移动终端的显示屏的显示区所在侧一般设有前置摄像头,前置摄像头难以复用为后置摄像头。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种终端设备。
一种终端设备,包括:
本体,包括显示屏模组,所述本体的背离所述显示屏模组的一侧设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽壁设有出音通道;及
安装座,包括受话器和摄像头模组,所述安装座设于所述安装槽且能够相对所述本体翻转至第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置时所述安装座收容于所述安装槽且所述摄像头模组外露于所述显示屏模组的背侧,且所述受话器能够经所述出音通道出音;在第二位置时所述摄像头模组外露于所述显示屏模组的显示区所在侧。

作为在此使用的“终端设备”指包括但不限于经由以下任意一种或者数种连接方式连接的能够接收和/或发送通信信号的装置:
(1)经由有线线路连接方式,如经由公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Networks,PSTN)、数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接;
(2)经由无线接口方式,如蜂窝网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器。
被设置成通过无线接口通信的终端设备可以被称为“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于以下电子装置:
(1)卫星电话或蜂窝电话;
(2)可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(Personal Communications System,PCS)终端;
(3)无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历、配备有全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)接收器的个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA);
(4)常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器;
(5)常规膝上型和/或掌上型无线电电话收发器等。
参考图1、图2、图3和图4,在一实施例中,终端设备10为智能手机,终端设备10包括本体100和安装座200。本体100包括显示屏模组110,显示屏模组110可用于显示信息并为用户提供交互界面。本体100的背离显示屏模组110的一侧设有安装槽101,安装槽101的槽壁设有出音通道103。在一实施例中,显示屏模组110包括屏幕保护盖板111和显示屏,屏幕保护盖板111盖设显示屏以对显示屏起到保护作用。显示屏可以为LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示)屏或者OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)屏。出音通道103延伸至显示屏模组110的显示区所在侧,也即从显示屏模组110的显示区所在侧能够观察到出音通道103。
结合图5、图6和图7,安装座200包括受话器210和摄像头模组220,安装座200设于安装槽101且能够相对本体100翻转至第一位置和第二位置。参考图1和图3,在第一位置时安装座200收容于安装槽101且摄像头模组220外露于显示屏模组110的背侧,且受话器210能够经出音通道103出音,以使声音能够从显示屏模组110的显示区所在侧传出,以方便用户接听语音信息例如接听电话、语音消息等。在第一位置用户可以通过摄像头模组220执行后置摄像头的功能,例如,用户可以通过摄像头模组220进行近景拍摄、远景拍摄、视频录制等操作。参考图6和图7,在第二位置时摄像头模组220外露于显示屏模组110的显示区所在侧。在第二位置用户可以通过摄像头模组220执行前置摄像头的 功能,例如,用户可以通过摄像头模组220进行自拍、视频通话等操作。
以上终端设备10,由于在第一位置时摄像头模组220外露于显示屏模组110的背侧,在第二位置时外露于显示屏模组110的显示区所在侧,摄像头模组220能够实现前后置的复用,以提升使用的便利性并节省器件的成本。由于在第一位置时摄像头模组220无需占用显示屏模组110的显示区所在侧的面积,因此可以提升终端设备10的屏占比。例如,采用上述设置的终端设备10的屏占比可以在85%以上。由于安装座200包括受话器210且在第一位置受话器210能够经出音通道103出音,这种设计可以实现元器件的紧凑布置并提升使用的便利性。
在一实施例中,安装座200大致呈矩形块状,受话器210从安装座200的一侧出音,摄像头模组220从安装座200的背离受话器210的一侧入光,且在第二位置时受话器210从显示屏模组110的背侧出音,如图7所示。也即在第二位置时受话器210的声音能够从背离显示屏模组110的显示区的一侧传出,由于声音的传播特性,在显示屏模组110的显示区一侧也能够正常接听语音消息。
参考图5、图8,安装座200包括座体230和盖板240,座体230可以为金属材质例如铝合金或者不锈钢等,座体230也可以为非金属材质例如塑胶等。座体230设有容置槽231,受话器210和摄像头模组220容置于容置槽231,盖板240盖合容置槽231。盖板240设有用于受话器210出音的第一出音孔241,在第一位置时第一出音孔241和出音通道103连通,也即在第一位置时,盖板240位于座体230的朝向显示屏模组110的一侧。盖板240的材质可以为玻璃或者塑胶或者陶瓷等非金属材质,盖板240的材质也可以为铝合金或者不锈钢等金属材质。在一实施例中,第一出音孔241呈狭长的孔状,出音通道103也呈狭长的孔状,两者在第一位置时能够对准并连通,以使受话器210的声音能够顺利传出至显示屏模组110的显示区一侧。
