实施实例1,请见图2至图6,一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,具有上板1、叶片2、底板3、两个第一部定部件4、两个第二部定部件5;其特征在于:所述上板1的中央具有上下贯通的上板中心孔12,上板下表面11的周缘上具有向上及向上板中央伸出的多个上板卡合条13,相邻的上板卡合条13之间具有上板卡合槽14,每个上板卡合槽14是不贯穿出上板侧面15的,上板卡合条13上具有第一斜槽131及第二斜槽132,第一斜槽131更靠近上板侧面15,所有的第一斜槽131的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第二斜槽132的底部在同一圆周上;所述底板3的中央具有上下贯通的底板中心孔32,底板上表面31的周缘上具有向上及向底板中央伸出的多个底板卡合条33,相邻的底板卡合条33之间具有底板卡合槽34,每个上底板卡合槽34是不贯穿出底板侧面355的,底板卡合条33上具有第三斜槽331及第四斜槽332,第三斜槽331更靠近底板侧面35,所有的第三斜槽331的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第四斜槽332的底部在同一圆周上;所述叶片2具有叶片主体21,叶片主体为长方体形状,叶片主体下方具有第一凹槽22和第二凹槽23,第一凹槽和第二凹槽之间具有被叶片主体所隔开,第一凹槽的左侧壁上具有向上倾斜的第一斜条221,第一斜条与第一凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第一固定槽222,第二凹槽的左侧壁上具有向上倾斜的第二斜条231,第二斜条与第二凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第二固定槽232,叶片主体上方具有第三凹槽24和第四凹槽25,第三凹槽和第四凹槽之间具有被叶片主体所隔开,第三凹槽的左侧壁上具有向下倾斜的第三斜条241,第三斜条与第三凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第三固定槽242,第四凹槽的左侧壁上具有向下倾斜的第四斜条251,第四斜条与第四凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第四固定槽252,所有的第一固定槽222的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第二固定槽232的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第三固定槽242的顶部在同一圆周上,所有的第四固定槽252的顶部在同一圆周上;所述燃气热水器风机用叶轮在组装状态时,上板下表面11向下、叶片2放置在上板卡合槽14内,一个第一固定部件4置入第四固定槽252及第二斜槽132内将上板1与叶片2固定住,一个第二固定部件5置入第三固定槽242及第一斜槽131内将上板1与叶片2进一步固定住,底板上表面31向上、叶片2放置在底板卡合槽34内,另一个第一固定部件4置入第二固定槽232及第二斜槽332内并将底板3与叶片2固定住,另一个第二固定部件5置入第一固定槽222及第一斜槽331内并将底板3与叶片2进一步固定住。
具体实施方式
实施实例2,请见图7和图8,并参考图2到图6,一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,基本同实施实例1,不同之处在于所述叶片主体为扇环柱体形状;本实施实例使得叶轮刮风能力更强、使风阻力更小。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述叶片是一体形成的。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述上板是一体形成的。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述底板是一体形成的。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述第一固定部件是封闭的环状结构。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述第二固定部件是封闭的环状结构。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述第一固定部件及第二固定部件的材料都是塑料或橡胶。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述叶片的材料是塑料或钢或铁。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述上板和底板可以是相同的结构与形状。
上述任一实施实例所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述上板和底板的材料都可以是塑料或钢或铁。
本发明中,上板中心孔及底板中心孔用于轴过电机的机轴。本发明中,组装时,可以先将固定部件嵌在第一至第四固定槽,再将叶片卡入即可,由于固定部件的高弹力,可以使叶片与上板及底板相固定,而且,相比现有技术中叶片要穿过上板及底板,并在外面熔化或弯折固定来说,固定方式极大地简化,极大地节省了时间、提高了速度及效率;另外,上板及底板外周缘不再需要打一圈及两圈孔,而且上板及底板可通用,可以混用,降低了采购、保存的难度;而且,在叶片损坏时,更换更加方便,现有技术中不仅要更换上板或下板及叶片,现有技术中只需更换叶片,增加了更换的简易度。
