遮阳板一般设置在车辆的驾驶位及副驾驶位的顶端,是为避免阳光刺眼设计的,可以来回转动,从而调整太阳光对眼睛的照射度。但是传统的遮阳板功能较单一,司机长时间驾驶车辆容易疲劳、犯困,特别是太阳光线刺激、夜晚或者过长隧道时,更容易犯困,存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
基于此,本申请提供一种多功能遮阳板及其控制方法、车辆,能一定程度上提高驾乘人员的警觉性,降低驾车安全隐患。
一种多功能遮阳板,包括板本体及发光件,所述板本体用于安装在车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,所述板本体的正面和/或反面设置有所述发光件,所述发光件用于发射能调节人体生理节律的光线。
该多功能遮阳板通过在板本体的正面和/或反面设置发光件,由于板本体位于车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,当发光件发出调节人体生理节律的光线时,驾驶员或乘客能看到所述光线,进而通过视网膜的神经节细胞感知所述光线抑制人体褪黑素的分泌,对人体生物钟、睡眠质量、警觉性和情绪等产生非视觉效应影响,提高驾驶员的警觉性,注意力更集中,更有助于驾驶安全。将能调 节人体生理节律的光线的发光件与遮阳板结合,不仅设置位置离驾乘人员近,便于产生安全互动;而且充分利用遮阳板接近车顶,覆盖面大且不会影响安全视线,有效提高光线被驾乘人员感知的几率。
在其中一实施例中,所述光线为波长450nm-525nm的蓝光;和/或,所述光线为波长600nm-675nm的红光。
在其中一实施例中,所述的多功能遮阳板还包括导光板,所述板本体的正面和/或反面设有出光区,所述发光件布置在所述出光区内,所述导光板盖设于所述出光区。
在其中一实施例中,所述出光区内还设有红外灯,所述红外灯用于发射波长为700nm-1300nm的红外光。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有控制器、第一开关、第二开关及第三开关,所述第一开关、第二开关及第三开关分别与所述控制器电性连接,所述第一开关用于控制发射蓝光的发光件启闭或者亮度调节;第二开关用于控制发射红光的发光件启闭或者亮度调节;第三开关用于控制所述红外灯启闭或者亮度调节。
在其中一实施例中,所述多功能遮阳板还包括紫外灯、卷进电机、控制器、第一摄像头及第四开关,所述紫外灯、卷进电机、第一摄像头及第四开关均与所述控制器电性连接,所述紫外灯、控制器、第一摄像头及第四开关均设置在所述板本体上,所述卷进电机设置在车辆内的顶棚上或者板本体上,当所述第一摄像头检测到车辆内无人时,所述控制器驱动所述板本体转动,同时控制所述紫外灯开启。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有红外夜视仪及扬声器,所述红外夜视仪用于当板本体打开后能感测前方路况信息并通过所述扬声器进行路况信 息播报,所述板本体上还设有与所述扬声器电性连接的第五开关。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有红外测温仪,用于检测驾乘人员的体温,所述板本体上还设有与所述红外测温仪电性连接的第六开关。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有空气检测器及扬声器,所述空气检测器用检测车内空气质量并通过所述扬声器进行预警。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有控制器及第二摄像头,所述控制器与所述第二摄像头电性连接,所述第二摄像头用于采集驾驶员的状态数据,控制器根据所述第二摄像头采集到的驾驶员的状态数据,控制所述发光件启停和/或控制所述发光件的亮度调节;或者控制器根据所述第二摄像头采集到的驾驶员的状态数据,控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式。
在其中一实施例中,所述第二摄像头或控制器还用于与车辆的中控电脑电性连接,以使所述中控电脑根据所述数据信息,自动控制车辆的后视镜角度、座椅位置、方向盘高度及娱乐系统中的一个或者多个。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有第三摄像头及第四摄像头,所述第三摄像头用于采集车辆运行状态或车外路况数据信息;所述第四摄像头用于采集车辆内部的数据信息。
一种多功能遮阳板的控制方法,包括如下步骤:
获取当前状态下驾驶员的状态,并判断驾驶员是否处于疲劳状态;
