Description

剃须系统 技术领域
本申请涉及剃须领域,尤其涉及一种剃须系统。
背景技术
如图1所示,在现有的剃须刀头中,其刀头框架的前侧具有在剃须过程中与弹性皮肤300滑动接触的接触结构210,接触结构210位于剃须刀头的刀片220之刀刃221的正前方,接触结构210还沿刀头框架由前至后的方向(见箭头B所指方向)与刀片220之刀刃221平齐。
故在现有的剃须刀头的剃须过程中,使得弹性皮肤300位于接触结构210与刀刃221之间的位置沿刀头框架由上至下的方向(见箭头C所指方向)凸起,而刀刃221会顶住弹性皮肤300的凸起位置310,从而使得刀刃221在剃须毛发230的过程中刺激甚至刮伤弹性皮肤300,因而影响到剃须舒适性。
因此,急需要一种剃须系统来克服上述的缺陷。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种确保刀刃于皮肤上顺滑切割皮肤上的毛发以确保剃须舒适性的剃须系统。
为实现上述目的,本申请的剃须系统包括刀头框架、刀片、左固定件及右固定件。所述刀头框架具有一容纳空间,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间中且沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸,所述刀片的左右两端受所述刀头框架承托,所述刀片的刃口朝向所述刀头框架的前侧;所述左固定件从上方横跨所述刀片之左端并装配于所述刀头框架,所述左固定件还与所述刀头框架共同夹持所述刀片的左端,所述右固定件从上方横跨所述刀片之右端并装配于所述刀头框架,所 述右固定件还与所述刀头框架共同夹持所述刀片的右端;所述刀头框架的前侧上具有朝靠近所述刀片之刃口的方向向下倾斜延伸的倾斜延伸结构,所述倾斜延伸结构沿所述刀头框架的左右方向位于所述左固定件与所述右固定件之间,所述倾斜延伸结构的最高点高过与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刀片之刃口。
较佳地,所述倾斜延伸结构的最低点高过与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刀片之刃口。
较佳地,所述倾斜延伸结构向后延伸至凸出所述刀头框架之前侧用于围出所述容纳空间的壁面的位置;或者,所述倾斜延伸结构向后延伸至与所述刀头框架之前侧用于围出所述容纳空间的壁面相平齐的位置;又或者,所述倾斜延伸结构向后延伸至与所述刀头框架之前侧用于围出所述容纳空间的壁面相距预设间隙的位置。
较佳地,所述倾斜延伸结构上开设有多个沿所述刀头框架的左右方向间隔开排列的导引通道,所述导引通道沿所述刀头框架的前后方向延伸布置,所述导引通道还贯穿所述倾斜延伸结构的上方、前方和后方,所述导引通道将所述倾斜延伸结构分隔出对应数量的条状梳齿。
较佳地,所述条状梳齿的前末端和/或后末端各设有倒角。
较佳地,所述条状梳齿和导引通道为弧形弯曲延伸,所述条状梳齿和导引通道两者的弧心相重合。
较佳地,所有所述导引通道呈等间隔的排列。
较佳地,所述倾斜延伸结构之前末端和/或后末端各设有倒角。
较佳地,所述倾斜延伸结构的顶轮廓在横向平面上的投影为圆弧线,该圆弧线的延长线从与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刃口的下方延伸,与所述倾斜延伸结构相邻的刃口和所述横向平面相垂直。
较佳地,所述刀头框架的前侧装配有位于所述倾斜延伸结构前方的防护构件,所述刀头框架的后侧装配有润滑条,所述防护构件和润滑条各沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸布置,所述防护构件和润滑条各位于所述左固定件和右固定件之间。
