技术领域
本发明涉及雾化技术领域,特别是涉及一种加热装置及电子雾化装置。
背景技术
现有加热不燃烧型电子雾化装置的加热片在通过固定座固定时,会将固定座与加热片的接触位置设置在相比于发热线路的发热量较低的导电线路区域,该区域位于加热片的下端,但是该区域比较小,使得加热片固定不牢。
发明内容
本发明提供一种加热装置及电子雾化装置,用以实现加热元件的稳定固定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案为:提供一种加热装置,包括加热元件,所述加热元件包括基体、发热线路及导电线路;所述基体包括第一区域及第二区域;所述导电线路设置在所述第二区域,所述发热线路设置在所述第一区域;所述发热线路与所述导电线路连接,并且所述发热线路的电阻大于所述导电线路的电阻;固定座,所述固定座的一端固定所述加热元件,所述固定座与所述第一区域接触。
可选的,所述固定座收容所述加热元件的第二区域并与所述第一区域接触;所述固定座包括固定件,所述固定件固定在所述发热线路所在的第一区域,进而将所述加热元件固定在所述固定座上;其中,所述固定件为陶瓷固定件。
可选的,所述固定件的中部具有通孔,所述加热元件穿过所述通孔,所述固定件与所述发热线路接触。
可选的,所述基体为纵长结构,所述第一区域的长度大于所述第二区域;所述第二区域远离所述第一区域的一侧设置有连接所述导电线路且部分延伸到所述基体外部的第一连接端子及第二连接端子。

可选的,所述线路板还包括第三电极及第四电极,所述第三电极及所述第四电极用于连接所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子,用于检测所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子之间的电压。
可选的,所述线路板还包括存储芯片,用于存储加热过程中产生的数据。
可选的,在加热工作时,第一区域的温度T1与第二区域的温度T的关系为(T1-T环)/(T2-T环)<2,其中,T1的温度区间在100~500摄氏度;T2温度区间在250~T环摄氏度,T环表示为标准气压下的温度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的另一个技术方案为:提供一种电子雾化装置,包括供电装置及加热装置;其中,所述供电装置用于对所述加热装置进行供电;所述加热装置为上述任一所述的加热装置。
本发明的有益效果:区别于现有技术,在本发明提出的加热装置及电子雾化装置中,通过将固定座与加热元件的接触位置设置在加热元件的发热线路位置处,以此能够有更多的区域设置固定座,提高加热元件的固定牢固性。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参见图1,为本发明加热装置的一实施例的剖视图。该实施例的加热装置包括加热元件11及固定座,其中固定座可包括:固定件12、线路板13、底座14、密封件15及套筒16。
请结合图2,在一实施例中,加热元件11包括基体115、发热线路111及导电线路112。其中,基体115由电绝缘材料形成,其可以是例如氧化铝(Al 2O 3)或者稳定化二氧化锆(ZrO 2)。对于本领域普通技术人员显而易见的是电绝缘材料可以是任何合适的电绝缘材料,例如陶瓷材料也适合于用作电绝缘基体115。在另一实施例中,还可以选用金属材料作为基体115,在选用金属材料作为基体115时,在金属材料表面设置绝缘层即可。在本实施例中,基体115为片状,导电线路112进一步包括一对并联的线路,具体为位于外圈大体为U形的线路,其主要用于产生热量,还具有位于内圈主要用于测温的测温线路(根据TCR曲线测温)。导电线路112及发热线路111设置在片状基体115的其中一个表面上。导电线路112可以为镍或铂等具有正温度系数性的金属材料或合金。
其中,导电线路112设置在基体115的一部分上,这一部分靠近基体115的下端。例如,导电线路112可设置在基体115的长度平分线下方的任何位置。发热线路111设置在基体115的其余部分上,导电线路112与发热线路111连接。在一实施例中,发热线路111的电阻大于导电线路112的电阻。例如在一实施例中,发热线路111的材料为铂、铂金合金等,导电线路112的材料为银。相应地,基体115还可划分成设置发热线路111的第一区域及设置导电线路112的第二区域;也就是说,该第二区域可对应前述的基体115的一部分,该第一区域可对应前述的基体115的其余部分,基体为纵长结构,第一区域的长度大于第二区域。第二区域远离第一区域的一侧设置有连接导电线路112且部分延伸到基板115外部的第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114。具体的,第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114与发热线路111之间通过导电线路112连接,其中,导电线路112的一端连接发热线路111,另一端连接第一连接端子113及第 二连接端子114。
固定座用于固定加热元件11,具体的,固定座的一端固定加热元件11,固定座固定加热元件11的部位与发热线路111接触,并且靠近导电线路112。
