Abstract

本公开实施例公开了一种文档创建方法、装置、设备及存储介质。该方法包括:在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;在操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;响应于用户对创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。本公开实施例提供的文档创建方法,在文档中快速建立新的引用对象,并自动建立当前文档与新建引用对象的交互关系,可以节省创建新对象时的操作路径,提升用户使用体验。

一种文档创建方法、装置、设备及存储介质

技术领域
本公开实施例涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种对象创建方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
在现有技术中,用户在编辑当前文档时如需创建新文档记录一些临时内容,或者需要将当前文档的部分内容整理到新文档中时,往往需要离开当前文档并在指定的创建控件上进行创建操作,然后将相关内容记载到新文档中,这种操作给用户编辑文档带来不便。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种文档创建方法、装置、设备及存储介质,可以节省创建新对象时的操作路径,提升用户使用体验。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种文档创建方法,包括:
在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;
在所述操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;
响应于用户对所述创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种文档创建装置,包括:
操作面板调用模块,用于在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;
创建控件显示模块,用于在所述操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;
引用对象创建模块,用于响应于用户对所述创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。
第三方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:
一个或多个处理装置;
存储装置,用于存储一个或多个指令;
当所述一个或多个指令被所述一个或多个处理装置执行,使得所述一个或多个处理装置实现如本公开实施例所述的文档创建方法。
第四方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理装置执行时实现如本公开实施例所述的文档创建方法。
第五方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行如本公开实施例所述的文档创建方法的程序代码。
本公开实施例首先在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示; 然后在操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;最后响应于用户对创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。本公开实施例提供的文档创建方法,在文档中快速建立新的引用对象,并自动建立当前文档与新建引用对象的交互关系,可以节省创建新对象时的操作路径,提升用户的使用体验。

