终端设备101、102、103和终端设备107、108、109可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备101、102、103为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持互联网访问的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、和台式计算机等等。当终端设备101、102、103为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器105可以是为终端设备101、102、103和终端设备107、108、109安装的应用提供咨询解答服务的服务器。服务器105可以接收终端设备101、102、103在其安装的应用中提交的咨询请求,也可以将调查问卷结果信息反馈给终端设备107、108、109。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的咨询信息的处理方法可以由终端设备101、102、103、终端设备107、108、109或服务器105执行。相应地,咨询信息的处理装置可以设置于终端设备101、102、103、终端设备107、108、109或服务器105中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的咨询信息的处理方法的一个实施例的流程200。该咨询信息的处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201,响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,向第一用户推送与咨询信息对应的调查问卷。
在本实施例中,咨询信息的处理方法的执行主体可以是图1所示 的系统架构中的服务器,或者是为咨询平台提供支持的其他后台设备。该执行主体可以从咨询平台接收到第一用户的咨询信息,并在预先存储的调查问卷集合中查找出与咨询信息对应的目标调查问卷,并通过咨询平台向第一用户推送上述目标调查问卷。具体地,第一用户可以是向咨询平台发出咨询请求的咨询方。咨询信息可以是第一用户提出的期望获得解决或应答的信息,咨询信息的具体内容可以包括第一用户所关注的、期望解决的事件的描述。调查问卷可以是以问题的形式进行用户信息收集的问卷。
在本实施的一些可选的实现方式中,咨询信息包括咨询内容的类型;以及上述响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,向第一用户推送与咨询信息对应的调查问卷的步骤,包括:响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,查找与咨询内容的类型对应的目标调查问卷;向第一用户推送目标调查问卷。
在该实现方式中,上述执行主体可以在接收到第一用户的咨询信息时,根据咨询信息所包括的咨询内容的类型在预先存储的调查问卷集合中查找出与咨询内容的类型对应的调查问卷并向第一用户推送。具体地,咨询内容的类型是预先配置,可以与咨询内容中所包含的咨询对象主体相对应,例如咨询内容中所包含的咨询对象主体是订单,则咨询内容的类型为订单类,例如咨询内容中所包含的咨询对象主体是与医疗相关的信息,则咨询内容的类型为医疗类。上述执行主体可以根据第一用户的咨询信息提取其中的关键内容,并根据关键内容识别咨询内容的类型。具体可以配置各预设类型的关键词表,通过咨询内容和关键词表匹配出咨询内容的类型。或者,可以采用预先训练的模型,对咨询信息进行分类,获得咨询内容的类型。
在这里,预先存储的调查问卷集合可以是根据咨询内容的类型对应设置的各类调查问卷。该实现方式可以通过设置并向第一用户推送与咨询内容的类型对应的调查问卷,更有针对性地、更准确地收集与第一用户咨询内容的类型对应的用户信息。
步骤202,获取第一用户提交的与调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以获取第一用户提交的与调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息。具体地,调查问卷结果信息可以第一用户完成调查问卷的信息,例如用户完成勾选问卷问题对应的答案选项的信息。可选地,调查问卷包括用于收集与用户咨询信息相关的用户基本信息的结构型问卷,在这里,用户基本信息可以是与用户相关联的信息,例如体征信息、行程信息、环境信息,结构化问卷可以是以问卷问题以及相对应的答案选项的形式设置的,对应的调查问卷结果可以包括收集到的用户基本信息。通过该可选方式,减少收集用户基本信息的时间,并且通过设置结构型问卷自动生成对应的结构化的用户数据信息。
步骤203,将调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型,得到第一咨询结果信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以将第一用户的调查问卷结果输入预先设置的咨询模型,得到第一咨询结果信息。具体地,咨询模型可以是根据各类咨询信息预先训练得到的模型,通过收集各类与用户咨询信息相关的用户基本信息以及对应的咨询结果,将各类与用户咨询信息相关的用户基本信息作为输入,对应的咨询结果作为期望输出,训练得到的模型。在这里,第一咨询结果信息可以是咨询模型输出的根据用户基本信息作出的初步判断结果
