2、烧毛后会残留大量的杂物于纺织面料上,使纺织面料变得污浊,影响产品质量。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其通过刷毛对布料的表面进行清理,除去布料表面的线头和杂物;滑塞往复移动使吸尘孔处保持负压,进而对刷毛刷起的线头和杂物进行清理;电热丝加热的气体通过第二导气管从喷气孔内喷出,对布料进行熨烫;通过设置可调整弧形板与压辊之间的距离,可适应不同布料的梳理。

参照图1-4,一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,包括机体1,机体1的内壁转动连接有两个转动棍2,料穿过机体1,在两个转动棍2的带动下,布料前进,两个转动棍2的中部均开始有中空腔,转动棍2的外壁均布有与中空腔连通的吸尘孔20,转动棍2的表面均布有刷毛3,转动棍2转动通过转动棍2表面的刷毛3对布料的表面进行清理,除去布料表面的线头和杂物,机体1的内壁安装有用于使吸尘孔20产生负压的负压装置,负压装置包括固定连接在机体1内壁上的滑塞筒,滑塞筒内密封滑动连接有滑塞21,滑塞21上安装有仅允许空气从左往右流动的第一单向阀22,滑塞21的侧壁固定连接有滑塞杆11,滑塞杆11贯穿滑塞筒的内壁,滑塞筒的左端部连通有第一导气管24,第一导气管24与滑塞筒的连通处安装有仅允许空气从第一导气管24进入到滑塞筒内的第二单向阀23,转动棍2的侧壁安装有与其连通的旋转接头5,第一导气管24远离滑塞筒的一端与旋转接头5连接。
机体1的内壁上还安装有用于驱动滑塞杆11往复移动的驱动机构,驱动机构包括同轴固定连接在转动棍2上的主动轮4,机体1的内壁转动连接有从动轮6,所述主动轮4与从动轮6之间通过同步带8传动连接,从动轮6的侧壁开设有环形槽7,环形槽7的轴心与从动轮6的轴心不重合,环形槽7内滑动连接有滑块9,滑块9的侧壁转动连接有偏转杆10,偏转杆10远离滑块9的一端转动连接在滑塞杆11上,通过转动棍2转动带主动轮4转动,主动轮4转动带动从动轮6转动,从动轮6转动通过环形槽7、滑块9和偏转杆10的配合带动滑塞杆11往复移动,进而带动滑塞21往复移动,滑塞21往复移动使吸尘孔20处保持负压,进而对刷毛3刷起的线头和杂物进行清理。
机体1内还设置有用于对纺织面料进行熨烫的熨烫机构,熨烫机构包括固定连接在机体1内壁上的两个横板15,两个横板15的侧壁中均开始有气腔,两个横板15相对的一侧均开设有与气腔连通的喷气孔16,滑塞筒的右端部通过第二导气管14与气腔连通,滑塞筒的右端部内设置有用于对空气进行加热的电热丝13,机体1的内顶部安装有用于对电热丝13温度进行控制的温控器12,滑塞21的往复移动,滑塞21筒右端部内的空气被电热丝13加热,并通过第二导气管14从喷气孔16内喷出,对布料进行熨烫。
机体1的内壁转动连接有压辊18,机体1的内壁还设置有与压辊18配合的弧形板19,弧形板19的下端固定连接有安装座25,安装座25内设置有电加热板26,安装座25通过弹性装置与机体1的内壁连接,弹性装置包括固定连接在机体1内底部的圆筒27,圆筒27内滑动连接有支撑杆28,圆筒27内滑动连接有活动板31,支撑杆28通过弹簧29弹性连接在活动板31上。
圆筒27上设置有用于对弹簧29弹力进行调整的调整机构,调整机构包括固定连接在活动板31侧壁上的限位杆32,圆筒27的内壁上开设有与限位杆32相配合的限位槽30,活动板31的侧壁固定连接有拉杆33,拉杆33贯穿圆筒27,且拉杆33与圆筒27滑动连接,布料通过改向轮17进入到压辊18和弧形板19之间,通过电加热板26对布料进行进一步的熨烫,防止布料变形,通过拉动拉杆33,使限位杆32脱离限位槽30,然后调整弹簧29的压力,进而调整弧形板19与压辊18之间的距离,可适应不同布料的梳理。
拉杆33的侧壁固定连接有手轮,手轮上胶合有橡胶套,橡胶套的表面设置有多道防滑槽。
机体1的内壁位于横板15与弧形板19之间转动连接有改向轮17。
本发明的工作原理为:
该纺织面料梳理设备在工作时,布料穿过机体1,在两个转动棍2的带动下,布料前进,转动棍2转动通过转动棍2表面的刷毛3对布料的表面进行清理,除去布料表面的线头和杂物,并且通过转动棍2转动带主动轮4转动,主动轮4转动带动从动轮6转动,从动轮6转动通过环形槽7、滑块9和偏转杆10的配合带动滑塞杆11往复移动,进而带动滑塞21往复移动,滑塞21往复移动使吸尘孔20处保持负压,进而对刷毛3刷起的线头和杂物进行清理,随着滑塞21的往复移动,滑塞21筒右端部内的空气被电热丝13加热,并通过第二导气管14从喷气孔16内喷出,对布料进行熨烫,然后布料通过改向轮17进入到压辊18和弧形板19之间,通过电加热板26对布料进行进一步的熨烫,防止布料变形,通过拉动拉杆33,使限位杆32脱离限位槽30,然后调整弹簧29的压力,进而调整弧形板19与压辊18之间的距离,可适应不同布料的梳理。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,包括机体(1),其特征在于,所述机体(1)的内壁转动连接有两个转动棍(2),两个所述转动棍(2)的中部均开始有中空腔,所述转动棍(2)的外壁均布有与中空腔连通的吸尘孔(20),所述转动棍(2)的表面均布有刷毛(3),所述机体(1)的内壁安装有用于使吸尘孔(20)产生负压的负压装置,所述机体(1)内还设置有用于对纺织面料进行熨烫的熨烫机构,所述机体(1)的内壁转动连接有压辊(18),所述机体(1)的内壁还设置有与压辊(18)配合的弧形板(19),所述弧形板(19)的下端固定连接有安装座(25),所述安装座(25)内设置有电加热板(26),所述安装座(25)通过弹性装置与机体(1)的内壁连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述负压装置包括固定连接在机体(1)内壁上的滑塞筒,所述滑塞筒内密封滑动连接有滑塞(21),所述滑塞(21)上安装有仅允许空气从左往右流动的第一单向阀(22),所述滑塞(21)的侧壁固定连接有滑塞杆(11),所述滑塞杆(11)贯穿滑塞筒的内壁,所述滑塞筒的左端部连通有第一导气管(24),所述第一导气管(24)与滑塞筒的连通处安装有仅允许空气从第一导气管(24)进入到滑塞筒内的第二单向阀(23),所述转动棍(2)的侧壁安装有与其连通的旋转接头(5),所述第一导气管(24)远离滑塞筒的一端与旋转接头(5)连接,所述机体(1)的内壁上还安装有用于驱动滑塞杆(11)往复移动的驱动机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括同轴固定连接在转动棍(2)上的主动轮(4),所述机体(1)的内壁转动连接有从动轮(6),所述主动轮(4)与从动轮(6)之间通过同步带(8)传动连接,所述从动轮(6)的侧壁开设有环形槽(7),所述环形槽(7)的轴心与从动轮(6)的轴心不重合,所述环形槽(7)内滑动连接有滑块(9),所述滑块(9)的侧壁转动连接有偏转杆(10),所述偏转杆(10)远离滑块(9)的一端转动连接在滑塞杆(11)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述熨烫机构包括固定连接在机体(1)内壁上的两个横板(15),两个所述横板(15)的侧壁中均开始有气腔,两个所述横板(15)相对的一侧均开设有与气腔连通的喷气孔(16),所述滑塞筒的右端部通过第二导气管(14)与气腔连通,所述滑塞筒的右端部内设置有用于对空气进行加热的电热丝(13),所述机体(1)的内顶部安装有用于对电热丝(13)温度进行控制的温控器(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述弹性装置包括固定连接在机体(1)内底部的圆筒(27),所述圆筒(27)内滑动连接有支撑杆(28),所述圆筒(27)内滑动连接有活动板(31),所述支撑杆(28)通过弹簧(29)弹性连接在活动板(31)上,所述圆筒(27)上设置有用于对弹簧(29)弹力进行调整的调整机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述调整机构包括固定连接在活动板(31)侧壁上的限位杆(32),所述圆筒(27)的内壁上开设有与限位杆(32)相配合的限位槽(30),所述活动板(31)的侧壁固定连接有拉杆(33),所述拉杆(33)贯穿圆筒(27),且所述拉杆(33)与圆筒(27)滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述拉杆(33)的侧壁固定连接有手轮,所述手轮上胶合有橡胶套,所述橡胶套的表面设置有多道防滑槽。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织面料快速梳理设备,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的内壁位于横板(15)与弧形板(19)之间转动连接有改向轮(17)。