图1为本公开实施例提供的一种文档创建方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于对文档进行编辑时创建引用对象的情况,该方法可以由文档创建装置来执行,该装置可由硬件和/或软件组成,并一般可集成在具有对象创建功能的设备中,该设备可以是用户终端等电子设备。如图1所示,具体包括如下S110-S130:
S110、在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示。
其中,当前文档可以是用户期望进行编辑的目标文档,编辑界面可以是允许用户对当前文档进行编辑操作的显示界面,触发事件可以是用于唤起操作面板指令的事件,操作面板可以是文档的编辑界面中用于执行引用操作的工具面板。
具体的,唤起操作面板指令的事件可以由用户触发,也可以在满足一定条件时自动触发。例如,用户可以通过输入设定唤起字符、点击设定按键或输入设定语音指令等方式触发唤起操作面板指令事件;或者,终端可以在接收到与用户经常引用的对象相关的字符时自动唤起操作面板。
可选地,用户可以通过输入设定唤起字符触发唤起操作面板指令事件,终端根据唤起操作面板指令调用操作面板并进行显示。
在本实施例中,在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示之前,还可以:在当前文档的编辑界面中,如果接收到用户输入的设定唤起字符,则确定产生唤起触发事件。
在一种可能的实施方式中,设定唤起字符可以是终端中设定好的用于唤起操作面板的特定字符(例如,“@”、“[[”等)。在当前文档的编辑界面中,如果接收到用户输入的设定唤起字符(例如,接收到用户输入了字符“@”),则可以确定产生了唤起触发事件,即触发了操作面板的唤起指令,然后可以对操作面板进行调用与显示以执行进一步的操作。
在一种可能的实施方式中,还可以在终端中设定其它用于唤起操作面板的字符或快捷键,或在文档的编辑界面显示用于唤起操作面板的按钮,例如,用户还可以通过输入“/”(斜杆工具)、点击文档空行处的“+”按钮以及设置唤起操作面板的快捷键等方式对操作面板进行唤起。
在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据唤起触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示可以在文档中快速唤起操作面板,减少用户的操作步骤。
S120、在操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件。
其中,引用对象可以是当前文档所在空间中的内容块或文档,创建控件可以是文档中用于创建引用对象的一种数据和方法的封装。
在一种可能的实施方式中,创建控件可以独立于操作面板显示,也可以嵌入到操作面板中。
在一种可能的实施方式中,引用对象为内容块,内容块为用于承载文档内容的单元;或引用对象为文档。
在一种可能的实施方式中,内容块是文档中的模块,一段文本、一张图片、一个代码等都是不同类型的内容块,文档由多个内容块组成,用户可以引用其他文档中存在的内容块。在一种可能的实施方式中,用户也可以将文档作为引用对象,当把其他文档引用到当前文档后,被引用的文档可以被看做是当前文档中的一个内容块。
在一种可能的实施方式中,整个文档可以看做由至少一个内容块组成,内容块之间可以通过拖拽实现重新排列,不同类型的内容块之间可以实现转化,例如将文本类型的内容块转化成文档类型的内容块,模块之间还可以连接起来,产生交互关系,进而进行协作。
在操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件可以使用户的操作更为便捷。
S130、响应于用户对创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。
其中,用户对创建控件的操作可以是,点击创建控件中的创建按钮;当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系可以是当前文档与引用对象或其源文档之间的同步关系,例如,当文档A中引用了文档B,则文档B为文档A的引用对象,则它们的引用关系可以表现为,当文档B进行了更新时,文档A中所引用的文档B也同步进行更新。
在一种可能的实施方式中,建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系可以是建立当前文档与引用对象或其源文档之间的连接,若引用对象为内容块,则将当前文档与内容块的源文档建立连接,若引用对象为文档,则将当前文档与引用的文档建立连接。
在本实施例中,当引用对象为内容块时,创建新的引用对象的方式可以是:创建新文档,在新文档中创建与引用对象对应的内容块。
具体的,当引用对象为内容块时,用户可以先创建一个新文档,在新文档中创建对应的内容块,再将该内容块作为引用对象引入当前文档中。
在一种可能的实施方式中,当引用对象为内容块时,在创建新的引用对象之后,还可以:创建新文档,将内容块添加到新文档中。
具体的,当引用对象为内容块时,引用对象创建完成之后,用户可以创建新文档,并将当前文档中的内容块添加到新文档中。
在本实施例中,当引用对象为文档时,创建新的引用对象的方式可以是:创建新文档。
在一种可能的实施方式中,若引用对象为文档,则可以通过创建新文档再将其引用到当前文档中的方式创建新的引用对象。
在一种可能的实施方式中,创建新文档的方式可以是:在当前文档中获取触发事件对应的文档内容信息,将文档内容信息作为新文档的标题或文档内容。
在一种可能的实施方式中,通过创建新文档的方式创建引用对象时,可以将触发事件对应的内容作为新文档的标题或内容。例如,用户在触发操作面板后输入了一段文字,则可以创建新的文档,将用户输入的这段文字作为新文档的标题或内容。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在创建新文档之后,还可以:在当前文档中,将触发事件对应的文档内容信息替换为新文档的信息,新文档的信息包括新文档的内容信息和/或文档标识信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,创建新文档之后,可以将触发事件对应的内容替换为新文档的信息。例如,用户触发操作面板后创建了新的文档,则可以将之前触发操作面板对应的内容替换为新文档的标识信息。
在本实施例中,建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系的方式可以是:如果引用对象为内容块,建立在当前文档中引用内容块的关系;如果引用对象为文档,建立在当前文档中引用创建的文档的关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在当前文档中创建文档类型的引用对象时,可以通过如下几种方式:
(1)如图2A所示,用户选中当前文档中的文字,选中文字后出现浮动工具栏,若接收到用户点击了工具栏中的“新建文档”按钮,则在当前文档中创建新的文档,将用户选 中的文字作为新创建的文档的标题。
