发明内容
本公开的第一目的在于提供一种门体开关结构,以解决现有的洗碗机门体通过人工手拉打开或关闭,不能实现自动开闭的问题。
为实现上述目的,本公开提出的技术方案如下:一种门体开关结构,包括具有开口的箱体和铰装在所述开口处的门体,还包括推动机构、驱动机构和拉绳组件;所述推动机构安装在所述箱体上,并用于推动所述门体与所述箱体呈预设角度;所述拉绳组件一端与所述驱动机构相连接,另一端与所述门体相连接;所述驱动机构用于拉动所述拉绳组件,以通过所述拉绳组件控制所述门体的开闭。

基于上述结构,发明人发现,现有的门体2在关闭时一般与水平面成90°夹角,当驱动机构4放松拉绳组件5后,门体2未必能够通过自重来打开,发明人所了解的一种做法是将箱体1开口设计呈倾斜状,以使得门体2在关闭状态时也是倾斜状态,进而能够通过自重来打开,但是该结构需要整个箱体1结构进行改进,而且门体2在关闭后始终会拉伸拉绳组件5,进而使得拉绳组件5的绳体12始终受力,影响其使用寿命。
因此发明人对门体2开关结构做出进一步的改进,新增了一种推动机构3,本实施例的推动机构3安装在箱体1的上部,其用于将门体2向远离箱体1的方向推动至预设位置,此时门体2与箱体1呈预设角度,在拉绳组件5放松状态下,门体2可以通过自身的重力打开,无需对箱体1结构进行改进,而且门体2在关闭状态下可以维持自身稳定,对拉绳组件5的拉力几乎可以忽略不计。
根据上述结构描述可知,本实施例提供的门体2开关结构在开门时,驱动机构4放松拉绳组件5,并且推动机构3使门体2与箱体1呈一倾角,使得门体2能够在重力作用下 自动开门;关门时,驱动机构4拉近拉升组件使门体2恢复关闭状态;实现了门体2的自动开闭,节约人力。

另外,为了便于取放,本实施例的驱动机构4的安装位置、拉绳和连接板6的长度被构造为:当门体2位于最大开启位置时,门体2与箱体1之间呈90°夹角或大于90°夹角,进而保证了门体2的开启角度,便于用户拿放物品。

另外,为了进一步提高整体的安全性和可靠性,本实施例还具有用于检测第二驱动电机输入电流的电流检测装置(图中未示出),电流检测装置与控制装置电连接;第二驱动电机的输入电流大于第一预设值时,或者是第二驱动电机的输入电流小于于第二预设值时,控制装置向第二驱动电机发送控制指令,以关闭第二驱动电机。该设计是由于,当关门完成或者有异物卡住时,第二驱动电机的负载将会增大,导致第二驱动电机的输入电流增大,当第二驱动电机输入电流大于第一预设值时,第二驱动电机停止动作,实现关门完成或关门保护。同理,在自动开门途中,若有障碍物阻挡,会使第二驱动电机负载降低,当第二驱动电机输入电流低于第二预设值时,第二驱动电机停止动作,实现开门保护。
具体的,本实施例的控制装置可以包括比较器和控制器,比较器与上述的电流检测装置和距离检测装置相连接,并且将处理后的数据发送给控制器,控制器基于该数据向上述的第二驱动电机发送控制指令,以关闭控制电机。当然,本实施例的控制装置可以是发明人所了解的任意一种控制装置,而比较器和控制器等也可以为发明人所了解的比较器和控制器,因此本实施例不对控制装置的具体电路和工作原理进行详细描述。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种洗碗机,其具有如实施例一所述的门体开关结构,另外也具有实现洗碗机的其他功能部件,例如洗碗单元、控制单元(图中均未示出)等,这里不一一列举。
而除了上述结构外,本实施例的洗碗机还具有一感应元件,如图5所示,该感应装置14可以是红外感应装置、语音感应装置、面部识别感应装置、手势感应装置、触摸感应装置中的任意一种,其用于生成一个感应信号,洗碗机的控制单元可以基于该感应信号执行相应的动作。例如,感应装置14为语音感应装置时,通过语音识别后给主控单元,主控单元控制洗碗单元进行洗碗工作,实现洗碗机智能化和自动化。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,不能理解为对本公开的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体等。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本公开的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本公开的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种门体开关结构,包括具有开口的箱体(1)和铰装在所述开口处的门体(2),其特征在于,还包括推动机构(3)、驱动机构(4)和拉绳组件(5);所述推动机构(3)安装在所述箱体(1)上,并用于推动所述门体(2)与所述箱体(1)呈预设角度;所述拉绳组件(5)一端与所述驱动机构(4)相连接,另一端与所述门体(2)相连接;所述驱动机构(4)用于拉动所述拉绳组件(5),以通过所述拉绳组件(5)控制所述门体(2)的开闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,所述推动机构(3)包括直线往复运动装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,所述直线往复运动装置包括导向件(8)、推动件(9)和第一驱动电机(10);所述导向件(8)安装在所述箱体(1)上;所述推动件(9)与所述导向件(8)相连接;所述第一驱动电机(10)与所述导向件(8)相连接,并带动所述推动件(9)沿所述导向件(8)的预设方向运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,所述拉绳组件(5)包括绕线轮(11)和绳体(12);所述绕线轮(11)与所述驱动机构(4)相连接;所述绳体(12)缠绕在所述绕线轮(11)上,并与所述门体(2)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,还包括连接板(6),所述连接板(6)一端与所述拉绳组件(5)相连接,另一端与所述门体(2)内侧相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,所述连接板(6)与所述门体(2)互成角度。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,所述门体(2)的开口处连接有外扩的门框(7),所述门框(7)设有供所述连接板(6)穿过的避让孔(16),所述门体(2)开闭过程中,所述连接板(6)在所述避让孔(16)内运动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,所述驱动机构(4)包括第二驱动电机。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,还包括距离传感器(13)和控制装置;所述距离传感器(13)与所述控制装置电连接;所述距离传感器(13)在感应区域内检测到障碍物信息时,所述控制装置向所述驱动机构(4)发送控制指令,以关闭所述第二驱动电机。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,还包括用于检测所述第二驱动电机输入电流的电流检测装置,所述电流检测装置与所述控制装置电连接;所述第二驱 动电机的输入电流大于第一预设值或小于第二预设值时,所述控制装置向所述第二驱动电机发送控制指令,以关闭所述第二驱动电机。
  11. 根据权利要求1-6、8-10任一项所述的门体开关结构,其特征在于,当所述门体(2)位于最大开启位置时,所述门体(2)与所述箱体(1)之间呈90°夹角或大于90°夹角。
  12. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-11任一项所述的门体开关结构。
