剃须刀头 技术领域

与现有技术相比,由于防护件30覆盖前侧壁10a远离刀口21的前侧部,前侧壁10a邻近刀口21的后侧部为裸露的可与皮肤接触的第一皮肤接触部11,防护件30的最高点A周围界定出可与皮肤接触的第二皮肤接触部30a,第二皮肤接触部30a的最高点A高于第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E,第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E高于刀口21,且第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E还位于由第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A和刀口21共同界定的平面P的下方;故在剃刮时,由刀口21和第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A贴压皮肤200,延长刀口21和第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A之间的皮肤200距离D(见图3),距离D大于图5中 所展示的D`,相应地减少刀口21和第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A之间的皮肤200拱起幅度,且借助第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E还位于由第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A和刀口21共同界定的平面P的下方,对刀口21和第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A之间的皮肤200起适当支撑,并确保被支撑的皮肤200高过刀口21,因此,增加了刀口21与拱起皮肤200之间的夹角α,该夹角α大于图5中所展示的β角,达到减少对皮肤200刺激和提高剃刮舒适性体验。
需要说明的是,如图4中,可在前面描述到的剃须刀头100的基础上演化出一个新的实施例,即是将图1中的防护件30与前侧壁10a合成一体以形成新的实施例中的刀头骨架10之前侧壁10a`,其它结构与前面描述到剃须刀头100相同;因此,新实施例的剃须刀头100`是:在图4中,剃须刀头100`包括刀头骨架10`及刀片20。刀头骨架10`包含前侧壁10a`、后侧壁10b及连接于前侧壁10a`和后侧壁10b的连接侧壁10c,连接侧壁10c、前侧壁10a`及后侧壁10b共同界定出一容纳空间10d,刀片10位于容纳空间10d内,刀片20的刀口21朝向前侧壁10a`;前侧壁10a`邻近刀口21的后侧部具有可与皮肤接触的第一皮肤接部11,前侧壁10a`远离刀口11的前侧部具有可与皮肤接触的第二皮肤接触部30a,第二皮肤接触部30a的最高点A高于第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E,第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E高于刀口21,且第一皮肤接触部11的最高点E还位于由第二皮肤接触部30a之最高点A和刀口1共同界定的平面P的下方。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种剃须刀头,包括刀头骨架及刀片,所述刀头骨架包含前侧壁、后侧壁及连接于所述前侧壁和后侧壁的连接侧壁,所述连接侧壁、前侧壁及后侧壁共同界定出一容纳空间,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间内,所述刀片的刀口朝向所述前侧壁,其特征在于,所述前侧壁邻近所述刀口的后侧部具有可与皮肤接触的第一皮肤接部,所述前侧壁远离所述刀口的前侧部具有可与皮肤接触的第二皮肤接触部,所述第二皮肤接触部的最高点高于所述第一皮肤接触部的最高点,所述第一皮肤接触部的最高点高于所述刀口,且所述第一皮肤接触部的最高点还位于由所述第二皮肤接触部之最高点和刀口共同界定的平面的下方。
  2. 一种剃须刀头,包括刀头骨架及刀片,所述刀头骨架包含前侧壁、后侧壁及连接于所述前侧壁和后侧壁的连接侧壁,所述连接侧壁、前侧壁及后侧壁共同界定出一容纳空间,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间内,所述刀片的刀口朝向所述前侧壁,其特征在于,所述剃须刀头还包括防护件,所述防护件覆盖所述前侧壁远离所述刀口的前侧部,所述前侧壁邻近所述刀口的后侧部为裸露的可与皮肤接触的第一皮肤接触部,所述防护件的最高点周围界定出可与皮肤接触的第二皮肤接触部,所述第二皮肤接触部的最高点高于所述第一皮肤接触部的最高点,所述第一皮肤接触部的最高点高于所述刀口,且所述第一皮肤接触部的最高点还位于由所述第二皮肤接触部之最高点和刀口共同界定的平面的下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述第二皮肤接触部沿所述刀头骨架的前后方向为中间外凸的弧形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述第二皮肤接触部之横截面的外轮廓为弧线,所述弧线的高度从邻近所述第一皮肤接触部的端点至远离所述第一皮肤接触部的端点方向呈先逐渐递增再逐渐递减的布置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述弧线邻近所述第一皮肤接触部的延长线与所述第一皮肤接触部相交。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述后侧壁上的润滑条,所述润滑条具有最高点低于所述刀口的第三皮肤接触部。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述刀片至少两个且沿所述刀头骨架的前后方向呈间隔开的并排布置,所述第二皮肤接触部的最高点和邻近所述第一皮肤接触部的刀片之刀口共同界定所述平面。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述第一皮肤接触部的横截面为直线段。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述前侧壁用于界定所述容纳空间的部位与所述第一皮肤接触部的交汇处为倒圆角结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述倒圆角结构的横截面轮廓与所述直线段相切。
