本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子文档的处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展,电子文档被广泛使用。电子文档通常被存储在服务器上,也可以存储在本地客户端上,具有权限的用户能够对电子文档进行访问和编辑。
发明内容
本公开提供一种电子文档的处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。
本公开采用以下的技术方案。在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种电子文档的处理方法,包括:响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容可;根据第一操作和目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,其中,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,所述操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象;
响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种电子文档的处理装置,包括:
确定单元,用于响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块;
显示单元,用于根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,其中,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,所述操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象;

本公开实施例提供的电子文档的处理方法,响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块,根据第一操作和目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项;响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据目标操作选项对目标内容块进行操作。本公开一些实施例中,当前用户能够唤起与第一操作和目标内容块内容类型关联的操作选项,从而直接对内容块进行操作,提高了操作的便利性。

在本公开的一些实施例中提出了一种电子文档的处理方法,如图1所示,包括步骤S11到步骤S13。
S11:响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块。
一些实施例中,电子文档包括至少一个内容块,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,目标内容块可以是一个内容块也可以是至少两个内容块,一个内容块中的内容并不做限制,可以包括文字、图片、表格等中的一个或多个,一些实施例中,一个内容块可以是电子文档的一 个段落或至少两个段落。目标内容可以是电子文档中的任意内容,例如文本、图片、表格等。
S12:根据第一操作和目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项。
一些实施例中,第一操作可以是点击操作、长按操作等,对此不作限定,目标内容块的内容类型可以是文本类型、图片类型、文档类型等。操作选项与目标内容块的内容类型相关,例如在目标内容块的内容类型为文本类型的情况下可以显示改变字体的选项,目标内容块的内容类型为图片类型的情况下,不能改变字体,也就不需要显示与字体相关的操作选项。操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象进行操作,即操作选项的基本操作单元为内容块,而不是电子文档中的字符,一些实施例中操作选项能对一个或至少两个内容块进行操作,其不同于相关技术中以字符为操作单位的操作选项。一些实施例中,操作选项与第一操作和目标内容块的内容类型相关,例如可以设置不同第一操作和不同内容类型的组合下显示不同的操作选项,一些实施例中,可以是先根据目标内容块的内容类型确定备选的操作选项,再根据第一操作从备选的操作选项中确定并显示操作选项。例如目标内容块的内容类型为图片时,可以确定图片相关的操作选项(调节亮度、对比度等)为备选操作选项,再根据第一操作确定备选操作中显示的操作选项,例如第一操作为滑动操作时,朝不同方向滑动时显示的操作选项可以不同,这样可以方便快速的定位用户想要使用的操作选项,减少显示界面显示的操作选项的个数。
S13:响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据目标操作选项对目标内容块进行操作。
一些实施例中,触发操作例如可以是点击操作、长按操作等,触发操作也可以是多个操作的组合,目标操作选项可以是任意一个操作选项。
在相关技术中,电子文档提供了例如复制、剪切等操作选项,但这些操作选项都是以字符为操作对象进行操作,因此在需要对段落等进行操作时,需要对段落进行拉选,造成使用的不便,并且通常显示操作选线时会将所有相关的选项都进行显示,用户难以快速的定位到想要的操作选项,且占用较多的显示界面,而本公开的一些实施例中,通过第一 操作和目标内容块的内容类型唤出关联的操作选项,操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象进行操作,从而可以直接对目标内容块进行操作,从而提高了操作的便捷性,并且方便用户快速定位到想要的操作选项,还可以减少操作选项占用的显示面积。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块,包括:响应于对所述目标内容的触发指令,确定包括所述目标内容的内容块为所述目标内容块;或者,响应于对所述目标内容的关联区域的触发指令,确定与所述关联区域对应的内容块为所述目标内容块。一些实施例中,可以是对目标内容块中的部分或全部内容进行了触发,以确定目标内容块。