电动牙刷 技术领域
本发明属于口腔清洁器具领域,具体涉及一种带自清洁功能的电动牙刷。
背景技术
现有技术的缺陷和不足:电动牙刷是新型口腔保健产品,与普通牙刷相比,可以更为科学有效的清除牙菌斑、减少牙龈炎、牙周病和牙龈出血等口腔疾病,是目前普遍流行的生活日用品。电动牙刷刷头使用一段时间后,容易残留异物,导致细菌大量繁殖,需要经常对其进行清洁,以免对使用者的牙齿、牙龈造成伤害。目前,市场的电动牙刷不具有自清洁模式,为了清洁电动牙刷,通常采用的办法是,在使用前后放入水中运行一段时间,以便清洁刷头中的异物和牙膏,或者通过人工清洗。
现有电动牙刷的运行模式针对牙齿,为减少对牙齿的磨损,摆幅行程有限,频率较高,在水中高频振动时容易形成漩涡,若用刷牙模式进行电动牙刷自清洁,水流难以进入刷毛内部清除牙膏和异物,刷头的自清洁效果不佳,导致清洁效果无法满足正常的用户需求。并且存在时间过长、耗电、影响电动牙刷的续航时间,用户体验不好。
为此,有必要设计一种具有牙刷自清洁功能的电动牙刷。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种电动牙刷,通过设置自清洁模式, 使电动牙刷能够保持卫生,防止刷头不卫生造成人体健康威胁,提高了用户的使用体验,具有安全方便的优点。
为实现本发明的目的,采用的技术方案是:
一种电动牙刷,包括刷头和刷柄,所述刷柄内设有电源模块及驱动部件,所述电源模块供电给所述驱动部件以使其能带动所述刷头运动;还包括:第一存储模块,所述第一存储模块可存储或装载对应于至少一种刷牙模式以及至少一种用于清洁刷毛的自清洁模式的预设程序,一种预设程序对应一种操作模式;输入模块,能用于从所述操作模式中选择一种以期许被执行;处理模块,接收所述输入模块选择的所述操作模式且指令所述驱动部件执行;显示模块,用于指示至少包括所述自清洁模式的所述电动牙刷的当前工作状态。通过设置自清洁模式,使得本发明的电动牙刷卫生安全。
较优的,所述处理模块为单片机微处理器,所述第一存储模块集成在所述单片机微处理器中,所述预设程序烧录到所述第一存储模块中,所述单片机微处理器设置在所述刷柄内并由所述电源模块供电。
较优的,所述处理模块为中央处理器,设置在所述刷柄内并由所述电源模块供电,所述第一存储模块装载有运行所述操作模式的主程序,所述电动牙刷的刷柄内设有与所述处理模块连接的近距离通讯模块,所述近距离通讯模块用于与外部设备建立近距离通讯协议,以从所述外部设备获取用于加载到所述主程序的参数,所述参数用于设定和/或修改所述操作模式。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1,本发明提供一种电动牙刷,属于口腔清洁器具,具体来说,该类型电动牙刷通过设置电源,例如非可充电池、充电电池或电源适配器进行供电,电池可以是方便装卸的结构,也可以是不可拆卸结构。通过电池或电源适配器对驱动部件供电从而启动驱动部件,驱动部件一般为电机,电机输出轴传动连接刷头,于是刷头便可以在电机的带动下运动,运动包括振动或转动,通过设定不同的参数,例如转速、振动频率、振幅、运行时间等,可以实现不同的运动方式。一般地,刷头为可拆卸结构,这样便于拆装,同样也方便安装不同的刷头,当然,是否可拆装非本发明所限制。 为了适应不同的需求,达到理想的清洁效果,电动牙刷内置有处理器,一般地,处理器为单片机微处理器,例如本发明优选的控制芯片EM78F734NSO16AJ,当然,该微处理器仅为一种实施例,本领域技术人员可以根据成本或功能选择不同厂商、不同参数的微处理器。在生产制造过程中,通过编程在控制芯片中装载有预设的操作模式,例如运行时间、振幅、频率等,这样,在使用时,用户可以选择适合于自己的刷牙模式,直到刷牙结束。上述驱动结构为本领域常用结构,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求作出选择和适当调整。本发明对驱动结构不作限制也不作详述。在设置可充电电池的情况下,电动牙刷一般设置有充电底座,当电量达到预设值时,则需要对电动牙刷进行充电或停止充电,充电的原理为,通过市电输入交流电,充电底座将交流电转换成低压直流电,通过充电底座中内置的逆变器转换成交流电,交流电通过充电底座中闭合的线圈产生变化的磁通量,变化的磁通量通过电动牙刷中的线圈产生感应电流,可参考图5所示。感应电流通过整流电路变为直流电充入电动牙刷的电池内,从而完成了充电的过程。对于充电底座的形状、如何与电动牙刷配合安装不作限制。
