为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种信息处理方法、装置、设备及介质,解决了线上服务方掌握线上应用的服务功能的难度逐渐增大,从而对服务的提供等带来困难的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,在该方法中,主动匹配对应的操作引导信息,以引导用户能够了解对其运营有帮助的功能,为服务的提供带来便捷性,降低了学习成本。
下面结合具体的实施例对该方法进行介绍。图1为本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由信息处理装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101,响应于目标账号在目标应用上的注册请求,获取目标账号的服务属性信息。
目标应用包括任意为注册用户提供功能服务的应用,比如,可以为商家后台应用等。目标账号为在目标应用中具有服务需求的服务账号,该服务需求通常对应的操作功能相对复杂,难以简单的掌握。因此,为了便于用户操作降低学习成本,基于这类目标账号主动为其提供操作引导服务,以便于目标账号可以快速掌握有关功能的操作等。
在本实施例中,考虑到不同的目标账号可能在目标应用中所需要的功能是不同的, 比如,对于目标账号A来说,其需要的功能主要是a,而对于目标账号B来说,其需要的功能主要是b,因此,区分于不同用户的功能需求来提供对应的操作引导服务。
因此,获取目标账号的服务属性信息,该服务属性信息体现了不同目标账号之间的功能的需求。该目标账号的服务属性信息包括但不限于目标账号的服务类型信息(比如服务类型是生活用品类还是珠宝类等)、服务阶段信息(比如服务年限、比如服务等级等)、登录次数信息(比如是否为首次登录等)。服务属性信息不同,则目标账号对应的操作引导服务是不同的。比如,对于有一个服务年限8年的目标账号而言,更加需要操作引导的是目标应用新开发的一些权限较高的服务功能;对于一个服务年限为10天的目标账号而言,更加需要操作引导的是一些比较基础的目标应用中的服务功能等。
步骤102,根据目标账号的服务属性信息确定与服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息,以及显示消息提醒信息。
该操作引导信息用于引导目标账号如何提供服务。比如,如何对提供的产品上架,如何报名促销活动等。该操作引导信息包括但不限于链接、文档、视频等形式,操作文档可以卡片等方式显示。功能模块包括与属性信息匹配的多个功能插件的入口,比如,可以为服务数量查询功能入口、产品被点击数量的查询入口等。
在一些实施例中,可向服务器发送目标账号的服务属性信息,以便于服务器根据该服务属性信息获取与该服务属性信息匹配的操作引导信息。该操作引导信息根据服务属性信息个性化地定制,与目标账号的操作引导需求更加匹配。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,目标应用所在的客户端,向预设的服务器发送目标账号的服务属性信息,获取与服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,也可以在客户端本地生成目标账号对应的操作引导信息。客户端获取目标账号的服务属性信息的方式不同,示例如下。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,获取与属性信息匹配的操作引导信息,包括下面的步骤。
步骤201,查询预设的数据库中与属性信息匹配的候选操作引导信息。
可以理解,预先存储产品的各种功能服务的操作引导信息以及每种操作引导信息对应的标准属性信息。在本实施例中,查询该预设数据库以获取与属性信息匹配的候选操作引导信息、

需要说明的是,在本实施例中,若是同一个用户注册了两种属于服务产品的不同类型的账号(比如注册了一个个人账号一个商家账号等),或者是不同的账号具有预先设置的关联关系,则可以在用户允许的情况下,打通不同账号的权限以进一步提升操作的便捷性。比如,对于服务账号-目标账户C而言,其与个人账号D对应于同一个用户,则即使当前登录是账号D,也可以同样提供目标账户C的权限信息作为第二权限。

在本实施例中,若是获取到目标账号对消息提醒信息的查看操作,则显示操作引导信息。用户可基于操作引导信息快速获知目标应用有关功能以及有关功能的操作方式等,避免用户手动查询有关功能,甚至是无法获知有关功能而影响使用体验等。

在一些实施例中,为了便于跟随用户的服务属性信息提供对应的操作引导信息,还可以监测用户的服务属性信息是否变化。当用户的服务属性信息发生变化时,向服务器发送目标账号的变化后的服务属性信息;响应于服务器发送的与变化后的服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息,向目标账号发送该操作引导信息,以挖掘用户的需求进行超前操作引导信息的推送,进一步提升了用户的操作体验。
当然,在实际执行过程中,为了进一步保证目标应用的新推出功能能够被有关账号快速获知,在一些实施例中,在目标应用具有新推出的功能服务时,还可以获取新推出的功能服务对应的标准服务属性信息;将该标准服务属性信息与目标应用已注册的目标账号的服务属性信息匹配,确定匹配成功的目标账号后,在检测到目标应用处于登录状态时,将对应的新推出的功能服务对应的操作引导信息推送给对应的匹配成功的目标账号,以便于目标应用有关新功能的快速被使用等。新功能服务对应的操作引导信息可以是预设的,也可以是根据预先训练的深度学习模型生成的等,在此不作限制。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,基于目标账号的服务属性信息匹配操作引导信息,进而,以消息提醒的方式为目标账号推荐该操作引导信息,目标账号无需主动查找即可主动匹配并发送对应的操作引导信息,降低了用户对应用的学习成本,为用户对应用的操作提供了便利。

在本实施例中,如图3所示,目标账号的服务界面上可显示多个会话框,因此,可以基于会话框进行交互,比如基于会话框去获取有关操作引导信息等。

