Claims (5)
- H 2O에 CH 3COOH 를 투입하고 교반하는 단계;상기 교반 후 TEOS를 투입하고 교반하는 단계;filter press에서 상기 합성 모액을 제거하고 H 2O로 세정하는 단계; 및상기 세정 후 건조하여 수분율 0.5% 이하의 건조된 실리카 입자분말을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 입자크기는 1.0 ~ 20.0 (㎛) 의 SiO 2 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 TEOS:CH 3COOH:H 2O는 각각 1:4:4 몰 비율로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiO 2 분말의 제조 방법.
- 입자 크기는 1.0 ~ 20.0 (㎛)이며, 백색도는 90 이상, 순도(%) 99.9 이상인 단분산, 비결정질, 구형의 실리카 입자 분말.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 입자 크기는 3.0 ~ 5.0 (㎛)인 실리카 입자 분말.
- 제3항의 실리카 입자 분말을 포함하는 화장료 조성물.
