自紧免丝螺母及自动拧紧和拧松方法 技术领域
本发明涉及螺母,更具体地说,涉及自紧免丝螺母。
背景技术
目前,螺杆与螺母连接时,需要在螺杆上开丝,耗费大量的时间和成本,还时常因为螺纹生锈、滑牙、松动等问题无法使用;当采用挤压套筒等方式连接时,紧固步骤操作繁琐,优势不明显。本发明自紧免丝螺母,不需要在所连接的螺杆、钢筋、管道等零件上开丝,只要旋转外螺母就可以自动完成拧紧或拧松,可以用于螺杆、钢筋、管道等零件紧固或对接。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明自紧免丝螺母有以下优点:无需开丝,只要旋转外螺母就可以自动完成拧紧或拧松,节约成本,提高工作效率。
本发明的技术方案,包括:外螺母、中间螺母、夹片和自紧螺母组成;所述外螺母内侧有螺纹,与中间螺母的外侧螺纹互相旋合;所述中间螺母外侧有螺纹,与外螺母的内侧螺纹互相旋合,中间螺母中心有圆锥孔;所述夹片外表面为圆锥面,夹片可以在中间螺母的圆锥孔内滑动;所述自紧螺母外侧有螺纹,与外螺母的内侧螺纹互相旋合。
自紧免丝螺母的自动拧紧方法,包含以下步骤:
1)螺杆从夹片中间插入;
2)旋转外螺母;
3)中间螺母相对于外螺母转动;
4)中间螺母带动夹片靠近自紧螺母;
5)夹片顶紧自紧螺母并带动自紧螺母转动,直到外螺母紧固被连接的零件后停止转动。
自紧免丝螺母的自动拧松方法,包含以下步骤:
1)旋转外螺母;
2)中间螺母相对于外螺母转动;
3)中间螺母带动夹片远离自紧螺母;
4)夹片相对于中间螺母滑动,松开所夹紧的螺杆。
外螺母一端有外螺母限位挡边,限制自紧螺母或中间螺母在外螺母限位挡边内侧范围内转动;中间螺母中心的圆锥孔有中间螺母限位挡边,限制夹片不能相对于中间螺母转动。
在夹片和自紧螺母之间装有弹簧或垫片。
夹片内侧表面有凹凸纹,增强夹片与螺杆之间的摩擦力和咬合力。
中间螺母和夹片可以是多个串联在一起。
夹片的数量为2片至7片。
自紧螺母固定在外螺母上,自紧螺母和外螺母之间不可以转动。
两个自紧免丝螺母对称连接在一起,做为螺母或连接套筒;中间螺母和夹片互相顶紧,可以替代自紧螺母。
自紧螺母中心有孔洞,中心孔洞形状为六边形,或外侧一端为六边形,方便用工具旋转安装。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:无需开丝,只要旋转外螺母就可以自动完成拧紧或拧松,节约成本,提高工作效率。

实施例1,如图1和2所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,包括:外螺母1、中间螺母2、夹片3和自紧螺母4组成;所述外螺母1内侧有螺纹,与中间螺母2的 外侧螺纹互相旋合;所述中间螺母2外侧有螺纹,与外螺母1的内侧螺纹互相旋合,中间螺母2中心有圆锥孔;所述夹片3外表面为圆锥面,夹片3可以在中间螺母2的圆锥孔内滑动;所述自紧螺母4外侧有螺纹,与外螺母1的内侧螺纹互相旋合。
实施例2,如图1和3所示本发明自紧免丝螺母的自动拧紧方法,包含以下步骤:
1)螺杆从夹片3中间插入;
2)旋转外螺母1;
3)中间螺母2相对于外螺母1转动;
4)中间螺母2带动夹片3靠近自紧螺母4;
5)夹片3顶紧自紧螺母4并带动自紧螺母4转动,直到外螺母1紧固被连接的零件后停止转动。
实施例3,如图1和3所示本发明自紧免丝螺母的自动拧松方法,包含以下步骤:
1)旋转外螺母1;
2)中间螺母2相对于外螺母1转动;
3)中间螺母2带动夹片3远离自紧螺母4;
4)夹片3相对于中间螺母2滑动,松开所夹紧的螺杆。
实施例4,如图1和2所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,外螺母1一端有外螺母限位挡边11,限制自紧螺母4或中间螺母2在外螺母限位挡边11内侧范围内转动;中间螺母2中心的圆锥孔有中间螺母限位挡边21,限制夹片3不能相对于中间螺母2转动。
实施例5,如图1所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,在夹片3和自紧螺母4之间装有弹簧或垫片。
实施例6,如图2所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,夹片3内侧表面有凹凸纹,增强夹片3与螺杆之间的摩擦力和咬合力。
实施例7,如图1所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,中间螺母2和夹片3可以是多个串联在一起使用。
实施例8,如图2所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,夹片3的数量为2片至7片。
实施例9,如图1所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,自紧螺母4固定在外螺母1上,自紧螺母4和外螺母1之间不可以转动。
实施例10,如图4所示本发明自紧免丝螺母,两个自紧免丝螺母对称连接在一起,做为螺母或连接套筒;中间螺母2和夹片3互相顶紧,可以替代自紧螺母4。

  1. 本自紧免丝螺母,其特征在于,包括:外螺母(1)、中间螺母(2)、夹片(3)和自紧螺母(4)组成;所述外螺母(1)内侧有螺纹,与中间螺母(2)的外侧螺纹互相旋合;所述中间螺母(2)外侧有螺纹,与外螺母(1)的内侧螺纹互相旋合,中间螺母(2)中心有圆锥孔;所述夹片(3)外表面为圆锥面,夹片(3)可以在中间螺母(2)的圆锥孔内滑动;所述自紧螺母(4)外侧有螺纹,与外螺母(1)的内侧螺纹互相旋合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述自紧免丝螺母的自动拧紧方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
    1)螺杆从夹片(3)中间插入;
    2)旋转外螺母(1);
    3)中间螺母(2)相对于外螺母(1)转动;
    4)中间螺母(2)带动夹片(3)靠近自紧螺母(4);
    5)夹片(3)顶紧自紧螺母(4)并带动自紧螺母(4)转动,直到外螺母(1)紧固被连接的零件后停止转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述自紧免丝螺母的自动拧松方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
    1)旋转外螺母(1);
    2)中间螺母(2)相对于外螺母(1)转动;
    3)中间螺母(2)带动夹片(3)远离自紧螺母(4);
    4)夹片(3)相对于中间螺母(2)滑动,松开所夹紧的螺杆。