在一些实施例中,操作引导信息包括会话群链接,会话群链接对应于包含多个目标账号的会话群。该会话群包括但不限于推荐活动报名群、行业群、答疑群、撮合群、打卡群等等。
在本实施例中,确定与服务属性信息匹配的至少一个会话群链接。比如,根据目标账号的当前服务阶段信息匹配的会话群链接,该会话群链接可以对应于历史会话群,也可以对应于当前产品根据新的活动或者服务组建的新的会话群。
响应于目标账号对会话群链接的触发操作,将目标账号加入对应的会话群,并显示与会话群链接对应的第二会话框。该第二会话框中包含多个目标账号,由此,基于第二会话框推送群操作引导信息,可以进一步降低推送成本,发送的群引导信息可以在第二会话框中由多个目标账号获知,无需单独逐个推送。
在本实施例中,获取会话群链接的群操作引导信息,并在第二会话框中显示群操作引导信息。该群操作引导信息可以为文字形式、视频形式、动画形式等中的一种或多种。比如若是该会话群链接对应额是打卡会话群,则会话群链接的群操作引导信息可为打卡操作流程视频等。
本实施例中,在第二会话框中以对话的形式进行有关群操作引导信息的发送,也 可以在第二会话框中获取所述目标账号在第二会话框发送的问题信息。该问题信息可以通过预设的菜单控件触发,也可以通过在第二会话框中,通过预设的关联标识关联预设的推送账号触发。预设的关联标识可以为任意预先设置的用于表示与推送账号交互的标识信息,比如可以为“@”等。
可以将问题信息发送给服务器获取对应的解答信息,也可以查询本地的预设数据库,获取与该问题信息对应的解答信息。
在本实施例中,若是获取到对应的解答信息,则为了保护目标账号的信息安全,进一步判断该问题信息的安全等级。比如,识别解答信息和问题信息中的每个关键词,判断关键词中是否包含预设敏感关键词;若是包含敏感关键词,则根据包含的敏感关键词的数量等确定安全等级。敏感关键词的数量越多,则对应的安全等级越高。
若是安全等级大于预设安全等级阈值,则表明当前的解答信息的信息安全程度较低。因此,不但可以提升会话群的活跃度,还可以降低推送成本。在第二会话框显示解答信息,便于其他目标账号也获知对应的解答信息,避免反复提问导致资源的浪费。
在一些实施例中,若是问题信息的安全等级小于等于预设安全等级阈值,则表明该问题信息的信息安全程度较强。因此,为了保护目标账号的信息安全,在第一会话框显示解答信息。也即是说,对信息安全性较强的解答信息,以“私人会话”的形式进行发送。
在本实施例中,确定推送账号与目标账号的会话框为第一会话框,即如图5所示,若是推送账号为“服务助手”,则可以将目标账号和“服务助手”的会话框作为第一会话框来推送与安全等级小于预设安全等级阈值的问题信息对应的解答信息。
为了进一步保证信息安全,若是安全等级小于等于预设安全等级阈值,在第一会话框显示解答信息之前还需要对目标账号的账号等级进行验证。只有在账号等级较高时,才显示解答信息。即针对一些信息安全程度较强的解答信息,还进一步判断目标账号是否具有查看资格。比如,一些针对较为高权限的问题信息,权限较低的一些目标账号是没有资格获取对应的解答信息的;比如,对于一些参加门槛较高的促销活动的解答信息,只有一些运营时间较长的商家账号才能参加。因此,对于一些新人商家账号是没有资格获取对应的促销活动的解答信息。
因此,在本实施例中,获取目标账号的账号标识,该账号标识可以为账号星级、账号评分等任意代表目标账号等级的参数,根据账号标识确定账号等级。比如,根据账号标识查询预设的对应关系以获取账号等级等,确定账号等级高于预设账号等级才 推送该解答信息;否则,则推送给对应的目标账号权限不足的拒绝解答的通知消息等。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,可选择会话框的形式推送操作引导信息,选择与操作引导信息的安全等级匹配的会话框来进行推送,在保证了操作引导信息的安全性的基础上,提升有关会话的活跃度。
基于上述实施例,为了进一步满足用户在目标用用中的一些功能需求,插件化地提供目标账号所需功能。在以上述对话框的显示发送操作引导信息时,还可以提供功能页面的入口,以便于更好的为目标账号提供服务引导。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,该方法还包括下面的步骤。
步骤601,检测目标账号对第一会话框中显示的功能页面入口的触发操作。
步骤602,若是检测到触发操作,则显示功能页面,其中,功能页面上包括与服务属性信息匹配的至少一个功能模块。
功能页面中包含了多个功能模块,功能模块与服务属性信息匹配。功能模块包括但不限于具有对应属性信息的目标账号需要高频使用的功能。比如,对于处于服务初级阶段的目标账号,其对应的功能模块包括“学习模块”等。
在本实施例中,根据至少一个功能模块生成功能页面,该功能页面定制了与目标账号的服务属性信息匹配的功能模块。可以中心化的形式为目标账号提供功能服务,进而,在第一会话框中显示功能页面的页面入口,以便响应于目标账号对页面入口的触发操作,显示对应的功能页面;进而,响应于对该功能页面上的目标功能模块的触发操作,提供目标功能服务。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,目标账号可以在与推送账号的第一会话框中显示。图中示出的是目标账号通过提问的方式,获取功能页面的入口。但是在实际执行过程中,功能页面的入口也可以在第一会话框中以浮窗或者是其他方式始终显示,以便于用户快速触发进入有关功能页面。在本实施例中,若是检测到用户对功能页面入口的触发操作,则显示功能页面。该功能页面包含至少一个与目标账号的服务属性信息匹配的功能模块。功能页面上包括功能模块1-4,功能模块1-4是根据目标账号的服务属性信息匹配得到的。
在本实施例中,可以跳出第一对话框切换显示对应的功能页面,也可以在第一会话框,或者,以弹窗或者浮窗等形式显示功能页面等,在此不作限制。
在本公开的另一个实施例中,如图8所示,功能页面可以显示在产品的服务页面 上。比如,如图8所示,可以以控件的形式将页面入口设置在产品的服务页面的底部,以便于目标账号的快速使用;当该控件被触发后,跳转到集成了目标账号的功能模块1-4的功能页面上,功能模块1-4是根据目标账号的服务属性信息匹配得到的。