另一些实施例中,内容块具有关联区域,关联区域例如可以是内容块对应的标题,例如当内容块为段落或章节的情况下,内容块的标题可以是段落标题或章节标题,通过对标题进行第一操作可以直接选取标题对应的目标块,从而快速的选取目标内容块,而无需对目标内容块整体进行选取操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一操作包括第一方向上的滑动操作;响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,所述显示关联的至少一个操作选项包括:响应于对所述目标内容在第一方向上的滑动操作,在当前页面的第一区域中沿第二方向显示所述操作选项,所述第一区域与所述目标内容块所在的第二区域为不同区域。一些实施例中,由于上滑和下滑通常被赋予切换显示内容的意义,因此滑动操作可以是左滑或右滑,请参考图2,图2所显示的电子文档中具有两个内容块,分别是“今天星期二天气晴朗”和“明天星期三预计下雨”,对任一内容块沿第一方向进行滑动操作从而唤起操作选项(图2中的“复制”、“剪切”和“样式”),操作选项沿第二方向唤出并显示,由于第一操作的第一方向和操作选项显示的第二方向不同,因此用户可以知道操作选项是对应于目标内容块的,如果第一方向和第二方向相同,那么用户就无法得知操作选项是用于对整个电子文档进行操作还是对目标内容块进行操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当目标内容块所在的第二区域位于第一区域时,在当前页面的第一区域中沿第二方向显示操作选项包括:在显示操作选项的过程中移动目标内容块,目标内容块位于所述操作选项的 一侧。一些实施例中,操作选项显示的位置和目标内容块所在的位置可能出现重合,此时操作选项可能会遮挡目标内容块,导致用户难以使用,因此本公开的一些实施例中,会自动将目标内容块移动,例如可以是使得电子文档整体向上或向下滑动,且仍然保持目标内容块在当前的显示界面中,并且使得目标内容块位于操作选项的一侧,从而方便用户使用。
在本公开的一些实施例中,根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,包括:根据所述第一操作、所述目标内容块的内容类型和当前用户的用户权限显示关联的至少一个操作选项。在本公开的一些实施例中,不同用户权限所关联的操作选项的类型不同,一些实施例中,不同用户权限所关联的操作选项的个数不同。一些实施例中,所显示的操作选项可以由用户更改,但用户可设定的操作选项的个数和类型数量与用户权限相关,不同用户权限的操作选项的个数可以设有不同的上限。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于变更所述目标内容块的内容类型的操作,变更所述目标内容块的内容类型并根据变更后的内容类型更新所述操作选项。在一些实施例中,用户可以对目标内容块的内容类型进行变更,例如操作选项中可以有内容类型变更选项,通过触发内容类型变更选项从而实现目标内容块的内容类型变更,例如将文本类型的内容块变更为图片类型的内容块,在内容类型变更之后,根据变更后的内容类型更新所显示的操作选项,例如显示图片类型对应的操作选项。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在显示操作选项期间,响应于目标终端发来的对目标内容块的内容类型的变更指令,根据目标内容块变更后的内容类型更新所显示的操作选项。一些实施例中,可以是由目标终端向本公开实施例中的方法执行主体发送变更指令,变更目标内容块的内容类型,此时所显示的操作选项会动态的根据变更后的目标内容块的内容类型进行更新并显示。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于操作选项修改操作事件,修改关联的操作选项的类型和/或数量。一些实施例中,不同第一操作、内容类型或用户权限所关联的不同的操作选项可以进行修改,可以预先 为不同的第一操作、内容类型和用户权限设定了可选的操作选项和可选数量,任一用户权限的用户可以从可选的操作选项中选取不多于可选数量的操作选项。一些实施例中,当前用户所设定的用户权限关联的操作选项的数量和类型只对当前用户生效。
在本公开的一些实施例中,电子文档为共享文档,共享文档可供至少两个有权限的用户同时或非同时进行操作。一些实施例中,共享文档可以存储在服务器上,不同的用户可以通过不同的终端同时查看或编辑共享文档,从而实现协同作业,因此本公开一些实施例中,目标终端可以是另一用户所使用的终端。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述目标内容块包括:所述电子文档内插入或引用的附件的链接标识,所述链接标识内显示有文本,其中,链接标识内显示的文本与文档中所输入的文本内容具有不同的编辑属性,文档中输入的文本内容可以直接选中并进行编辑,而链接标识内显示的文本无法选中,只能对链接本身进行整体选中,即选中链接直接打开对应的链接内容;所述目标操作选项包括样式修改选项,所述根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作包括:根据选定的样式修改选项修改所述链接标识内文本的显示样式。一些实施例中,请参考图3,电子文档中引入了附件,如“用户使用手册.doc”,电子文档中会显示附件的链接标识,通常以附件的标题名称作为链接标识的内容,假设该附件作为一个单独的目标内容块,用户对目标内容块进行第一操作后,电子文档的显示界面上显示了操作选项,如图3中底部所显示的调节粗细的“B”、调节倾斜的“I”、加删除线的

本公开实施例中,可以通过选择加删除线选项可以在链接标识上显示删除线(如图3所示)。相关技术中,在电子文档中引入附件后会显示附件的链接(通常显示为标题名称)和图标,但链接中的标题名称的样式不可修改,导致与电子文档中其他内容的样式不统一,降低了用户的使用体验,本公开实施例中,可以对附件的链接中的标题的字体样式进行修改,从而提高了用户的使用体验。
在本公开的一些实施例中,操作选项包括以下至少一项:评论选项、剪切选项、复制选项、删除选项、复制链接选项、样式修改选项、格式 转换选项和内容块对齐选项。一些实施例中,评论选项用于被触发后显示评论区,在评论区中可以输入对目标内容块的评论,剪切选项用于被触发后剪切内容块,复制选项用于被触发后复制内容块,删除选项用于删除内容块,复制链接选项用于被触发后复制内容块的链接,内容块的链接用于被触发后显示内容块,样式修改选项用于修改内容块的样式,内容块的样式例如可以包括内容块的颜色、字体等,格式转换选项用于被触发后更改内容块的格式,例如由文本格式转换为图片格式,内容块对齐选项用于被触发后对齐内容块,例如同一为左对齐、右对齐、两边对齐等。
