1、本发明所述的防松螺母配套装置,该防松螺母配套装置可以代替“垫圈”,在使用中防松垫圈无法在被紧固件的表面上水平转动,进而螺母就不会发生水平转动了,避免松动现象的发生。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种防松螺母配套装置,包括:
防松套1,其包括防松垫圈11和防松筒12,所述防松垫圈11的下表面均设置有多个第一凸起部13,所述防松筒12设置在所述防松垫圈11的上表面,所述防松套1接在螺栓100上,所述螺栓100上的螺母101将所述防松套1紧固在被紧固件102上;
防护帽2,所述防护帽2套接在所述螺栓100上并用于固定所述螺母101,所述防护帽2与所述防松套1可拆卸地固定连接。
上述技术方案的工作原理:在使用本发明的一种防松螺母配套装置时,安装人员将防松套1穿过螺栓100,然后将螺母101沿着螺栓100向下旋进,使得螺母101将防松垫圈11压紧在被紧固件102上,第一凸起部13被压紧至咬合在被紧固件102的表面上,即使在震动环境中长时间使用,防松垫圈11也无法在被紧固件102的表面上水平转动;
然后安装人员将防护帽2套接在螺栓100上,并使得防护帽2连接在防松筒12上,这样防护帽2将螺母101、螺栓100防护起来了,避免螺母101、螺栓100直接暴露在外面,减少螺母101、螺栓100生锈速度;其中,防护帽2将螺母101固定住,由于防护帽2与防松套1之间为固定的,所以螺母101就不会发生水平转动了,避免松动现象的发生。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本发明提供了一种防松螺母配套装置,该防松螺母配套装置可以代替“垫圈”,在使用中防松垫圈11无法在被紧固件102的表面上水平转动,进而螺母101就不会发生水平转动了,避免松动现象的发生。
如图2、图3所示,在一个实施例中,所述防护帽2包括帽体21、设置在所述帽体21内的卡套22、设置在所述帽体21上的中间筒23、以及套接在所述中间筒23上的帽盖板24;
所述卡套22的内壁呈六边形的并与所述螺母101的外表面相对应,使得所述卡套22套接在所述螺母101外,所述防松筒12位于所述帽体21与所述卡套22之间,并且所述帽体21固定卡接在所述防松筒12上,所述帽体21的外径大于所述中间筒23的外径,所述帽盖板24的直径大于所述中间筒23的外径。
上述技术方案的工作原理:防护帽2包括帽体21、卡套22、中间筒23、帽盖板24,在使用时,安装人员将防护帽2扣合在螺栓100、螺母101上,螺母101已经处于旋紧状态,卡套22的内壁呈六边形的并与螺母101的外表面相对应,所以安装人员在防护帽2扣合螺栓100、螺母101时,将卡套22套在螺母101上,帽体21正好套在防松筒12的外面,螺栓100位于中间筒23内;帽体21的外径大于中间筒23的外径,帽盖板24的直径大于中间筒23的外径,这样方便后续的拆卸。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例提供了防护帽2的具体结构,该结构简单,将螺母101和螺栓100包裹起来,起到防护作用;该防护帽2作为“中间桥梁”将螺母101与防松套1连接在一起,由于防松套1无法在被紧固件102上水平转动,所以通过防护帽2将螺母101固定住,螺母101也就不能松动了。
如图1、图2、图3所示,在一个实施例中,所述防松筒12上设置有多个第一通孔14,所述帽体21的内壁上设置有多个第二凸起部25,所述第二凸起部25可卡接在所述第一通孔14内。
上述技术方案的工作原理:为了方便将防护帽2安装在防松套1上,在防松筒12上设置有多个第一通孔14,对应的在帽体21的内壁上设置有多个第二凸起部25,使得第二凸起部 25可卡接在第一通孔14内,这样实现了防护帽2安装在防松套1之间的固定连接。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中提供了第一通孔14、第二凸起部25,方便将防护帽2安装在防松套1上。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,所述第一通孔14设置有12个,所述第二凸起部25设置有6个,所述帽体21卡接在所述防松筒12上使得两个相邻的所述第二凸起部25之间预留一个所述第一通孔14;所述防松垫圈11的上表面沿其半径方向设置有与所述第一通孔14对应的指引线15,所述螺母101的顶角与所述指引线15相对应。
上述技术方案的工作原理:螺母101是六角形的,螺母101通常是被人为地旋紧在螺栓100,所以难免会有多旋入半个螺纹牙或少旋入半个螺纹牙;对于被紧固件102来讲,当被旋紧后,多旋入半个螺纹牙或少旋入半个螺纹牙并没有什么影响,但是螺栓100受到的螺母101的压力就不一样了,所以将第一通孔14设置有12个,第二凸起部25设置有6个,并且防松垫圈11的上表面沿其半径方向设置有与第一通孔14对应的指引线15,在旋紧螺母101时,要求螺母101的顶角与指引线15相对应,这样在螺母101将被紧固件102固定住后,不必再多旋半个螺纹牙;
