2.球头柱钉的具有球头部,各个方向的耐冲击以及耐磨性能高,同时还提高了磨辊、磨盘衬板的使用寿命和设备的运转率。
3.球头柱钉通过布置在磨辊辊体上的安装孔直接插入其内,安装和更换简单,降低了磨辊、磨盘衬板的制造和维修成本。
4.球头柱钉磨盘以及球头柱钉磨辊可以单独使用,也可以配合使用,配合使用的效果更佳,其有益效果如上所述。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的组合或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。另外,本实用新型实施例的描述过程中,所有图中的“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等器件位置关系,均以图1为标准。
如图1所示,一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,包括磨盘4和磨辊5,磨辊5包括磨辊辊体51;其中:
如图2和图3所示,所述磨辊辊体51,沿其外表面上插接有若干均匀排列的球头柱钉6,每一个球头柱钉6,插接在磨辊辊体51对应于其的插接孔511内,在磨辊和磨盘衬板的表面错位均匀的布置若干个球头柱钉,错位均匀布置的球头柱钉之间的间隙,不仅可以有效的排泄出物料中的气体,使水泥立磨更容易形成稳定的料层,减小振动,而且可以使物料生成坚实的料垫和磨辊、磨盘衬板基体的保护,提高了磨辊、磨盘衬板的使用寿命和设备的运转率;球头柱钉安装和更换简单,降低了磨辊、磨盘衬板的制造和维修成本。
具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨主要应用于如图1所示的具有传动装置1、加压装置2和检修油缸3的立磨上,这里所述的加压装置2通过工作油缸向磨辊和磨盘施加压力,磨辊研磨压力采用液压,远程控制加压、抬辊动作及调整压力,实现了现场无人操作。检修油缸3可以使磨辊翻出机外检修,更换球头柱钉及磨机检修空间大,检修作业十分方便。就算是没有如图1所示的传动装置1、加压装置2和检修油缸3的立磨,只要是用于研磨的设备均可。
在上述实施例中,如图6所示,磨盘4顶部朝向磨盘外侧部分还通过一块压紧板9将动态风环10固定在磨盘4的外侧壁上,动态风环10与磨盘4一同转动,其中:如图11所示,所述动态风环10,具有连接衬套101以及动态叶片102;动态叶片102的结构图从图6和图7的结合中也可以观察得出来。
其中,连接衬套101套在磨盘外侧,具有顶部连接环103;动态风环10的顶部连接环103使用若干个固紧螺钉11穿过一块压紧板9可拆卸地固定在磨盘4顶部,方便动态风环拆卸。
如图12和图13所示,动态叶片102固定在连接衬套101的外侧,用于其随磨盘旋转时驱动动态叶片外侧空间的空气流动,也就是说当该动态风环随着磨盘转动时,连接在磨盘外侧的动态叶片搅动磨盘外侧的气流,使立磨内部的三维流场更加的稳定,减小磨机内部阻力,从而可以提高分离器的选粉效率,达到良好的选粉效果。
如图6和图8所示,磨盘4朝向磨辊5的顶部位置设有磨盘衬套7,磨盘衬套7内壁也设有若干均匀布置并且插入其内壁的球头柱钉6,均匀固定在磨盘衬套上的球头柱钉与磨辊辊体外壁上固定的球头柱钉,可以更有效地排泄出物料中产生的气体,使水泥立磨更容易形成稳定的料层,减小振动,还可以使物料生成坚实的料垫和磨辊、磨盘衬板基体的保护,提高了磨辊、磨盘衬板的使用寿命和设备的运转率;耐磨硬质合金钢球头柱钉安装和更换简单,降低了磨辊、磨盘衬板的制造和维修成本。磨盘衬套7顶部和底部分还分别固定有顶部磨盘衬套护板8和底部磨盘衬套护板12,顶部磨盘衬套护板和底部磨盘衬套护板对磨盘衬套的顶部以及底部进行了较好的保护,提高磨盘衬套的抗振效果,以及耐磨程度,对其使用寿命的提高具有较大的好处。
从图8中还可以看出来,磨盘衬套7内壁的球头柱钉6的排列方式,较佳的实施方式是,在磨盘衬套7自其水平位置向磨辊靠近的方向区域内,即粉磨区域A内顶部球头柱钉6布置的密度稍密,而在自其水平位置向磨盘中心位置延伸区域内的球头柱钉6布置的密度稍小,即非粉磨区域B内的球头柱钉6布置的密度稍稀,在磨盘衬套7的顶部区域C由顶部磨盘衬套护板8防护,防止磨盘衬套7的基体磨损。这种保护能够使得整个具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨在结构设置合理、成本较低的情况下具有较高的使用寿命。
