一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺,生产工艺如下:第一步,线材盘元;第二步,酸洗;第三步,石灰披覆;第四步,热处理;第五步,酸洗;第六步,磷皂化;第七步,成品伸线。该钢类线材石灰伸线工艺,先通过酸洗去除线材表层的氧化层,提高线材入模时的面积,再利用混合石灰液进行披覆,可以有效提高线材进入拉拔模具中的润滑效果,解决线材在第一次拉拔时出现断线的问题,同时混合石灰溶液可以有效延长模具的使用寿命,降低损耗,提高线材的生产效率。

本发明涉及一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺。
技术背景
钢类线材再生产过程中需要进行伸线拉拔操作,从而将材料加工至需要的尺寸规格,但是一些特殊小规格的线材(直径尺寸在2.5mm以下)在进行伸线操作前对线材进行剥壳,即去除线材表面的氧化锈皮层,如此在进行伸线时就容易发生断线的状况,原因是线材在入模时因减面率大,表面没有其他润滑涂层,单纯依靠伸线粉润滑无法降低入模时的阻力,如此就造成了线材生产的效率降低,损耗率增加。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺,在伸线前进行酸洗去氧化层,再披覆石灰进行润滑,提高线材生产时的如花效果,实现第一次伸线时的稳定性和效率。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺采用了如下技术方案:
一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺,生产工艺如下:
第一步,线材盘元;
第二步,酸洗;
第三步,石灰披覆;
第四步,热处理;
第五步,酸洗;
第六步,磷皂化;
第七步,成品伸线。
进一步的,在第二步中,酸洗时间为15-30分钟,待表面氧化锈皮清洗完成后放入水洗槽内,进行一分钟漂洗,即第一次水洗,清洗后再进入水洗槽进行二次水洗。
进一步的,第一次水洗时,水洗槽PH值设置为1-2。
进一步的,第二次水洗时,水洗槽PH值设置为5-6.5。
进一步的,在第三步中,酸洗完成后将线材进入混合石灰液中进行披覆,然后进入烘干设备进行烘干。
进一步的,线材在混合石灰液内披覆时间为4-6分钟。
进一步的,混合石灰液采用氢氧化钙和皂粉的混合溶液。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺,先通过酸洗去除线材表层的氧化层,提高现在入模时的面积,再利用混合石灰液进行披覆,可以有效提高线材进入拉拔模具中的润滑效果,解决线材在第一次拉拔时出现断线的问题,同时混合石灰溶液可以有效延长模具的使用寿命,降低损耗,提高线材的生产效率。

本发明提供的一种钢类线材石灰伸线工艺,生产工艺如下:
第一步,线材盘元;
第二步,酸洗;
第三步,石灰披覆;
第四步,热处理;
第五步,酸洗;
第六步,磷皂化;
第七步,成品伸线。
进一步的,在第二步中,酸洗时间为15-30分钟,待表面氧化锈皮清洗完成后放入水洗槽内,进行一分钟漂洗,即第一次水洗,清洗后再进入水洗槽进行二次水洗。
进一步的,第一次水洗时,水洗槽PH值设置为1.5。