步骤204,向第二用户推送调查问卷结果信息和第一咨询结果信息。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以将咨询模型输出的初始咨询结果以及调查问卷结果信息推送给第二用户。在这里,第二用户可以是对第一用户的咨询信息进行解答的解答方。
步骤205,响应于接收到第二用户根据调查问卷结果信息和第一咨询结果信息提供的第二咨询结果信息,将第二咨询结果信息推送至第一用户。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以将接收到的第二用户根据调查问卷结果信息和第一咨询结果信息提供的第二咨询结果信息推送给第一用户。在这里,第二咨询结果信息可以是第二用户根据调查问卷结 果信息和第一咨询结果信息作出的最终判断结果。第二用户可以在提前收集好的用户基本信息以及咨询模型输出的第一咨询结果的基础上,快速作出判断并提供更可靠的第二咨询结果,由此减少了第二用户通过与第一用户进行交互获取第一用户基本信息的时间,提高了解答方作出最终判断结果的效率。
在本实施的一些可选的实现方式中,咨询信息可以包括目标咨询问题;以及上述方法还包括:响应于预设的咨询数据库中存在与目标咨询问题之间的匹配度大于第一预设阈值的第一咨询问题,向第一用户推送与第一咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息。
在该实现方式中,上述执行主体可以在预设的咨询数据库中查找与目标咨询问题相匹配的第一咨询问题,具体地,上述执行主体可以通过对目标咨询问题与咨询数据库中的咨询问题进行相似度计算得到相似度值,将相似度值作为匹配度的衡量指标,选择出与目标咨询问题之间的匹配度大于第一预设阈值的第一咨询问题,并将第一咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息推送给第一用户。在这里,咨询数据库中可以包括至少一个预先设置的咨询问题以及对应的咨询结果。通过该实现方式,可以实现针对第一用户的咨询信息所包括目标咨询问题进行快速解答。
在本实施的一些可选的实现方式中,上述方法还包括:响应于预设的咨询数据库中不存在与目标咨询问题之间的匹配度大于第一预设阈值的咨询问题,在预设的咨询数据库中查找与目标咨询问题之间的关联度大于第二预设阈值的候选咨询问题并向第一用户推送候选咨询问题;获取第一用户从候选咨询问题中选定的第二咨询问题,向第一用户推送与第二咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息。
在该实现方式中,上述执行主体当预设的咨询数据库中不存在与目标咨询问题相匹配的第一咨询问题时,可以在预设的咨询数据库中查找与目标咨询问题之间相关联的候选咨询问题并向第一用户推送候选咨询问题。具体地,上述执行主体首先可以识别目标咨询问题所包含的关键词,在咨询数据库中查找出包含相同关键词的咨询问题作为与目标咨询问题之间的关联度大于第二预设阈值的候选咨询问题, 获取第一用户从候选咨询问题中选定的第二咨询问题,在咨询数据库中查找到与第二咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息向第一用户推送。或者,上述执行主体也可以以目标咨询问题与咨询数据库中的咨询问题之间的相似度值作为关联度的衡量指标,上述执行主体还可以通过对目标咨询问题与咨询数据库中的咨询问题进行相似度计算得到相似度值,选择出与目标咨询问题之间的相似度值小于第一预设阈值大于第二预设阈值的咨询问题作为候选咨询问题推送给第一用户。
通过该实现方式,可以在数据库中不存在与目标咨询问题相匹配的咨询问题时,向第一用户推送贴近用户期望解答的目标咨询问题的候选咨询问题,方便用户选择。
在本实施的一些可选的实现方式中,上述方法还包括:向第一用户推送咨询频率大于预设阈值的常见咨询问题以及对应的咨询结果信息;响应于检测到第一用户对第三咨询问题的咨询结果信息执行预设的关联确认操作,将第三咨询信息、与第三咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息以及调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型,得到第三咨询结果信息。
在该实现方式中,上述执行主体可以向第一用户推送咨询频率大于预设阈值的常见咨询问题以及对应的咨询结果信息,当检测到第一用户对第三咨询问题的咨询结果信息执行预设的关联确认操作,将第三咨询问题咨询结果和第三咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息、与上述调查问卷结果信息同时输入预先设置的咨询模型,得到第三咨询结果信息,将第三咨询信息推送给第二用户。在这里,预设的关联确认操作可以是第一用户在认为第三咨询问题的咨询结果对自己有帮助时执行的一种预设操作。
举例来说,当上述执行主体检测到第一用户打开咨询应用时,可以向第一用户推送至少一个常见咨询问题以及对应的咨询结果信息,并且向第一用户呈现供选择的“有用”和“无用”选项,当检测到用户选择“有用”选项时,则表征用户认为该问题的咨询结果对自己有帮助,这时上述执行主体可以将上述目标常见咨询问题作为用户信息输入至咨询模型以及发送至第二用户供参考。
