作,显示文档创建控件包括:响应于对第一文档中部分内容相关联的第一控件的触发操作,显示文档创建控件;或者,响应于对第一文档中部分内容的选取操作,显示第二控件,所述第二控件中包含所述文档创建控件。一些实施例中,文 档内容确定操作例如可以包括对第一控件的点击操作、光标聚焦操作等,则第一控件或所述光标聚焦操作所对应的文档内容记为选中的目标内容,类似地,文档内容确定操作也可以是对第一控件中某个选项的选中操作,第一控件可以是常驻控件,即一直显示的控件,也可以是在满足某些条件后显示的控件,例如在第一文档的部分内容被选取后才显示的控件。文档创建控件可以是在第一控件被触发后才显示,另一些实施例中,文档创建控件直接显示在第二控件中。举例说明,在第一文档的部分内容被选取后,显示菜单栏,菜单栏中的新建菜单被触发后显示文档创建控件,在另一些实施例中,也可以在菜单栏中直接显示文档创建控件。
在一些实施例中,包括:响应于对所述预设符号和所述内容信息输入操作,显示文档创建控件并确定所述目标内容;响应于对所述文档创建控件的操作,创建第二文档并将所述目标内容作为所述第二文档的标题。一些实施例中,预设符号的输入、或者预设符号以及该符号后内容信息的输入用于唤起文档创建控件,输入的内容信息用于确定目标内容,目标内容可以就是输入的内容信息(输入的内容信息可以是文本、也可以是其他类型的内容),也可以是根据输入的内容信息确定的关联信息,例如所述关联信息可以是用于指示第一文档的特征的信息,比如一些实施例中输入的内容信息为“当前文档标题+作者”,就可以直接获取第一文档的标题和作者作为目标内容,在创建第二文档时用目标内容作为第二文档的标题。例如预设符号为“@”,在第一文档中输入“@AAA”,则显示文档创建控件,并获取“AAA”作为目标内容,在确认创建第二文档后用“AAA”作为第二文档的标题和/或正文。通过这种方式可以在创建第二文档之前先指定文档的标题和/或部分正文内容,减少操作步骤,使得内容创作更加连续,避免思路被打断。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第二文档与第一文档中的内容基于目标内容相关联包括以下一项或两项以上内容:第一文档和第二文档均具有目标内容,其中:将目标内容确定为第二文档的正文内容、标题内容、具有引用关系的内容或者具有连接关系的内容。一些实施例中,目标内容为第一文档中的内容,第二文档中具有第一文档的目标内容,其可以 作为第二文档的正文或者标题,并且第二文档中的目标内容与第一文档中的目标内容具有引用关系或者连接关系,引用关系包括:当第一文档的第一内容块被第二文档引用时,在第一文档和第二文档中均会显示该第一内容块,且可以实现单向或双向的同步,比如在第一文档中对所述第一内容块的修改会同步到第二文档中,和/或在第二文档中对所述第一内容块的修改会同步到第一文档中。连接关系包括:当第一文档的第二内容块和第二文档连接时,可以在第二文档中显示第二内容块的连接标识,响应于触发所述连接标识,获取所述第二内容块的内容并显示在第二文档中。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第一文档中显示第二文档的文档标识。一些实施例中,第一文档中的内容与第二文档相关联,比如,第二文档是基于选取的第一文档的部分内容而创建的,因此显示第二文档的文档标识来表征这种关联关系,这样在对第一文档进行修改的时候能够注意到关联的第二文档,特别是在第二文档与第一文档中的内容具有引用关系能够同步的情况下,避免因为不知道第二文档的存在导致对第二文档误修改。
在一些实施例中,本公开的一些实施例还包括:在第二文档的文档标识的关联位置处显示分享标识,响应于分享操作,将第二文档分享给目标分享对象。一些实施例中,目标分享对象是接收方,例如可以通过对任一用户的头像进行点击从而分享第二文档,当然,接收方并不局限于一个用户,可以将第二文档分享到群组内,此时目标分享对象可以是群组,可以通过发送通知消息的形式告知目标对象,如果目标分享对象为单一用户,则发送通知消息,如果目标分享对象为群组,则发送群消息,在目标对象接收到第二文档后可以显示通知消息表明第二文档已经被目标分享对象接收。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于分享操作,将所述第二文档分享给目标分享对象包括:响应于对分享标识的触发操作,显示分享信息编辑控件,分享信息编辑控件用于确定分享信息,基于确定的所述分享信息,将所述第二文档分享给目标分享对象。一些实施例中,可以是先创建第二文档再分享第二文档,再显示第二文档的分享标识,通过分享标 识分享第二文档,这样在第二文档创建后再分享的方式,方便以后给其他对象直接分享第二文档,减少重复创建第二文档的操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档包括:响应于创建文档并分享的操作,显示分享信息编辑控件,分享信息编辑控件用于确定分享信息;响应于分享信息确认操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档,并基于确定的所述分享信息,将所述第二文档分享给所述目标分享对象。在一些实施例中,可以是通过一个操作执行创建第二文档和分享第二文档两个动作,例如可以是在显示一个“创建文档并分享”的控件,对该控件进行触发后直接创建并分享第二文档,从而减少用户的操作,简化流程,一些实施例中,确定分享信息的过程可以是本公开中任一实施例中确认分享信息的过程。