若是,控制所述发光件启动和/或控制所述发光件处于不同的亮度;或者,控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式。
一种车辆,包括车体及所述的多功能遮阳板,所述多功能遮阳板安装在车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接在”另一元件“上”时,不存在中间元件。
请参阅图1-3,一实施例提供一种多功能遮阳板,包括板本体10及发光件20,所述板本体10用于安装在车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,所述板本体10的正面和/或反面设置有所述发光件20,所述发光件20用于发射能调节人体生理节律的光线。其中,图1为板本体10正面的示意图;图2、3位板本体10背面的示意图。发光件20可布置在其正面、反面或者两者均布置,其布置的位置可根据实际使用需求选择,图1、2中发光件20设置在远离板本体10的旋转轴(图中未示出)的位置,图3中发光件20设置在靠近板本体10的旋转轴的位置。旋转轴是指板本体10相对车辆的顶棚旋转的零件。
该多功能遮阳板通过在板本体10的正面和/或反面设置发光件20,由于板本体10位于车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,当发光件20发出调节人体生理节律的光线时,驾驶员或乘客能看到所述光线,进而通过视网膜的神经节细胞感知所述光线抑制人体褪黑素的分泌,对人体生物钟、睡眠质量、警觉性和情绪等产生非视觉效应影响,提高驾驶员的警觉性,注意力更集中,更有助于驾驶安全。将能调节人体生理节律的光线的发光件20与遮阳板结合,不仅设置位置离驾乘人员近,便于产生安全互动;而且充分利用遮阳板接近车顶,覆盖面大且不会影响安全视线,有效提高光线被驾乘人员感知的几率。
褪黑素是一种能使皮肤色素颜色变浅的激素物质,含量水平随每天时间而变化。哺乳动物的视网膜上存在着一种神经节细胞可以直接感光的第三类感光细胞,非常稀少的“视网膜特化感光神经节细胞”(ipRGC)。它包含一种新发现的感光蛋白—视黑质,对光线产生一系列的化学反应,使ipRGC细胞在光照下放电。这种细胞并不形成视觉,而是通过视神经直接传到下丘脑(Hypothalamus)的视交叉上核(SCN),参与调解昼夜节律。光感受器与人脑内的生物钟连接,其接收的光抑制松果体分泌褪黑激素。而褪黑素也称为“睡觉的荷尔蒙”,当人体内的褪黑素达到一定量时,人会感到疲劳而昏昏欲睡,它的分泌能够延长深睡阶段,改善睡眠质量。而本实施例中多功能遮阳板通过在板本体10的正面和/或反面设置发光件20,离驾乘人员近也不会影响正常驾驶,发射的调节人体生理节律光线,容易被驾驶员感知,通过视网膜光敏细胞,抑制褪黑素的分泌,使人保持兴奋状态,提高驾乘人员的警觉性,降低驾车安全隐患。
可选地,所述光线210为波长为450nm-525nm的蓝光,该波段范围内的蓝光辐射能实现对褪黑素分泌进行有效抑制作用。研究发现,短波长的光照更能提升人体的警觉程度,对于褪黑素的抑制也更加明显。在其中一实施例中,蓝 光可以是单色蓝光(就只有蓝光一种),也可以是复色光(含有蓝光成分的混合光)。在另一实施例中,所述光线210为波长为460nm-480nm。
参照图1、2,在其中一实施例中,板本体10上设有用于控制发射蓝光的发光件20启闭或者亮度调节的第一开关40。
在其他实施例中,所述光线210也可以为具有调节人体生理节律的红光或者其他颜色的光。比如,所述光线为波长600nm-675nm的红光。该波长段的红光通过影响人体的新陈代谢,使人体体温提高,进而影响人体褪黑素分泌,起到提高人体警觉的目的。参照图1、2,在其中一实施例中,板本体10上设有用于控制发射红光的发光件20启闭或者亮度调节的第二开关50。
进一步地,在其中一实施例中,所述的多功能遮阳板还包括导光板30,所述板本体10的正面和/或反面设有出光区102,所述发光件20布置在所述出光区102内,所述导光板30盖设于所述出光区102。将发光件20布置在出光区102,通过导光板30将出光区102的光线导出,使射出的光线为形成面光源,避免刺激人眼。可选地,出光区102可单独设置发射蓝光的发光件20;或者单独设发射红光的发光件20;或者两者均布置。
在其它实施例中,所述板本体10上还设有驱动电源,所述驱动电源与所述发光件20电性连接,所述驱动电源用于与车辆的车灯的启停开关电性连接,以使所述车灯的启停开关动作时,控制所述发光件20的启闭或者亮度调节;车灯指车辆自带的灯,比如车大灯、车小灯、氛围灯等,利用车辆现有的车灯的启停开关,同步对发光件20进行开启、关闭或者亮度调节。或者,将驱动电源与车辆的仪表盘的亮度调节开关电性连接,以使所述仪表盘的亮度调节开关动作时,控制所述发光件20的启闭或者亮度调节。开启和关闭发光件20由车灯的启停开关控制,而发光件20的亮度调节通过对仪表盘的亮度调节开控制。
