根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种化妆品容器,包括:螺纹套,其内壁设有形成平行螺旋线的第一导向槽和第二导向槽;旋转件,可转动地内套于所述螺纹套中,所述旋转件的侧壁开设有镂空的滑道图案,所述滑道图案至少包括轴向延伸且相互连通的第一滑道和第二滑道;料杯,可转动地内套于所述旋转件中,所述料杯的侧壁向外凸起至少一第一凸耳,所述第一凸耳穿过所述滑道图案,限位于所述第一导 向槽中,所述料杯的侧壁开设有轴向延伸的第三滑道;以及推杯,可转动地内套于所述料杯中,所述推杯的侧壁向外凸起至少一第二凸耳,所述第二凸耳依次穿过所述第三滑道和所述滑道图案,限位于所述第二导向槽中。
在一些实施例中,上述的化妆品容器中,随所述旋转件相对所述螺纹套转动,所述第三滑道先后与所述第一滑道和所述第二滑道重叠,形成供所述推杯和所述料杯同步升降的第一组合滑道以及仅供所述推杯升降的第二组合滑道。
在一些实施例中,述的化妆品容器中,所述第一凸耳和所述第三滑道沿同一轴线设置,所述第一组合滑道包括相重叠的供所述推杯升降的第三滑道和部分第一滑道,以及供所述料杯升降的部分第一滑道,所述第二组合滑道包括相重叠的第三滑道和第二滑道。
在一些实施例中,上述的化妆品容器中,所述第一滑道设有用于锁止所述料杯上升的料杯上锁位。
在一些实施例中,上述的化妆品容器中,所述第一滑道设有用于锁止所述料杯下降的料杯下锁位和用于锁止所述推杯下降的推杯下锁位。

根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一种化妆品容器的使用方法,基于上述的化妆 品容器,所述使用方法包括驱动所述料杯和所述推杯同步升降的第一行程和仅驱动所述推杯升降的第二行程;所述第一行程包括第一上升行程和第一下降行程,所述第二行程包括第二上升行程和第二下降行程,所述第一上升行程和所述第二上升行程依次进行,所述第二下降行程和所述第一下降行程依次进行。
在一些实施例中,上述的使用方法中,所述第一上升行程包括:正旋所述旋转件,驱动所述料杯和所述推杯沿所述第一组合滑道同步上升;所述第二上升行程包括:正旋所述旋转件,驱动所述推杯沿所述第二组合滑道上升;所述第二下降行程包括:反旋所述旋转件,驱动所述推杯沿所述第二组合滑道下降;所述第一下降行程包括:反旋所述旋转件,驱动所述料杯和所述推杯沿所述第一组合滑道同步下降。
本发明与现有技术相比至少包括如下有益效果:
通过可转动的料杯和推杯,使化妆品容器具备至少两段行程,在第一行程中料杯和推杯可同步升降,在第二行程中推杯可相对料杯升降,实现盛放于料杯中的料体完全用尽,提高料体的使用率;料体可大部分盛放于料杯中,避免折断,且可以灵活选择柔软的材质,提升使用感;
通过料杯和推杯共用滑道图案,使旋转件提供料杯和推杯的滑动空间的同时,减小滑道图案的面积,保证旋转件的牢固性;同时配合轴向延伸的第三滑道,一方面保证料杯和推杯的同向运动,另一方面第三滑道可分别与滑道图案的第一滑道和第二滑道重叠,形成供料杯和推杯同步升降的第一组合滑道和仅供推杯升降的第二组合滑道,方便操作。

本发明的化妆品容器用于盛放膏状料体,如口红、润唇膏等,也可应用至其它相近的领域,如用于盛放固体胶、涂料等。
图1示出实施例中的一种化妆品容器,图2示出螺纹套的结构,图3示出旋转件的结构,图7示出料杯的结构,图8示出推杯的结构,图9示出料杯、推杯和料体的组装结构。结合图1、图2、图3、图7~图9所示,本实施例中化妆品容器包括:
螺纹套1,其内壁设有形成平行螺旋线的第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12。图2 仅示意性地标示出第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12,在实际应用中第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12可以互换,只要形成平行螺旋线即可。