除上述结构外,本发明的电动牙刷还设置有专门的自清洁模式,这也是本发明的重要创新点。自清洁模式,就是指牙刷在运行过程中,对刷头上的刷毛进行自我清洁,从而达到去除刷毛中的残留异物、细菌的目的。一般地,自清洁模式响应使用者的操作而启动,但使用者的操作可能是被期望的,也可能是误触,因此,本发明还专门设置有防止误触的技术手段,这样,只有在条件符合设定的情况下,清洁模式才会运行。
对于牙刷的操作模式,在本发明中分为两类,其中一类为应用于刷牙的刷牙模式,例如轻柔模式、加强模式、老人模式、儿童模式、清洁、美白、深层清洁、呵护牙龈、敏感、按摩、速洁等,应理解的是,任何刷牙 模式均基于适用人群的需求而定,这可以根据牙科医生的建议或者实验得出较好的方案,再通过编程的方法将这些模式以程序的方式存储到存储模块中,这样,用户在使用时只需调用其中一种适合自己的模式即可。
对于程序的设定,一种方案是,在电动牙刷的刷柄内设置存储模块,存储模块可以是独立的存储模块;也可以是与微控器集成的存储模块,在电动牙刷生产过程中,制造厂商将操作模式对应的控制程序烧录到微处理芯片中,例如图6中用于处理的芯片为EM78F734NSO16AJ,该控制芯片具有闪存和寄存器,128字节系统可编程,作为现有的技术,具体可参考该芯片的介绍。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,本发明进一步重点论述采用单片机微处理器的实施方式。但应理解的是,非单片机控制的方案,同样适用于本发明,例如采用中央处理器。
总体来讲,本发明提供一种电动牙刷,包括刷头和刷柄,所述刷柄内设有电源模块及驱动部件,所述电源模块供电给所述驱动部件以使其能带动所述刷头运动;还包括:第一存储模块,所述第一存储模块可存储或装载对应于至少一种刷牙模式以及至少一种用于清洁刷毛的自清洁模式的预设程序,一种预设程序对应一种操作模式;输入模块,能用于从所述操作模式中选择一种以期许被执行;处理模块,接收所述输入模块选择的所述操作模式且指令所述驱动部件执行;显示模块,用于指示至少包括所述自清洁模式的所述电动牙刷的当前工作状态。
应理解的是,本段说指的模块,在具体的实施例中,可以是某电路的组合,也可以是单个电子器件,不局限于文字表述,应根据本说明书的介绍进行理解。
参考图1-4所示,一种电动牙刷,包括电动牙刷本体10,充电底座20, 容置杯30,充电底座20连接市电的输入端,在充电底座20的壳体内设置有感应线圈,容置杯30能方便地支撑于充电底座20上,这样当电动牙刷本体10的刷柄一端置入到自清洁容置杯30内时,电动牙刷本体10内的感应线圈感便可产生感应电流,从而对电动牙刷本体10内的可充电电池40进行充电;容置杯30除了能够用于放置电动牙刷本体10,其还可以用于盛装清水或清洗液,这样便可以用于对电动牙刷本体10上的刷毛101进行清洁。这种对刷毛的清洁是由电动牙刷自动完成的,因此使用起来很方便。后面将对这种清洁工作作进一步的描述。
参考图1-2所示,电动牙刷本体10包括刷柄110,安装在刷柄110上部的刷头120,刷毛101设置在刷头120上,刷柄110内设有安装支架102,安装支架102由两部分构成,当该两部分合围时形成上下两个腔体,其中,位于上部的腔体用于安装电机50,位于下部的腔体用于安装可充电电池40,;电机50的输出轴连接有传动杆501,传动杆501能从电动牙刷本体10的外壳103穿出用于驱动刷头工作。在外壳103和安装支架102之间设置有控制电路板60,可充电电池40与控制电路板60连接,安装支架102下部设有感应线圈组件70,感应线圈组件70也连接控制电路板。
为了控制电动牙刷的开启或关闭,以及实现对操作模式的选择,控制电路板60上设有一个控制开关601及一个模式选择按钮602,还设有对应于操作模式的LED灯,电动牙刷本体10的外壳103上设有对应于控制开关601的第一柔性密封按键6011,及对应于模式选择按钮602的第二柔性密封按键6012,电动牙刷本体10的外壳103上还设有透明或半透明的区域,这样,当LED灯603亮起时,能通过透明或半透明的区域将光线传播出去已被用户观察到,这样用户就可以根据LED的显示判断牙刷当前的状态,例如,电动牙刷是否处于关机状态、处于何种操作模式等。除了LED灯外, 还可以在透明或半透明的区域刻字,例如当LED灯亮起后显示“柔和模式”字样,以方便用户清楚地观察电动牙刷的工作状态。如何进行刻字,这是本领域的现有技术,在此不做详述。对于显示的需求,在其它的实施方式中,除了采用LED灯进行指示外,本发明也可以采用显示屏的方式进行指示。