进一步,安装座200包括压板250,压板250设于容置槽231内,且压板250的相背的两侧分别抵接受话器210和盖板240,压板250设有用于受话器210出音的第二出音孔251,第二出音孔251与第一出音孔241连通。在第一位置时受话器210经第二出音孔251、第一出音孔241和出音通道103出音,在第二位置时受话器210经第二出音孔251、第一出音孔241出音。压板250的作用在于,其能够抵压受话器210的端面和盖板240的端面,以使受话器210能够在安装座200内可靠地固定。在一些实施方式中,压板250还能够封闭第一出音孔241、第二出音孔251周侧的间隙,例如使得受话器210的端面在第二出音孔251的周侧与压板250的端面密封,并使得压板250的端面在第一出音孔241的周侧与盖板240密封,以防止声音从压板250与盖板240的间隙、或者压板250与受话器210的间隙泄露,以防止破音并提升出音的效果。
进一步,参考图8,座体230设有与容置槽231连通的第一通孔233,座体230的背离容置槽231的一侧设有第一沉槽235,第一通孔233与第一沉槽235间隔设置,摄像头模组220包括摄像头221和闪光灯223,第一通孔233用于摄像头221的入光,第一沉槽235用于安装闪光灯223。第一通孔233的数量可以为一个、或者两个,或者两个以上,第一通孔233的数量与摄像头221的数量相同。例如,在一实施例中,摄像头模组220包括两个摄像头221,第一通孔233包括两个,第一沉槽235位于两个第一通孔233之间。两个摄像头221既能作为后置摄像头221使用,又可复用为前置摄像头221。由于后置摄像头221一般可以采用高像素的摄像头221,因此这种设置可以提升前置拍摄的质量,例如获得更好的自拍效果。闪光灯223可以为摄像头模组220的拍摄进行补光,例如在暗光环境下,闪光灯223可以补光以提升摄像头模组220的拍摄质量。

射频电路501可用于收发信息,或通话过程中信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的 下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器508处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频电路501包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)卡、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(LNA,Low Noise Amplifier)、双工器等。此外,射频电路501还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。该无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通信系统(GSM,Global System of Mobile communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器502可用于存储应用程序和数据。存储器502存储的应用程序中包含有可执行代码。应用程序可以组成各种功能模块。处理器508通过运行存储在存储器502的应用程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器502可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端设备10的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器502可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器502还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器508和输入单元503对存储器502的访问。
输入单元503可用于接收输入的数字、字符信息或用户特征信息(比如指纹),以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,在一个具体的实施例中,输入单元503可包括触敏表面以及其他输入设备。触敏表面,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面上或在触敏表面附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器508,并能接收处理器508发来的命令并加以执行。
显示单元504可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端设备10的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元504可包括显示面板。可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步的,触敏表面可覆盖显示面板,当触敏表面检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器508以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器508根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图20中,触敏表面与显示面板是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面与显示面板集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端设备10还可包括至少一种传感器505,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板的亮度,接近传感器可在终端设备10移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端设备10还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路506可通过扬声器、传声器提供用户与终端设备10之间的音频接口。音频电路506可将接收到的音频数据转换成电信号,传输到扬声器,由扬声器转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路506接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器508处理后,经射频电路501以发送给比如另一终端设备10,或者将音频数据输出至存储器502以便进一步处理。音频电路506还可能包括耳机座,以提供外设耳机与终端设备10的通信。