通过该实现方式,可以向第一用户推送常见咨询问题来快速向用户提供可能感兴趣的咨询问题,将第一用户满意的咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息作为咨询模型与第二用户的判断依据,丰富用户获取相关信息方式。同时将用户执行预设的关联确认操作的常见咨询问题作为用户的信息的另一种获取方式,输入至咨询模型以及发送至第二用户供参考,有助于咨询模型和第二用户提供更准确的咨询结果。
继续参考图3,示出了根据本公开的咨询信息的处理方法的一个应用场景图的示意图。在图3的应用场景中,第一用户(咨询方)所使用的终端301上可以安装咨询类应用或咨询平台,第二用户(解答方)所使用的终端303上可以安装咨询类应用或咨询平台。当检测到第一用户(咨询方)登录咨询类应用或咨询平台时,向第一用户(咨询方)展示输入咨询信息的页面304,页面304中包含“请输入您的问题”的内容,第一用户(咨询方)在完成咨询信息的输入后,点击“提交”,服务器302接收到第一用户(咨询方)发送的咨询信息,从数据库中筛选出与咨询信息对应的调查问卷,发送至第一用户(咨询方)使用的终端301,终端301向第一用户展示调查问卷页面305,第一用户(咨询方)在完成调查问卷时,点击“提交问卷”,则终端将第一用户的调查问卷结果信息发送至服务器302。服务器302将第一用户(咨询方)的调查问卷结果信息(即第一用户的基本信息)输入至咨询模型,得到初步咨询结果,再将调查问卷结果信息(即第一用户的基本信息)和初步咨询结果发送给第二用户(解答方)使用的终端303,终端303在页面306中向第二用户(解答方)展示第一用户的基本信息和初步咨询结果,第二用户(解答方)参考第一用户的基本信息和初步咨询结果,在页面306中输入解答内容,完成后点击“提交”或“发送”选项,将最终解答内容作为最终咨询结果发送至服务器302。服务器302在接收到最终咨询结果后,将最终咨询结果转发至终端301,终端301向第一用户(咨询方)展示最终咨询结果的页面307。
上述实施例具体可以应用于在线知识交互平台,或者在线问诊平台,提问者发起提问后,专家可以参考平台的初步判断结果进行解答。这样,提问者和专家可以通过该平台快速、高效地完成交互,提升了 信息交互的效率。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,向第一用户推送与咨询信息对应的调查问卷;获取第一用户提交的与调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息;将调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型,得到第一咨询结果信息;向第二用户推送调查问卷结果信息和第一咨询结果信息;响应于接收到第二用户根据调查问卷结果信息和第一咨询结果信息提供的第二咨询结果信息,将第二咨询结果信息推送至第一用户。
或者,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:将第一用户输入的咨询信息发送至服务器;接收与第一用户的咨询信息对应的调查问卷;将第一用户输入的与调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息发送至服务器;接收第二咨询结果信息。
或者,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:接收调查问卷结果信息以及第一咨询结果信息;发送根据调查问卷结果信息以及第一咨询结果信息得到的第二咨询结果信息,以将第二咨询结果信息推送至第一用户。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利 用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种咨询信息的处理方法,包括:
    响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,向所述第一用户推送与所述咨询信息对应的调查问卷;
    获取所述第一用户提交的与所述调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息;
    将所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型,得到第一咨询结果信息;
    向第二用户推送所述调查问卷结果信息和所述第一咨询结果信息;
    响应于接收到所述第二用户根据所述调查问卷结果信息和所述第一咨询结果信息提供的第二咨询结果信息,将所述第二咨询结果信息推送至所述第一用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述咨询信息包括咨询内容的类型;以及所述响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,向所述第一用户推送与所述咨询信息对应的调查问卷,包括:
    响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,查找与所述咨询内容的类型对应的目标调查问卷;
    向所述第一用户推送所述目标调查问卷。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述调查问卷包括用于收集与用户咨询信息相关的用户基本信息的结构型问卷。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述咨询信息包括目标咨询问题;以及所述方法还包括:
    响应于预设的咨询数据库中存在与所述目标咨询问题之间的匹配度大于第一预设阈值的第一咨询问题,向所述第一用户推送与所述第一咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于预设的咨询数据库中不存在与所述目标咨询问题之间的匹配度大于第一预设阈值的咨询问题,在所述预设的咨询数据库中查找与所述目标咨询问题之间的关联度大于第二预设阈值的候选咨询问题并向所述第一用户推送所述候选咨询问题;
    获取所述第一用户从所述候选咨询问题中选定的第二咨询问题,向所述第一用户推送与所述第二咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一用户推送咨询频率大于预设阈值的常见咨询问题以及对应的咨询结果信息;
    响应于检测到所述第一用户对第三咨询问题的咨询结果信息执行预设的关联确认操作,将所述第三咨询信息、与所述第三咨询问题对应的咨询结果信息以及所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型,得到第三咨询结果信息。
  7. 一种咨询信息的处理方法,包括:
    将第一用户输入的咨询信息发送至服务器;
    接收与所述第一用户的咨询信息对应的调查问卷;
    将第一用户输入的与所述调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息发送至服务器;
    接收第二咨询结果信息,其中,所述第二咨询结果信息由第二用户根据所述调查问卷结果信息以及第一咨询结果信息提交的,所述第一咨询结果信息是将所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型得到的。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述咨询信息包括咨询内容的类型;以及所述接收与所述第一用户的咨询信息对应的调查问卷,包括:
    接收与所述咨询内容的类型对应的目标调查问卷。
  9. 一种咨询信息的处理方法,包括:
    接收调查问卷结果信息以及第一咨询结果信息,其中,所述调查问卷结果信息是第一用户提交的与所调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息,所述调查问卷与所述第一用户的咨询信息相对应,所述第一咨询结果信息是将所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型得到的;
    发送根据所述调查问卷结果信息以及所述第一咨询结果信息得到的第二咨询结果信息,以将所述第二咨询结果信息推送至所述第一用户。
  10. 一种咨询信息的处理装置,包括:
    第一推送单元,被配置成响应于接收到第一用户的咨询信息,向所述第一用户推送与所述咨询信息对应的调查问卷;
    获取单元,被配置成获取所述第一用户提交的与所述调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息;
    确定单元,被配置成将所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型,得到第一咨询结果信息;
    第二推送单元,被配置成向第二用户推送所述调查问卷结果信息和所述第一咨询结果信息;
    第三推送单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述第二用户根据所述调查问卷结果信息和所述第一咨询结果信息提供的第二咨询结果信息,将所述第二咨询结果信息推送至所述第一用户。
  11. 一种咨询信息的处理装置,包括:
    第一发送单元,被配置成将第一用户输入的咨询信息发送至服务器;
    第一接收单元,被配置成接收与所述第一用户的咨询信息对应的调查问卷;
    第二发送单元,被配置成将第一用户输入的与所述调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息发送至服务器;
    第二接收单元,被配置成接收第二咨询结果信息,其中,所述第二咨询结果信息由第二用户根据所述调查问卷结果信息以及第一咨询结果信息提交的,所述第一咨询结果信息是将所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型得到的。
  12. 一种咨询信息的处理装置,包括:
    接收单元,被配置成接收调查问卷结果信息以及第一咨询结果信息,其中,所述调查问卷结果信息是第一用户提交的与所调查问卷对应的调查问卷结果信息,所述调查问卷与所述第一用户的咨询信息相对应,所述第一咨询结果信息是将所述调查问卷结果信息输入至预先设置的咨询模型得到的;
    发送单元,被配置成发送根据所述调查问卷结果信息以及所述第一咨询结果信息得到的第二咨询结果信息,以将所述第二咨询结果信息推送至所述第一用户。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-9中任一的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9中任一所述的方法。
