进一步的,所述中框本体设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述连接部限位配合;
其中,沿所述中框的高度方向,所述凹槽的深度大于等于所述连接部的高度。
在本申请中,中框本体设置有凹槽,能够更好的方便中框的装配,便于中框的定位。凹槽的深度大于或者等于连接部的高度,能够使得中框与连接部装配后,连接部全部位于凹槽内,避免中框与连接部连接的一端翘起,影响第二支撑面对第二弧形面的支撑及保护效果。
进一步的,所述支撑本体可拆卸连接于所述中框本体上。
在本申请中,这种结构设计,能够提高中框与第一支撑部件彼此连接的牢固性。
进一步的,所述连接部设置有第一螺钉孔,所述支撑本体设置有第二螺钉孔。
在本申请中,螺钉固定的方式能够保障各零部件间连接的牢固性。
进一步的,所述第一螺钉孔的轴线沿所述中框的高度方向设置;
所述第二螺钉孔的轴线沿所述中框的宽度方向设置。
在本申请中,这种结构设计,方便螺钉的装配,降低开设螺钉孔的难度,提高装配效率。
进一步的,所述第一支撑部件还包括定位部,所述支撑本体设置有所述定位部;
所述中框本体上设置有配合部,所述配合部与所述定位部限位配合。
在本申请中,进行中框装配时,通过定位部能够明确中框与第一支撑部件之间的装配位置及尺寸,当配合部与定位部彼此配合后,此时,便可停止中框的装配动作,进而确保中框不会挤压曲面显示屏,降低了损坏率,防止中框在装配的过程中出现装配过度,导致曲面显示屏损坏的问题。
进一步的,所述支撑本体朝向所述中框的端面向外延伸形成凸台,且所述支撑本体朝向所述中框的端面与所述凸台形成所述定位部;
所述中框本体朝向所述凸台的端面向外延伸形成所述配合部。
在本申请中,这种设计结构,使得定位部为一阶梯结构,因此,更好的方便定位操作。进行中框装配时,由于阶梯结构设计的定位部,当配合部完全搭靠于定位部的阶梯面后,中框本体无法继续向靠向曲面显示屏的方向运动,因此,能够避免中框挤压曲面显示屏。
进一步的,所述支撑本体和所述凸台两者朝向所述中框的端面均为第一倾斜面;
所述中框本体和所述配合部两者朝向所述凸台的端面均为第二倾斜面;
所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面相平行。
在本申请中,通过第一倾斜面与第二倾斜面彼此配合,能够提高第一支撑部件与中框之间的摩擦阻力,防止第一支撑部件与中框相对移动。并且,第一倾斜面与第二倾斜面的设计,即使第一支撑部件装配后,第一支撑面未与第一弧形面完全贴合,在装配中框时,也可以在中框的抵触下使得第一支撑面与第一弧形面完全贴合。
进一步的,还包括:
盖板,所述曲面显示屏贴合于所述盖板的表面,且两者的轮廓对应匹配;
外壳,所述外壳与所述盖板的边缘彼此连接,且两者形成容纳腔;
所述曲面显示屏、所述第一支撑部件和所述中框均位于所述容纳腔内。
在本申请中,这种结构设计,能够将中框隐藏于外壳与盖板形成的容纳腔内,使得曲面屏幕总成浑然一体,进而提高了外观的视觉美感。并且,隐藏式中框由于无需考虑外观效果,因此,可以低成本工艺制造,从而降低整机结构件的制造成本。
进一步的,所述第一支撑部件和所述第二支撑部件均设置有溢胶槽;
所述外壳和所述盖板的连接处与所述溢胶槽相对设置。
在本申请中,溢胶槽能够盛接外壳与盖板接缝处多于的胶,避免外壳与盖板接缝处的胶流至曲面显示屏,导致显示屏显示异常的现象。
本申请的第二方面提供了一种终端,该终端包括本体和上述所述的曲面屏幕总成;
所述曲面屏幕总成连接于所述本体。
在本申请中,该终端与上述所述的曲面屏幕总成具有的优势相同,前文已经明确说明,在此不再赘述。

具体实施方式
本申请的实施方式部分使用的术语仅用于对本申请的具体实施例进行解释,而非旨在限定本申请。
手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备等电子终端已经成为当下不可或缺的物件,丰富了生活的同时,也提高了生活质量。在科技快速发展的时代背景下,人们不仅要求电子终端具有良好的性能,同时,也对电子终端的外观提出了较高的要求。以手机为例,从键盘按键手机到触摸屏手机,再到大尺寸手机以及现在最流行的“全面屏”手机,无一不是考虑到用户的体验感。
为了更进一步提高用户的体验感,现有技术中出现了曲面显示屏1,曲面显示屏1的弧形部分有效的增加了显示区域,提高了电子终端的屏占比,更好的满足了人们的视觉需求。
随着曲面显示屏1技术的日益成熟,曲面显示屏1也从最开始的小弧度弯曲发展到接近90°弯曲的“瀑布屏”,甚至于当下的部分曲面显示屏1的弯曲弧度已经超过了90°。然而,如图1所示,进行曲面显示屏1与外壳5装配时,由于曲面显示屏1的弯曲弧度大于90°,弧形部分则会形成倒扣的现象,因此,导致弧形部分所在位置处内部悬空,无任何支撑保护,造成曲面显示屏1易损、可靠性弱等问题。