具体的,在一实施例中,固定座包括固定件12,固定件12中部具有通孔121,加热元件11穿过通孔121以将固定件12固定在发热线路111所在区域,进而将加热元件11固定在固定座上。固定件12与发热线路111接触,如图3所示。在一实施例中,为防止发热线路111温度过高损坏固定件12,固定件12采用耐高温材料,例如固定件12为陶瓷材料。陶瓷材料是指用天然或合成化合物经过成形和高温烧结制成的一类无机非金属材料。它具有高熔点、高硬度、高耐磨性、耐氧化等优点。陶瓷材料的熔点在2000℃以上,且在高温下具有极好的化学稳定性;陶瓷材料的导热性低于金属材料,其还是良好的隔热材料。在其他实施方式中,所述固定件12与加热元件11一体成型,具体的,在加热元件11形成导电线路112和发热线路111后将加热元件11置于成型模具中,在加热元件11上模压形成陶瓷材料制成的与发热线路111接触的固定件12,然后对加热元件11及固定件12一起烧结。此时固定件12不具有通孔121。本实施方式中,所述固定件12包括圆柱形的主体部125、主体部125上表面突出延伸形成的凸台122、下表面同轴形成的圆形卡台123,下表面的卡台123边缘还形成一对卡合部124。通孔121贯穿于主体部125、凸台122及卡台123。
固定座还包括线路板13,线路板13位于第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114远离发热线路111的一端。线路板13对应第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114的位置处设置有与第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114接触的第一电极131及第二电极132。在第一电极131及第二电极132分别与第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114接触时,线路板13为导电线路112及发热线路111供电。具体的,线路板13的外侧边缘处形成有缺口135,线路板13为不规则形状,其形成缺口135的一侧相对的一侧为圆弧形,与缺口135相邻的两侧为直线型,且该直线型边与形成缺口135的一侧通过倾斜边连接。
在一实施例中,固定座还包括密封件15,其中密封件15与固定件12配合使用。密封件15的形状与固定件12对应,密封件15对应凸台122的位置处具有贯孔151,贯孔151外侧具有套合部152,在固定件12与密封件15配合时,密封件15的贯孔151套设在凸台122外侧。具体的,密封件15包括圆形的抵 靠部153及自抵靠部153远离底座14的一表面突出形成的套合部152,贯孔151贯穿抵靠部153及套合部152。具体的,本实施例中,固定件12的通孔121用于固定基体115,因此,固定件12的通孔121的形状对应于基体115的横截面形状,密封件15的贯孔151套设在固定件的凸台122上,因此贯孔151的形状与凸台122的相状对应。具体的,如图2所示,固定件12的凸台122的形状为矩形,其密封件15的贯孔151的形状也为矩形。在密封件15套设在固定件12上时,密封件15的抵靠部153与固定件12的主体部125接触。
固定座还包括底座14,底座14的一端抵接固定件12,另一端与线路板13卡接,以将固定件12及线路板13之间封闭。
底座14包括第一底座141及第二底座142,第一底座141及第二底座142卡合形成底座14。具体的,第一底座141内壁具有第一连接柱145及隔离柱140;第二底座142对应第一连接柱145的位置处具有第二连接柱143,第二连接柱143上设置有用于容纳第一连接柱145的第一连接孔144,第一底座141内壁的第一连接柱145插入第二底座142上内壁的第一连接孔144,以将第一底座141及第二底座142卡合以形成所述底座14。在一实施例中,第一底座141及第二底座142可采用塑料材料制成,还可以采用陶瓷材料,一般为了减少成本,可选用塑料材料。在一实施例中,在第一底座141及第二底座14卡合后,隔离柱140位于第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114中间,并支撑基体115。在本实施方式中,第一底座141与第二底座142为半圆柱状,第一底座141与第二底座142靠近固定件12的一端收容固定件12的卡台123,第一底座141与第二底座142对应于固定件12的卡合部124的位置处形成有与卡合部124配合的第一卡槽170。在一实施例中,第一卡槽170可以为多个,也可以为一个,其具体数量由固定件12上的卡合部124决定。可以理解的,多个第一卡槽170可以同时位于第一底座141上,还可以同时位于第二底座142上,当然还可以部分位于第一底座141上,部分位于第二底座142上,其具体位置同样由固定件12上的卡合部124的位置决定。

在一实施例中,加热装置还包括套筒16,套筒16与底座14配合。具体的,套筒16中空结构,套筒16一端具有与套合部152形状对应的安装孔161,在套筒16与底座14配合时,安装孔161套设在套合部152外侧,套筒16远离发热线路111的一端与第一部分148抵接。具体的,为了使套筒16与底座14紧密结合,套筒16内壁对应底座14外侧的凸起146的位置处具有卡接口163,对应底座14外侧的卡轴147的位置处具有第二卡槽162,套筒16在套设在底座14的外侧后,凸起146与卡接口163卡合,卡轴147与第二卡槽162配合,具体的,在一实施例中,在将套筒16套设在底座14的外侧时,卡轴147在第二卡槽162的表面沿与底座14及套筒16的轴向平行的方向移动,进而将套筒16与底座14固定。可以理解的,套筒16的外径与第一部分148的外径匹配,以此在将套筒16与底座14配合后,套筒16与底座14外表面平齐。本实施方式中,套筒为圆柱形,安装孔161一端向圆形套筒16的中心位置形成凸缘164,凸缘164抵压于密封件15的抵靠部153上并与套合部152平齐。