以下以本公开实施例中提出的方法用于终端为例描述本公开实施例中提出的方法。在终端上显示电子文档,电子文档中以内容块(Block)作为基本单元,内容块中可以显示有文字或图片,一个内容块可以是一个段落,用户可以通过对内容块进行左滑或右滑的方式唤处操作选项(Block面板),操作选项可以是多个,操作选项用于对内容块进行操作,对于操作选项的类型和数量可以修改,操作选项可以触发,例如通过点击触发,操作选项可以关闭,例如通过点击电子文档的空白处进行关闭。以本实施例中提出的方法用于终端的客户端为例,客户端内嵌浏览器显示电子文档,用户可以修改操作选项,终端响应于修改操作选项的操作对操作选项进行更新,具体请参考图4,终端展示Block面板,浏览器接收到修改操作选项的操作,通过JSBridge中间件向BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件发送修改操作选项的指令,BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件向BlcokMenuPanelViewModel发送更新操作选项的指令,BlcokMenuPanelViewModel根据指令修改了模型后通知BlockMenuPanelFragment在网页上更新显示界面。用户点击了任一操作选项后,BlockMenuPanelFragment会根据用户点击的操作选项通知BlcokMenuPanelViewModel进行响应,BlcokMenuPanelViewModel向BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件发送回调指令,BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件向JSBridge发送指令进行回调,实现操作选项的功能。在用户点击背景区域后,默认关闭操作选项,BlockMenuPanelFragment会通知BlcokMenuPanelViewModel关闭操作选项,BlcokMenuPanelViewModel 向BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件发送回调指令,BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件向JSBridge发送指令进行回调关闭操作选项。在一些实施例中,操作选项具有子选项,例如操作选项可以包括展示字体颜色与背景颜色面板,用户点击该面板,JSBridge中间件向SelectColorV2Plugin插件发送消息,SelectColorV2Plugin插件向BlockMenuPanelPlugin发送通知要求,BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件通知BlockMenuPanelViewModel要求更新显示面板,BlockMenuPanelViewModel更新显示面板并通知BlockMenuPanelFragement更新显示界面,在BlockMenuPanelFragment更新了显示界面展示了子选项后,用户可以点击任一子选项修改字体颜色与背景颜色,BlockMenuPanelFragment在接收到点击操作后向BlockMenuPanelViewModel发送消息,BlockMenuPanelViewModel向BlockMenuPanelPlugin插件发送回调指令,BlockMenuPanelPlugin通知SelecColorV2Plugin插件,SelecColorV2Plugin插件通知JSBridge进行回调。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,,包括:响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块;
根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,其中,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,所述操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象;
响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,所述响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块,包括:
响应于对所述目标内容的触发指令,确定包括所述目标内容的内容块为所述目标内容块;或者,
响应于对所述目标内容的关联区域的触发指令,确定与所述关联区域对应的内容块为所述目标内容块。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,所述第一操作包括第一方向上的滑动操作;
响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,所述显示关联的至少一个操作选项包括:
响应于对所述目标内容在第一方向上的滑动操作,在当前页面的第一区域中沿第二方向显示所述操作选项,所述第一区域与所述目标内容块所在的第二区域为不同区域。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,当所述目标内容块所在的第二区域位于所述第一区域时,所述在当前页面的第一区域中沿第二方向显示所述操作选项包括:
在显示所述操作选项的过程中移动所述目标内容块,所述目标内容块位于所述操作选项的一侧。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,包括:
根据所述第一操作、所述目标内容块的内容类型和当前用户的用户权限显示关联的至少一个操作选项。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,还包括:
响应于变更所述目标内容块的内容类型的操作,变更所述目标内容块的内容类型并根据所述目标内容块变更后的内容类型更新所述操作选项;或者,
