실험예 1 : 인체 혈중 알코올 농도 분석Experimental Example 1: Analysis of human blood alcohol concentration
실험 의도 및 방법에 대해 동의를 얻은 실험참가자 10명을 선별하였다. 참가자는 연령, 성별, 신체조건, 평상시 음주습관 등이 유사한 군으로 선별되었다. 음주 시작 전 실시예 1~4 및 비교예 1~6의 조성물들을 각각 섭취하거나, 또는 음주 종료 후 각 조성물들을 섭취하게 하고 간호사가 음주 종료 후 시간 경과에 따라 혈액을 채취하고 (주)녹십자에 의뢰하여 혈중 알코올 농도를 측정하였다. (채혈간격 : 음주 종료 후 60, 90, 150, 240 분) 실험 결과는 표 1에 나타내었다. Ten participants who obtained consent on the intention and method of the experiment were selected. 표 1에서와 같이, 유효 성분을 모두 포함하는 실시예 1~4는 비교예들에 비하여 시간이 경과할수록 혈중 알코올 농도가 현저히 낮아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그 중에서도 유효 성분 및 부 성분을 모두 포함하는 실시예 2의 혈중 알코올 농도 감소 효과가 가장 뛰어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만, 주성분의 함량이 65% 미만인 실시예 4는 주성분의 바람직한 함량 범위를 갖는 실시예 1~3에 비하여, 혈중 알코올 농도 감소 효과가 다소 열세한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 실시예 1~4 및 비교예 1~6의 조성물을 준비하여 숙취해소 효능을 비교하였다. 연령, 성별, 신체조건, 평상시 음주습관 등이 유사하고, 평소 음주 후 다음날 숙취가 있는 편이라고 응답한 검사요원 5명을 선별하였다. 검사요원 5명에게 일정량(대략 소주 4잔~7잔(개인차 있음))의 술을 마시도록 한 뒤 2시간이 경과하였을 때, 상기 각 조성물들을 음용하게 하고 다음날 두통, 속쓰림의 정도, 숙면시간 등에 대하여 평가기준(나쁘다: X 보통이다: △ 우수하다: ○ 매우 우수하다: ◎ )에 따라 기호로 표시하도록 하여 이를 표 2에 나타내었다. (하나의 조성물에 대한 숙취해소 효능을 평가하기까지 한 사람당 일주일을 부여하였으며, 총 실험은 6주간 수행되었다.)The compositions of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were prepared to compare the hangover relieving efficacy. 표 2에서와 같이, 유효 성분을 모두 포함하는 실시예 1~4는 비교예들에 비하여 숙취해소 효능이 뛰어남을 확인할 수 있었다. 그 중에서도 유효 성분 및 부성분을 모두 포함하는 실시예 2의 조성물의 경우, 숙취가 거의 나타나지 않는다고 대부분의 검사요원이 응답한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만, 유효 성분의 함량이 65% 미만인 실시예 4는 실시예 1~3에 비하여 다소 낮은 숙취해소 효능을 나타내었다.