一些实施例中,确定分享信息包括以下一项内容或两项以上内容:确定第二文档的标题信息、确定第二文档的目标分享对象和所述目标分享对象的权限中的至少一个。一些实施例中,分享信息编辑控件中可以通过选取或者输入的方式输入分享信息,分享信息可以包括目标分享对象,例如在分享信息编辑控件中显示联系人列表,用户通过点击联系人列表中的一个或多个联系人将第二文档分享给被点击的联系人。对于分享的第二文档可以指定被分享人的权限,例如是可以阅读,还是既可以阅读也可以编辑。
一些实施例中,确定第二文档的标题信息,包括:响应于在所述分享信息编辑控件中的标题编辑区域的输入操作,根据在标题编辑区域输入的内容确定所述第二文档的标题;或者,在所述分享信息编辑控件的标题编辑区域中显示基于所述目标内容确定的默认标题信息,响应于分享信息确认操作,将所述默认标题信息确定为所述第二文档的标题。一些实施例中,响应于在所述分享信息编辑控件中的标题编辑区域的输入操作,根据在所述标题编辑区域输入的内容确定所述第二文档的标题,包括:在标题编辑区域中展示有基于目标内容确定的默认标题信息,响应于对所述默认标题信息的修改操作,确定所述第二文档的标题。
一些实施例中,在分享第二文档的时候可以对被分享第二文档的标题进行修改,被分享的第二文档在接收方(例如目标分享对象)所显示的标题与第二文档在发送方所显示的标题相同或不同,用户可以通过手动输入的方式在标题编辑区域输入标题,也可以采用默认标题信息,或者对默认标题信息进行编辑,例如在标题编辑区域中显示第二文档在被分享前的标题作为默认标题信息,然后用户可以对其编辑或者使用。因此分享后在接收方所显示的第二文档的标题与第二文档未分享时在发送方所显示的标题可以不一致,从而根据用户的需要隐藏部分信息。
一些实施例中,默认标题信息包括目标内容在第一文档中对应的标题信息,或者,默认标题信息包括目标内容,或者,默认标题信息包括基于所述目标内容分析得到的内容。一些实施例中,可以直接用目标内容作为默认标题信息或者是基于目标内容确定默认标题信息,可以设置预设字数,在目标内容的字数少于预设字数的情况下用其作为默认标题,在多于预设字数的情况下根据目标内容生成默认标题信息,例如可以对目标内容进行概况,用概况信息作为默认标题信息。由于默认标题信息反应了目标内容,因此可以方便目标分享对象的用户大致确定内容。
一些实施例中,目标内容在第一文档中对应的标题信息包括:目标内容在第一文档中所在的内容块的标题信息,或,目标内容所在的内容块的标题信息与第一文档的标题信息的组合信息。一些实施例中,内容块具有对应的标题,例如用户在撰写文档时通常为不同的部分设置子标题,这部分是第一文档的用户自己设置的标题,最能反应目标内容的内容,同时结合第一文档的标题信息,就能够更加全面的反应目标内容的信息。
一些实施例中,还包括:在生成第二文档后,将目标内容在所述第一文档中的显示样式调整为目标显示样式。一些实施例中,目标内容可以是第一文档中被选取的部分内容,也可以是与预设符号一起输入的内容信息,通过将目标内容在第一文档中的显示样式调整为目标显示样式一方面区别于第一文档中的其他内容,另一方面可以提醒用户可以基于该目标内容生成文档。
一些实施例中,调整为目标显示样式包括以下一项内容或两项以上内容:为目标内容所在区域添加边框或图标、或者改变目标内容的文本样式或排版样式。一些实施例中,目标样式的区域可以被边框围绕,或者目标内容的字体可以改变为与其他部分不同的字体,例如第一文档原本为宋体,目标内容的字体可以为楷体,也可以改变目标内容的排版样式,例如将其修改为倾斜排版。通过调整目标显示样式,避免其与第一文档中已有的样式相重复,以提示用户,或者避免造成用户造成误解,例如通过与内容被选中时的样式相区分,可以避免用户误以为部分内容被选中。
一些实施例中,响应于第二文档的删除事件,将第二文档的文档标识的显示样式更改为第二样式,第二样式区别于所述第二文档被删除之前所述第二文档的标识在所述第一文档中的第一样式。一些实施例中,在第二文档被删除之后将改变第二文档标识的显示样式,这样从显示样式上就可以直接确定第二文档的状态,而无需打开第二文档。一些实施例中,第二样式中包括第二文档被删除的提示信息,这样方便用户直观确定第二文档已经被删除。
在本公开的一些实施例中,将第二文档分享给目标对象,包括:将第二文档的链接发送至目标分享对象;或者,将第二文档发送至目标分享对象。一些实施例中,可以直接将第二文档发送给目标分享对象,这样在对第二文档进行查看和编辑的情况下无需联网,可以在联网时再比较第二文档与目标内容的差异并对应调整,在另一些实施例中,将第二文档的链接发送给目标分享对象,这样可以将第二文档存储在服务器上或者可以直接存储在第一文档内,只需要一份存档,减少对于存储空间的要求。
