为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在一个具体实施方案中,如图1至图3所示,本发明所述一种家用电器,具体来说,可以是一种洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机或者洗碗机等,其中包括门体1、盘座2、驱动单元3和箱体5,所述盘座2的位置设置有控制面板,从图2中可以看出,所述驱动单元3与所述门体1连接,用于驱动所述门体1的动作,从图3中可以看出,所述门体1上放置有物品4,当所述门体1动作时,所述物品4有滑落的风险,带来安全隐患,同时所述门体1关闭的过程中,如所述盘座2上放置有物品4或者用户的手放置于此,也容易造成所述门体1挤压物品4或者夹手的情况发生。本发明通过设置相应的控制方法,成功避免门体1关闭或者打开过程中,门体1表面物品4滑落、门体1夹手等问题。
在一个具体实施方案中,如图4所示,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,包括如下步骤,检测单元获取检测信号,执行检测,将检测到的参数信息发送给控制单元;所述控制单元根据接收到的参数信息进行判断,并向驱动单元发送驱动信号;所述驱动单元根据驱动信号驱动门体动作。
具体来说,检测单元获取到检测信号,由所述检测单元对所述门体的参数信息进行采集,并将所述参数信息发送给所述控制单元进行判断,如满足所述门体动作的条件,则所述控制单元向所述驱动单元发送启动信号,所述驱动单元驱动所述门体动作,所述门体的动作包括打开、关闭或者在一定幅度内摆动、运动等。
在一个具体实施方案中,如图5所示,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,所述参数信息包括所述检测单元检测所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作时获得的信息;所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作为,控制单元获取开/闭门体信号后,发送检测信号给检测单元,当收到检测单元反馈信号后,控制单元发送预启动信号给驱动单元预启动门体动作。
具体来说,通过所述预启动使得所述驱动单元能够获知驱动所述门体动作的相关参数信息,避免由于突然驱动造成的物品滑落或挤压。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,控制单元获取打开门体的信号,向检测单元放送检测信号,检测单元收到检测信号后,向控制单元作出反馈,所述控制单元收到反馈信号后,向驱动单元发送预启动信号,所述驱动单元预启动门体动作,此时检测单元对驱动单元预启动门体动作的相关参数进行检测,并将检测到的参数信息发送给控制单元,控制单元对参数信息进行判断,若满足门体动作条件,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号,所述驱动单元根据驱动信号驱动门体动作。
在一个具体实施方案中,如图6所示,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,所述 参数信息包括所述检测单元检测所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作时获得的信息;所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作为,控制单元获取开/闭门体信号后,发送初步驱动信号给驱动单元驱动门体动作。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,控制单元获取打开门体的信号,向驱动单元发送初步驱动信号,所述驱动单元驱动门体打开,此时控制单元向检测单元发送检测信号,检测单元获取检测信号,执行检测,将检测到的参数信息发送给控制单元;所述控制单元根据接收到的参数信息进行判断,若满足门体动作条件,则向驱动单元发送驱动信号;所述驱动单元根据驱动信号驱动门体动作。
在一个具体实施方案中,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,所述参数信息包括所述驱动单元驱动所述门体动作的电流值,和/或,扭矩值;所述控制单元根据接收到的电流值,和/或,扭矩值进行判断,若满足设定值,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号。
详细来说,通过设置设定值,实现了对所述门体上放置物品或者门体前部挤压某些物品时的检测,避免了所述驱动单元、所述门体的损坏,也避免了物品由于跌落或挤压带来的损坏。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,检测单元获取检测信号,执行检测,将检测到的参数信息发送给控制单元;参数信息包括了驱动单元与驱动门体动作时的电流值,控制单元根据接收到的电流值进行判断,判断步骤包括:
若电流值满足设定值,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号。
若电流值不满足设定值,则丢弃参数信息,并将丢弃的参数信息生成停止信号,发送给所述驱动单元,所述驱动单元停止驱动所述门体动作。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,门体上放置有物品,检测单元获取检测信号,执行检测,将检测到的参数信息发送给控制单元;参数信息包括了驱动单元与驱动门体动作时的电流值,控制单元根据接收到的电流值进行判断,控制单元判断电流值不满足设定值,丢弃参数信息,并将丢弃的参数信息生成停止信号,发送给所述驱动单元,所述驱动单元停止驱动所述门体动作。
在一个具体实施方案中,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,所述参数信息包括所述检测单元检测门体周围环境时获得的信息;所述检测单元包括图像采集装置,采集所述门体动作范围内的图像信息,并将所述图像信息作为参数信息发送给所述控制单元。
具体来说,通过对所述门体动作范围内图像信息的采集,保证了所述门体关闭时,避免突然有物品或者用户的手伸入所述门体动作范围内,造成碰撞或挤压的情况发生。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,检测单元获取检测信号,对门体周围环境的图像信息进行采集,并发送给控制单元,控制单元根据接收到图像信息后,提取所述图像信息上的特征点,并与图像库中预留图像信息的特征点进行逐一匹配,若全部特征点匹配成功,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号,通过将所述图像信息进行特征点的匹配,保证了所述门体动作范围内无干扰,只有当所述检测单元采集到的所述图像信息上的特征点全部匹配时,说明所述门体动作范围内无物品、无干扰,可以执行所述门体的动作指令,提升了安全系数。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,用户将手伸入所述门体闭合路线上,检测单元获取检测信号,对所述门体周围环境的图像信息进行采集,并发送给控制单元,控制单元根据接收到门体路线上的图像信息后,提取所述图像信息上的特征点,并与图像库中预留图像信息的特征点进行逐一匹配,由于用户的手干扰了所述门体的闭合路线,检测单元采集到的门体该位置图像信息,与图像库中预留的该位置的预留图像信息不匹配,控制单元判断不满足门体动作条件,向所述驱动单元发送停止信号,所述驱动单元停止驱动所述门体动作。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,所述门体设置有一个亿采集区域,所述门体运动到该采集区域内时,所述检测单元对所述门体动作范围内的图像信息进行连续采集,详细来说,设定采集区域,使得门体在动作至该采集区域内时才进行图像信息的采集,使得图像信息的采集更有针对性。
