本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,特别是涉及一种移动终端及其电池盖。
背景技术
相关技术,智能手机、平板电脑等移动终端的电池盖采用一体成型,电池盖的结构形式单一,无法满足用户多样化的使用需求。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种移动终端及其电池盖。
一种移动终端电池盖,包括:
承载件,包括第一支架、第二支架以及装饰条,所述装饰条相背的两侧分别与所述第一支架和所述第二支架连接,所述第一支架和所述第二支架皆具有相背设置的外表面和内表面;以及

(2)经由无线接口方式,如蜂窝网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器。
被设置成通过无线接口通信的终端设备可以被称为“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于以下电子装置:
(1)卫星电话或蜂窝电话;
(2)可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(Personal Communications System,PCS)终端;
(3)无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历、配备有全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)接收器的个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA);
(4)常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器;
(5)常规膝上型和/或掌上型无线电电话收发器等。
请参考图1,在一实施例中以手机为例对移动终端10进行说明,所述移动终端10包括电池盖100、中框200以及前盖300。电池盖100在具体使用过程中,需要与移动终端10的中框200、前盖300相配合。电池盖100、中框200和前盖300依次层叠设置,电池盖100与移动终端10的中框200、前盖300相配合形成收容空间,收容空间用于收容移动终端10的电子元器件,例如电路板、电池、摄像头模组、指纹模组等等。电池盖100的外观面100a即为电池盖100远离前盖300的表面。在一实施例中,电池盖100的外观面100a为平面与曲面的组合。可以理解,在其它实施例中,电池盖100的外观面100a可以为平面。当然,在另一实施例中,电池盖100的外观面100a也可以为曲面。中框200与前盖300形成移动终端10的前壳。
如图2和图3所示,在一实施例中,电池盖100包括承载件110以及与承载件110连接的盖板组件120。在一实施例中,承载件110包括相背设置的外表面110a和内表面110b,内表面110b相比外表面110a更靠近中框200与前盖300,盖板组件120与承载件110的外表面110a连接。
在一实施例中,承载件110包括第一支架111、第二支架112以及装饰条113,第一支架111与第二支架112连接,装饰条113相背的两侧分别与第一支架111和第二支架112连接,装饰条113凸出于第一支架111的外表面1111和第二支架112的外表面1121。在一实施例中,装饰条113可以通过胶粘的方式与第一支架111和第二支架112连接。可以理解,在其它实施例中,装饰条113也可以通过螺钉安装、热熔焊接等方式与第一支架111和第二支架112连接。其中,装饰条113可以是金属件、皮革品、木制品或布制品,也可以是多种材质的组合。当装饰条113为布制品时,该布制品可以具体是刺绣制品、牛仔制品或丝绸制品等等,当然,布制品也可以为多种布料材质的组合。在其它实施例中,第一支架111、第二支架112、装饰条113一体成型,也即装饰条113可以看成是形成于第一支架111与第二支架112组成的支架结构的外表面的凸起。
盖板组件120包括第一盖板121以及第二盖板122。第一盖板121与第一支架111的外表面1111连接,第二盖板122与第二支架112的外表面1121连接。在一实施例中,第一盖板121与装饰条113的一侧抵接,第二盖板122与装饰条113远离第一盖板121的一侧抵接,也即当第一盖板121和第二盖板122分别安装于第一支架111和第二支架112后,装饰条113夹设于第一盖板121与第二盖板122之间。在一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,当第一盖板121和第二盖板122分别安装于第一支架111和第二支架112后,第一盖板121远离第一支架111的一侧1211和第二盖板122远离第二支架112的一侧1221,皆与装饰条113远离第一支架111和第二支架112的一侧1131平齐。可以理解,在其它实施例中,如图6所示,当第一盖板121和第二盖板122分别安装于第一支架111和第二支架112后,第一盖板121远离第一支架111的一侧1211和第二盖板122远离第二支架112的一侧1221,皆凸出于装饰条113远离第一支架111和第二支架112的一侧1131,也即图6所示装饰条113远离第一支架111和第二支架112的一侧1131与第一盖板121远离第一支架111的一侧1211存在高度差h1,装饰条113所在端面1131与第二盖板122远离第二支架112的一侧1221存在高度差h2。当第一盖板121远离第 一支架111的一侧1211和第二盖板122远离第二支架112的一侧1221平齐时,h1与h2的值相等。需要说明的是,第一盖板121可以通过胶粘的方式固定于第一支架111,第二盖板122可以通过胶粘的方式固定于第二支架112。可以理解,在其它实施例中,第一盖板121也可以通过螺钉安装、热熔焊接等方式固定于第一支架111,第二盖板122也可以通过螺钉安装、热熔焊接等方式固定于第二支架112。