因此,本发明具有以下主要有益效果:组装效率更高、上板及底板通用性更强,组装更方便,产品的成本更低。
工业实用性
本申请已实施,具有工业实用性。上述的实施例仅为本发明的优选技术方案,而不应视为对于本发明的限制。本发明的保护范围应以权利要求记载的技术方案,包括权利要求记载的技术方案中技术特征的等同替换方案为保护范围。即在此范围内的等同替换改进,也在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,具有上板(1)、叶片(2)、底板(3)、两个第一部定部件(4)、两个第二部定部件(5);其特征在于:所述上板(1)的中央具有上下贯通的上板中心孔(12),上板下表面(11)的周缘上具有向上及向上板中央伸出的多个上板卡合条(13),相邻的上板卡合条(13)之间具有上板卡合槽(14),每个上板卡合槽(14)是不贯穿出上板侧面(15)的,上板卡合条(13)上具有第一斜槽(131)及第二斜槽(132),第一斜槽(131)更靠近上板侧面(15),所有的第一斜槽(131)的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第二斜槽(132)的底部在同一圆周上;所述底板(3)的中央具有上下贯通的底板中心孔(32),底板上表面(31)的周缘上具有向上及向底板中央伸出的多个底板卡合条(33),相邻的底板卡合条(33)之间具有底板卡合槽(34),每个上底板卡合槽(34)是不贯穿出底板侧面(355)的,底板卡合条(33)上具有第三斜槽(331)及第四斜槽(332),第三斜槽(331)更靠近底板侧面(35),所有的第三斜槽(331)的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第四斜槽(332)的底部在同一圆周上;所述叶片(2)具有叶片主体(21),叶片主体下方具有第一凹槽(22)和第二凹槽(23),第一凹槽和第二凹槽之间具有被叶片主体所隔开,第一凹槽的左侧壁上具有向上倾斜的第一斜条(221),第一斜条与第一凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第一固定槽(222),第二凹槽的左侧壁上具有向上倾斜的第二斜条(231),第二斜条与第二凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第二固定槽(232),叶片主体上方具有第三凹槽(24)和第四凹槽(25),第三凹槽和第四凹槽之间具有被叶片主体所隔开,第三凹槽的左侧壁上具有向下倾斜的第三斜条(241),第三斜条与第三凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第三固定槽(242),第四凹槽的左侧壁上具有向下倾斜的第四斜条(251),第四斜条与第四凹槽的左侧壁之间形成第四固定槽(252),所有的第一固定槽(222)的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第二固定槽(232)的底部在同一圆周上,所有的第三固定槽(242)的顶部在同一圆周上,所有的第四固定槽(252)的顶部在同一圆周上;所述燃气热水器风机用叶轮在组装状态时,上板下表面(11)向下、叶片(2)放置在上板卡合槽(14)内,一个第一固定部件(4)置入第四固定槽(252)及第二斜槽(132)内将上板(1)与叶片(2)固定住,一个第二固定部件(5)置入第三固定槽(242)及第一斜槽(131)内将上板(1)与叶片(2)进一步固定住,底板上表面(31)向上、叶片(2)放置在底板卡合槽(34)内,另一个第一固定部件(4)置入第二固定槽(232)及第二斜槽(332)内并将底板(3)与叶片(2)固定住,另一个第二固定部件(5)置入第一固定槽(222)及第一斜槽(331)内并将底板(3)与叶片(2)进一步固定住。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述叶片主体为长方体形状或扇环柱体形状。
  3. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述叶片是一体形成的。
  4. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述上板是一体形成的。
  5. 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述底板是一体形成的。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述第一固定部件是封闭的环状结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述第二固定部件是封闭的环状结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述第一固定部件及第二固定部件的材料都是塑料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述叶片的材料是塑料或钢或陶瓷。
  10. 根据权利要求4至权利要求9任意一项所述的一种用于风机式燃气热水器中的叶轮,其特征在于所述上板和底板的材料都是塑料或钢。