如图6所示,顶部磨盘衬套护板8通过紧固螺钉11可拆卸地固定在动态风环10的顶部连接环103的顶部,从图8中该可以看出,底部磨盘衬套护板12也通过若干个紧固螺钉11可拆卸地固定在磨盘衬套7的底部,该结构不但可以对磨盘衬套的顶部以及底部都能起到较好的防护作用,还能够将磨盘衬套与动态风环合理地结合起来。
从图2、图3和图4中均可以看出,所述磨辊辊体51的顶部以及底部位置还分别设有一块磨辊护板13,实现对磨辊辊体51的顶部以及底部的防护,所述磨辊护板13通过螺栓连接件14固定在磨辊辊体51上,可以及时拆卸以及安装磨辊护板13,实现日常的维护以及防护。
在球头柱钉6的制造过程中,可以将其设计为每一个所述球头柱钉6包括裸露球头部61、插入部62和插入球头部63,其中裸露球头61裸露在空气中,并且裸露球头部61的半径大于插入球头部63的半径,以确保插入球头部63能够插入其对应的磨辊辊体或磨盘衬套,同时插入球头部63也不会对磨辊辊体或磨盘衬套的本体产生伤害以及破坏,磨辊辊体上的裸露球头部与磨盘衬套的裸露球头部能够对进入磨辊与磨盘衬套之间的物料进行更为充分的挤压,耐磨以及抗震性能,整体式提高了磨辊、磨盘衬板的使用寿命和设备的运转率;耐磨硬质合金钢球头柱钉安装和更换简单,降低了磨辊、磨盘衬板的制造和维修成本。这种球头柱钉的结构从图1、图3、图6和图8中可以看出来。
在制作球头柱钉6时,所述球头柱钉6由耐磨硬质合金钢制成,诸如钨钢合金等制成,具体选择时的合金钢牌号有YG15C、YG20、YG15、ZD45.1、ZD45.3、ZD30,这些合金钢的硬度在85.0-88.3HRA之间,强度在2500-2950N/mm 2之间,密度在13.4-14.56g/m 3之间,使用这些材质的好处是具有较好的耐冲击性能以及耐磨性能,在立磨的物料冲击以及耐压过程中,能够保持较长的使用时限。
如图10所示,每一个所述球头柱钉6的插入球头部63的半径范围为10-20mm,裸露球头部61的半径范围为15-25mm,这种尺寸范围内的球头柱钉6能够满足立磨的大多数物料的研磨要求,并且这些尺寸范围内的球头柱钉制造也是可以使用通用的模具。
从图2和图3中看出,球头柱钉磨辊包括磨辊辊体51,所述磨辊辊体51沿其外表面上插接有若干均匀布置的球头柱钉6,每一个球头柱钉6插接在磨辊辊 体51对应于其的插接孔511内,结合图10看出,每一个所述球头柱钉6包括裸露球头部61、插入部62和插入球头部63,其中裸露球头61裸露在空气中,并且裸露球头部61的半径大于插入球头部63的半径。具体的,该球头柱钉6在磨辊辊体51上布置时,整体比较均匀即可,至于布置的密度,可以根据立磨研磨的物料颗粒度大小以及物料的硬度设计,其布置处在磨辊辊体上的效果参见图5所示。设计的原则遵循如下原则即可:
一、对研磨的初始颗粒度大并且要求细度不是很细,可以将球头柱钉6的密度布置小一些,布置的稀一些。
二、对于研磨的初始颗粒度大并且要求细度细的,球头柱钉6的密度布置大一些,布置的稠一些。
三、对于研磨的初始颗粒度小并且要求细度细的还是不细的,球头柱钉6的密度布置小一些,布置的稀一些。
如图3和图4可以看出,对于球头柱钉磨盘,其磨盘4朝向磨辊5的顶部位置设有磨盘衬套7,磨盘衬套7内壁也设有若干均匀布置并且插入其内壁的球头柱钉6,每一个所述球头柱钉6包括裸露球头部61、插入部62和插入球头部63,其中裸露球头61裸露在空气中,并且裸露球头部61的半径大于插入球头部63的半径。磨盘衬套7在具体实施过程中,可以将其设置成若干块单独的衬板单元,每一块衬板单元内壁安装若干均匀的球头柱钉6,然后将每一块衬板单元单独固定安装在磨盘顶部位置,只要保证所有的衬板单元组合之后合成完整的磨盘衬套,然后将磨盘顶部研磨区域完全覆盖即可。这种结构的磨盘,在使用时,实现了对磨辊的表面冲压强度的增强,同时该立磨的磨辊在工作时,其在各个均匀排列的球头柱钉之间形成了有效的排泄物料气体的间隙,这里所谓的间隙指的是各个球头柱钉的球头之间的间隙,这些间隙为随同物料进入立磨磨盘的气体在物料研磨时提供了排除空间,使水泥立磨更容易形成稳定的料层,减小振动。
球头柱钉的球头形状设计增加了物料与其接触面积,物料可以得到更加充分的研磨、挤压与剪切,从而使得水泥中含有更多3~30μm的微细颗粒,水泥颗粒级配总体分布范围更宽,进而使水泥具有更加合理的颗粒级配,提高了水泥的活性。
动态风环用若干个紧固螺钉固定在磨盘上,随磨盘一起旋转,与焊接在下壳体内部的静态风环相比,旋转的动态风环可以很好的调节磨机内部风量的流向,使磨机内部的三维流场更加的稳定,减小磨机内部阻力,从而可以提高分离器的选粉效率,达到良好的选粉效果。另外动态风环是用螺钉固定在磨盘上,待动态风环磨损后,更换也很方便快捷,很好的节省的维修成本和时间。耐磨硬质合金钢球头柱钉安装和更换方法。