在上述移动终端电池盖100中,装饰条113的设置能够将第一支架111与第二支架112分离开来,从而方便了第一盖板121与第一支架111的安装定位,以及第二盖板122与第二支架112的安装定位。另外,盖板组件120被分离成独立设置的第一盖板121和第二盖板122能够丰富移动终端电池盖100的结构形式,增加移动终端电池盖100的科技感、档次及美观,满足用户多样化的使用需求。
在一实施例中,请参考图3,第一盖板121包括第一主体部121a以及由第一主体部121a的边缘延伸而出的第一侧边部121b,第一主体部121a与第一侧边部121b形成用于容纳第一支架111的第一收容槽,第一支架111的外表面1111包括第一正端面1112以及与第一正端面1112的边缘连接的第一侧端面1113,当第一盖板121与第一支架111连接时,第一主体部121a与第一正端面1112贴合,第一侧边部121b与第一侧端面1113贴合。第二盖板122包括第二主体部122a以及由第二主体部122a的边缘延伸而出的第二侧边部122b,第二主体部122a与第二侧边部122b形成用于容纳第二支架112的第二收容槽,第二支架112的外表面1121包括第二正端面1122以及与第二正端面1122的边缘连接的第二侧端面1123,当第二盖板122与第二支架112连接时,第二主体部122a与第二正端面1122贴合,第二侧边部122b与第二侧端面1123贴合。
在一实施例中,第一盖板121的材质为玻璃,也即第一盖板121为玻璃盖板,第二盖板122的材质为皮革,也即第二盖板122为皮革盖板。由于玻璃和金属材质具有良好的热导率,故采用玻璃或金属材质制作的电池盖100在冬天使用时温度较低,不利于用户握持体验。而对于采用塑胶材质制作的电池盖100,用户在使用时缺乏握持手感,体验感差。故对于采用玻璃材质的第一盖板121所在区域可以设置供移动终端10摄像头采光的通光孔101,采用玻璃材质的第一盖板121具有良好的质感。而对于采用皮革制作的第二盖板122则可以供用户握持,充分提升用户的握持手感。可以理解,在其它实施例中,在不考虑电池盖100的质感和握持手感的前提下,第一盖板121和第二盖板122的材质还可以包括除上述实施例的以下一种或多种的组合:金属、玻璃、塑胶、皮革。
在一实施例中,请继续参考图3,电池盖100包括装饰膜片130,装饰膜片130夹设于第一盖板121和第一支架111之间,装饰膜片130用于提供颜色渲染于第一盖板121,从而可以根据用户的使用需求将第一盖板121设置成不同的颜色,提升电池盖100的美观。在一实施例中,装饰膜片130通过胶粘的方式固定于第一盖板121,例如装饰膜片130可以通过光学胶与第一盖板121粘接,当第一盖板121为玻璃盖板且第一支架111所在区域开设有通光孔101时,便于移动终端10内的摄像头通过通光孔101透过玻璃盖板对外界进行采光。
在一实施例中,结合图3、图4和图5,第一支架111开设有通光孔101,玻璃盖板覆盖通光孔101。可以理解,其它实施例中,当第一盖板121为非玻璃盖板时,也即第一盖板121的透光性不佳时,,通光孔101可以贯穿第一盖板121。第二盖板122开设有贯穿第二盖板122的第一安装孔102,第二支架112开设有贯穿第二支架112的第二安装孔103,第一安装孔102与第二安装孔103贯通,电池盖100包括凸台140,凸台140穿设于第一安装孔102和第二安装孔103并凸出于第一盖板121远离第一支架111的一侧1211,也即图5所示凸台140远离第一支架111和第二支架112的一侧1401与第一盖板121远离第一支架111的一侧1211存在高度差h3。在一实施例中,凸台140可以通过胶粘的方式固定于第一安装孔102和第二安装孔103内。如此,凸台140的设置能够防止通光孔101所在区域的第一盖板121(玻璃盖板)被刮花,避免移动终端10内摄像头透过通光孔101拍摄成像质量的不良。在一实施例中,凸台140采用高硬度的材质制作,例如陶瓷,也即凸台140为陶瓷凸台,高硬度的凸台140能够承受电池盖100更大的冲击力和磨损强度,从而增加电池盖100的使用寿命。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种移动终端电池盖,包括:
    承载件,包括第一支架、第二支架以及装饰条,所述装饰条相背的两侧分别与所述第一支架和所述第二支架连接,所述第一支架和所述第二支架皆具有相背设置的外表面和内表面;以及