与现有技术相比,由于刀头框架的前侧上具有朝靠近刀片之刃口的方向向下倾斜延伸的倾斜延伸结构,倾斜延伸结构沿刀头框架的左右方向位于左固定件与右固定件之间,倾斜延伸结构的最高点高过与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刀片之刃口;故在剃须过程中,使得弹性皮肤位于倾斜延伸结构的最高点与刀片之刃口之间的位置顺沿倾斜延伸结构逐渐向后下方舒展,即是说,借助倾斜延伸结构的前高后低而为弹性皮肤位于倾斜延伸结构与刀片之刃口之间的位置提供逐渐向后下方舒展空间,并使得逐渐向后下方舒展的弹性皮肤顺着倾斜延伸结构往刀片之刃口导流,从而使得刀刃于弹性皮肤上顺滑切割弹性皮肤上的毛发,减少对弹性皮肤的刺激甚至刮伤,因而确保剃须舒适性。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本申请的技术内容、构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
请参阅图2至图4,本申请的剃须系统100包括刀头框架10、三个刀片20、左固定件30及右固定件40。刀头框架10具有一容纳空间11,较优的是,刀头框架10为方形,对应地,容纳空间11也为方形,以使得容纳空间11能最大限度地将刀头框架10的尺寸利用起来,当然,刀头框架10及容纳空间11还可为其它形状,故不以图2所示为限;刀片20位于容纳空间11中且沿刀头框架10 的左右方向延伸,刀片20的左右两端受刀头框架10承托,由刀头框架10从下方承托刀片20的左右两端,刀片20的刃口21朝向刀头框架10的前侧;左固定件30从上方横跨刀片20之左端并装配于刀头框架10,左固定件30还与刀头框架10共同夹持刀片20的左端,右固定件40从上方横跨刀片20之右端并装配于刀头框架10,右固定件40还与刀头框架10共同夹持刀片20的右端,即是由左固定件30和刀头框架10稳固刀片20的左端,以及由右固定件40和刀头框架10稳固刀片20的右端;刀头框架10的前侧12上具有朝靠近刀片21之刃口21的方向向下倾斜延伸的倾斜延伸结构50,倾斜延伸结构50沿刀头框架10的左右方向位于左固定件30与右固定件40之间,倾斜延伸结构50的最高点51高过与该倾斜延伸结构50相邻的刀片20之刃口21,状态见图5中放大图所示,故在剃须过程中,由倾斜延伸结构50对弹性皮肤300(见图5)沿刀头框架10的左右方向位于左固定件30和右固定件40之间的位置进行抵压,并使得弹性皮肤300沿刀头框架10的左右方向位于左固定件30和右固定件40之间的位置顺沿倾斜延伸结构50往刀片20之刃口21导流,从而使得刀片20之刃口21于弹性皮肤300上顺滑切割弹性皮肤300上的毛发230,减少对弹性皮肤300的刺激甚至刮伤,因而确保剃须舒适性。需要说明的是,在图2和图3中,倾斜延伸结构50的左端延伸至与左固定件30相邻的位置,以及倾斜延伸结构50的右端延伸至与右固定件40相邻的位置,以使得倾斜延伸结构50在刀头框架10的左右方向的尺寸尽量地占满左固定件30和右固定件40两者之间的空间,当然,根据实际需要,可使倾斜延伸结构50在刀头框架10的左右方向的尺寸为左固定件30和右固定件40两者之间间距的0.5至0.95倍;另,虽然图2至图4所展示的刀片20的数量为三个,当然,根据实际需要也可以选择为一个、二个或四个不等,故不以图2至图4所示为限;此外,刃口21可理为直线结构。更具体地,如下:
如图2至图4所示,刀头框架10的前侧12装配有位于倾斜延伸结构50前方的防护构件60,刀头框架10的后侧14装配有润滑条70,防护构件60和润滑条70各沿刀头框架10的左右方向延伸布置,防护构件60和润滑条70各位 于左固定件30和右固定件40之间,以在剃须过程中借助防护构件60对弹性皮肤300位于倾斜延伸结构50前方的位置提供拉紧作用,借助润滑条70对弹性皮肤300位于刀片20后方的位置提供润滑作用。举例而言,防护构件60为滚动体,以在剃须过程中使得防护构件60以滚动方式与弹性皮肤300接触,当然,根据实际需要,也可以使防护构件60做成与刀头框架10的前侧12固定在一起的结构,故不以图2至图4所示为限。可理解的是,根据实际需要,可将防护构件60和润滑条70中一者或两者删除。