在一实施例中,线路板13还包括第三电极133及第四电极134,第三电极133及第四电极134用于连接主电路板,用以对加热装置进行供电。具体的,在第三电极133及第四电极134还连接第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114,用于检测第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114之间的电压。
在另一实施例中,如图2所示,线路板的第一电极131及第二电极132为一对电极,分别为正电极及负电极,第三电极133及第四电极134为一对电极,分别为正电极及负电极。其两对电极均与加热元件11上的第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114连接。其中,在第一电极131及第二电极132、第三电极133及第四电极134均与第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114连接,其中,第一电极131及第二电极132向加热元件11提供大电流,进而对发热线路111进行 加热,第三电极133及第四电极134提供小电流,用于在加热过程中检测第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114之间的电压,从而控制加热的温度。由于两对电极都与主板电路接触,因此会产生接触电阻。如果线路板13上只有一对电极(第一电极131及第二电极132)时,由于电流过大,其通过接触电阻产生的压降会很大,因此使得检测到的第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114之间的电压不够准确,所以设置第三电极133及第四电极134提供小电流来检测第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114之间的电压。
在另一实施例中,线路板13还包括存储芯片(图未示),存储芯片用于存储加热过程中产生的数据。此时,线路板13上包括连接存储芯片的存储接口,该控制接口共用第一电极131及第二电极132、第三电极133及第四电极134与第一连接端子113及第二连接端子114连接,进而获取到加热元件11在加热过程中产生的数据。在另一实施例中,主电路板可以通过读取存储芯片上存储的数据进而通过第一电极131及第二电极132控制发热元件11,以使其发热。
在一实施例中,本申请提供的加热装置及加热元件在工作时,发热线路111所在的第一区域的温度T1与导电线路112所在的第二区域的温度T2的关系为(T1-T环)/(T2-T环)<2,其中,T1的温度区间在100~500摄氏度;T2温度区间在250~T环摄氏度,T环表示为标准气压下的温度。在一具体实施例中,标准气压下为298.15K,其对应的温度为25℃,即T环=25℃。
本发明提供的加热装置包括加热元件及固定加热元件的固定座,本发明通过将固定座与加热元件的接触位置设置在加热元件的发热线路位置处,以此能够有更多的区域设置固定座,提高加热元件的固定牢固性。另外为了防止发热线路的温度过高对固定座造成损坏,本发明将与发热线路接触的固定件的材料选为陶瓷材料,在另一实施例中,固定座的材料还可以是压铸铝合金、压铸锌合金,或者还可以是耐高温高分子材料如聚苯并咪唑(PBI)、高温尼龙(LCP)。
请参见图4,为本发明雾化装置的一实施例的结构示意图。电子雾化装置包括供电装置32及加热装置31,其中供电装置32用于给加热装置31供电,加热装置31为上述图1及图2、图3所述的加热装置,具体结构与图1及图2、图3所示相同,在此不再赘述。
在一具体实施方式中,本发明提供的电子雾化装置可应用于加热不燃烧型电子雾化装置,例如烟具。在一具体实施方式中,本发明提供的电子雾化装置 可应用于雾化吸入治疗行业,雾化吸入治疗是通过不同的装置把药物以气溶胶的形式输出并随呼吸进入体内。气溶胶是指固体微粒或液体微粒混悬于空气或空气中组成的分散体系,可以随空气流动传输。在雾化吸入治疗中,选择合适的装置及正确的吸入方法对治疗效果有很大影响。本发明提供的雾化装置具体可应用于如定量压力气雾剂、干粉吸入剂、喷射雾化器等设备。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种加热装置,其中,包括:
    加热元件,所述加热元件包括基体、发热线路及导电线路;所述基体包括第一区域及第二区域;所述导电线路设置在所述第二区域,所述发热线路设置在所述第一区域;所述发热线路与所述导电线路连接,并且所述发热线路的电阻大于所述导电线路的电阻;
    固定座,所述固定座的一端固定所述加热元件,所述固定座与所述第一区域接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热装置,其中,所述固定座收容所述加热元件的第二区域并与所述第一区域接触;
    所述固定座包括固定件,所述固定件固定在所述发热线路所在的第一区域,进而将所述加热元件固定在所述固定座上;
    其中,所述固定件为陶瓷固定件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热装置,其中,所述固定件的中部具有通孔,所述加热元件穿过所述通孔,所述固定件与所述发热线路接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的加热装置,其中,所述基体为纵长结构,所述第一区域的长度大于所述第二区域;所述第二区域远离所述第一区域的一侧设置有连接所述导电线路且部分延伸到所述基体外部的第一连接端子及第二连接端子。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的加热装置,其中,所述固定座还包括:线路板,所述线路板位于所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子远离所述发热线路的一端;