可选地,在其中一实施例中,所述出光区102内还设有红外灯,所述红外灯用于发射波长为700nm-1300nm的红外光。板本体10上设有用于控制红外灯启闭或者亮度调节的第三开关60。红外光为柔和的低耗能红色光波,具有一定的理疗功效。红外光能穿透人体皮下组织10mm以下,起到明显的光生物刺激效应,对皮肤和黏膜有温热作用,刺激血液的流动,引起较深组织的血管扩张,改善血液循环,使人体细胞活力增强,新陈代谢旺盛,促进人体的自我修复功能和细胞再生能力,消除亚健康。
在其中一实施例中,所述板本体10上还设有控制器,控制器可布置在板本体10的内部。在上述实施例的基础上,所述第一开关40、第二开关50及第三开关60分别与所述控制器电性连接。控制器用于与驱动电源或者车辆自带的电源连接,以实现对发光件20与红外灯的控制。
可选地,参照图1、2、3,在其中一实施例中,所述多功能遮阳板还包括紫外灯70、卷进电机80、控制器、第一摄像头90及第四开关100,所述紫外灯70、卷进电机80、第一摄像头90及第四开关100均与所述控制器电性连接,所述紫外灯70、控制器、第一摄像头90及第四开关100均设置在所述板本体10上,所述卷进电机80设置在车辆内的顶棚上或者板本体10上,当所述第一摄像头90检测到车辆内无人时,所述控制器驱动所述板本体10转动,同时控制所述紫外灯70开启。紫外线具有杀菌消毒的功效,但是其对人体有一定的影响,本实例中,借助第一摄像头90采集车辆内部的状态信息传输至控制器,通过控制器进行数据处理分析后,当检测到车内无人时,发送控制指令至卷进电机80,驱动卷进电机80启动,使板本体10进行旋转,同时控制器控制紫外灯70开启,对车辆内部空间进行消毒处理,板本体10在卷进电机80的驱动下可旋转至不同位置,实现多角度多区域的消毒。
进一步地,紫外灯70设置在远离板本体10的旋转轴的一侧,板本体10远离旋转轴的一侧设有凹槽104,紫外灯70设置在凹槽104内,起到保护紫外灯70的目的。在其他实施例中,凹槽104内可根据需要设置照明灯或者其他类型的灯。
可选地,参照图1-3,在其中一实施例中,所述板本体10上还设有红外夜视仪110及扬声器120,所述红外夜视仪110用于当板本体10打开后能感测前方路况信息并通过所述扬声器120进行路况信息播报。通过在板本体10上设置红外夜视仪110,当将板本体10旋转到一定角度时,能通过红外夜视仪110获取车外路况信息,特别是夜间视野不好的环境下,红外夜视仪110能感测前方路况信息并通过所述扬声器120进行路况信息播报,提高夜间行车安全。进一步地,夜间行车时所述板本体10上还设有与所述扬声器120电性连接的第五开关130。通过第五开关130对扬声器120的启闭或者音量大小进行控制。
可选地,在其中一实施例中,所述板本体上还设有空气检测器190及扬声器,所述空气检测器190用检测车内空气质量并通过所述扬声器进行预警。本实施例的扬声器可采用上一实施例中的扬声器120,当空气检测器190检测到车内空气质量低于预设指标时,通过扬声器120提醒车主进行开窗透气或者改变车内空气循环模式等,确保车内控制保持新鲜。
可选地,参照图1-3,在其中一实施例中,所述板本体10上还设有红外测温仪140,用于检测驾乘人员的体温,所述板本体10上还设有与所述红外测温仪140电性连接的第六开关150。通过在本本体上集成红外测温仪140,便于快速方便地测得驾乘人员的体温,特别是出现疫情期间或者流感期间,体温测量是快速获知身体状态的手段,将红外测温仪140设置在板本体10上,合理利用板本体10的结构及其所使用的空间位置。
进一步地,在其中一实施例中,所述板本体10上还设有控制器及第二摄像头160,所述控制器与所述第二摄像头160电性连接,所述第二摄像头160用于采集驾驶员的状态数据,控制器根据所述第二摄像头160采集到的驾驶员的状态数据,控制所述发光件20启停和/或控制所述发光件20的亮度调节。通过第二摄像头160,实时采取驾驶员的状态数据,传输至控制器,控制器可加载有AI面部检测和跟踪软件等技术,对驾驶员的疲劳程度通过面部表情的数据采集,结合算法,以此判断是否自动开启和自动关闭发光件20或者根据需要自动调节发光件20的亮度。本实施例中的控制器可以是单独设置在板本体10上,也可以是集成有上述实施例中控制器功能的控制模组,控制模组具有控制模块、存储模块,指令输出及数据上传等模块,类似CPU或GPU功能模块,作为车辆智能驾驶的数据处理中心的一部分,实现智能化信息交互。在一些实施例中,甚至控制模组还可与HUD(抬头显示)及车辆的中控显示屏组合在一起,实现可视化信息智能管理系统。