无线保真(WiFi)属于短距离无线传输技术,终端设备10通过无线保真模块507可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图20示出了无线保真模块507,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端设备10的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明创造的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器508是终端设备10的控制中心,有时也可以称为主控制器,处理器508利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端设备10的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器502内的应用程序,以及调用存储在存储器502内的数据,执行终端设备10的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终端设备10进行整体监控。可选的,处理器508可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器508可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器508中。
终端设备10还包括给各个部件供电的电源509。优选的,电源509可以通过电源管理系统与处理器508逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源509还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管图20中未示出,终端设备10还可以包括蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体实施时,以上各个模块可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个模块的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括:
    本体,包括显示屏模组,所述本体的背离所述显示屏模组的一侧设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽壁设有出音通道;及
    安装座,包括受话器和摄像头模组,所述安装座设于所述安装槽且能够相对所述本体翻转至第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置时所述安装座收容于所述安装槽且所述摄像头模组外露于所述显示屏模组的背侧,且所述受话器能够经所述出音通道出音;在第二位置时所述摄像头模组外露于所述显示屏模组的显示区所在侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,在第二位置时所述受话器能够从所述显示屏模组的背侧出音。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述本体包括中框和后盖,所述显示屏模组和所述后盖分别设于所述中框的相背的两侧,所述安装槽延伸至所述后盖的边缘形成第一缺口,且所述安装槽延伸至所述中框的边缘形成第二缺口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述出音通道位于所述中框。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括中板和设于所述中板外周的边框,所述显示屏模组和所述后盖分别位于边框的相背的两侧且分别位于所述中板的相背的两侧,所述边框设于所述显示屏模组的外周,所述出音通道位于所述边框。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括相背设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁,以及连接于所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的第三侧壁、底壁,所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁设于所述底壁的外周,所述底壁与所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁及所述第三侧壁形成所述安装槽,所述出音通道位于所述底壁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁中的至少一者在背离所述安装槽的一侧形成台阶面,所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁的背离所述底壁的末端与所述台阶面存在高度差;所述后盖贴合所述台阶面且所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁、所述第三侧壁在背离所述底壁的一侧穿设所述第一缺口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第三侧壁的背离所述安装槽的一侧设有另一摄像头,所述后盖设有用于所述另一摄像头入光的透光区。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁设有连通所述安装槽的轴孔,所述终端设备包括设于所述中框的驱动机构,所述驱动机构的输出轴穿过所述轴孔并连接所述安装座。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括中板和连接所述中板周侧的边框,所述显示屏模组和所述后盖分别位于边框的相背的两侧且分别位于所述中板的相背的两侧,所述轴孔延伸至所述边框形成第一凹槽,所述驱动机构连接所述中板且所述输出轴至少部分容置于所述第一凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括中板和连接所述中板周侧的边框,所述显示屏模组和所述后盖分别位于边框的相背的两侧且分别位于所述中板的相背的两侧;所述第二侧壁设有连通所述安装槽的贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔延伸至所述边框形成第二凹槽;所述终端设备包括穿线管,所述穿线管从所述贯穿孔穿设所述安装座,且至少部分所述穿线管容置于所述第二凹槽。