    所述线路板对应所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子的位置处设置有与所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子接触的第一电极及第二电极。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加热装置,其中,所述固定座还包括底座,所述底座的一端抵接所述固定件,另一端与所述线路板卡接,以将所述固定件及所述线路板之间封闭。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加热装置,其中,所述底座包括第一底座及第二底座;
    所述第一底座内壁具有第一连接柱及隔离柱;所述第二底座对应所述第一连接柱的位置处具有第二连接柱,所述第二连接柱上设置有用于容纳所述第一连接柱的第一连接孔,所述第一底座的所述第一连接柱插入所述第二底座上的所述第一连接孔,以将所述第一底座及所述第二底座卡合以形成所述底座;
    在所述底座配合所述固定件及所述线路板进行封闭时,所述隔离柱位于所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子之间,并且所述隔离柱支撑所述加热元件。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的加热装置,其中,所述固定件包括:主体部及位于所述主体部一表面的卡台;
    其中,所述通孔贯穿所述主体部及所述卡台,所述主体部的直径大于所述卡台的直径,所述卡台的边缘处具有至少一个与所述主体部连接的卡合部;
    所述底座用于卡合所述固定件的一端具有与所述卡合部对应的第一卡槽;所述固定件的所述卡台卡合在所述底座内侧,所述卡合部嵌入于所述第一卡槽内,进而将固定件固定在底座上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的加热装置,其中,所述固定件的主体部远离所述卡台的一表面设置有凸台,所述通孔贯穿所述主体部、所述卡台及所述凸台;
    所述固定座还包括密封件,所述密封件包括抵靠部及贯穿所述抵靠部且与所述凸台形状对应的贯孔,所述密封件的贯孔套设在所述凸台的外侧,以将所述密封件固定在所述固定件上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的加热装置,其中,所述底座包括靠近所述线路板的一端的第一部分及除所述第一部分外的第二部分,其中,所述第一部分及所述第二部分均为中空的圆柱体,所述第一部分内侧具有与所述线路板厚度对应的卡轨,所述线路板嵌入于所述卡轨中;所述线路板的一边缘位置处内凹形成有缺口,所述卡轨对应所述线路板的缺口 位置处具有卡柱,所述线路板嵌入于所述卡轨中时,所述线路板的缺口与所述卡柱卡合,以防止所述线路板晃动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的加热装置,其中,所述密封件还包括凸出于所述抵靠部远离所述固定件一表面的套合部,所述贯孔贯穿所述套合部;
    所述加热装置还包括套设在所述底座外侧的套筒,所述套筒中空,且所述套筒的一端具有沿与所述套筒的轴向垂直的方向延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘内侧形成安装孔,所述套筒套设在所述底座外侧,所述安装孔套设在所述套合部的外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的加热装置,其中,所述第二部分的外侧设置有至少一个凸起,及所述第二部分的外侧还设置有与所述第一部分垂直且平齐的卡轴;
    所述套筒内壁对应所述凸起的位置处具有卡接口,对应所述卡轴的位置处具有第二卡槽;所述套筒在套设在所述底座的外侧后,凸起与卡接口卡合,卡轴与第二卡槽配合,以将所述套筒与所述底座固定;
    其中,所述套筒的外径与所述第一部分的外径匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的加热装置,其中,所述线路板还包括第三电极及第四电极,所述第三电极及所述第四电极用于连接所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子,用于检测所述第一连接端子及所述第二连接端子之间的电压。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的加热装置,其中,所述线路板还包括存储芯片,用于存储加热过程中产生的数据。
  15. 根据权利要求1至4任意一顶所述的加热装置,其中,加热工作时,第一区域的温度T1与第二区域的温度T2的关系为(T1-T环)/(T2-T环)<2,其中,T1的温度区间在100~500摄氏度;T2温度区间在250~T环摄氏度,T环表示为标准气压下的温度。
  16. 一种电子雾化装置,其中,包括:供电装置及加热装置;
    其中,所述供电装置用于对所述加热装置进行供电;所述加热装置为如权利要求1~15任意一项所述的加热装置。