再者,第一通孔14设置有12个,第二凸起部25设置有6个,也方便了将防护帽2安装在防松套1上。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中提供了第一通孔14、第二凸起部25的数量,以及指引线15,在固定住螺母102的同时,避免螺母102旋的过进,进而延长了螺栓100的使用寿命;也方便了防护帽2安装在防松套1上。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,所述中间筒23的上端为开口26,所述开口26内可拆卸地设置有内盖板27。
上述技术方案的工作原理:有些使用,螺栓100位于被紧固件102上方的长度很长,超过了防护帽2的整体高度,所以在中间筒23的上端为开口26,开口26内可拆卸地设置有内盖板27,安装人员将内盖板27取下即可将防护帽2套在螺栓100上了。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中在中间筒23的上端为开口26,使得防护帽2也可以适用不同长度的螺栓100,增加了本发明的防松螺母配套装置实用性。
如图4、图5所示,在一个实施例中,所述第一凸起部13为山脊状凸起部,所述第一凸起部13沿所述防松垫圈11的半径方向设置,所述第一凸起部13的内端靠近所述防松垫圈11的圆心,并且所述第一凸起部13的内端凸起于所述第一凸起部13的外端。
上述技术方案的工作原理:本实施例中第一凸起部13为山脊状凸起部,如图5所示,第一凸起部13可以设计为3个,这样在螺母101旋紧时将防松垫圈11紧紧地压在被紧固件102的上表面,使得第一凸起部13的内端、甚至整个第一凸起部13可以咬合在被紧固件102的上表面上,这样防松套1就不会在被紧固件102的上表面发生水平转动了。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中提供了第一凸起部13的具体结构,该第一凸起部13可以咬合在被紧固件102的上表面,这样防松套1就不会在被紧固件102的上表面发生水平转动了,进而防止螺母101发生松动。
如图6、图7、图8所示,在一个实施例中,所述被紧固件102的上表面设置有多个第一凹陷部103,所述第一凸起部13卡接在所述第一凹陷部103内,所述第一凸起部13设为凸起柱,所述第一凹陷部103设为与所述凸起柱相对于的凹陷孔。
上述技术方案的工作原理:在本实施例中,为了进一步增加防松套1与被紧固件102之间的连接力量,将第一凸起部13设为凸起柱,所以对应的被紧固件102上开设了第一凹陷部103,第一凹陷部103为凹陷孔,凸起柱插接在凹陷孔内,相比第一凸起部13为山脊状凸起部,凸起柱更不容易从凹陷孔内水平移动出来,增加了防松套1的防松能力。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中第一凸起部13设为凸起柱,并在被紧固件102的上表面设置有第一凹陷部103,凸起柱插接在凹陷孔内,凸起柱更不容易从凹陷孔内水平移动出来,增加了防松套1的防松能力。
如图9、图10所示,在一个实施例中,所述第一凸起部13设置有两个,所述第一凸起部13设为凸起板。
上述技术方案的工作原理:图9为现有技术中使用弹条固定铁轨的结构示意图,目前常适用螺杆61、固定螺母62、垫圈63将弹条54固定住,进而将铁轨51固定在铁垫板53上。这样的固定方式,也难以防止垫圈63发生水平方向上的转动,进而导致固定螺母62发生松动现象,为了避免固定螺母62发生松动现象,将防松垫圈11下表面的第一凸起部13设计成凸起板,使用本发明中的防松套1来替换垫圈63,其中,防松套1穿过在螺杆61后使得第一凸起部13位于弹条54的中间U型弯曲部541之间,这样第一凸起部13就无法在水平方 向转动了,进而固定螺母62也就不会发生松动现象了。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中将第一凸起部13设为凸起板,使得本发明的防松螺母配套装置可以适用在铁轨上,进而可以减轻巡检人员对铁轨的巡检强度。
如图11、图12所示,在一个实施例中,还包括:
拆卸把手3,所述拆卸把手3包括把手板31、设置在所述把手板31一端的支撑板32,所述把手板31上设置有第三通孔33和第四通孔34,所述第三通孔33与所述第四通孔34相互连通,所述第三通孔33的内径与所述帽盖板24的外径相对应,所述第四通孔34的内径大于所述中间筒23的外径且小于所述帽盖板24的外径。
上述技术方案的工作原理:为了在需要时拆卸本发明中的防松螺母配套装置时,方便检修人员操作,特此配设了拆卸把手3,使用时,检修人员手握着把手板31,将第三通孔33对准防护帽2上的帽盖板24,待帽盖板24穿过第三通孔33后,检修人员把把手板31上的第四通孔34移动至套在中间筒23的外面,由于第四通孔34的内径大于中间筒23的外径且小于帽盖板24的外径,这样把手板31被卡在了帽盖板24与帽体21之间,然后检修人员再握住把手板31向上用力,使得第二凸出部25从第一通孔14中脱离出来,防护帽2就被向上翘起来,其中,支撑板32起到支点的作用。