本发明的电动牙刷设置有专门的自清洁模式,这样,在电动牙刷本体10的外壳103上设置有对应于自清洁模式的LED灯透光区域,当自清洁模式启动后,该透光区域将显示当前处于自清洁模式,例如显示“Auto Clean”、“自动清洁”、“自洁”、“自动洗”、“清洗牙刷头”、“脉冲洗”、“水洗”及“清洗”等字样,或者设置用于反映清洗的图标或图案。自清洁模式通过模式选择按钮602进行选择,例如从第一次开始,按下一次模式选择按钮602,即选择了第一种刷牙模式,再按一下模式选择按钮602即选择第二种刷牙模式,当按到第N次时(N由设定的刷牙模式确定),即选择了自清洁模式,再按下控制开关601,电动牙刷的刷头即被启动,以预设方式运行自清洁模式。在自清洁模式下,用户将刷头浸入容置杯30中清洗液或清水中进行清洁,也可将刷头置于流水中进行清洁,清洁效果更佳。
在本发明的自清洁模式下,电机50的运行时间T满足条件5S≤T<30S,占空比为30%~90%,频率200Hz~400Hz,可以取得较佳的自清洁效果。在一种较优实施方式中,电机50的运行时间T满足条件10S≤T≤20S占空比为40%~80%,频率250Hz~350Hz,能保证在较短的时间获得较好的自清洁效果。
在容置杯30内装入清水,当述电机50行时间为5秒,占空比为35%-65%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为300Hz,较低的频率为260Hz,此时,刷毛内的残留物去除率约为70%。
在容置杯30内装入清水,当述电机50行时间为10秒,占空比为40%~80%, 自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为350Hz,较低的频率为250Hz,此时,刷毛内的残留物去除率约为80%。
在容置杯30内装入清水,当述电机50行时间为15秒,占空比为50%-70%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为350Hz,较低的频率为250Hz,此时,刷毛内的残留物去除率约为90%。
在容置杯30内装入清水,当述电机50行时间为20秒,占空比为40%~80%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为350Hz,较低的频率为250Hz,此时,刷毛内的残留物去除率约为99.8%。
在容置杯30内装入清水,当述电机50行时间为40秒,占空比为40%~80%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为315Hz,较低的频率为290Hz,此时,刷毛内的残留物去除率约为99.9%。
通过实验证明,利用本发明的自清洁模式,在容置杯30内装入清水,当述电机50行时间为20秒,占空比为40%~80%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为350Hz,较低的频率为250Hz,刷毛内的残留物去除率高达99.8%;此时,对刷毛的清洁效果较为理想,既不占用太多时间,同时也保证了清洁效果。考虑到使用的是清水,在容置杯30内装入清洗液,当述电机50行时间为20秒,占空比为40%~80%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为350Hz,较低的频率为250Hz,刷毛内的残留物去除率高达99.9%。实验采用的清洗液通过POLIDENT假牙清洁片制作,在容置杯30中装入适量的温水(40度左右),将一片POLIDENT假牙清洁片放入温水中待其融化,将电动牙刷的刷头上的刷毛浸泡到清洗液中,启动自清洁模式,待自清洁模式完成。在此需要说明的是,POLIDENT的中文品牌为保丽净,是葛兰素史克的品牌,是假牙护理品牌。当然,作为其它实施方式,还可以两种以上的 振动频率交替运行,实现多频振动,频率变化范围为200~400Hz。通过刷头双频或多频振动,可去除不同体积、重量的异物,提高清洁效率和清洁效果。
在其它实施方式中,模式选择可采用声控开关或触摸开关,当采用声控开关时,需要在电动牙刷内设置语音识别模块,这两种方式均为现有技术,在此不做详述。
