具有良好支撑力及体感舒适层的复合式垫体 技术领域

背景技术
市面上常见有各种软性垫体供使用者(消费者)的身体去接触及使用,例如床垫体、沙发垫体、汽车座椅垫体、或一般大众运输交通工具(如火车)上所使用的座椅垫体,其主要功能或用途乃系针对该软性垫体的使用者(消费者)能提供或产生一种足够的支撑力及较佳的体感或舒适度。然以现有软性垫体所具有的支撑力而言,大部分是使用现有技术或常用材料来作为支撑层的基材,在此以床垫体为例说明但不限制,通常而言一良好的床垫体至少需具有足够的支撑力以供能有效地支撑使用者躺卧其上时身体各部位的重量,以避免因支撑力不足而造成使用者身体各部位的不当扭曲或变形及所产生的不适感;但目前大部分床垫体仍是使用多个由金属件构成的弹簧支撑件或卷筒支撑件来安排在床垫体的内部以作为床垫体的主要支撑力。然而,利用上述弹簧支撑件或卷筒支撑件来作为床垫体的支撑层的材料,使得所制成的床垫体不但整体重量极重且制造成本相对提高很多,不利于制造端及市场的竞争,相对也不利于使用者(消费者)的使用效率,例如床垫体的整体重量极重,不利于妇女们平时更换床单或进行其他清理工作时的挪动。

各该体感舒适层20由亲水性聚氨酯(Hydrophilic Polyurethane)发泡材所形成的泡棉层所构成,各该体感舒适层20凭借一粘着层30粘着于该支撑层10的至少一表面上,使该复合式垫体1得凭借各体感舒适层20产生良好的体感供用以回馈使用者的身体各部位皮肤的接触感。由于亲水性聚氨酯(Hydrophilic Polyurethane)发泡材所形成的泡棉层能同时兼具吸震性、平均释压性、吸湿性(Moisture absorbing)及吸热性(Thermo absorbing)等多种作用功效,故使用者身体各部位的皮肤纵然与各该体感舒适层20维持一段长时间的接触状态(如睡眠状态),都能随时达成良好的干爽(吸湿)及凉爽(吸热)的体感舒适效果。
为提升各该体感舒适层20的体感舒适效果,本发明的各该体感舒适层20的亲水性聚氨酯(Hydrophilic Polyurethane)发泡材进一步利用亲水性聚氨酯(Hydrophilic Polyurethane)预聚合物40至60%重量份、压克力乳化高分子化合物(Acrylic Emulsion polymer)10至20%及聚醚多元醇5至20%作为发泡元材的主要构成成分但不限制;其中该聚醚多元醇中并包含有适当比例的水、表面活性剂及氨催化剂组成;又其中该亲水性聚氨酯(Hydrophilic Polyurethane)预聚合物含有聚醚多元醇40至70%及异氰酸酯30至60%,且亲水性聚氨酯 (Hydrophilic Polyurethane)所含有聚醚多元醇的分子量介于50至2000之间,且至少含有40mole%以上的乙醚基(-EO-),且乙醚基(-EO-)含量在20至99.9%;而整体可凭借该异氰酸酯与大量水作用产生的CO 2做为发泡剂,而发泡成型。
参考图8、11及12,该复合式垫体1进一步包含一外护层40包覆在各支撑层10及各体感舒适层20的外层面但不限制,该外护层40具有彼此相向的一第一及一第二侧面41、42,以利于保护该复合式垫体1如避免脏污弄脏该复合式垫体1。
参考图1、4、9及13,该复合式垫体1进一步包含床垫体1a(如图1至3所示)、沙发垫体1b(如图4至8所示)、汽车座椅垫体1c(如图9至12所示)或一般大众运输交通工具上的座椅垫体1d(如图13至15所示)但不限制。
在图1至3所示的实施例中,当该复合式垫体1系应用作为床垫体1a时,各体感舒适层20凭借该粘着层30粘着于该支撑层10的上表面上或上、下两表面上。由于本发明的该支撑层10取代了现有床垫体技术中常使用的弹簧支撑件或卷筒支撑件等金属构件,而且该支撑层10的材料成本是低于该些弹簧支撑件或卷筒支撑件,如此一来,床垫体的制作成本或销售价格就能有效地降低,而且该支撑层10的材料重量也轻于弹簧支撑件或卷筒支撑件,使得使用者在搬运该床垫体1a时能更轻松方便。
在实际制造该床垫体1a时,该支撑层10厚度可设定为15至25公分但不限制,各该体感舒适层20的厚度可设定为3至7公分但不限制。
在图4至8所示的实施例中,当该复合式垫体1系应用作为该沙发垫体1b时,该沙发垫体1b进一步包含沙发椅坐垫50(如图5及6所示)、沙发椅背垫51(如图5及7所示)或沙发椅抱枕垫52(如图5及8所示)。由于该沙发垫体1b的该支撑层10本身材料具有耐热性、抗腐蚀性与绝缘性等特性(即没有助燃性),更可增添该沙发垫体1b在居家使用的安全性。此外,该沙发椅抱枕垫52的外部更包含一外护层40但不限制,以避免脏污或增添外观美感。