综上,本公开实施例的信息处理方法,可基于功能页面为用户提供定制化的功能模块,便于用户快速执行有关功能,进一步扩展了为目标账号提供引导信息的维度,进一步降低了用户对应用的学习成本,为用户对产品的操作提供了便利。
为了实现上述实施例,本公开提供了一种信息处理装置。
图9为本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图,该装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。如图9所示,该装置包括:获取模块910、确定模块920、第一显示模块930和第二显示模块940,其中,
获取模块910,用于响应于目标账号在目标应用上的注册请求,获取目标账号的服务属性信息;
确定模块920,用于根据目标账号的服务属性信息确定对应的操作引导信息;
第一显示模块930,用于显示消息提醒信息;
第二显示模块940,用于响应于目标账号对消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示操作引导信息。
本公开实施例所提供的信息处理装置可执行本公开任意实施例所提供的信息处理方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
为了实现上述实施例,本公开还提出一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序/指令,该计算机程序/指令被处理器执行时实现上述实施例中的信息处理方法。
图10为本公开实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。
下面具体参考图10,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例中的电子设备1000的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备1000可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图10示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图10所示,电子设备1000可以包括处理器(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)1001,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1002中的程序或者从存储器1008加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1003中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 1003中,还存储有电子设备1000操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理器1001、ROM 1002以及RAM 1003通过总线1004彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1005也连接至总线1004。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口1005:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置1006;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置1007;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储器1008;以及通信装置1009。通信装置1009可以允许电子设备1000与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图10示出了具有各种装置的电子设备1000,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置1009从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储器1008被安装,或者从ROM 1002被安装。在该计算机程序被处理器1001执行时,执行本公开实施例的信息处理方法中限定的上述功能。
需要说明的是,本公开上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质 以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
在一些实施方式中,客户端、服务器可以利用诸如HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol,超文本传输协议)之类的任何当前已知或未来研发的网络协议进行通信,并且可以与任意形式或介质的数字数据通信(例如,通信网络)互连。通信网络的示例包括局域网(“LAN”),广域网(“WAN”),网际网(例如,互联网)以及端对端网络(例如,ad hoc端对端网络),以及任何当前已知或未来研发的网络。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:基于目标账号的服务属性信息匹配操作引导信息,进而,以消息提醒的方式为目标账号推荐该操作引导信息,目标账号无需主动查找即可主动匹配并发送对应的操作引导信息,降低了用户对应用的学习成本,为用户对应用的操作提供了便利。
电子设备可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括但不限于面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,本公开提供了一种信息处理方法,包括以下步骤:
响应于目标账号在目标应用上的注册请求,获取所述目标账号的服务属性信息;
根据所述目标账号的服务属性信息确定对应的操作引导信息,以及显示消息提醒信息;