在其它实施方式中,对于程序设定的另外一种方案是,在电动牙刷内设置中央处理器并装载有用于运行操作模式的主程序,中央处理器连接有近距离通讯模块,例如通过Zigbee、蓝牙、Wifi、NFC、红外传输、RF无线传输模块等,近距离通讯为现有技术,本发明对该部分不作详细介绍,这样,可以在外部设备上设置另一存储模块,该另一存储模块可存储用于设定和/或修改自清洁操作模式的参数,设定和/或修改后的参数通过近距离通讯协议传输到电动牙刷,中央处理器将这些参数装载到主程序中,这样,操作模式被设定或修改。当然,主程序中应设定可修改的范围,或者用户只具有有限的权限,以防止参数设定无效。对于这一种方案,其制造成本相对采用微处理器的方案会增加,但并不代表利用中央处理器的方案是不可取的。
在一种较优的实施方案中,本发明进一步提供了压力检测模块(未图示),压力检测模块安装在刷头上能感测刷毛受力的部位,压力检测模块与自清洁处理模块连接,用于获取刷头的当前压力值P0并传递给自清洁处理模块;存储模块中存储有预设压力值P1;当P0<P1且自清洁模式被选择时,自清洁处理模块指令自清洁驱动部件执行自清洁模式。
在又一种较优的实施方案中,本发明进一步提供了记忆模块,用于记录每次所选择的模式,当自清洁模式运行结束后,自清洁处理模块根据当 前自清洁模式的前一次自清洁操作模式,启动待机或关机,例如,用户刷牙完成后对牙刷进行自清洁,此时处理模块判断出前一次操作模式为刷牙模式,因此当自清洁模式结束后,则执行关机;又例如,用户刷牙前对牙刷进行自清洁,此时处理模块判断出前一次操作模式为自清洁模式,或者,此时处理模块判断出前一次操作模式为刷牙模式但距离本次操作的时间超过了预设的时间(例如预设时间为4小时),当自清洁模式结束后,则执行待机操作,等待用户输入相关选择,若超过预设的操作间隔时间,则执行关机。作为一种有益的效果得到较好的体现,若用户刷牙模式后再启动自清洁模式,电动牙刷在自清洁模式结束后进入关机状态,无需用户手动操作,避免用户遗忘导致漏关机,或用户在刷牙后启动自清洁模式无需再进行关注。
下面对本发明的电路部分作简单说明。
参考图5所示,示出了用于充电底座的供电电路,通过接入市电,利用整流芯片D5进行整流,整流后的直流电通过电源管理芯片U2和逆变器T1,再通过四路运算放大器U1(LM324)输出到感应线圈T5002-A、T5002-B、T5002-C,当电动牙刷本体放入容置杯30后即可进行无线充电。
参考图6所示,示出了电动牙刷的控制电路,该电路主要包括控制芯片U1,型号为EM78F734NSO16AJ,稳压芯片U3,型号为LC1206,电机驱动芯片U2,电机驱动芯片U2接收控制芯片U1输出的PWM控制信号并提供电机运行所需的电流。
在图6中,包含对可充电电池40的充电电路,以及控制芯片U1对LED灯及电机的控制电路。EM78F734NSO16AJ的第6脚连接控制开关601,第7脚连接模式选择按钮602,第1脚和第2脚用于输出PWM控制信号且对应连接电机驱动芯片U2的第2脚和第3脚,第9-11脚用于输出连接LED灯的 控制信号。
在又一种实施方式中,本发明进一步提供了设置在刷头的LED灯,LED灯可为紫外光LED灯、蓝光LED、红光LED灯,给牙刷增加了消毒美白保健功能。自清洁紫外灯用于对自清洁刷头进行灭菌消毒。这种设置对于灭菌有着很好的效果,特别在自清洁模式运行时,通过实验,在容置杯30内装入前述配置的清洗液,当述电机50行时间为20秒,占空比为40%~80%,自清洁刷头具有两种振动频率且两种振动频率交替运行,其中较高的频率为350Hz,较低的频率为250Hz,紫外线灯打开,此时,刷毛内的细菌去除率高达99%。
在一种实施方式中,参考图7所示,与前述实施例1不同的是,自清洁输入模块包括第一开关601,自清洁第一开关用以控制电动牙刷的开启和关闭以及切换电动牙刷的操作模式。这种情况下,操作起来要繁琐一些,例如在一种操作步骤中,当电动牙刷处于关机状态时,按下第一开关则开机,在预设的时间内通过再按的次数的不同选择不同模式或关机,或者根据按下的频率进行不同的模式选择或关机。当然,可以根据不同的设定以进行开关机或模式选择,不做详细描述。
在一种实施方式中,参考图8所示,与前述实施例1不同的是,输入模块包括第一开关601第二开关604和第三开关605,自清洁第一开关601用以控制电动牙刷的开启和关闭,第二开关604用以切换刷牙模式,第三开关605用于选择自清洁模式。