旋转件2,可转动地内套于螺纹套1中,旋转件2的侧壁开设有镂空的滑道图案20,所述的滑道图案20至少包括轴向延伸且相互连通的第一滑道21和第二滑道22。图3中分别采用两段轴向延伸的斜线阴影标示出第一滑道21和第二滑道22。
料杯3,可转动地内套于旋转件2中,料杯3的侧壁向外凸起至少一第一凸耳31,第一凸耳31穿过滑道图案20,限位于第一导向槽11中,料杯3的侧壁开设有轴向延伸的第三滑道32。料杯3的侧壁可以对称地设置一对第一凸耳31和一对第三滑道32。
推杯4,可转动地内套于料杯3中,推杯4的侧壁向外凸起至少一第二凸耳41,第二凸耳41依次穿过第三滑道32和滑道图案20,限位于第二导向槽12中。图8示出推杯4的侧壁对称地设有两个第二凸耳41,每个第二凸耳41对应地穿过一第三滑道32。
料体5盛放于料杯3中,并由推杯4支承,料体5具有位于料杯3中的第一部分51和伸出料杯3的第二部分52。
本实施例的化妆品容器具有至少两段行程,包括料杯3和推杯4同步升降的第一行程和仅推杯4升降的第二行程。在第一行程中,随着旋转件2相对于螺纹套1的转动,第一导向槽11引导料杯3的第一凸耳31沿着滑道图案20上升和下降,第二导向槽12引导推杯4的第二凸耳32沿着滑道图案20上升和下降。此时料体5跟随着料杯3和推杯4一起上升和下降,料体5的第二部分52可以伸出旋转件2供使用,和缩回旋转件2以收纳。当料杯3上升到一定程度(如料杯3的上端面顶升至与旋转件2的上端面齐平或略高于旋转件2的上端面),则第一行程结束,进 入第二行程。此时推杯4相对料杯3上升和下降,带动盛放于料杯3内的料体5的第一部分51伸出和缩回料杯3。轴向延伸的第三滑道32在第一行程中使料杯3和推杯4保持同向运动,在第二行程中使推杯4相对料杯3轴向运动。
在料杯3和推杯4的组合作用下,第一方面,料体5可以完全伸出料杯3,实现材料用尽,提升使用率;第二方面,可将料体5的大部分盛放于料杯3中,例如使第一部分51占到料体5整体长度的70%左右,避免折断,延长料体5的寿命;第三方面,因料体5大部分盛放于料杯3中,可以选用材质较软的料体5,以提升使用感。另外,料杯3的高度也可以增加。传统的料杯的高度大约占到管体总高度的30%,以避免过多的料体浪费在料杯中无法使用。使用本发明的化妆品容器后,料体5可以完全伸出,因此料杯3的高度可以大幅增加,占到旋转件2的高度的50%~90%,这样可以将料体5的50%~90%盛放于料杯3中。当然实际在生产时,可以根据需要灵活地确定料杯3的具体高度。
在一个具体的实施例中,结合图3所示的旋转件和图7所示的料杯,随旋转件2相对于螺纹套1转动,第三滑道32先后与第一滑道21和第二滑道22重叠,形成供推杯4和料杯3同步升降的第一组合滑道以及仅供推杯4升降的第二组合滑道。
在更进一步的实施例中,第一凸耳31和第三滑道32沿同一轴线设置。本发明中由于在旋转件2中依次内套了可转动的料杯3和推杯4,因此旋转件2上开设的滑道图案20对应增加。本实施例将第一凸耳31和第三滑道32沿同一轴线设置(例如,第一凸耳31设于第三滑道32的上方),一方面可以方便铸模时的对位,提高精度;另一方面也使得第一凸耳31和第二凸耳41能复用滑道图案20中的部分滑道,从而减少旋转件2上所开设的滑道图案20的面积,提升旋转件2的牢固性。例如,第一凸耳31和第二凸耳41复用滑道图案20中的第一滑道21,参照图4所 示,采用虚线框C1标示第一组合滑道,虚线框C2标示第二组合滑道,点状阴影标示第三滑道。第一组合滑道C1包括相重叠的供推杯4升降的第三滑道和部分第一滑道21a(也即虚线框C1中的点状阴影部分),以及供料杯3升降的部分第一滑道21b(也即虚线框C1中的空白部分);第二组合滑道C2包括相重叠的供推杯4升降的第三滑道和第二滑道22。在料杯3的升降过程中,第三滑道和第一滑道的重叠部分会随之变化。
进一步的,第一滑道21可以设置料杯上锁位,以当料杯3上升至一定程度后锁止料杯3,使推杯4相对料杯3升降。在如上所述第一凸耳31同轴地设于第三滑道32的上方的实施例中,参照图5所示的旋转件,第一滑道21的上端设有用于锁止料杯3上升的料杯上锁位302。在料杯上锁位302的作用下,当料杯3和推杯4同步上升至料杯3的第一凸耳31到达料杯上锁位302中时,料杯3被锁止,不再继续上升。此时推杯4跟随料杯3到达了第一滑道21与第二滑道22的连通处4012。后续,料杯3被锁止于料杯上锁位302中,推杯4可以沿第二滑道22相对料杯3升降。