为了更好的说明本公开实施例中提出的方法,以下示意性的列举一个具体的实施例进行说明,但不应该对本公开的保护范围造成限定,以下结合附图2和3进行说明,如图2(a)所示,第一文档中的“AAABBBCCC”为第一文档内容,第一文档为结构化的文档,其由多个内容块组成,具有编辑权限的用户通过单选或多选第一文档中的内容块,被选中的内容块为目标内容,假设用户选取了其中的“AAA”,则 被选取的“AAA”作为目标内容,选中目标内容后,如图2(b),改变了显示样式并显示工具栏,工具栏中具有文档创建选项“转成文档分享”,一些实施例中的文档创建选项被触发后会弹出弹框,如图2(c)所示,弹框中的标题框中显示了默认标题信息,分享对象框中选取分享对象,其中默认标题信息为目标内容所在段落的标题,本实施例中为“AAA”,用户确认第二文档的标题,则根据目标内容生成第二文档的内容,第二文档中也包括“AAA”,并且第二文档中的“AAA”与第一文档中的“AAA”具有引用关系,能够单向或双向的同步,另一些实施例中,文档创建选项被触发后,会弹出弹框,将目标内容作为第二文档的标题,用户可以选择确认第二文档的标题或者自己编辑。在第二文档创建后,选择分享的对象,例如从联系人列表中选择人或群名进行分享,可选择授予阅读或编辑的权利,在创建了第二文档之后,在第一文档中将显示第二文档的文档标识,并且在第二文档被删除的时候文档标识会显示提示信息,并显示删除的第二文档的图标和标题。对于被分享的对象,会收到提示信息,如果被分享的对象为人,会收到通知,如果被分享的对象为群组,会收到群消息。在第一文档中第二文档的关联位置,例如第二文档的周侧显示分享标识,然后,用户可以通过分享操作将第二文档分享给其他的分享对象,在分享的时候,第二文档的标题默认为“AAA”,用户可以自主编辑也可以直接使用。
在当对电子文档进行协同操作时,会将电子文档分享出去,但是,一些情况下,希望部分被限制了权限的用户只能够编辑电子文档中的部分内容,或者希望部分被限制了权限的用户只能够阅读电子文档中的部分内容,如果将第一文档中的部分内容复制粘贴形成新的电子文档,将新的电子文档分享给被限制了权限的用户,然后在新的电子文档被修改后,再将修改后的内容粘贴到第一文档中,会导致工作效率低下,在第一文档或新的电子文档中的内容发生变化时,无法及时得知,并且用户需要反复执行复制粘贴和新建电子文档的操作,造成用户的使用体验极差,因此,在本公开的一些实施例中,只分享了第二文档给目标对象,所以被分享的对象只能够查看或编辑第二文档中的内容,实现了权限的区别化管理,并且因为第二文档内容与第一文档的内容具有关联关系, 因此能够实现对第一文档的协同化作业,无需反复进行复制粘贴和新建文档的操作,从而大大提高了用户的使用体验。
一些实施例中,本公开的另一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,提出另一种电子文档的处理方法,具有编辑权限的用户,如图5(a)所示,在第一文档内输入“@”或“[[”等引导符号后再输入文本等内容信息,此时弹窗提示创建第二文档,图5(a)中输入的内容信息“AAA”将作为第二文档的默认标题,用户确认第二文档的标题,则完成第二文档的创建,如图5(b)所示,在创建完成后在第一文档内显示第二文档的文档标识,文档标识的关联区域具有分享标识,如图5(c)所示通过触发分享标识将显示弹窗,弹窗中将显示被分享的第二文档的标题,用户可以选择接收或修改后接收,然后弹出联系人列表,用户在联系人列表中选择分享的对象,将第二文档发送给分享的对象,如果分享的对象为单一用户则分享的用户会收到通知,如果分享的对象为群组用户,则会在群里有消息提示。
在本公开的一些实施例中还提出另一种电子文档的处理方法,如图6所示,包括:S21:响应于接收到第一文档,确定当前用户对第一文档中嵌入的第二文档的权限信息。
一些实施例,第一文档可以是电子文档,第一文档的第一文档内容中可以包括至少一个内容块,本实施例中的第一文档可以是以上实施例中的任一第一文档,其中第一文档嵌入有第二文档,第二文档可以是上述任一的第二文档。不同的用户对于第二文档具有不同的权限,权限信息包括当前用户是否可以阅读或编辑第二文档。
S22:若当前用户没有对第二文档的预设权限,按照预设样式显示所述第二文档的相关信息、以及权限申请标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,权限申请标识包括第二文档的所有者信息、和/或权限申请入口,权限申请入口用于在被触发后输出权限申请界面。一些实施例中,通过显示第二文档的所有者信息,方便用户联系第二用户的所有者进行权限申请,显示权限申请入口以直接进行权限申请。一些实施例中,如果当前用户没有对第二文档的预设权限,将显示第二文档的相关信息和权限申请标识,其中预设权限可以是阅读权限或编辑 权限,权限申请标识可以显示在第一文档中,这样,一方面通过显示样式用户可以不用打开第二文档就知道自己是否具有权限,另一方面,在不具有预设权限的情况下提供了权限申请标识,用户可以快速的申请权限,减少权限申请的路径,提高操作效率,权限申请标识例如可以是链接。在本公开的一些实施例中,在第一文档处于打开状态时,按照预设样式显示第一文档的相关信息、以及所述权限申请标识。一些实施例中,在用户打开了第一文档进行内容查看时,按照预设样式显示第一文档的相关信息、以及所述权限申请标识。