本发明通过提供一种电动牙刷,在刷牙前或刷牙后,用户可选择自清洁模式,让电动牙刷在清水或清洁液中进行自动清洁,去除刷毛中的残留异物、细菌,保证了用户的卫生;另外,通过设置专门的自清洁模式,在刷牙前后,能够醒目地提醒用户进行牙刷的自清洁,这种提醒作用有利于 防止用户偷懒,解决了现有技术中没有提醒功能造成用户忘记该操作步骤从而导致牙刷不卫生的技术问题。同时,该提醒功能使用户形成好的刷牙习惯,使广大用户都清楚牙刷其实也需要清洁的,这样,即便在其它场所使用普通牙刷时,也会更加关注牙刷的卫生情况。本发明的电动牙刷还有利于提升用户的愉悦心情,提高工作和生活质量。

Claims (10)

  1. 电动牙刷,包括刷头和刷柄,所述刷柄内设有电源模块及驱动部件,所述电源模块供电给所述驱动部件以使其能带动所述刷头运动;其特征在于还包括:
    第一存储模块,所述第一存储模块可存储或装载对应于至少一种刷牙模式以及至少一种用于清洁刷毛的自清洁模式的预设程序,一种预设程序对应一种操作模式;
    输入模块,能用于从所述操作模式中选择一种以期许被执行;
    处理模块,接收所述输入模块选择的所述操作模式且指令所述驱动部件执行;
    显示模块,用于指示至少包括所述自清洁模式的所述电动牙刷的当前工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述处理模块为单片机微处理器,所述第一存储模块集成在所述单片机微处理器中,所述预设程序烧录到所述第一存储模块中,所述单片机微处理器设置在所述刷柄内并由所述电源模块供电。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述处理模块为中央处理器,设置在所述刷柄内并由所述电源模块供电,所述第一存储模块装载有运行所述操作模式的主程序,所述电动牙刷的刷柄内设有与所述处理模块连接的近距离通讯模块,所述近距离通讯模块用于与外部设备建立近距离通讯协议,以从所述外部设备获取用于加载到所述主程序的参数,所述参数用于设定和/或修改所述操作模式。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述输入模块包括模式选择开关,所述模式选择开关设置在所述刷柄上,所述模式选择开关包括触摸开关、按钮开关、声控开关中任一种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述驱动部件包括电机,所述自清洁模式下,所述电机的运行时间T满足条件5S≤T<30S。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述自清洁模式下,所述刷头至少具有两种振动频率,在预设周期内呈现双频或多频振动,频率变化范围200~400Hz,占空比为30%~90%。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,还包括压力检测模块,所述压力检测模块安装在刷头上且能感测刷毛受力的部位,所述压力检测模块与所述处理模块连接,用于获取刷头的当前压力值P 0并传递给所述处理模块;所述第一存储模块中存储有预设压力值P 1;当P 0<P 1且所述自清洁模式被选择时,所述处理模块指令所述驱动部件执行所述自清洁模式。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括记忆模块,用于记录每次所选择的模式,所述自清洁模式运行结束后,所述处理模块根据当前自清洁模式的前一次所述操作模式,启动待机或关机。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括设置在刷头上能用于对所述刷头进行灭菌消毒和/或对牙齿进行美白保健的LED灯。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述输入模块包括第一开关,所述第一开关用于开启和关闭电动牙刷、切换电动牙刷的所述操作模式;
    或所述输入模块包括第一开关和第二开关,所述第一开关用以控制电动牙刷的开启和关闭,所述第二开关用以切换电动牙刷的所述操作模式;
    或所述输入模块包括第一开关、第二开关和第三开关,所述第一开关用以控制电动牙刷的开启和关闭,所述第二开关用以切换所述刷牙模式,所述第三开关用于选择所述自清洁模式。