(2)如图2B所示,接收到用户输入了设定字符,如“@”、“[[”等,则唤起操作面板在当前文档的编辑界面显示,将用户在设定字符后输入的文字作为新创建的文档的标题,并响应于用户对操作面板中创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象。
(3)如图2C所示,可以通过设定按钮唤起创建控件,例如用户可以通过“/”(斜杆工具)按钮唤起创建控件,再点击创建控件中的“新建文档”按钮创建一个标题为空的文档。
(4)如图2D所示,可以通过模块转化的方式创建新的文档,例如,用户可以将当前文档中的部分内容选中,通过点击浮动工具栏中的“转换”按钮将选中的部分转化成文档类型的内容块。
在本实施例中,建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系的方式还可以是:根据当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系建立图谱;在图谱中展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,可以利用图谱的方式将当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系进行可视化显示。
在本实施例中,在建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系之后,还可以:响应于对内容块的触发操作,跳转至新文档。
具体的,在引用关系建立完成之后,用户可以对引用的内容块进行操作,例如,用户可以点击引用的内容块,当前文档响应于用户对内容块的操作,可以从当前文档跳转的新的文档中,并在新的文档中对该内容块进行显示。
在一种可能的实施方式中,建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系的方式还可以是:建立当前文档与内容块的第一引用关系,以及建立当前文档与新文档的第二引用关系。
具体的,当前文档的引用对象可以是内容块,也可以是文档,当前文档可以分别与内容块和文档建立引用关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在当前文档中分别对内容块与新文档体现出不同的引用关系,其中,内容块和新文档具有不同的引用样式或引用格式;内容块的引用关系直接呈现在内容块中,新文档的引用关系呈现于与内容块关联的区域中。
本公开实施例首先在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;然后在操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;最后响应于用户对创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。本公开实施例提供的文档创建方法,在文档中快速建立新的引用对象,并自动建立当前文档与新建引用对象的交互关系,可以节省创建新对象时的操作路径,提升用户的使用体验。
图3为本公开实施例提供的一种当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系的建立方法流程图,本实施例可适用于在文档中建立引用关系图谱的情况。如图3所示,具体包括如下S210-S220:
S210、根据当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系建立图谱。
其中,图谱可以是文档中用于显示当前文档与引用对象之间结构关系的图形。
具体的,图谱中存在引用关系的对象可以使用线条进行连接,从而使用户直观地获取 当前文档中的引用关系。
图4是本公开实施例中的一种图谱中引用关系的显示方式示意图,如图4所示,文档A中创建了B、C、D三个引用对象,则在图谱中B、C、D均与文档A相连。
S220、在图谱中展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。
具体的,可以在图谱中利用连接线条等方式展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,对于存在连接关系的引用对象之间也可以利用线条或设定符号等方式显示在图谱中。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在图谱中展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系的方式可以是:将引用关系独立于图谱进行展示;其中,引用关系包括当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系以及引用对象与其他引用对象之间的引用关系。
具体的,可以独立于图谱展示引用关系,例如,可以在图谱旁建立浮窗,以列表项的形式展示出当前文档中引用的所有对象。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在图谱中展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系的方式还可以是:响应于用户输入的对当前文档进行预览的操作指令,展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系;响应于用户输入的对引用对象进行预览的操作指令,展示引用对象与其他引用对象之间的引用关系。
图5是本公开实施例中的一种引用对象之间交互关系的显示方式示意图,如图5所示,若在当前文档中创建了多个引用对象,则引用对象之间也可以建立交互关系。例如,文档A中创建了B、C、D三个引用对象,点击图谱中的文档A可以独立于图谱显示文档A与B、C、D的引用关系;若引用对象B与引用对象C之间存在连接关系,则B、C上会有线条提示,点击图谱中的文档B可以独立于图谱显示B、C之间的连接。
本公开实施例首先根据当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系建立图谱,然后在图谱中展示当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。本公开实施例提供的引用关系的建立方法,通过图谱的形式将引用关系直观地展示给用户,使用户更清晰明了地获取当前文档中存在的引用关系,提升用户的使用体验。
图6为本公开实施例提供的一种文档创建装置的结构示意图。如图6所示,该装置包括:操作面板调用模块210,创建控件显示模块220,引用对象创建模块230。
操作面板调用模块210,用于在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示。
创建控件显示模块220,用于在操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件。
其中,引用对象为内容块,内容块为用于承载文档内容的单元;或引用对象为文档。

