请参阅图2至图6,本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100包括刀头框架10、刀片20及滚筒30。刀头框架10包括前侧壁11、后侧壁12及侧连接壁13,前 侧壁11和后侧壁12两者的左端和右端各连接有侧连接壁13,即,前侧壁11和后侧壁12两者的左端连接有侧连接壁13,以及前侧壁11和后侧壁12两者的右端也连接有侧连接壁13,使得刀头框架10之左端的侧连接壁13、刀头框架10之右端的侧连接壁13、前侧壁11及后侧壁12共同围出一容纳空间14;侧连接壁13上具有五根位于容纳空间14中并沿刀头框架10的前后方向间隔排列的弹腿15,每根弹腿15包含沿刀头框架10由下至上的方向朝靠近容纳空间14之中心处倾斜延伸的倾斜段151及由倾斜段151之末端弯折出沿刀头框架10的靠近容纳空间14之中心处的左右方向延伸布置的刀片承托段152,即,对于位于刀头框架10之左端的侧连接壁13上的弹腿15来说,其刀片承托段152是沿刀头框架10由左至右的方向延伸,对于位于刀头框架10之右端的侧连接壁13上的弹腿15来说,其刀片承托段152是沿刀头框架10由右至左的方向延伸,且所有弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向(见箭头A所指方向)呈递减的布置,以确保最后方的倾斜段151(即第五个)的弹力小于最前方的倾斜段151(即第一个)的弹力。刀片20位于容纳空间14,刀片20沿刀头框架10的左右方向延伸,刀片20从刀头框架10的上方放置于刀片承托段152上。滚筒30装配于前侧壁11并沿刀头框架10的左右方向延伸布置,以在剃须过程中由滚筒30通过与皮肤的滚动接触而拉紧皮肤。需要说明的是,由于位于刀头框架10之左端的侧连接壁13及位于刀头框架10之右端的侧连接壁13上的弹腿15各为五根,且刀片20的左右两端是放置于同端中的刀片承托段152上,对应地,刀片20的数量是与一端中的侧连接壁13上的弹腿15之数量相同;虽然图2所展示的刀片20的数量为五个,当然,刀片20的数量还可为二个、三个、四个或六个不等,故不以附图所示为限。更具体地,如下:
如图6所示,侧连接壁13的内侧具有横向于刀头框架10的内侧平面131,倾斜段151远离刀片承托段152的末端与内侧平面131接合,这样设计确保注塑模具成型刀头框架10的顺畅性,并确保弹腿15与侧连接壁13之间结合的强度。另,如图4所示,所有弹腿15中的刀片承托段152呈等高布置,即,所有刀片承托段152的最高点153位于同一平面P中,以降低刀头框架10的注塑成型难度,但不以此为限;需要说明的是,此处的横向指的内侧平面131是沿刀头框架10的前后方向延伸。
如图5和图6所示,所有刀片承托段152的最高点153所在的平面P与最后方的倾斜段151之间的夹角小于所有刀片承托段152的最高点153所在的平面P与最前方的倾斜段151之间的夹角,以通过最前方的倾斜段151与平面P的夹角大于最后方的倾斜151的夹角,而使得最前方的倾斜段151的弹力大于最后方的倾斜段151的弹力,也使得最前方的倾斜段151比最后方的倾斜段151短,状态见图5所示;由于前面陈述所有弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向呈剃减布置,对应地,所有倾斜段151与平面P的夹角呈递减布置,以使得所有倾斜段151的长度呈递增布置,因此,在所有刀片承托段152中,后方的刀片承托段152朝靠近容纳空间14之中心处凸出前方的刀片承托段152,状态见图5和图6所示。需要说明的是,由于刀片承托段152呈高等布置,且倾斜段151的起始位置相同(即在内侧平面131处),故与平面P夹角越小的倾斜段151之长度就越长。
请参阅图7和图8,第二实施例的剃须刀头之结构与第一实施例的剃须刀头之结构基本相同,区别在于两者的弹腿,具体描述如下:
(1)于第二实施例中,所有倾斜段151与平面P的夹角一样,即所有倾斜段151的长度相同,也可以说是所有弹腿151的长度一样,只是每个弹腿151的倾斜段151的横截面不同,并沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向呈递减的布置,即,在图8中,第一个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d1、第二个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d2、第三个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d3、第四个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d4及第五个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d5呈递减布置,即d1>d2>d3>d4>d5,以实现前方的倾斜段151的弹力大于后方的倾斜段151的弹力。
而于第一实施例中,它采用所有弹腿15的倾斜段151与平面P的夹角呈递减的布置以实现前方的倾斜段151的弹力大于后方的倾斜段151的弹力。
除了上述的区别外,其它与第一实施例相同,故在此不再赘述。
请参阅图9至图11,第三实施例的剃须刀头之结构与第一实施例的剃须刀头之结构基本相同,区别在于两者的弹腿,具体描述如下:
(1)于第三实施例中,前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151的弹力相同,最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力小于前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力;
而于第一实施例中,每个弹腿15的倾斜段151的弹力不同,并沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向呈递减的布置。
(2)于第三实施例中,实现最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力小于前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力的方式是:最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151与平面P的夹角小于前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151与平面P的夹角,因而使得最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151比前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151长,还使得最后方的弹腿15的刀片承托段152凸出前四个弹腿15的刀片承托段152,状态见图10和图11所示;