不管是设计在具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨的球头柱钉,还是只设计在球头柱钉磨辊的球头柱钉磨辊,或者是只设计在球头柱钉磨盘的球头柱钉磨盘,球头柱钉在安装时的步骤主要是:
一、用香蕉水或丙酮等清洁剂将球头柱钉及球头柱钉需要安装的孔内的灰尘及油污清洗干净,随后将球头柱钉的裸露球头涂满柱钉胶。
二、将球头柱钉塞入磨辊和/或磨盘衬板内,用铜棒将球头柱钉锤紧或施加力将球头柱钉压实,直至球头柱钉上涂的胶溢出到磨辊、磨盘衬套的表面上为止。
三、当球头柱钉损坏时,清除球头柱钉周围的物料,将其加热到适当的温度,使柱钉胶失效,用大力钳拔出损坏的柱钉,重复上述柱钉安装过程即可。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,包括磨盘(4)和磨辊(5),磨辊(5)包括磨辊辊体(51),其特征在于:
    所述磨辊辊体(51),沿其外表面上插接有若干均匀排列的球头柱钉(6),每一个球头柱钉(6),插接在磨辊辊体(51)对应于其的插接孔(511)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:磨盘(4)顶部朝向磨盘外侧部分还通过一块压紧板(9)将动态风环(10)固定在磨盘(4)的外侧壁上,动态风环(10)与磨盘(4)一同转动,其中:
    所述动态风环(10),具有连接衬套(101)以及动态叶片(102);
    连接衬套(101),套在磨盘外侧,具有顶部连接环(103);
    动态叶片(102),固定在连接衬套(101)的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:动态风环(10)的顶部连接环(103)使用若干个固紧螺钉(11)穿过一块压紧板(9)可拆卸地固定在磨盘(4)顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:磨盘(4)朝向磨辊(5)的顶部位置设有磨盘衬套(7),磨盘衬套(7)内壁也设有若干均匀布置并且插入其内壁的球头柱钉(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:磨盘衬套(7)顶部和底部分还分别固定有顶部磨盘衬套护板(8)和底部磨盘衬套护板(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:顶部磨盘衬套护板(8)通过紧固螺钉(11)可拆卸地固定在动态风环(10)的顶部连接环(103)的顶部,底部磨盘衬套护板(12)也通过若干个紧固螺钉(11)可拆卸地固定在磨盘衬套(7)的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:所述磨辊辊体(51)的顶部以及底部位置还分别设有一块磨辊护板(13),所述磨辊护板(13)通过螺栓连接件(14)固定在磨辊辊体(51)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:每一个所述球头柱钉(6)包括裸露球头部(61)、插入部(62)和插入球头部(63), 其中裸露球头(61)裸露在空气中,并且裸露球头部(61)的半径大于插入球头部(63)的半径。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:所述球头柱钉(6)由耐磨硬质合金钢制成。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有球头柱钉磨辊的立磨,其特征在于:每一个所述球头柱钉(6)的插入球头部(63)的半径范围为10-20mm,裸露球头部(61)的半径范围为15-25mm。
  11. 球头柱钉磨辊,包括磨辊辊体(51),其特征在于:所述磨辊辊体(51)沿其外表面上插接有若干均匀布置的球头柱钉(6),每一个球头柱钉(6)插接在磨辊辊体(51)对应于其的插接孔(511)内,每一个所述球头柱钉(6)包括裸露球头部(61)、插入部(62)和插入球头部(63),其中裸露球头(61)裸露在空气中,并且裸露球头部(61)的半径大于插入球头部(63)的半径。
  12. 球头柱钉磨盘,其特征在于:磨盘(4)朝向磨辊(5)的顶部位置设有磨盘衬套(7),磨盘衬套(7)内壁也设有若干均匀布置并且插入其内壁的球头柱钉(6),每一个所述球头柱钉(6)包括裸露球头部(61)、插入部(62)和插入球头部(63),其中裸露球头(61)裸露在空气中,并且裸露球头部(61)的半径大于插入球头部(63)的半径。