进一步的,第一滑道21还设有分别用于锁止料杯3下降的料杯下锁位301和锁止推杯4下降的推杯下锁位401。在料杯下锁位301的作用下,当料杯3下降至其第一凸耳31到达料杯下锁位301中时,料杯3被锁止,不再继续下降。同理,在推杯下锁位401的作用下,当推杯4下降至其第二凸耳41到达推杯下锁位401中时,推杯4被锁止,不再继续下降。料杯下锁位301、料杯上锁位302、推杯下锁位401均可以如图5所示沿周向延伸。由于料杯下锁位301和推杯下锁位401的锁止作用,使得化妆品容器未使用时(例如位于闲置状态或运输状态等),料杯下锁位301和推杯下锁位401分别锁止料杯3和推杯4,防止松动。当需要使用时, 作动于旋转件2,则料杯下锁位301和推杯下锁位401解锁,料杯3的第一凸耳31和推杯4的第二凸耳41分别被第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12推入第一滑道21,进入使用状态。在使用过程中,轴向延伸的第三滑道32使得推杯4与料杯3保持同向运动,也使得下降时推杯4不会滑脱至料杯下锁位301。
具体来说,结合图7、图8和图5所示,在料杯3和推杯4同步升降的第一行程中,料杯3的第一凸耳31的滑动轨迹如双向虚线箭头310所示,第一凸耳31在料杯下锁位301和料杯上锁位302之间,沿着第一滑道21滑动。料杯3最低下降至第一凸耳31锁止于料杯下锁位301中,最高上升至第一凸耳31锁止于料杯上锁位302中。同理,在第一行程中,推杯4的第二凸耳41的滑动轨迹如双向虚线箭头410a所示,第二凸耳41在推杯下锁位401和连通处4012之间,沿着第一滑道21滑动。当料杯3下降至第一凸耳31锁止于料杯下锁位301中时,推杯4的第二凸耳41锁止于推杯下锁位401中;当料杯4上升至第一凸耳31锁止于料杯上锁位302中时,推杯4的第二凸耳41到达连通处4012。在仅推杯4升降的第二行程中,料杯3的第一凸耳31被锁止于料杯上锁位302中,料杯3保持不动,推杯4的第二凸耳41的滑动轨迹如双向虚线箭头401b所示,第二凸耳41在第二滑道22的下端(即连通处4012)和第二滑道22的上端402之间,沿着第二滑道22滑动。
本发明的化妆品容器中,结合图6所示的旋转件以及图1,旋转件2包括内套于螺纹套1中的筒体部2a和伸出螺纹套1的作动部2b,滑道图案20开设于筒体部2a的侧壁;当使用化妆品容器时,通过转动作动部2b,带动旋转件2在螺纹套1内转动,进而带动料杯3和/或推杯4升降。筒体部2a与作动部2b连接的端面设有限位料杯3下降的第一凸骨23,当料杯3下降至其下端面抵顶第一凸骨23,则停止下降,使料杯3不会不受限地下降,造成化妆品容器损坏。
进一步的,料杯3的下端面可以设置限位推杯4下降的第二凸骨(图中未详细标示)。当推杯4下降至其下端面抵顶第二凸骨,则停止下降,使推杯4不会不受限地下降,造成化妆品容器损坏。
在优选的实施例中,结合图7所示的料杯和图8所示的推杯,料杯3的内壁设有轴向延伸的凸筋33,推杯4的外壁设有轴向延伸的凹槽42,凸筋33可轴向滑动地限位于凹槽42中。相嵌设的凸筋33和凹槽42保证料杯3和推杯4同向运动,也对推杯4起到限位作用,避免推杯4滑脱。
本发明实施例还提供上述化妆品容器的使用方法,包括驱动料杯3和推杯4同步升降的第一行程和仅驱动推杯4升降的第二行程。其中,第一行程包括第一上升行程和第一下降行程,第二行程包括第二上升行程和第二下降行程;第一上升行程和第二上升行程依次进行,第二下降行程和第一下降行程依次进行。第一上升行程包括:正旋旋转件,驱动推杯和料杯沿第一组合滑道同步上升;第二上升行程包括:正旋旋转件,驱动推杯沿第二组合滑道上升。第二下降行程包括:反旋旋转件,驱动推杯沿第二组合滑道下降;第一下降行程包括:反旋旋转件,驱动料杯和推杯沿第一组合滑道同步下降。