一些实施例中,提出另一种电子文档的处理方法,如图7所示包括:

一些实施例中,第一文档为电子文档,目标文档内容为第一文档中的部分文档内容,例如第一文档包括多个内容块时,目标文档内容可以是一个或多个内容块,选取操作可以是对第一文档的文档内容的选取操作,直接用被选取的文档内容作为目标文档内容,也可以是对于文档内容关联的控件的选取操作,根据控件确定对应的文档内容作为目标文档内容。

一些实施例中,可以是通过目标文档内容处显示分享标识进行分享,目标分享对象可以是单一用户也可以是群组,在是单一用户时发出通知消息,在是群组时发送群通知消息。本公开一些实施例中,可以是将第一文档中的部分文档内容分享出去,而不用将整个文档分享出去,可以方便实现权限管理,在不希望其他用户查看第一文档的全文时只分享需要分享的部分,相当于仅给目标分享对象开通目标文档内容的查看权限,目标分享对象仅能查看分享的目标文档内容,而不展示第一文档的其他内容。
一些实施例中,响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象,包括:响应于分享操作,创建第二文档,将第二文档分享至目标分享对象,其中,第二文档的文档内容中包括目标 文档内容。一些实施例中,可以是生成包括目标文档内容的第二文档,将第二文档分享给目标分享对象,此时可以是将第二文档本身发送给目标分享对象,也可以是将第二文档得到链接分享给目标分享对象。被分享的第二文档与第一文档可以通过目标文档内容具有关联关系,例如第一文档中的目标文档内容被修改后,第二文档的目标文档内容对应修改,第二文档中的目标文档内容被修改后,第一文档中的目标文档内容对应修改,从而方便用户协同操作。
一些实施例中,响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象,包括:响应于分享操作,获取第一文档的第一链接,根据第一链接和目标文档内容在第一文档中的范围生成第二链接,将第二链接分享给目标分享对象,第二链接用于指示第二链接的接收端显示所述目标文档内容且隐藏所述第一文档中除目标文档内容以外的其他部分内容或全部内容。一些实施例中,是基于第一文档的链接创建第二链接,第一链接为被触发后显示第一文档的链接,在第一文档的第一链接后加上用于指明目标文档内容在第一文档中的范围信息从而生成第二链接,触发第二链接后会基于第二链接从服务器找到第一文档,然后基于范围信息跳转到目标文档内容所在的位置,但只显示目标文档内容,这样防止接收方查看不希望被查看的内容。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理装置,包括:确定单元,用于在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容;创建单元,用于在当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档;其中,第二文档与第一文档基于目标内容相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理装置,包括:确定模块,用于响应于接收到第一文档,确定当前用户对第一文档中嵌入的第二文档的权限信息;显示模块,用于若当前用户没有对第二文档的预设权限,按照预设样式显示第二文档的相关信息、以及权限申请标识。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理装置,包括:选取模块,用于在当前显示界面中,响应于选取操作,从第一文档中的文档内容中选取目标文档内容,目标文档内容为第一文档中的部分文档内容;分享模块,用于响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程 序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行上述的方法。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种电子文档的处理方法,包括:
    在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容;
    在所述当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档;