可选地,控制器根据所述第二摄像头160采集到的驾驶员的状态数据,控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式。通过第二摄像头160,实时采取驾驶员的状态数据,传输至控制器,控制器可加载有AI面部检测和跟踪软件等技术,对驾驶员的疲劳程度通过面部表情的数据采集,结合算法,以此判断驾驶员当前是否适合继续驾驶,若否,可控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式,提高车辆行驶的安全性,降低因疲劳驾驶导致的交通事故。该实施例中的多功能遮阳板配置于具有自动驾驶功能的车辆上使用。
在其它实施例中,所述第二摄像头160或控制器还用于与车辆的中控电脑电性连接,以使所述中控电脑根据所述数据信息,自动控制车辆的后视镜角度、座椅位置、方向盘高度及娱乐系统中的一个或者多个。通过采取驾驶员的状态 数据可以识别不同的驾驶员,并根据个人偏好调整后视镜,座椅位置,方向盘高度和信息娱乐系统。
进一步地,在其中一实施例中,所述板本体10上还设有第三摄像头170及第四摄像头180,所述第三摄像头170用于采集车辆运行状态或车外路况数据信息;所述第四摄像头180用于采集车辆内部的数据信息。传统的行车记录一般设置在前挡风玻璃上,占据空间较大,本实例中在板本体10上设置第三摄像头170,不需要占据车内额外的空间,实现对车辆运行状态或车外路况数据信息的采集。通过第四摄像头180实现对车辆内部的数据信息采集。可选地,第四摄像头180可单独设置实现对车辆内部的数据信息采集,或者利用上述实施例中的第一摄像头90实现车辆内部的数据信息采集。第三摄像头170及第四摄像头180与上述实施例中的控制器电性连接,第三摄像头170、第四摄像头180采集到的数据信息可存储在控制器的存储模块中。
进一步地,控制器还可以根据接收到的车内外的数据信息,进行处理分析后,发出预警,预警可通过扬声器120或者警示灯等预警件发出。比如当采集的数据信息分析得出驾驶员处于微睡眠,预警件会自动响起警报或者发出警示光。或者,当采集到车内乘客处于安全气囊和/或安全带预张紧器能够提供最佳保护的位置或姿势时,发出预警,提醒乘客保持安全坐姿与位置。或者,通过第四摄像头180采集车内数据,比如车上遗留有小孩时,能通过控制器将数据上传至与之连接的手机,提醒车主。或者车内物品被盗时,能通过控制器对数据进行记录或者将数据上传至与之连接的手机,提醒车主。
本申请一实施例提供一种多功能遮阳板的控制方法,采用上述其中一实施例中的多功能遮阳板,控制方法包括如下步骤:
获取当前状态下驾驶员的状态,并判断驾驶员是否处于疲劳状态;
若是,控制所述发光件20启动和/或控制所述发光件20处于不同的亮度;或者,控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式。
本实施例的多功能遮阳板的控制方法,根据驾驶员的疲劳状态进而控制多功能遮阳板上的发光件20,由于板本体10位于车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,当发光件20发出调节人体生理节律的光线时,驾驶员或乘客能看到所述光线,进而通过视网膜的神经节细胞感知所述光线抑制人体褪黑素的分泌,对人体生物钟、睡眠质量、警觉性和情绪等产生非视觉效应影响,提高驾驶员的警觉性,注意力更集中,更有助于驾驶安全。或者根据驾驶员的疲劳状态进而控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式,提高行车安全性。
本申请另一实施例提供一种车辆,包括车体及所述的多功能遮阳板,所述多功能遮阳板安装在车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方。
该车辆配置所述多功能遮阳板,通过在板本体10的正面和/或反面设置发光件20,由于板本体10位于车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,当发光件20发出调节人体生理节律的光线时,驾驶员或乘客能看到所述光线,进而通过视网膜的神经节细胞感知所述光线抑制人体褪黑素的分泌,对人体生物钟、睡眠质量、警觉性和情绪等产生非视觉效应影响,提高驾驶员的警觉性,注意力更集中,更有助于驾驶安全。将能调节人体生理节律的光线的发光件20与遮阳板结合,不仅设置位置离驾乘人员近,便于产生安全互动;而且充分利用遮阳板接近车顶,覆盖面大且不会影响安全视线,有效提高光线被驾乘人员感知的几率。