在图9至12所示的实施例中,当该复合式垫体1系应用作为该汽车座椅垫体1c时,该汽车座椅垫体1c进一步包含坐垫60(如图10及11所示)、背垫61(如图10及11所示)或头枕垫62(如图10及12所示)。由于该汽车座椅垫体1c的该支撑层10具有耐热性、抗腐蚀性与绝缘性(即没有助燃性),而可增添该汽车座椅垫体1c在行车使用的安全性。此外,该坐垫60、该背垫61 或该头枕垫62的外部更包含一外护层40但不限制,以避免脏污或增添外观美感。
此外,该复合式垫体1更可应用作为该一般大众运输交通工具上的座椅垫体1d如图13至15中所示的各实施例。
本发明的该复合式垫体1与相同领域的现有同类垫体相较,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的该支撑层10利用具有支撑性及低密度的美耐皿(Melamine Resin)发泡材所形成的泡棉层所构成,故本发明的复合式垫体1能具有低密度、轻重量且低成本(至少比弹簧支撑件或卷筒支撑件更便宜)的优点。
(2)本发明的各该体感舒适层20由亲水性聚氨酯(Hydrophilic Polyurethane)发泡材所形成的泡棉层所构成,故本发明的复合式垫体1能产生干爽(吸湿)、凉爽(吸热)等效应的良好体感舒适效果,更有利于使用者长时间的接触使用(如睡眠状态)。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,对本发明而言仅是说明性的,而非限制性的;本领域普通技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效变更,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有良好支撑力及体感舒适层的复合式垫体,其特征在于,包含:
    一支撑层,其利用具有支撑性及低密度的美耐皿发泡材所形成的泡棉层所构成,使该复合式垫体能够凭借该支撑层以产生良好的支撑力供能有效地支撑使用者的身体;及
    至少一体感舒适层,各该体感舒适层利用亲水性聚氨酯发泡材所形成的泡棉层所构成,其中各该体感舒适层凭借一粘着层以粘着于该支撑层的至少一表面上,使该复合式垫体能够凭借各该体感舒适层以产生良好的体感效果供回馈使用者的皮肤接触感。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:该支撑层的密度为7kg/m 3~30kg/m 3
  3. 如权利要求1所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:各该体感舒适层的亲水性聚氨酯发泡材是利用亲水性聚氨酯预聚合物40至60%重量份、压克力乳化高分子化合物10至20%重量份及聚醚多元醇5至20%重量份作为发泡元材的主要构成成分;其中该聚醚多元醇中包含有适当比例的水、表面活性剂及氨催化剂组成;又其中该亲水性聚氨酯预聚合物含有聚醚多元醇40至70%重量份及异氰酸酯30至60%重量份,且亲水性聚氨酯所含有聚醚多元醇的分子量介于50至2000之间,且至少含有40mole%以上的乙醚基,且乙醚基占亲水性聚氨酯所含有聚醚多元醇的重量百分含量在20至99.9%;而整体可凭借该异氰酸酯与大量水作用产生的CO 2做为发泡剂,而发泡成型。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:该复合式垫体包含一外护层,该外护层包覆在各支撑层及各体感舒适层的外层面上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:该复合式垫体是床垫体、沙发垫体、汽车座椅垫体或列车座椅垫体。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:当该复合式垫体应用作为该床垫体时,各体感舒适层凭借该粘着层以粘着于该支撑层的上表面上或上、下两表面上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:当该复合式垫体应用作为该床垫体时,该支撑层厚度为15至25公分,各体感舒适层的厚度为3至7公分。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:当该复合式垫体应用作为该沙发垫体时,该沙发垫体是沙发椅坐垫、沙发椅背垫或沙发椅抱枕垫。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的复合式垫体,其特征在于:当该复合式垫体应用作为该汽车座椅垫体时,该汽车座椅垫体是坐垫、背垫或头枕垫。