在显示所述操作选项期间,响应于目标终端发来的到对所述目标内容块的内容类型的变更指令,根据所述目标内容块变更后的内容类型更新所显示的操作选项。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,还包括:响应于操作选项修改操作事件,修改关联的所述操作选项的类型和/或数量。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,所述电子文档为共享文档,所述共享文档可供至少两个有权限的用户同时或非同时进行操作。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,所述目标内容块包括:所述电子文档内插入或引用的附件的链接标识,所述链接标识内显示有文本;
所述目标操作选项包括样式修改选项,所述根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作包括:根据选定的样式修改选项修改所述链接标识内文本的显示样式。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理方法,所述目标操作选项包括以下至少一项:评论选项、剪切选项、复制 选项、删除选项、复制链接选项、样式修改选项、格式转换选项和内容块对齐选项。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子文档的处理装置,包括:确定单元,用于响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块;
显示单元,用于根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,其中,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,所述操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象;
处理单元,用于响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作。根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行上述的方法。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子文档的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块;
    根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,其中,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,所述操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象;
    响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块,包括:
    响应于对所述目标内容的触发指令,确定包括所述目标内容的内容块为所述目标内容块;或者,
    响应于对所述目标内容的关联区域的触发指令,确定与所述关联区域对应的内容块为所述目标内容块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一操作包括第一方向上的滑动操作;
    响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,显示关联的至少一个操作选项包括:
    响应于对所述目标内容在第一方向上的滑动操作,在当前页面的第一区域中沿第二方向显示所述操作选项,所述第一区域与所述目标内容块所在的第二区域为不同区域。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述目标内容块所在的第二区域位于所述第一区域时,所述在当前页面的第一区域中沿第二方向显示所述操作选项包括:
    在显示所述操作选项的过程中移动所述目标内容块,所述目标内容块位于所述操作选项的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,包括:
    根据所述第一操作、所述目标内容块的内容类型和当前用户的用户权限显示关联的至少一个操作选项。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于变更所述目标内容块的内容类型的操作,变更所述目标内容块的内容类型并根据所述目标内容块变更后的内容类型更新所述操作选项;或者,
    在显示所述操作选项期间,响应于目标终端发来的到对所述目标内容块的内容类型的变更指令,根据所述目标内容块变更后的内容类型更新所显示的操作选项。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于操作选项修改操作事件,修改关联的所述操作选项的类型和/或数量。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子文档为共享文档,所述共享文档可供至少两个有权限的用户同时或非同时进行操作。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述目标内容块包括:所述电子文档内插入或引用的附件的链接标识,所述链接标识内显示有文本;
    所述目标操作选项包括样式修改选项,所述根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作包括:根据选定的样式修改选项修改所述链接标识内文本的显示样式。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标操作选项包括以下至少一项:评论选项、剪切选项、复制选项、删除选项、复制链接选项、样式修改选项、格式转换选项和内容块对齐选项。
  11. 一种电子文档的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于响应于对电子文档的目标内容的第一操作,确定目标内容块;
    显示单元,用于根据所述第一操作和所述目标内容块的内容类型,显示关联的至少一个操作选项,其中,内容块为用于承载电子文档的内容的单元,所述操作选项被配置为以内容块为操作对象;
    处理单元,用于响应于对目标操作选项的触发操作,根据所述目标操作选项对所述目标内容块进行操作。
  12. 一种终端,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