响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示所述操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,所述响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示所述操作引导信息,包括:
响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,确定服务账号和所述目标账号的第一会话框;
在所述第一会话框中显示所述操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,还包括:
检测所述目标账号对所述第一会话框中显示的功能页面入口的触发操作;
若是检测到所述触发操作,则显示功能页面,其中,所述功能页面上包括与所述服务属性信息匹配的至少一个功能模块。
在一些实施例中,若所述操作引导信息包括话群链接,则所述方法还包括:
响应于所述目标账号对所述会话群链接的触发操作,将所述目标账号加入对应的会话群,并显示与所述会话群链接对应的第二会话框;
获取所述会话群链接的群操作引导信息,并在所述第二会话框中显示所述群操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,还包括:
获取所述目标账号在所述第二会话框发送的问题信息;
若是获取到所述问题信息对应的解答信息,则识别所述问题信息的安全等级;
若是所述安全等级大于预设安全等级阈值,则在所述第二会话框显示所述解答信息。
在一些实施例中,还包括:
若是所述安全等级小于等于所述预设安全等级阈值,则在所述第一会话框显示所述解答信息。
在一些实施例中,在所述第一会话框显示所述解答信息之前,还包括:
获取所述目标账号的账号标识,并根据所述账号标识确定账号等级;
确定所述账号等级高于预设账号等级。
在一些实施例中,信息处理方法,还包括:在所述目标账号的账号等级低于或等于预设账号等级的情况下,向所述目标账号推送拒绝解答的通知消息。
在一些实施例中,所述服务属性信息包括所述目标账号的服务类型信息、服务阶段信息或登录次数信息中的至少一项。
在一些实施例中,所述操作引导信息用于引导所述目标账号如何提供服务。
在一些实施例中,所述确定与所述服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息包括:获取候选操作引导信息的第一权限,以及所述目标账号的第二权限;获取第一权限与所述第二权限匹配的候选操作引导信息作为操作引导信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,本公开提供了一种信息处理装置,包括:
获取模块,用于响应于目标账号在目标应用上的注册请求,获取所述目标账号的服务属性信息;
确定模块,用于根据所述目标账号的服务属性信息确定对应的操作引导信息;
第一显示模块,用于显示消息提醒信息;
第二显示模块,用于响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示所述操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,所述第二显示模块,用于:
响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,确定服务账号和所述目标账号的第一会话框;
在所述第一会话框中显示所述操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,还包括,检测模块,用于:
检测所述目标账号对所述第一会话框中显示的功能页面入口的触发操作;
若是检测到所述触发操作,则显示功能页面,其中,所述功能页面上包括与所述服务属性信息匹配的至少一个功能模块。
在一些实施例中,若所述操作引导信息包括话群链接,则所述第二显示模块,具体用于:
响应于所述目标账号对所述会话群链接的触发操作,将所述目标账号加入对应的会话群,并显示与所述会话群链接对应的第二会话框;
获取所述会话群链接的群操作引导信息,并在所述第二会话框中显示所述群操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,还包括,第三显示模块,用于:
获取所述目标账号在所述第二会话框发送的问题信息;
若是获取到所述问题信息对应的解答信息,则识别所述问题信息的安全等级;
若是所述安全等级大于预设安全等级阈值,则在所述第二会话框显示所述解答信息。
在一些实施例中,所述第三显示模块,还用于:
若是所述安全等级小于等于所述预设安全等级阈值,则在所述第一会话框显示所述解答信息。
在一些实施例中,所述第三显示模块,还用于:在所述第一会话框显示所述解答信息之前,获取所述目标账号的账号标识,并根据所述账号标识确定账号等级;
确定所述账号等级高于预设账号等级。
在一些实施例中,第三显示模块在所述目标账号的账号等级低于或等于预设账号等级的情况下,向所述目标账号推送拒绝解答的通知消息。
在一些实施例中,所述服务属性信息包括所述目标账号的服务类型信息、服务阶段信息或登录次数信息中的至少一项。
在一些实施例中,所述操作引导信息用于引导所述目标账号如何提供服务。
在一些实施例中,第三显示模块获取候选操作引导信息的第一权限,以及所述目标账号的第二权限;获取第一权限与所述第二权限匹配的候选操作引导信息作为操作引导信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,本公开提供了一种电子设备,包括:
处理器;
用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
