背景技术
随着大功率电力电子产品的发展和推广,大功率电力电子产品的应用也越来越广泛,同时对大功率电力电子产品试验能力的要求也越来越高,对于电力电子产品试验用的比较广泛的是试验台车;现有的电力电子产品试验用的试验台车在使用时存在一定的弊端,首先,电力电子产品的运送过程较为不便,浪费了人力成本,其次,使用者试验的过程无法坐着操作较为不便,容易发生试验失误的现象,降低了电力电子产品试验用的试验台车的使用效果,为此,我们提出一种电力电子产品试验用的试验台车。 
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电力电子产品试验用的试验台车,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种电力电子产品试验用的试验台车,包括试验台车主体,所述试验台车主体的上端外表面设置有电动机,所述电动机的右端外表面设置有皮带轮,所述皮带轮的外表面设置有皮带,所述试验台车主体的上端设置有转动轴,所述转动轴的外表面设置有轴承,所述轴承的下端外表面设置有连接杆,所述试验台车主体的前端外表面设置有凹陷槽,所述凹陷槽的上端外表面设置有轨道,所述轨道的上端外表面设置有滑动板,所述滑动板的上端外表面靠近前侧端面设置有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的上端设置有座椅,所述滑动板的下端靠近前侧端面设置有支撑板。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该电力电子产品试验用的试验台车,通过设置有电动机、皮带、皮带轮、转动轴与传送带,在该试验台车正常使用时,电动机正常运行,电动机通过皮带与皮带轮带动转动轴转动,转动轴的转动带动传动带转动,电力电子产品通过循环转动的传送带,即可把电力电子产品运送到指定位置,电力电子产品的运送过程较为便利,有利于节约人力成本,通过设置有轨道、滑动板、支撑板、伸缩杆与座椅,该电力电子产品试验用的试验台车正常使用时,拽动座椅使滑动板沿着轨道滑出,提高座椅使伸缩杆拉长到适宜位置,转动锁扣固定伸缩杆的长度,搬动支撑板,使支撑板与滑动板垂直放置,座椅的收放过程较为便捷,防止产品试验的过程中操作不便的现象,提高电力电子产品试验用的试验台车的使用效果,整个一种电力电子产品试验用的试验台车结构简单,操作方便,使用的效果相对于传统方式更好。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-4所示,一种电力电子产品试验用的试验台车,包括试验台车主体1,试验台车主体1的上端外表面设置有电动机2,电动机2的右端外表面设置有皮带轮3,皮带轮3的外表面设置有皮带4,试验台车主体1的上端设置有转动轴6,转动轴6的外表面设置有轴承5,轴承5的下端外表面设置有连接杆10,试验台车主体1的前端外表面设置有凹陷槽13,凹陷槽13的上端外表面设置有轨道14,轨道14的上端外表面设置有滑动板11,滑动板11的上端外表面靠近前侧端面设置有伸缩杆7,伸缩杆7的上端设置有座椅9,滑动板11的下端靠近前侧端面设置有支撑板12。
皮带轮3的数量为两组,另一组皮带轮3位于转动轴6的外表面靠近左侧端面,以便于带动转动轴6转动,转动轴6的数量为两组,另一组转动轴6位于试验台车主体1的后端,以便于传动带8的转动,转动轴6的外表面设置有传送带8。
伸缩杆7的数量为三组,其中两组伸缩杆7位于试验台车主体1的后端外表面靠近下侧端面,以便于方便收起传送带8,伸缩杆7与试验台车主体1之间为固定连接,伸缩杆7与座椅9之间为固定连接,伸缩杆7与滑动板11之间为固定连接。
电动机2的上端外表面设置有螺栓16,螺栓16的数量为若干组,螺栓16呈阵列排布,电动机2通过螺栓16与试验台车主体1之间为固定连接,滑动板11的右端外表面设置有定位销17,支撑板12通过定位销17与滑动板11之间为转动连接,伸缩杆7的前端外表面设置有锁扣15,以便于固定伸缩杆7的长度。
皮带轮3与转动轴6之间为固定连接,轴承5与转动轴6之间为固定连接,轴承5与连接杆10之间为固定连接,连接杆10与试验台车主体1之间为固定连接,轴承5与伸缩杆7之间为固定连接,试验台车主体1与轨道14之间为固定连接,轨道14与滑动板11之间为滑动连接。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种电力电子产品试验用的试验台车,在该试验台车正常使用时,使用者使电动机2正常运行,电动机2通过皮带4与皮带轮3带动转动轴6转动,转动轴6的转动带动传动带8转动,电力电子产品通过循环转动的传送带8,即可把电力电子产品运送到指定位置,电力电子产品的运送过程较为便利,有利于节约人力成本,该电力电子产品试验用的试验台车正常使用时,使用者拽动座椅9使滑动板11沿着轨道14滑出,提高座椅9使伸缩杆7拉长到适宜位置,转动锁扣15固定伸缩杆7的长度,搬动支撑板12,使支撑板12与滑动板11垂直放置,座椅9的收放过程较为便捷,防止产品试验的过程中操作不便的现象,提高电力电子产品试验用的试验台车的使用效果,较为实用。
