Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种遮阳板LED照明灯集成模组。包括化妆镜模组和照明模组,所述照明模组包括冲压金属板、LED灯组件、导光柱、电阻及注塑背板,所述冲压金属板通过柳焊固定在注塑背板上,所述LED灯组件和电阻由设于冲压金属板上的卡槽固定于冲压金属板上,所述导光柱使用限位结构与注塑背板装配,所述注塑背板的长度方向的两侧设有若干卡槽,所述化妆镜模组的镜框上设有与卡槽相匹配的卡扣。本发明通过采用化妆镜模组和照明模组卡连接构成的照明灯集成模组,可以实现自动化组装,且使用LED照明,通过导光柱侧向发光,发光更均匀,预留左右LED灯安装区域,实现单灯、双灯按需相互切换,提升了光照强度和照明灯档次。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件技术领域,具体涉及一种遮阳板LED照明灯集成模组。
背景技术
车辆在行驶过程中,驾驶员常常要对着阳光驾驶,为了避免阳光照射对驾驶员造成的眼镜不适,在车辆前窗往往设有遮阳板。现有的遮阳板上通常都配有化妆镜组件和照明组件。然而,目前市场上遮阳板的照明组件都是采用普通的灯泡,只能手工组装或者制作简易的工装组装,不仅效率低,稳定性差,且灯泡的亮度无法满足市场需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种遮阳板LED照明灯集成模组。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种遮阳板LED照明灯集成模组,包括化妆镜模组和照明模组,所述照明模组包括冲压金属板、LED灯组件、导光柱、电阻及注塑背板,所述化妆镜组件包括镜盖、镜片、镜框及镜弹片,所述冲压金属板通过柳焊固定在注塑背板上,所述LED灯组件和电阻由设于冲压金属板上的卡槽固定于冲压金属板上,所述导光柱使用限位结构与注塑背板装配,所述LED灯组件和导光柱皆关于注塑背板左右对称设置,所述注塑背板的长度方向的两侧设有若干卡槽,所述化妆镜模组的镜框上设有与卡槽相匹配的卡扣,所述化妆镜模组与照明模组通过注塑背板上的卡槽与镜框上的卡扣卡连接组装。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过采用化妆镜模组和照明模组卡连接构成的照明灯集成模组,可以实现自动化组装,且使用LED照明,通过导光柱侧向发光,发光更均匀,预留左右LED灯安装区域,实现单灯、双灯按需相互切换,提升了光照强度和照明灯档次。

参阅图1至图3,一种遮阳板LED照明灯集成模组,包括化妆镜模组8和照明模组,所述照明模组包括冲压金属板3、LED灯组件2、导光柱4、电阻5及注塑背板1,所述化妆镜组件8包括镜盖、镜片、镜框及镜弹片,所述冲压金属板3通过柳焊固定在注塑背板1上,所述LED灯组件2和电阻5由设于冲压金属板3上的卡槽6固定于冲压金属板3上,所述导光柱4使用限位结构与注塑背板1装配,所述LED灯组件2和导光柱4皆关于注塑背板1左右对称设置,所述注塑背板1的长度方向的两侧设有若干卡槽6,所述化妆镜模组8的镜框上设有与卡槽6相匹配的卡扣7,所述化妆镜模组8与照明模组通过注塑背板1上的卡槽6与镜框上的卡扣7卡连接组装。

1.一种遮阳板LED照明灯集成模组,包括化妆镜模组(8)和照明模组,其特征在于:所述照明模组包括冲压金属板(3)、LED灯组件(2)、导光柱(4)、电阻(5)及注塑背板(1),所述化妆镜组件(8)包括镜盖、镜片、镜框及镜弹片,所述冲压金属板(3)通过柳焊固定在注塑背板(1)上,所述LED灯组件(2)和电阻由设于冲压金属板(3)上的卡槽(6)固定于冲压金属板(3)上,所述导光柱(4)使用限位结构与注塑背板(1)装配,所述LED灯组件(2)和导光柱(4)皆关于注塑背板(1)左右对称设置,所述注塑背板(1)的长度方向的两侧设有若干卡槽(6),所述化妆镜模组(8)的镜框上设有与卡槽(6)相匹配的卡扣(7),所述化妆镜模组(8)与照明模组通过注塑背板(1)上的卡槽(6)与镜框上的卡扣(7)卡连接组装。