    其中,所述第二文档与所述第一文档基于所述目标内容相关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档,包括:
    响应于所述文档内容确定操作,显示文档创建控件,响应于对所述文档创建控件的操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档;或者,
    响应于所述文档内容确定操作,确定是否接收到文档创建手势或语音命令,响应于接收到所述文档创建手势或语音命令,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容,包括:
    响应于对第一文档中部分内容的选取操作,基于所述部分内容确定所述目标内容;
    或者,
    响应于对预设符号和内容信息的输入操作,基于所述内容信息确定所述目标内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述部分内容确定所述目标内容包括:
    将所述目标内容确定为所述部分内容、或者基于所述部分内容分析得到的内容、或者所述部分内容与其他内容的组合、或者基于所述部分内容分析得到的内容以及其他内容的组合、或者所述部分内容所在的内容段落、或者所述部分内容所标识的段落、或者所述部分内容经转换后得到的内容。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述其他内容包括所述第一文档的相关信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述部分内容包括至少一个内容块,所述内容块为用于承载第一文档的内容的单元。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述文档内容确定操作,显示文档创建控件包括:
    响应于对第一文档中部分内容相关联的第一控件的触发操作,显示文档创建控件;或者,
    响应于对第一文档中部分内容的选取操作,显示第二控件,所述第二控件中包含所述文档创建控件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述第一文档中显示所述第二文档的文档标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述第二文档的文档标识的关联位置处显示分享标识,响应于分享操作,将所述第二文档分享给目标分享对象。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于分享操作,将所述第二文档分享给目标分享对象包括:
    响应于对所述分享标识的触发操作,显示分享信息编辑控件,所述分享信息编辑控件用于确定分享信息,基于确定的所述分享信息,将所述第二文档分享给所述目标分享对象。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档包括:
    响应于创建文档并分享的操作,显示分享信息编辑控件,所述分享信息编辑控件用于确定分享信息;
    响应于分享信息确认操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档,并基于确定的所述分享信息,将所述第二文档分享给目标分享对象。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定分享信息包括以下一项内容或两项以上内容:确定所述第二文档的标题信息、确定所述第二文档的目标分享对象和确定所述目标分享对象的权限。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述第二文档的标题信息,包括:
    响应于在所述分享信息编辑控件中的标题编辑区域的输入操作,根据在所述标题编辑区域输入的内容确定所述第二文档的标题;
    或者,
    在所述分享信息编辑控件的标题编辑区域中显示基于所述目标内容确定的默认标题信息,响应于分享信息确认操作,将所述默认标题信息确定为所述第二文档的标题。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于在所述分享信息编辑控件中的标题编辑区域的输入操作,根据在所述标题编辑区域输入的内容确定所述第二文档的标题,包括:
    在所述标题编辑区域中展示有基于所述目标内容确定的默认标题信息,响应于对所述默认标题信息的修改操作,确定所述第二文档的标题。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述默认标题信息包括所述目标内容在所述第一文档中对应的标题信息,或者,所述默认标题信息包括所述目标内容,或者,所述默认标题信息包括基于所述目标内容分析得到的内容。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标内容在所述第一文档中对应的标题信息包括:
    所述目标内容在所述第一文档中所在的内容块的标题信息,或,所述目标内容所在的内容块的标题信息与所述第一文档的标题信息的组合信息。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在生成所述第二文档后,将所述目标内容在所述第一文档中的显示样式调整为目标显示样式。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述调整为目标显示样式包括以下一项内容或两项以上内容:
    为所述目标内容所在区域添加边框或图标、或者改变所述目标内容的文本样式或排版样式。
  19. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于所述第二文档的删除事件,将所述第二文档的文档标识的显示样式更改为第二样式,所述第二样式区别于所述第二文档被删除之前所述第二文档的文档标识在所述第一文档中的第一样式。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二文档与所述第一文档基于所述目标内容相关联,包括:所述第一文档和所述第二文档中均显示有所述目标内容、或者所述第二文档中引用有所述目标内容。
  21. 一种电子文档的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于接收到第一文档,确定当前用户对所述第一文档中嵌入的第二文档的权限信息;
    若当前用户没有对所述第二文档的预设权限,按照预设样式显示所述第二文档的相关信息、以及权限申请标识。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述权限申请标识包括所述第二文档的所有者信息、和/或权限申请入口,所述权限申请入口用于在被触发后输出权限申请界面。
  23. 一种电子文档的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在当前显示界面中,响应于选取操作,从第一文档中的文档内容中选取目标文档内容,所述目标文档内容为所述第一文档中的部分文档内容;
    响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将所述目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将所述目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象,包括:
    响应于分享操作,创建第二文档,将所述第二文档分享给所述目标分享对象,其中,所述第二文档的文档内容中包括所述目标文档内容。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将所述目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象,包括:
    响应于分享操作,获取第一文档的第一链接,根据所述第一链接和所述目标文档内容在第一文档中的范围生成第二链接,将所述第二链接分享给目标分享对象,所述第二链接用于指示第二链接的接收端显示所 述目标文档内容且隐藏所述第一文档中除目标文档内容以外的其他部分内容或全部内容。
  26. 一种电子文档的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于在当前显示界面中,响应于文档内容确定操作,从第一文档的文档内容中确定目标内容;
    创建单元,用于在所述当前显示界面中,响应于文档创建操作,创建与第一文档具有关联关系的第二文档;
    其中,所述第二文档与所述第一文档基于所述目标内容相关联。
  27. 一种电子文档的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,用于响应于接收到第一文档,确定当前用户对所述第一文档中嵌入的第二文档的权限信息;
    显示模块,用于若当前用户没有对所述第二文档的预设权限,按照预设样式显示所述第二文档的相关信息、以及权限申请标识。
  28. 一种电子文档的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    选取模块,用于在当前显示界面中,响应于选取操作,从第一文档中的文档内容中选取目标文档内容,所述目标文档内容为所述第一文档中的部分文档内容;
    分享模块,用于响应于分享操作,确定目标分享对象并将所述目标文档内容分享给目标分享对象。
  29. 一种终端,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至25中任一项所述的方法。
  30. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行权利要求1至25中任一项所述的方法。