而于第一实施例中,由于所有倾斜段151与平面P的夹角呈递减布置,故使得所有倾斜段151的长度呈递增布置,因此,在所有刀片承托段152中,后方的刀片承托段152朝靠近容纳空间14之中心处凸出前方的刀片承托段152,状态见图5和图6所示。
除上述区别外,其它与第一实施例相同,故在此不再赘述。
请参阅图12和图13,第四实施例的剃须刀头之结构与第一实施例的剃须刀头之结构基本相同,区别在于两者的弹腿,具体描述如下:
(1)于第四实施例中,前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151的弹力相同,最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力小于前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力;
而于第一实施例中,每个弹腿15的倾斜段151的弹力不同,并沿刀头框架10由前至后的方向呈递减的布置。
(2)于第四实施例中,实现最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力小于前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151之弹力的方式是:前四个弹腿15的倾斜段151的横截面大于最后方的弹腿15的倾斜段151的横截面,例如,在图13中,第一个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d1、第二个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d2、第三个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d3及第四个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d4相同,并大于第五个弹腿151的倾斜段151的尺寸d5,即d1=d2=d3=d4>d5,以实现前方的倾斜段151的弹力大于后方的倾斜段151的弹力。
而于第一实施例中,由于所有倾斜段151与平面P的夹角呈递减布置,故使得所有倾斜段151的长度呈递增布置,因此,在所有刀片承托段152中,后方的刀片承托段152朝靠近容纳空间14之中心处凸出前方的刀片承托段152, 状态见图5和图6所示。
除上述区别外,其它与第一实施例相同,故在此不再赘述。
请参阅图14和图15,第五实施例的剃须刀头之结构与第三实施例的剃须刀头之结构基本相同,区别如下:
于第五实施例中,前侧壁11装配有防护条30`,防护条30`沿刀头框架10的左右方向延伸布置,并与前侧壁11固定连接;而于第一实施例中,前侧壁11装配的是滚筒30,滚筒30可在前侧壁11上滚动。
除上述区别外,其它与第三实施例的相同,故在此不再赘述。需要说明的是,根据实际需要,可将第一实施例、第二实施例及第四实施例中的滚筒30替换成防护条30`,因此,滚筒30和防护条30`可概括为防护构件,使装配于前侧壁11的防护构件沿刀头框架10的左右方向延伸布置。
与现有技术相比,由于每根弹腿15包含沿刀头框架10由下至上的方向朝靠近容纳空间14之中心处倾斜延伸的倾斜段151及由倾斜段151之末端弯折出沿刀头框架10的靠近容纳空间14之中心处的左右方向延伸布置的刀片承托段152,最后方的倾斜段151之弹力小于最前方的倾斜段151之弹力,这样设计能减少放置于最后方刀片承托段152上且正暴露量最大的刀片20在剃须过程中压入皮肤深度,从而减少对皮肤刺激而提高剃须舒适性。另,由于刀片承托段152是由倾斜段151之末端所弯折出且沿刀头框架10的靠近容纳空间14之中心处的左右方向延伸布置,这样使得刀片承托段152对刀片30的承托更稳定可靠。
需要说明的是,附图中箭头A所指的方向为刀头框架10由前至后的方向,附图中箭头B所指的方向为刀头框架10由左至右的方向,附图中箭头C所指的方向为刀头框架10由下至上的方向。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种刀头框架,包括前侧壁、后侧壁及侧连接壁,所述前侧壁和后侧壁两者的左端和右端各连接有所述侧连接壁,所述侧连接壁、前侧壁和后侧壁共同围出一容纳空间,所述侧连接壁上具有多根位于所述容纳空间中并沿所述刀头框架的前后方向间隔排列的弹腿,其特征在于,每根所述弹腿包含沿所述刀头框架由下至上的方向朝靠近所述容纳空间之中心处倾斜延伸的倾斜段及由所述倾斜段之末端弯折出沿所述刀头框架的靠近所述容纳空间之中心处的左右方向延伸布置的刀片承托段,最后方的倾斜段之弹力小于最前方的倾斜段之弹力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,所有所述弹腿中的刀片承托段呈等高布置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,所有所述刀片承托段的最高点所在的平面与最后方的倾斜段之间的夹角小于所有所述刀片承托段的最高点所在的平面与最前方的倾斜段之间的夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,最后方的刀片承托段朝靠近所述容纳空间之中心处凸出最前方的刀片承托段。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,最前方的倾斜段之横截面大于最后方的倾斜段之横截面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,所有所述弹腿的倾斜段之弹力沿所述刀头框架由前至后的方向呈递减的布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,在所有所述弹腿的倾斜段中,除最后方的倾斜段外的余下者之弹力相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头框架,其特征在于,所述侧连接壁的内侧具 有横向于所述刀头框架的内侧平面,所述倾斜段远离所述刀片承托段的末端与所述内侧平面接合。
  9. 一种剃须刀头,包括刀片,其特征在于,所述剃须刀头还包括根据权利要求1至8任一顶所述的刀头框架,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间,所述刀片沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸,所述刀片从所述刀头框架的上方放置于所述刀片承托段上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,还包括防护构件,所述防护构件装配于所述前侧壁并沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸布置。