如图4所示,倾斜延伸结构50的最低点52高过与该倾斜延伸结构20相邻的刀片20之刃口21(即图4中最左边的刀片20之刃口21),这样设计能进一步地防止沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向于倾斜延伸结构50上逐渐向后下方舒展的弹性皮肤300在到达与倾斜延伸结构20相邻的刀片20之刃口21之前相对该刃口21向下凸起,进一步地减少刃口21对弹性皮肤300的刺激甚至刮伤。具体地,在图4中,倾斜延伸结构50的顶轮廓在横向平面P上的投影为圆弧线L1,该圆弧线L1的延长线L2(见图4中放大图中虚线所示)从与该倾斜延伸结构50相邻的刃口21的下方延伸,与倾斜延伸结构50相邻的刃口21和横向平面P相垂直,这样设计的目的能最大限度地防止沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向于倾斜延伸结构50上逐渐向后下方舒展的弹性皮肤300在到达与倾斜延伸结构20相邻的刀片20之刃口21之前相对该刃口21向下凸起。更具体地,在图4中,倾斜延伸结构50之前末端和/或后末端各设有倒角55,以借助倒角55来确保倾斜延伸结构50与弹性皮肤300之间的顺滑接触,当然,根据实际需要,可以将倒角55删除,故不以图4所示为限。
如图4所示,倾斜延伸结构50向后延伸至与刀头框架10之前侧12用于围出容纳空间11的壁面13相平齐的位置,状态见图4中放大图所示,这样设计的目的是在确保倾斜延伸结构50对弹性皮肤300逐渐向后下方舒展的条件下便于刀头框架10的模具成型;当然,根据实际需要,也可使倾斜延伸结构50向后延伸至凸出刀头框架10之前侧12用于围出容纳空间11的壁面13的位置;或者,使倾斜延伸结构50向后延伸至与刀头框架10之前侧12用于围出容纳空 间11的壁面13相距预设间隙的位置,故不以图4所示为限。
如图2和图3所示,倾斜延伸结构50上开设有多个沿刀头框架10的左右方向间隔开排列的导引通道53,导引通道53沿刀头框架10的前后方向延伸布置,导引通道53还贯穿倾斜延伸结构50的上方、前方和后方,导引通道53将倾斜延伸结构50分隔出对应数量的条状梳齿54,这样设计确保弹性皮肤300顺沿倾斜延伸结构50做逐渐后下方向舒展的同时,还便于弹性皮肤300上的毛发230顺着导引通道53越过倾斜延伸结构50,有利于毛发230的根部相对弹性皮肤300的竖立,因而更便于与倾斜延伸结构50相邻的刀片20之刃口21对毛发230的切割。具体地,在图2和图3中,所有导引通道53呈等间隔的排列,以更有效地对弹性皮肤300的毛发230进行梳整和导引作用,同时,在图4中,条状梳齿54和导引通道53为弧形弯曲延伸,条状梳齿54和导引通道53两者的弧心相重合,以便于条状梳齿54和导引通道53制造加工。需要说明的是,由于上面描述到倾斜延伸结构50的前末端和/或后末端各设有倒角55,当倾斜延伸结构50由多个导引通道53分隔出对应数量的条状梳齿54时,对应地,条状梳齿54的前末端和/或后末端带有倒角55;另,当倾斜延伸结构50上不需要开设导引通道53时,对应地,倾斜延伸结构50就不会被分隔出对应数量的条状梳齿54。
与现有技术相比,由于刀头框架10的前侧12上具有朝靠近刀片20之刃口21的方向向下倾斜延伸的倾斜延伸结构50,倾斜延伸结构50沿刀头框架10的左右方向位于左固定件30与右固定件40之间,倾斜延伸结构50的最高点51高过与该倾斜延伸结构50相邻的刀片20之刃口21;故在剃须过程中,使得弹性皮肤300位于倾斜延伸结构50的最高点51与刀片20之刃口21之间的位置顺沿倾斜延伸结构50逐渐向后下方舒展,即是说,借助倾斜延伸结构50的前高后低而为弹性皮肤300位于倾斜延伸结构50与刀片20之刃口21之间的位置提供逐渐向后下方舒展空间,并使得逐渐向后下方舒展的弹性皮肤300顺着倾斜延伸结构50往刀片20之刃口21导流,状态见图5所示,从而使得刀刃21于弹性皮肤300上顺滑切割弹性皮肤300上的毛发230,减少对弹性皮肤300的 刺激甚至刮伤,因而确保剃须舒适性。