所述处理器,用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述指令以实现如本公开提供的任一所述的信息处理方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,本公开提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行如本公开提供的任一所述的信息处理方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,本公开提供了一种计算机程序,包括:指令,指令当由处理器执行时使处理器执行根据本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    响应于目标账号在目标应用上的注册请求,获取所述目标账号的服务属性信息;
    根据所述目标账号的服务属性信息,确定与所述服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息,以及显示消息提醒信息;
    响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示所述操作引导信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述响应于所述目标账号对应的用户对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示所述操作引导信息,包括:
    响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,确定服务账号与所述目标账号之间的第一会话框;
    在所述第一会话框中,显示所述操作引导信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的信息处理方法,还包括:
    检测所述目标账号是否对所述第一会话框中显示的功能页面入口进行了触发操作;
    在检测到所述触发操作的情况下,显示功能页面,所述功能页面包括与所述服务属性信息匹配的至少一个功能模块。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的信息处理方法,在所述操作引导信息包括会话群链接的情况下,所述信息处理方法还包括:
    响应于所述目标账号对所述会话群链接的触发操作,将所述目标账号加入所述会话群链接对应的会话群,并显示与所述会话群链接对应的第二会话框;
    获取所述会话群链接的群操作引导信息,并在所述第二会话框中显示所述群操作引导信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的信息处理方法,还包括:
    获取所述目标账号在所述第二会话框发送的问题信息;
    在获取到所述问题信息对应的解答信息的情况下,识别所述问题信息的安全等级;
    在所述安全等级大于预设安全等级阈值的情况下,在所述第二会话框显示所述解答信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的信息处理方法,还包括:
    在所述安全等级小于或等于所述预设安全等级阈值的情况下,在所述第一会话框 显示所述解答信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的信息处理方法,在所述第一会话框显示所述解答信息之前,还包括:
    获取所述目标账号的账号标识,并根据所述账号标识确定账号等级;
    确定所述账号等级高于预设账号等级。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的信息处理方法,还包括:
    在所述目标账号的账号等级低于或等于预设账号等级的情况下,向所述目标账号推送拒绝解答的通知消息。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述服务属性信息包括所述目标账号的服务类型信息、服务阶段信息或登录次数信息中的至少一项。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述操作引导信息用于表述所述目标账号提供服务的方式。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述确定与所述服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息包括:
    获取候选操作引导信息的第一权限,以及所述目标账号的第二权限;
    将第一权限与所述第二权限匹配的候选操作引导信息作为操作引导信息。
  12. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    获取模块,用于响应于目标账号在目标应用上的注册请求,获取所述目标账号的服务属性信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述目标账号的服务属性信息,确定与所述服务属性信息对应的操作引导信息;
    第一显示模块,用于显示消息提醒信息;
    第二显示模块,用于响应于所述目标账号对所述消息提醒信息的查看操作,显示所述操作引导信息。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器,用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述可执行指令以实现上述权利要求1-11中任一所述的信息处理方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程 序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-11中任一所述的信息处理方法。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,当所述计算机程序产品中的指令由处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1-11中任一所述的信息处理方法。
  16. 一种计算机程序,包括:
    指令,所述指令当由处理器执行时使所述处理器执行根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