上述实施例的多功能遮阳板,根据传统遮阳板的特点及遮阳板的特殊位置条件,在保证遮阳板的原有挡阳降温功能的前提下,创造性地设置能发射调节人体生理节律的发光件20,增加提高警觉的功能,有利于提高驾驶安全性,而且还为智能化驾驶的部分行为提供信息采集,数据处理,控制执行的模块集成。 将闲置率较高的遮阳板通过新功能整合,成为安全驾驶保驾护航的遮阳板,为智能驾驶提供重要信息交互入口。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,包括板本体及发光件,所述板本体用于安装在车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方,所述板本体的正面和/或反面设置有所述发光件,所述发光件用于发射能调节人体生理节律的光线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述光线为波长450nm-525nm的蓝光;和/或,所述光线为波长600nm-675nm的红光。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,还包括导光板,所述板本体的正面和/或反面设有出光区,所述发光件布置在所述出光区内,所述导光板盖设于所述出光区。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述出光区内还设有红外灯,所述红外灯用于发射波长为700nm-1300nm的红外光。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述板本体上还设有控制器、第一开关、第二开关及第三开关,所述第一开关、第二开关及第三开关分别与所述控制器电性连接,所述第一开关用于控制发射蓝光的发光件启闭或者亮度调节;第二开关用于控制发射红光的发光件启闭或者亮度调节;第三开关用于控制所述红外灯启闭或者亮度调节。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,还包括紫外灯、卷进电机、控制器、第一摄像头及第四开关,所述紫外灯、卷进电机、第一摄像头及第四开关均与所述控制器电性连接,所述紫外灯、控制器、第一摄像头及第四开关均设置在所述板本体上,所述卷进电机设置在车辆内的顶棚上或者板本体上,当所述第一摄像头检测到车辆内无人时,所述控制器驱动所述板本体转动,同时控制所述紫外灯开启。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述板本体上还设有红外夜视仪及扬声器,所述红外夜视仪用于当板本体打开后能感测前 方路况信息并通过所述扬声器进行路况信息播报,所述板本体上还设有与所述扬声器电性连接的第五开关。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述板本体上还设有红外测温仪,用于检测驾乘人员的体温,所述板本体上还设有与所述红外测温仪电性连接的第六开关。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述板本体上还设有空气检测器及扬声器,所述空气检测器用检测车内空气质量并通过所述扬声器进行预警。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述板本体上还设有控制器及第二摄像头,所述控制器与所述第二摄像头电性连接,所述第二摄像头用于采集驾驶员的状态数据,控制器根据所述第二摄像头采集到的驾驶员的状态数据,控制所述发光件启停和/或控制所述发光件的亮度调节;或者控制器根据所述第二摄像头采集到的驾驶员的状态数据,控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述第二摄像头或控制器还用于与车辆的中控电脑电性连接,以使所述中控电脑根据所述数据信息,自动控制车辆的后视镜角度、座椅位置、方向盘高度及娱乐系统中的一个或者多个。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述多功能遮阳板,其特征在于,所述板本体上还设有第三摄像头及第四摄像头,所述第三摄像头用于采集车辆运行状态或车外路况数据信息;所述第四摄像头用于采集车辆内部的数据信息。
  13. 一种如权利要求10所述的多功能遮阳板的控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    获取当前状态下驾驶员的状态,并判断驾驶员是否处于疲劳状态;
    若是,控制所述发光件启动和/或控制所述发光件处于不同的亮度;或者,控制车辆进入自动驾驶模式。
  14. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括车体及权利要求1-12任一项所述的多功能遮阳板,所述多功能遮阳板安装在车辆的驾驶位或者其他座位上方。