上述技术方案的有益效果:通过上述结构的设计,本实施例中提供了拆卸把手3的具体结构,该结构简单方便制造,且该拆卸把手3适合用于拆卸本发明中的防松螺母配套装置,方便实用且省时省力。
在上述各个实施例中螺栓100、螺母101为分离的,本发明所述的防松螺母配套装置也适配现有技术中的带螺帽的一体式螺栓,如六角螺栓、圆柱头内六角螺栓。
如图13所示,为本发明所述的防松螺母配套装置适配六角螺栓的结构示意图,在本实施例中螺栓100、螺母101为一体的,并且为六角螺栓7,此时本发明所述的防松螺母配套装置,也就是,上述的防松套1和防护帽2可以直接适配在六角螺栓7上。
如图14所示,为本发明所述的防松螺母配套装置适配圆柱头内六角螺栓的另一结构示意图,在本实施例中螺栓100、螺母101为一体的,并且为圆柱头内六角螺栓8,此时,防护帽2中的卡套22被配置为与圆柱头内六角螺栓8相适配的,也就是,卡套22为六棱柱形的,并且可以插接至圆柱头内六角螺栓8内的六角凹槽内。
综上所述,本发明所述的防松螺母配套装置可以适配多种螺栓,起到防止螺栓松动、以及防锈的功能;对于其他型号的螺栓,如一字型、十字型、梅花形等不再一一列举。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (9)
- 一种防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,包括:防松套(1),其包括防松垫圈(11)和防松筒(12),所述防松垫圈(11)的下表面均设置有多个第一凸起部(13),所述防松筒(12)设置在所述防松垫圈(11)的上表面,所述防松套(1)接在螺栓(100)上,所述螺栓(100)上的螺母(101)将所述防松套(1)紧固在被紧固件(102)上;防护帽(2),所述防护帽(2)套接在所述螺栓(100)上并用于固定所述螺母(101),所述防护帽(2)与所述防松套(1)可拆卸地固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述防护帽(2)包括帽体(21)、设置在所述帽体(21)内的卡套(22)、设置在所述帽体(21)上的中间筒(23)、以及套接在所述中间筒(23)上的帽盖板(24);所述卡套(22)的内壁呈六边形的并与所述螺母(101)的外表面相对应,使得所述卡套(22)套接在所述螺母(101)外,所述防松筒(12)位于所述帽体(21)与所述卡套(22)之间,并且所述帽体(21)固定卡接在所述防松筒(12)上,所述帽体(21)的外径大于所述中间筒(23)的外径,所述帽盖板(24)的直径大于所述中间筒(23)的外径。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述防松筒(12)上设置有多个第一通孔(14),所述帽体(21)的内壁上设置有多个第二凸起部(25),所述第二凸起部(25)可卡接在所述第一通孔(14)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述第一通孔(14)设置有12个,所述第二凸起部(25)设置有6个,所述帽体(21)卡接在所述防松筒(12)上使得两个相邻的所述第二凸起部(25)之间预留一个所述第一通孔(14);所述防松垫圈(11)的上表面沿其半径方向设置有与所述第一通孔(14)对应的指引线(15),所述螺母(101)的顶角与所述指引线(15)相对应。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述中间筒(23)的上端为开口(26),所述开口(26)内可拆卸地设置有内盖板(27)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部(13)为山脊状凸起部,所述第一凸起部(13)沿所述防松垫圈(11)的半径方向设置,所述第一凸起部(13)的内端靠近所述防松垫圈(11)的圆心,并且所述第一凸起部(13)的内端凸起于所述第一凸起部(13)的外端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述被紧固件(102)的上表面设置有多个第一凹陷部(103),所述第一凸起部(13)卡接在所述第一凹陷部(103)内, 所述第一凸起部(13)设为凸起柱,所述第一凹陷部(103)设为与所述凸起柱相对于的凹陷孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部(13)设置有两个,所述第一凸起部(13)设为凸起板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防松螺母配套装置,其特征在于,还包括:拆卸把手(3),所述拆卸把手(3)包括把手板(31)、设置在所述把手板(31)一端的支撑板(32),所述把手板(31)上设置有第三通孔(33)和第四通孔(34),所述第三通孔(33)与所述第四通孔(34)相互连通,所述第三通孔(33)的内径与所述帽盖板(24)的外径相对应,所述第四通孔(34)的内径大于所述中间筒(23)的外径且小于所述帽盖板(24)的外径。