在一个具体实施方案中,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,所述参数信息包括所述检测单元检测的生物信息;所述检测单元包括生物信息采集装置,采集生物信息作为参数信息发送给控制单元,所述控制单元接收到生物信息后,将获取的生物信息与预设生物信息进行匹配,若匹配成功,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,检测单元采集的生物信息是用户的声音信息,用户通过语音实现对门体动作的控制,用户发出开门或者关门等语音控制指令,检测单元采集该声音信息后,发送给控制单元,控制单元进行判断,满足动作条件,则向驱动单元发送驱动信号。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,检测单元采集的生物信息是用户的指纹信息,检测单元为指纹识别元件,用户通过触碰检测单元,实现对门体动作的控制,非用户本人由于指纹不匹配,无法触发检测单元。
在一个具体实施方案中,如图7至图9所示,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,还包括如下步骤,监测单元监测家用电器的状态,并将监测到的状态信息发送给所述控制单元,所述控制单元根据所述状态信息判断是否需要开/闭所述门体,需要所述门体动作时,生成检测信号,并发送给所述检测单元;
或者,监测单元监测家用电器的状态,并将监测到的状态信息发送给所述控制单元,所述控制单元根据所述状态信息判断是否需要开/闭所述门体,需要所述门体动作时,生成初步驱动信号,并发送给所述驱动单元后,向所述检测单元发送检测信号。
在本实施方案的一个应用场景中,所述状态包括所述家用电器的内外环境湿度,和/或,内部环境温度,和/或,工作参数。
具体来说环境湿度是指家用电器根据内外环境湿度差来判断何时需要开/闭门体,而内部环境温度是指家用电器工作时,内部环境温度过高,需要通过动作所述门体实现降温等操作。
进一步地,所述家用电器的工作参数是指,滚筒洗衣机等在工作过程中,需要对所述门体进行操作时,会获取当时滚筒的工作参数,并向所述控制单元发送,所述控制单元判断此时是否能够对所述门体进行操作,进而作出判断。
在一个具体实施方案中,本发明所述一种家用电器门体的控制方法,所述驱动单元驱动所述门体动作过程中,所述检测单元持续检测参数信息,并发送给控制单元,控制单元根据接收的参数信息控制驱动单元驱动门体动作,对所述门体的动作过程进行持续检测,避免门体在动作过程中,意外事件的发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
    检测单元获取检测信号,执行检测,将检测到的参数信息发送给控制单元;
    所述控制单元根据接收到的参数信息进行判断,并向驱动单元发送驱动信号;
    所述驱动单元根据驱动信号驱动门体动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述参数信息包括所述检测单元检测所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作时获得的信息;
    所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作为,控制单元获取开/闭门体信号后,发送检测信号给检测单元,当收到检测单元反馈信号后,控制单元发送预启动信号给驱动单元预启动门体动作;
    或者,所述驱动单元预驱动门体动作为,控制单元获取开/闭门体信号后,发送初步驱动信号给驱动单元驱动门体动作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述参数信息包括所述驱动单元驱动所述门体动作的电流值,和/或,扭矩值;
    所述控制单元根据接收到的电流值,和/或,扭矩值进行判断,若满足设定值,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述参数信息包括所述检测单元检测门体周围环境时获得的信息;
    优选地,所述检测单元包括图像采集装置,采集所述门体动作范围内的图像信息,并将所述图像信息作为参数信息发送给所述控制单元;
    优选地,所述检测单元在所述门体进入采集区域后,对所述门体动作范围内的图像信息进行连续采集。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:所述控制单元接收到参数信息后,提取所述图像信息上的特征点,并与图像库中预留图像信息的特征点进行逐一匹配,若全部特征点匹配成功,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述参数信息包括所述检测单元检测的生物信息;
    所述检测单元包括生物信息采集装置,采集生物信息作为参数信息发送给控制单元。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:所述控制单元接收到生物信息后,将获取的生物信息与预设生物信息进行匹配,若匹配成功,则向所述驱动单元发送驱动信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:所述控制单元根据接收到的参数信息进行判断,若不满足动作条件,则向所述驱动单元发送停止信号,所述驱动单元停止驱动所述门体动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:
    还包括如下步骤,监测单元监测家用电器的状态,并将监测到的状态信息发送给所述控制单元,所述控制单元根据所述状态信息判断是否需要开/闭所述门体,需要所述门体动作时,生成检测信号,并发送给所述检测单元;
    或者,监测单元监测家用电器的状态,并将监测到的状态信息发送给所述控制单元,所述控制单元根据所述状态信息判断是否需要开/闭所述门体,需要所述门体动作时,生成初步驱动信号,并发送给所述驱动单元后,向所述检测单元发送检测信号;
    优选地,所述状态包括所述家用电器的内外环境湿度,和/或,内部环境温度,和/或,工作参数。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种家用电器门体的控制方法,其特征在于:所述驱动单元驱动所述门体动作过程中,所述检测单元持续检测参数信息,并发送给控制单元,控制单元根据接收的参数信息控制驱动单元驱动门体动作。