需要说明的是,附图中箭头A所指的方向为刀头框架10由左至右的方向,附图中箭头B所指的方向为刀头框架10由前至后的方向,附图中箭头C所指的方向为刀头框架10由上至下的方向;另,虽然图2和图3所展示的左固定件30和右固定件40为两彼此独立且分开的片形构件,当然,根据实际需要,可将左固定件30和右固定件40连成一体而一体构件,故不以图2和图3所示为限。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种剃须系统,包括刀头框架、刀片、左固定件及右固定件,所述刀头框架具有一容纳空间,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间中且沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸,所述刀片的左右两端受所述刀头框架承托,所述刀片的刃口朝向所述刀头框架的前侧,所述左固定件从上方横跨所述刀片之左端并装配于所述刀头框架,所述左固定件还与所述刀头框架共同夹持所述刀片的左端,所述右固定件从上方横跨所述刀片之右端并装配于所述刀头框架,所述右固定件还与所述刀头框架共同夹持所述刀片的右端,其特征在于,所述刀头框架的前侧上具有朝靠近所述刀片之刃口的方向向下倾斜延伸的倾斜延伸结构,所述倾斜延伸结构沿所述刀头框架的左右方向位于所述左固定件与所述右固定件之间,所述倾斜延伸结构的最高点高过与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刀片之刃口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述倾斜延伸结构的最低点高过与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刀片之刃口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述倾斜延伸结构向后延伸至凸出所述刀头框架之前侧用于围出所述容纳空间的壁面的位置;或者,所述倾斜延伸结构向后延伸至与所述刀头框架之前侧用于围出所述容纳空间的壁面相平齐的位置;又或者,所述倾斜延伸结构向后延伸至与所述刀头框架之前侧用于围出所述容纳空间的壁面相距预设间隙的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述倾斜延伸结构上开设有多个沿所述刀头框架的左右方向间隔开排列的导引通道,所述导引通道沿所述刀头框架的前后方向延伸布置,所述导引通道还贯穿所述倾斜延伸结构的上方、前方和后方,所述导引通道将所述倾斜延伸结构分隔出对应数量的条状梳齿。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述条状梳齿的前末端 和/或后末端各设有倒角。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述条状梳齿和导引通道为弧形弯曲延伸,所述条状梳齿和导引通道两者的弧心相重合。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所有所述导引通道呈等间隔的排列。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述倾斜延伸结构之前末端和/或后末端各设有倒角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述倾斜延伸结构的顶轮廓在横向平面上的投影为圆弧线,该圆弧线的延长线从与该倾斜延伸结构相邻的刃口的下方延伸,与所述倾斜延伸结构相邻的刃口和所述横向平面相垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须系统,其特征在于,所述刀头框架的前侧装配有位于所述倾斜延伸结构前方的防护构件,所述刀头框架的后侧装配有润滑条,所述防护构件和润滑条各沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸布置,所述防护构件和润滑条各位于所述左固定件和右固定件之间。