为保障曲面显示屏1的可靠性,如图2所示,本实施例提供了一种曲面屏幕总成,该曲面屏幕总成包括曲面显示屏1、第一支撑部件2和中框3,第一支撑部件2和中框3均位于曲面显示屏1的内表面。
其中,曲面显示屏1具有第一弧形面11和第二弧形面12,具体的,第一支撑部件2位于中框3与第一弧形面11之间,并且,第一支撑部件2设置有第一支撑面211,第一支撑面211与第一弧形面11的轮廓对应匹配,中框3设置有第二支撑面321,第二支撑面321与第二弧形面12的轮廓对应匹配。
由于第一支撑面211和第二支撑面321的设计,因此,第一弧形面11与第二弧形面12得到了很好地支撑,即装配后的曲面显示屏1形成倒扣的位置得到了支撑,避免了第一弧形面11和第二弧形面12悬空导致容易损坏的现象,有效的保护了第一弧形面11和第二弧形面12,提高了曲面屏幕总成的可靠性。
该曲面显示屏1总成在能够实现第一支撑部件2、中框3及曲面显示屏1三者装配的同时,通过一个独立的第一支撑部件2,以及中框3上设置有第二支撑面321的设计结构,避免了需要在中框3的两侧分别设置支撑结构件,以用于支撑第一弧形面11与第二弧形面12的现象,有效的降低了中框3的装配误差,更好的保障了中框3装配后的稳定性,并且,单侧设置可拆卸支撑结构件的方式,也优化了装配过程,提高了装配效率。
第一支撑部件2可以直接放置于第一弧形面11与中框3之间,依靠零部件之间的尺寸配合,以实现曲面显示屏1、第一支撑部件2和中框3的装配。或者,为保障第一支撑部件2与中框3连接的牢固性,第一支撑部件2也可以通过粘接、焊接等方式连接于中框3上。为利于零部件的保养及维修,在本实施例中提供第一支撑部件2与中框3的连接方式,第一支撑部件2可拆卸连接于中框3上,可拆卸连接的方式可以包括螺钉固定、卡接等多种方式。
如图3所示,具体的,在本实施例中,第一支撑部件2包括设置有第一支撑面211的支撑本体21,支撑本体21位于第一弧形面11与中框本体31之间,支撑本体21朝向中框3的端面向外延伸形成连接部22,连接部22可拆卸连接于中框3上。进一步的,支撑本体21朝向中框3的端面向外延伸形成连接部22,即连接部22凸出于支撑本体21的端面,这种外露式的连接结构设计,便于装配时的观察及捕捉,更加方便中框3与连接部22可拆卸连接,同时,这种结构设计也形成了一体式的第一支撑部件2,提高了连接部22的结构强度,同时也便于第一支撑部件2的加工。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,中框3包括中框本体31和第二支撑部件32,为降低中框3的装配误差,第二支撑部件32与中框本体31一体成型,同时,一体结构设计的中框3便于加工,无需后期组装,简化装配流程。
请继续参照图4,在本实施例中,为更好的方便中框3的装配,中框本体31设置有凹槽311,凹槽311与连接部22限位配合,凹槽311的设计便于中框3的定位。进一步的,沿中框3的高度方向H,凹槽311的深度可以小于连接部22的高度。为避免中框3与连接部22连接的一端翘起,影响第二支撑面321对第二弧形面12的支撑及保护效果,凹槽311的深度大于或者等于连接部22的高度,进而使得中框3与连接部22装配后,连接部22全部位于凹槽311内,同时,深度大的凹槽311,在中框3的设计方面,还无需考虑连接部22高度的影响。
进一步的,为提高中框3与第一支撑部件2彼此连接的牢固性,支撑本体21可拆卸连接于中框本体31上,同样的,支撑本体21可以通过螺钉国定、卡接等方式与中框本体31连接。
如图5和图6所示,在本实施例中,支撑本体21和连接部22均可以选择螺钉固定的方式与中框本体31连接,螺钉固定能够保障各零部件间连接的牢固性,具体的,连接部22设置有第一螺钉孔221,支撑本体21设置有第二螺钉孔212。其中,支撑本体21和连接部22可以沿着多个角度方向开设螺钉孔,为方便螺钉的装配,降低开设螺钉孔的难度,第一螺钉孔221的轴线沿中框3的高度方向H设置,第二螺钉孔212的轴线沿中框3的宽度方向W设置,这种方式,也便于中框3固定时螺钉的拧入,提高装配效率。
为防止中框3在装配的过程中出现装配过度,导致曲面显示屏1损坏的问题,如图7所示,在本实施例中,第一支撑部件2还包括定位部23,支撑本体21设置有定位部23,中框本体31上设置有配合部312,配合部312与定位部23限位配合,进行中框3装配时,通过定位部23能够明确中框3与第一支撑部件2之间的装配位置及尺寸,当配合部312与定位部23彼此配合后,此时,便可停止中框3的装配动作,进而确保中框3不会挤压曲面显示屏1,降低了损坏率。
