前記第1走行ルートと異なる走行ルートであって、前記忘れ物を預ける施設を経由する第2走行ルートを少なくとも1つ設定し、
前記第2走行ルートを走行して前記車両が前記降車地に到着する第2時間を算出し、
前記第1走行ルートを、前記第1時間と前記第2時間との時間差が許容時間以下となる前記第2走行ルートに変更する
ことを特徴とする配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記第1時間と前記第2時間との時間差が許容時間以下となるように、前記第1走行ルートを変更可能な変更可能範囲を設定し、
前記施設の位置情報を含む施設データベースを取得し、
前記施設データベースを用いて前記変更可能範囲内に存在する前記施設を抽出し、
抽出した前記施設を経由する前記第2走行ルートを設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記変更可能範囲内で前記施設を複数抽出した場合、それぞれの施設を経由するそれぞれの走行ルート候補を設定し、
前記それぞれの走行ルート候補のうち、前記車両の現在地から前記降車地に到着するまでの少なくとも時間または距離のいずれか一方に係る損失が小さい走行ルート候補を、前記車両の現在地から前記降車地に到着するまでの少なくとも時間または距離のいずれか一方に係る損失が大きい走行ルート候補より優先的に前記第2走行ルートとして設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記変更可能範囲内で前記施設を複数抽出した場合、それぞれの施設を経由するそれぞれの走行ルート候補を設定し、
前記それぞれの走行ルート候補のうち、前記忘れ物をしたユーザの現在地から近い施設を経由する走行ルート候補を、前記忘れ物をしたユーザの現在地から遠い施設を経由する走行ルート候補より優先的に前記第2走行ルートとして設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記変更可能範囲内で前記施設を複数抽出した場合、それぞれの施設を経由するそれぞれの走行ルート候補を設定し、
前記それぞれの走行ルート候補のうち、前記車両の現在地から前記降車地に到着するまでの時間に係る損失と、前記車両の現在地から前記降車地に到着するまでの距離に係る損失と、前記忘れ物をしたユーザの現在地から前記施設までの距離に関する損失と、の合計の損失が小さい走行ルート候補を、前記合計の損失が大きい走行ルート候補より優先的に前記第2走行ルートとして設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記忘れ物をしたユーザが所持する端末装置に前記変更可能範囲内の前記施設を表示する、または前記変更可能範囲と、前記変更可能範囲内の前記施設とを前記端末装置に表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記端末装置から受信した、前記忘れ物をしたユーザが指定する施設を経由するように前記走行ルートを変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
設定した前記走行ルートを走行して前記車両が、前記配車をリクエストしたユーザを乗車させる乗車地に到着する時間と、変更後の走行ルートを走行して前記車両が前記乗車地に到着する時間との時間差が許容時間以下となるように前記変更可能範囲を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2~7のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
通信により前記配車をリクエストしたユーザの行動予定に関するデータを取得し、
前記ユーザの行動予定に関するデータを参照して前記ユーザの許容時間を推定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 複数のユーザが過去に許容した時間を格納する記憶装置をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記記憶装置から前記複数のユーザが過去に許容した時間を取得し、
前記複数のユーザが過去に許容した時間の平均時間を算出し、
前記平均時間を前記配車をリクエストしたユーザの許容時間として推定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記忘れ物をしたユーザが所持する端末装置から忘れ物探索を希望する信号を受信した場合に、前記車両に対して前記忘れ物を検出するための信号を送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記車両が経由する前記施設の位置情報及び前記車両が前記施設に到着する時間を、前記忘れ物をしたユーザが所持する端末装置に送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記車両が経由する前記施設に設置された端末装置に前記車両が到着する時間を送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の配車制御装置。 - 車両と、前記車両と通信可能であり、配車リクエストに応じて配車した前記車両の走行ルートを制御する配車制御装置と、を備える配車制御システムであって、
前記配車制御装置は、
降車地を含む第1走行ルートを設定した後に、前記車両内の忘れ物を検出した場合、
設定した前記第1走行ルートを走行して前記車両が前記降車地に到着する第1時間を算出し、
前記第1走行ルートと異なる走行ルートであって、前記忘れ物を預ける施設を経由する第2走行ルートを少なくとも1つ設定し、
前記第2走行ルートを走行して前記車両が前記降車地に到着する第2時間を算出し、
前記第1走行ルートを、前記第1時間と前記第2時間との時間差が許容時間以下となる前記第2走行ルートに変更する
ことを特徴とする配車制御システム。 - 配車リクエストに応じて配車した車両の走行ルートを制御する配車制御方法であって、
降車地を含む第1走行ルートを設定した後に、前記車両内の忘れ物を検出した場合、
設定した前記第1走行ルートを走行して前記車両が前記降車地に到着する第1時間を算出し、
前記第1走行ルートと異なる走行ルートであって、前記忘れ物を預ける施設を経由する第2走行ルートを少なくとも1つ設定し、
前記第2走行ルートを走行して前記車両が前記降車地に到着する第2時間を算出し、
前記第1走行ルートを、前記第1時間と前記第2時間との時間差が許容時間以下となる前記第2走行ルートに変更する
ことを特徴とする配車制御方法。