    盖板组件,包括第一盖板以及第二盖板,所述第一盖板与所述第一支架的外表面连接,所述第二盖板与所述第二支架的外表面连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一支架、所述第二支架和所述装饰条为一体成型结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一支架、所述第二支架和所述装饰条可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板远离所述第一支架的一侧和所述第二盖板远离所述第二支架的一侧,皆凸出于所述装饰条。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板远离所述第一支架的一侧和所述第二盖板远离所述第二支架的一侧,皆与所述装饰条远离所述第一支架和所述第二支架的一侧平齐。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板通过粘胶固定于所述第一支架;所述第二盖板通过粘胶固定于所述第二支架。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述移动终端电池盖包括装饰膜片,所述装饰膜片夹设于所述第一盖板和所述第一支架之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板为玻璃盖板;所述第二盖板为皮革盖板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一支架开设有通光孔,所述第一盖板覆盖所述通光孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第二盖板开设有贯穿所述第二盖板的第一安装孔,所述第二支架开设有贯穿所述第二支架的第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔与所述第二安装孔贯通,所述移动终端电池盖包括凸台,所述凸台穿设于所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔并凸出于所述第一盖板远离所述第一支架的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述凸台为陶瓷凸台。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板包括第一主体部以及由所述第一主体部的边缘延伸而出的第一侧边部,所述第一主体部与所述第一侧边部形成用于容纳所述第一支架的第一收容槽,所述第一支架的外表面包括第一正端面以及与所述第一正端面的边缘连接的第一侧端面,当所述第一盖板与所述第一支架连接时,所述第一主体部与所述第一正端面贴合,所述第一侧边部与所述第一侧端面贴合;
    所述第二盖板包括第二主体部以及由所述第二主体部的边缘延伸而出的第二侧边部,所述第二主体部与所述第二侧边部形成用于容纳所述第二支架的第二收容槽,所述第二支架的外表面包括第二正端面以及与所述第二正端面的边缘连接的第二侧端面,当所述第二盖板与所述第二支架连接时,所述第二主体部与所述第二正端面贴合,所述第二侧边部与所述第二侧端面贴合。
  13. 一种移动终端电池盖,包括:
    承载件,包括第一支架、第二支架以及装饰条,所述第一支架与所述第二支架连接,所述第一支架和所述第二支架皆具有相背设置的外表面和内表面,所述装饰条位于所述第一支架和所述第二支架的交界处,且所述装饰条凸出于所述第一支架的外表面和所述第二支架的外表面;
    盖板组件,包括第一盖板和第二盖板,所述第一盖板与所述第一支架的外表面连接,所述第二盖板与所述第二支架的外表面连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板远离所述第一支架的一侧和所述第二盖板远离所述第二支架的一侧,皆凸出于所述装饰条。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板远离所述第一支架的一侧 和所述第二盖板远离所述第二支架的一侧,皆与所述装饰条远离所述第一支架和所述第二支架的一侧平齐。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板为玻璃盖板;所述第二盖板为皮革盖板。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一支架开设有通光孔,所述第一盖板覆盖所述通光孔。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第二盖板开设有贯穿所述第二盖板的第一安装孔,所述第二支架开设有贯穿所述第二支架的第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔与所述第二安装孔贯通,所述移动终端电池盖包括凸台,所述凸台穿设于所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔并凸出于所述第一盖板远离所述第一支架的一侧。
  19. 根据权利要求13至18中任意一项所述的移动终端电池盖,其特征在于,所述第一盖板包括第一主体部以及由所述第一主体部的边缘延伸而出的第一侧边部,所述第一主体部与所述第一侧边部形成用于容纳所述第一支架的第一收容槽,所述第一支架的外表面包括第一正端面以及与所述第一正端面的边缘连接的第一侧端面,当所述第一盖板与所述第一支架连接时,所述第一主体部与所述第一正端面贴合,所述第一侧边部与所述第一侧端面贴合;
    所述第二盖板包括第二主体部以及由所述第二主体部的边缘延伸而出的第二侧边部,所述第二主体部与所述第二侧边部形成用于容纳所述第二支架的第二收容槽,所述第二支架的外表面包括第二正端面以及与所述第二正端面的边缘连接的第二侧端面,当所述第二盖板与所述第二支架连接时,所述第二主体部与所述第二正端面贴合,所述第二侧边部与所述第二侧端面贴合。
  20. 一种移动终端,包括:
    前壳;以及
    如权利要求1至19中任意一项所述的移动终端电池盖,所述移动终端电池盖与所述前壳相配合以形成收容空间,所述收容空间用于收容所述移动终端的电子元器件。