定位部23具有多种设计结构,例如定位部23可以为一个磁性件,在中框本体31上设置另一个磁性件或者铁片,在中框3装配时,当定位部23与配合部312磁性完全磁性配合时,即表示装配到位;或者,定位部23和配合部312均为凸起结构,当定位部23与配合部312等高齐平时,即表示装配到位。为更好的方便定位操作,如图8所示,在本实施例中提供一种定位部23与配合部312的设计结构,具体的,支撑本体21朝向中框3的端面向外延伸形成凸台24,且支撑本体21朝向中框3的端面与凸台24形成定位部23,即定位部23为一阶梯结构,中框本体31朝向凸台24的端面向外延伸形成配合部312,进行中框3装配时,由于阶梯结构设计的定位部23,当配合部312完全搭靠于定位部23的阶梯面后,中框本体31无法继续向靠向曲面显示屏1的方向运动,因此,能够避免中框3挤压曲面显示屏1。
沿中框3的高度方向H,支撑本体21和凸台24朝向中框本体31的端面均可以为垂直面。如图9所示,在本实施例中,为提高装配效率及降低装配难度,具体的,支撑本体21和凸台24两者朝向中框3的端面均为第一倾斜面213,由于第一倾斜面213的设计,即使第一支撑部件2装配后,第一支撑面211未与第一弧形面11完全贴合,在装配中框3时,也可以在中框3的抵触下使得第一支撑面211与第一弧形面11完全贴合。进一步的,为能够提高中框3与第一支撑部件2预装配时的稳定性,方便下一步的螺钉固定工序,中框本体31和配合部312两者朝向凸台24的端面均为第二倾斜面313,且第一倾斜面213与第二倾斜面313相平行,通过第一倾斜面213与第二倾斜面313彼此配合,能够提高第一支撑部件2与中框3之间的摩擦阻力,防止第一支撑部件2与中框3相对移动。同时,倾斜面的设计相对于垂直面的设计工艺要求低,无需确保接触面之间完全贴合,即可实现第一支撑部件2与中框3的稳定装配。
如图10所示,在本实施例中,该曲面屏幕总成还包括盖板4和外壳5,曲面显示屏1贴合于盖板4的表面,且两者的轮廓对应匹配,其中,外壳5与盖板4的边缘彼此连接,且两者形成容纳腔,曲面显示屏1、第一支撑部件2和中框3均位于容纳腔内,这种结构设计,能够将中框3隐藏于外壳5与盖板4形成的容纳腔内,使得曲面屏幕总成浑然一体,进而提高了外观的视觉美感。
其中,中框3上设置有能够粘贴外壳5的胶层或者点胶空间,外壳5可以通过胶层与中框3贴合;进一步的,将盖板4与外壳5两者连接处设置为平滑过渡,盖板4与外壳5两者边缘的接缝处可以采用外填缝胶水等工艺进行填充埋线,用以减少曲面屏幕总成外观上缝隙,提高了曲面屏幕总成的外观。
除此之外,在中框3加工工艺上,隐藏式中框3由于无需考虑外观效果,因此,可以完全采用压铸铝等低成本工艺制造,从而降低整机结构件的制造成本。并且,隐藏式的中框3设计,也能够简化装配工序,提高装配效率。
如图11所示,在本实施例中,该曲面屏幕总成的装配方式如下:
S01,将盖板4与曲面显示屏1先进行装配。
S03,通过夹具将第一支撑部件2使用棉胶或其他柔性粘结材料与第一弧形面11进行预固定。
S05,倾斜的将中框3放入,并使得第二支撑面321与第二弧形面12完全贴合,再将伸入到位后的中框3放平,使得中框3与预先固定好的第一支撑部件2配合。
S07,通过锁螺钉的方式完成中框3与第一支撑部件2的最终固定。
S09,将外壳5封盖于盖板4上,并通过胶粘的方式将两者的接缝处连接。
其中,以上连接方式可以根据曲面显示屏1总成的实际内部空间区分使用或者混合使用,并且,除了上述的连接方式,其他能够实现零部件固定的方式也可以使用,只要满足零件间的固定需求即可。
如图7和图9所示,在本实施例中,第一支撑部件2和第二支撑部件32均设置有溢胶槽25,外壳5和盖板4的连接处与溢胶槽25相对设置,溢胶槽25能够盛接外壳5与盖板4接缝处多于的胶,避免外壳5与盖板4接缝处的胶流至曲面显示屏1,导致显示屏显示异常的现象。
本实施例提供一种终端,该终端包括上述任意一实施例中的曲面屏幕总成。其中,该终端可以是智能手机、平板电脑、穿戴设备等。
在本实施例中,终端包括但不限于被设置成经由有线线路连接,例如经由公共交换电话网络(PSTN,Public Switched Telephone Network)、数字用户线路(DSL,Digital Subscriber Line)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接,和/或经由针对蜂窝网络、无线局域网(WLAN,Wireless Local Area Network)、DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器,和/或另一终端的无线接口接收/发送通信信号的装置。