参照图10所示的化妆品容器的正旋过程示意图,图10a~图10d示意出料杯3和推杯4沿第一组合滑道同步上升的第一上升行程,图10d~图10e示意出推杯4沿第二组合滑道上升的第二上升行程。结合上述各实施例所示的化妆品容器及其零件的附图以及图10,图10a的状态中,料杯3的第一凸耳31(图10a的视角中第一凸耳被遮挡)锁止于料杯下锁位301中,料杯3保持不动;推杯4的第二凸耳41(图10a的视角中第二凸耳被遮挡)锁止于推杯下锁位401中,推杯4保持不动;料体5藏于旋转件2中(图10未示出旋转件2外的螺纹套),化妆品容器处于未 使用的闲置状态。此时正旋旋转件2,如按照顺时针方向转动旋转件2,在第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12的引导下,料杯3的第一凸耳31和推杯4的第二凸耳41分别被推进第一滑道21,呈现图10b示出的状态。继续正旋旋转件2,料杯3的第一凸耳31和推杯4的第二凸耳41将在第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12的引导下,沿着第一滑道21同步上升,顶出料体5的第二部分52供使用,直至到达图10c示出的状态。图10c中料杯3的第一凸耳31已上升至第一滑道21的顶端,继续正旋旋转件2,则第一凸耳31将被第一导向槽11推入料杯上锁位302中;在第一凸耳31被第一导向槽11推入料杯上锁位302的过程中,由于第三滑道使得推杯4和料杯3保持同方向转动的作用(同时相嵌设的凸筋33和凹槽42也起到限位作用),推杯4的第二凸耳41被第二导向槽12推入第二滑道22和第一滑道21的连接处4012,呈现图10d所示的状态。再继续正旋旋转件2,则由于第一凸耳31锁止于料杯上锁位302中,料杯3将保持不动;而推杯4通过第二凸耳41在第二导向槽12的导向作用下,沿着第二滑道22继续上升,顶出盛放于料杯3内的料体5的第一部分51供使用,至图10e所示的第二凸耳41上升至第二滑道22顶端,料体5的第一部分51被完全顶出的状态。从而,料体5可以全部用尽。
参照图11所示的化妆品容器的反旋过程示意图,图11a~图11b示意出推杯沿第二组合滑道下降的第二下降行程,图11b~图11e示意出料杯和推杯沿第一组合滑道同步下降的第一下降行程。结合上述各实施例所示的化妆品容器及其零件的附图以及图11,图11a中,当使用最后一点料体5的第一部分51时,推杯4的第二凸耳41上升至第二滑道22的最顶端,料杯3的第一凸耳31锁止于料杯上锁位302中。此时反旋旋转件2,如按照逆时针方向转动旋转件2,在第二导向槽12的引导作用下,推杯4的第二凸耳41沿着第二滑道22下滑,推杯4下降,至图11b所示 的状态。继续反旋旋转件2,在第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12的引导下,料杯3的第一凸耳31和推杯4的第二凸耳41分别被推进第一滑道21,呈现图11c示出的状态。继续反旋旋转件2,料杯3的第一凸耳31和推杯4的第二凸耳41将在第一导向槽11和第二导向槽12的引导下,沿着第一滑道21同步下降,至呈现图11d示出的状态。再继续反旋旋转件2,则第一凸耳31和第二凸耳41将被分别推至料杯锁止位301和推杯下锁位401,使料杯3和推杯4分别进入锁止状态,呈现图11e所示的状态。在料杯3和推杯4锁止的过程中,旋转件2的第一凸骨23和料杯3的第二凸骨会分别对料杯3和推杯4起到限位作用。
在化妆品容器的实际使用过程时,通常是先使用料体5露出料杯3的第二部分52,当第二部分52用尽时再使用料体5盛放于料杯3中的第一部分51。在料体5的第二部分52的使用过程中,交替着进行图10a~图10d所示的第一上升行程和图11a~图11b所示的第一下降行程;在料体5的第一部分51的使用过程中,交替着进行图10所示的上升过程和图11所示的下降过程。
另外,在化妆品容器的制作过程中,首先将螺纹管1、旋转件2、料杯3、推杯4等零部件装配完成,然后转动旋转件2,使料杯3和推杯4呈现图10d/图11b所示的状态,然后在料杯3中插入料体5至推杯4支承料体5。在插入料体5的过程中,可以通过握住螺纹套1,紧固第一凸耳31和第二凸耳41,避免插入过程中料杯3和推杯4受力松动。