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动器和输出轴,所述驱动器连接所述中框,所述输出轴连接所述安装座,所述驱动器用于驱动所述输出轴转动以带动所述安装座翻转。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括第一轴套和第二轴套,所述第一轴套被所述驱动器驱动,所述第二轴套连接所述安装座;所述第一轴套 和所述第二轴套中的一个设有卡槽,另一个设有凸起,所述凸起能够卡合于所述卡槽以使所述第一轴套能够通过所述第二轴套驱动所述安装座翻转。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括轴杆、弹性件和限位件,所述第一轴套设有第一安装孔,所述第二轴套设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔沿轴向贯穿所述第一轴套,所述第二安装孔沿轴向贯穿所述第二轴套;所述轴杆包括主体和连接所述主体的连接部,所述主体的一部分穿设所述第一安装孔,所述主体的另一部分穿设所述第二安装孔,所述连接部穿设所述第一安装孔;所述第一安装孔的孔壁形成有台阶,所述弹性件容置于所述第一安装孔且套设所述主体,所述弹性件的一端抵接所述台阶,另一端抵接所述连接部;所述连接部设有限位孔,所述第一轴套沿径向设有卡孔,所述限位件穿过所述卡孔并固定于所述第一轴套,且所述限位件穿设所述限位孔;所述第一轴套旋转时能够通过所述限位件带动所述轴杆旋转,且所述凸起能够从所述卡槽退出,以使所述第一轴套向远离所述第二轴套的方向移动并压缩所述弹性件,且使所述限位件在所述限位孔向远离所述第二轴套的方向移动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括卡环,所述卡环卡设于所述主体的远离所述第一轴套的一端,在所述凸起从所述卡槽退出的过程中,所述卡环能够抵接所述第二轴套。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述安装座包括座体和盖板,所述座体设有容置槽,所述受话器和所述摄像头模组容置于所述容置槽,所述盖板盖合所述容置槽;所述盖板设有用于所述受话器出音的第一出音孔,在第一位置时所述第一出音孔和所述出音通道连通。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述安装座包括压板,所述压板的相背的两侧分别抵接所述受话器和所述盖板,所述压板设有用于所述受话器出音的第二出音孔,所述第二出音孔与所述第一出音孔连通。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述座体设有与所述容置槽连通的第一通孔,所述座体的背离所述容置槽的一侧设有第一沉槽,所述第一通孔与所述第一沉槽间隔设置,所述摄像头模组包括摄像头和闪光灯,所述第一通孔用于所述摄像头的入光,所述第一沉槽用于安装所述闪光灯。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述座体设有第二沉槽,所述第一通孔和所述第一沉槽位于所述第二沉槽的槽底,所述安装座包括镜片,所述镜片设于所述第二沉槽且盖设所述摄像头;所述镜片设有透光孔,所述闪光灯穿设所述透光孔。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一沉槽的槽底设有与所述容置槽连通的第二通孔,所述安装座包括柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板穿设所述第二通孔并与所述闪光灯电性连接。
  21. 一种终端设备,包括:
    本体,设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽壁设有出音通道;及
    安装座,包括受话器和摄像头模组,所述安装座设于所述安装槽且能够相对所述本体翻转至第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置时所述安装座收容于所述安装槽且所述摄像头模组外露于所述本体的一侧,所述受话器能够经所述出音通道出音;在第二位置时所述摄像头模组外露于所述本体的相背的另一侧。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述本体包括中框和覆盖所述中框一侧的后盖,所述安装槽延伸至所述后盖的边缘形成第一缺口,且所述安装槽延伸至所述中框的边缘形成第二缺口。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动器和输出轴,所述驱动器连接于所述中框,所述输出轴连接于所述安装座,所述驱动器用于驱动所述输出轴转动以带动所述安装座翻转。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括第一轴套和第二轴套,所述第一轴套能够被所述驱动器驱动,所述第二轴套连接于所述安装座;所述第一轴套和所述第二轴套中的一个设有卡槽,另一个设有凸起,所述凸起能够卡合于所述卡槽以使所述第一轴套能够通过所述第二轴套驱动所述安装座翻转。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括轴杆、弹性件和限位件,所述第一轴套设有第一安装孔,所述第二轴套设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔沿轴向贯穿所述第一轴套,所述第二安装孔沿轴向贯穿所述第二轴套;所述轴杆包括主体和连接所述主体的连接部,所述主体的一部分穿设所述第一安装孔,所述主体的另一部分穿设所述第二安装孔,所述连接部穿设所述第一安装孔;所述第一安装孔的孔壁形成有台阶,所述弹性件容置于所述第一安装孔且套设所述主体,所述弹性件的一端抵接所述台阶,另一端抵接所述连接部;所述连接部设有限位孔,所述第一轴套沿径向设有卡孔,所述限位件穿过所述卡孔并固定于所述第一轴套,且所述限位件穿设所述限位孔;所述第一轴套旋转时能够通过所述限位件带动所述轴杆旋转,且所述凸起能够从所述卡槽退出,以使所述第一轴套向远离所述第二轴套的方向移动并压缩所述弹性件,且使所述限位件在所述限位孔向远离所述第二轴套的方向移动。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括卡环,所述卡环卡设于所述主体的远离所述第一轴套的一端,在所述凸起从所述卡槽退出的过程中,所述卡环能够抵接所述第二轴套。