其中,被设置成通过无线接口的终端可以被称为“无线通信终端”、“无线终端”或者“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于卫星或蜂窝电话;可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统终端;以及常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器或包括无线电话收发器的其它电子装置。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,包括曲面显示屏、第一支撑部件和中框,所述曲面显示屏具有第一弧形面和第二弧形面;
    所述第一支撑部件位于所述中框与所述第一弧形面之间,并设置有第一支撑面,所述第一支撑面与所述第一弧形面的轮廓对应匹配;
    所述中框设置有第二支撑面,所述第二支撑面与所述第二弧形面的轮廓对应匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部件包括:
    支撑本体,所述支撑本体设置有所述第一支撑面;
    连接部,所述支撑本体朝向所述中框的端面向外延伸形成所述连接部,且所述连接部可拆卸连接于所述中框上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述中框包括:
    中框本体,所述中框本体与所述第一弧形面之间设置有所述第一支撑部件,且所述连接部可拆卸连接于所述中框本体上;
    第二支撑部件,所述第二支撑部件与所述中框本体一体成型,并设置有所述第二支撑面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述中框本体设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述连接部限位配合;
    其中,沿所述中框的高度方向,所述凹槽的深度大于等于所述连接部的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述支撑本体可拆卸连接于所述中框本体上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述连接部设置有第一螺钉孔,所述支撑本体设置有第二螺钉孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述第一螺钉孔的轴线沿所述中框的高度方向设置;
    所述第二螺钉孔的轴线沿所述中框的宽度方向设置。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部件还包括定位部,所述支撑本体设置有所述定位部;
    所述中框本体上设置有配合部,所述配合部与所述定位部限位配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述支撑本体朝向所述中框的端面向外延伸形成凸台,且所述支撑本体朝向所述中框的端面与所述凸台形成所述定位部;
    所述中框本体朝向所述凸台的端面向外延伸形成所述配合部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述支撑本体和所述凸台两者朝向所述中框的端面均为第一倾斜面;
    所述中框本体和所述配合部两者朝向所述凸台的端面均为第二倾斜面;
    所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面相平行。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,还包括:
    盖板,所述曲面显示屏贴合于所述盖板的表面,且两者的轮廓对应匹配;
    外壳,所述外壳与所述盖板的边缘彼此连接,且两者形成容纳腔;
    所述曲面显示屏、所述第一支撑部件和所述中框均位于所述容纳腔内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的曲面屏幕总成,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部件和所述第二支撑部件均设置有溢胶槽;
    所述外壳和所述盖板的连接处与所述溢胶槽相对设置。
  13. 一种终端,包括本体,其特征在于,所述终端还包括权利要求1-12任意一项所述的曲面屏幕总成;
    所述曲面屏幕总成连接于所述本体。