综上,本发明通过可转动的料杯3和推杯4,使化妆品容器具备至少两段行程,在第一行程中料杯3和推杯4可同步升降,在第二行程中推杯4可相对料杯3升降,实现盛放于料杯3中的料体5完全用尽,提高料体5的使用率,且料体5可以根据需要灵活选择柔软的材质,提升使用体验;通过料杯3和推杯4共用滑道图案20, 使旋转件2提供料杯3和推杯4的滑动空间的同时,减小滑道图案20的面积,保证旋转件2的牢固性;同时配合轴向延伸的第三滑道32,一方面保证料杯3和推杯4的同向运动,另一方面第三滑道32可分别与滑道图案20的第一滑道21和第二滑道22重叠,形成供料杯3和推杯4同步升降的第一组合滑道和仅供推杯4升降的第二组合滑道,增加料杯3和推杯4的转动灵活性。

  1. 一种化妆品容器,其特征在于,包括:
    螺纹套,其内壁设有形成平行螺旋线的第一导向槽和第二导向槽;
    旋转件,可转动地内套于所述螺纹套中,所述旋转件的侧壁开设有镂空的滑道图案,所述滑道图案至少包括轴向延伸且相互连通的第一滑道和第二滑道;
    料杯,可转动地内套于所述旋转件中,所述料杯的侧壁向外凸起至少一第一凸耳,所述第一凸耳穿过所述滑道图案,限位于所述第一导向槽中,所述料杯的侧壁开设有轴向延伸的第三滑道;以及
    推杯,可转动地内套于所述料杯中,所述推杯的侧壁向外凸起至少一第二凸耳,所述第二凸耳依次穿过所述第三滑道和所述滑道图案,限位于所述第二导向槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,随所述旋转件相对所述螺纹套转动,所述第三滑道先后与所述第一滑道和所述第二滑道重叠,形成供所述推杯和所述料杯同步升降的第一组合滑道以及仅供所述推杯升降的第二组合滑道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述第一凸耳和所述第三滑道沿同一轴线设置,所述第一组合滑道包括相重叠的供所述推杯升降的第三滑道和部分第一滑道,以及供所述料杯升降的部分第一滑道,所述第二组合滑道包括相重叠的第三滑道和第二滑道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述第一滑道设有用于锁止所述料杯上升的料杯上锁位。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述第一滑道设有用于锁止所述料杯下降的料杯下锁位和用于锁止所述推杯下降的推杯下锁位。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述旋转件包括内套于所 述螺纹套中的筒体部和伸出所述螺纹套的作动部,所述滑道图案开设于所述筒体部的侧壁;
    所述筒体部与所述作动部连接的端面设有限位所述料杯下降的第一凸骨。

  8. 如权利要求1所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述料杯的内壁设有轴向延伸的凸筋,所述推杯的外壁设有轴向延伸的凹槽,所述凸筋可轴向滑动地限位于所述凹槽中。
  9. 一种化妆品容器的使用方法,其特征在于,基于权利要求2-8任一项所述的化妆品容器,所述使用方法包括驱动所述料杯和所述推杯同步升降的第一行程和仅驱动所述推杯升降的第二行程;
    所述第一行程包括第一上升行程和第一下降行程,所述第二行程包括第二上升行程和第二下降行程,所述第一上升行程和所述第二上升行程依次进行,所述第二下降行程和所述第一下降行程依次进行。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的使用方法,其特征在于,所述第一上升行程包括:正旋所述旋转件,驱动所述料杯和所述推杯沿所述第一组合滑道同步上升;
    所述第二上升行程包括:正旋所述旋转件,驱动所述推杯沿所述第二组合滑道上升;
    所述第二下降行程包括:反旋所述旋转件,驱动所述推杯沿所述第二组合滑道下降;