下面参考图7,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备300的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理,Personal Digital Assistant)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器,Portable Multimedia Player)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端,或者各种形式的服务器,如独立服务器或者服务器集群。图7示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备300可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)301,其可以根据存储在只读存储装置(ROM)302中的程序或者从存储装置305加载到随机访问存储装置(RAM)303中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 303中,还存储 有电子设备300操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置301、ROM 302以及RAM 303通过总线304彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口305也连接至总线304。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口305:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置306;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置307;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置308;以及通信装置309。通信装置309可以允许电子设备300与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有各种装置的电子设备300,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

本文中以上描述的功能可以至少部分地由一个或多个硬件逻辑部件来执行。例如,非限制性地,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑部件包括:现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、专用标准产品(ASSP)、片上系统(SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑设备(CPLD)等等。

根据本公开实施例的一个或多个实施例,本公开实施例公开一种文档创建方法,其特征在于,包括:
在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;
在所述操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;
响应于用户对所述创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立所述当前文档与引用 对象之间的引用关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述引用对象为内容块,内容块为用于承载文档内容的单元;或所述引用对象为文档。
在一种可能的实施方式中,响应于所述引用对象为内容块,所述创建新的引用对象,包括:
创建新文档,在所述新文档中创建与所述引用对象对应的所述内容块。
在一种可能的实施方式中,响应于所述引用对象为内容块,所述在创建新的引用对象之后,所述方法还包括:
创建新文档,将所述内容块添加到所述新文档中。
在一种可能的实施方式中,响应于所述引用对象为文档,所述创建新的引用对象包括:
创建新文档。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述创建新文档包括:
在所述当前文档中获取所述触发事件对应的文档内容信息,将所述文档内容信息作为所述新文档的标题或文档内容。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述创建新文档之后,还包括:
在所述当前文档中,将所述触发事件对应的文档内容信息替换为所述新文档的信息,所述新文档的信息包括所述新文档的内容信息和/或文档标识信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在所述建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系之后,所述方法还包括:
响应于对所述内容块的触发操作,跳转至所述新文档中并显示所述内容块。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系,还包括:
建立所述当前文档与所述内容块的第一引用关系,以及建立所述当前文档与所述新文档的第二引用关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,建立所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,还包括:
根据所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系建立图谱;
在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
在所述图谱中以列表形式展示所述当前文档中引用的内容块。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
将所述引用关系独立于所述图谱进行展示;其中,所述引用关系包括所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系以及所述引用对象与其他引用对象之间的引用关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,还包括:
响应于用户输入的对所述当前文档进行预览的操作指令,展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系;
响应于用户输入的对所述引用对象进行预览的操作指令,展示所述引用对象与其他引用对象之间的引用关系。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种文档创建方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;
    在所述操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;
    响应于用户对所述创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引用对象为内容块,所述内容块为用于承载文档内容的单元;或所述引用对象为文档。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引用对象为内容块;
    所述创建新的引用对象,包括:
    创建新文档,在所述新文档中创建与所述引用对象对应的所述内容块。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引用对象为内容块;
    所述在创建新的引用对象之后,所述方法还包括:
    创建新文档,将所述内容块添加到所述新文档中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引用对象为文档;
    所述创建新的引用对象,包括:
    创建新文档。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述创建新文档,包括:
    在所述当前文档中获取所述触发事件对应的文档内容信息,将所述文档内容信息作为所述新文档的标题或文档内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述创建新文档之后,还包括:
    在所述当前文档中,将所述触发事件对应的文档内容信息替换为所述新文档的信息,所述新文档的信息包括所述新文档的内容信息和/或文档标识信息。
  8. 根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述内容块的触发操作,跳转至所述新文档。
  9. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
    建立所述当前文档与所述内容块的第一引用关系,以及建立所述当前文档与所述新文档的第二引用关系。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
    根据所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系建立图谱;
    在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
    在所述图谱中以列表形式展示所述当前文档中引用的内容块。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述图谱中展示所述当前 文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
    将所述引用关系独立于所述图谱进行展示;其中,所述引用关系包括所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系以及所述引用对象与其他引用对象之间的引用关系。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述图谱中展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系,包括:
    响应于用户输入的对所述当前文档进行预览的操作指令,展示所述当前文档与引用对象之间的引用关系;
    响应于用户输入的对所述引用对象进行预览的操作指令,展示所述引用对象与其他引用对象之间的引用关系。
  14. 一种文档创建装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作面板调用模块,用于在当前文档的编辑界面中,根据触发事件调用操作面板并进行显示;
    创建控件显示模块,用于在所述操作面板中显示引用对象的创建控件;
    引用对象创建模块,用于响应于用户对所述创建控件的操作,创建新的引用对象,并建立所述当前文档与所述引用对象之间的引用关系。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    一个或多个处理装置;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个指令;
    当所述一个或多个指令被所述一个或多个处理装置执行,使得所述一个或多个处理装置实现如权利要求1-13中任一所述的文档创建方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理装置执行时实现如权利要求1-13中任一所述的文档创建方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行如权利要求1-13中任一所述的文档创建方法的程序代码。
