Abstract
Description
一般的に、ギヤモータは、図6に示すように、モータと機械式ギヤの減速機とが軸方向に並設されて構成される。モータと減速機とは、減速機内の潤滑剤がモータ内に侵入しないように隔壁で仕切られており、減速機には潤滑油を封入する複数のオイルシールが設けられている。また、モータと減速機とは、各々が単体の回転機として成立するように、互いの軸が多数の軸受で支持されている。
このように、従来のギヤモータは構造が複雑であり、部品点数の削減やコンパクト化が困難であった。
前記減速機は磁気変調ギヤであり、
前記モータの出力軸と前記減速機の入力軸とが一体的に構成されている。
図1は、本実施形態に係るギヤモータ1の断面図である。
この図に示すように、本実施形態に係るギヤモータ1は、モータ20と減速機30とを備え、これらが共通のケーシング(フレーム)10内に収容されて構成されている。
モータ20は、モータロータ21と、モータステータ22とを備える。
モータロータ21は、シャフト21aと、ロータヨーク21bと、ロータ磁石21cと有する。ロータヨーク21bは、磁性体から構成され、シャフト21aの外周面に嵌合固定される。ロータ磁石21cは、例えばネオジム磁石などの永久磁石であり、所定の極数に対応する複数のものが、ロータヨーク21bの外周面のうちモータステータ22の内径側に位置する部分に貼り付けられる。
なお、以下の説明では、シャフト21aの中心軸Axに沿った方向を「軸方向」、中心軸Axに垂直な方向を「径方向」、中心軸Axを中心とする回転方向を「周方向」という。また、軸方向のうち、外部の被駆動部材と連結される側(図中の左側)を「負荷側」といい、負荷側とは反対側(図中の右側)を「反負荷側」という。
このうち、反負荷側の軸受12aは、ケーシング10に固定された反負荷側カバー11とシャフト21aとの間に配置されている。反負荷側カバー11は、モータステータ22の反負荷側を覆うようにケーシング10に固定され、軸受12aを介してシャフト21a(モータロータ21)を回転可能に支持する。
一方、負荷側の軸受12bは、減速機30よりも負荷側において、後述する減速機30の低速ロータ32(出力部材32b)とシャフト21aとの間に配置されている。低速ロータ32とシャフト21aとは、軸受12bを介して相対回転可能となっている。
減速機30は、モータ20の負荷側に配置され、モータ20からの回転入力を減速して負荷側に出力する。減速機30とモータ20とは、軸(モータロータ21と高速ロータ31)を共通化するとともに、その間が隔壁等で仕切られていない。
具体的に、減速機30は、磁気変調ギヤであって、高速ロータ(入力軸)31と、低速ロータ(出力軸)32と、外極磁石33とを備える。
図1及び図2に示すように、高速ロータ31は、モータ20のモータロータ21と共通するシャフト21a及びロータヨーク21bと、内極磁石31aとを備える。シャフト21aとロータヨーク21bは、モータ20から減速機30にまで亘って軸方向に延在している。このうち、シャフト21aは、軸方向の両端部分がロータヨーク21bから延出しており、この両端部分が上述の軸受12a、12bに支持されている。内極磁石31aは、例えばネオジム磁石などの永久磁石であり、極性の異なる複数のものが周方向に交互に配置されるように、ロータヨーク21bの外周面に貼り付けられている。この内極磁石31aは、モータ20のトルク発生に寄与しない磁極を形成するものであり、モータ20の界磁極数とは異なる極数であってもよいし、同じ極数であってもよい。また、内極磁石31aは、一体のリング状であってもよいし、分割されたものを周方向に並べてもよい。
なお、高速ロータ31は、モータロータ21と一体的に構成されているのが好ましく、モータロータ21と少なくとも1つの軸部品を共有しているのがより好ましい。また、減速機30のロータヨークは、モータ20のロータヨーク21bとは別体のものであってもよい(図4参照)。
磁極片32aは、積層鋼板から構成され、複数のものが周方向に所定間隔で配置されている。磁極片32aの数は、外極極対数(外極磁石33の極対数)±内極極対数(内極磁石31aの極対数)であり、一般的には外極極対数+内極極対数である。周方向に隣り合う2つの磁極片32aの間は、薄肉の連結部で連結されていてもよいし、非磁性体で連結されていてもよい。
また、低速ロータ32は、磁極片32aの負荷側に連結された出力部材32bを有する。より詳しくは、磁極片32aの軸方向両端部には樹脂部32cが固定されており、出力部材32bは、負荷側の樹脂部32cにボルト32d(例えばスーパーエンジニアリングプラスチック製)で固定されている。ボルト32dは、軸方向でなく径方向に固定するものであってもよいし、樹脂部32cと一体成形されたものであってもよい。出力部材32bは、負荷側の端部がケーシング10から露出し、図示しない被駆動部材に連結されている。低速ロータ32は、磁極片32aの反負荷側に設けられた軸受32eと、磁極片32aの負荷側に設けられた軸受32fとを介してケーシング10に回転可能に支持されている。このうち、反負荷側の軸受32eは、磁極片32aの反負荷側の樹脂部32cに固定されたステンレス製のリング部材32gとケーシング10との間に配置されている。一方、負荷側の軸受32fは、ケーシング10の負荷側の端部に固定された負荷側カバー13と出力部材32bとの間に配置されている。
ギヤモータ1では、モータ20のコイル22bに通電されて、モータステータ22が回転磁界を生じさせると、ロータ磁石21cに回転トルクが作用してモータロータ21が中心軸Ax回りに回転する。
すると、モータロータ21と一体的に構成された減速機30の高速ロータ31も回転し、減速機30に回転が入力される。高速ロータ31が回転すると、高速ロータ31の内極磁石31aの空間磁束波形が、低速ロータ32の磁極片32aによって外極磁石33と同周波数に変調され、磁極片32a-外極磁石33間の磁力を用いて低速ロータ32に回転トルクが伝達される。この時、減速比は、(磁極片数/内極磁石の極対数)となる。
以上のように、本実施形態のギヤモータ1によれば、減速機30が磁気変調ギヤであるので、磁力による非接触の動力伝達が可能となり、減速機30に潤滑剤が不要となる。
これにより、モータ20と減速機30との間を仕切る隔壁を不要にでき、また、反負荷側カバー11及び負荷側カバー13からオイルシールを排除できる。したがって、構造の簡便化を図ることができる。
また、オイルシールの排除により、シャフトと摺動接触する部品を有しない構造となり、ギヤモータ1内外での流体の循環が抑制されない構造となる。さらに、オイルシールの排除により、摩擦損失の低減や静音化が図れるうえに、オイルシール自体やオイルの交換が不要になり、コストを低減できる。また、潤滑剤を不要にできるため、清浄な運転が求められる環境にも好適に適用できる。
これにより、部品点数の削減やコンパクト化を図ることができ、すなわち、さらに構造の簡便化を図ることができる。
すなわち、コンパクト化によりモータ20と減速機30とを跨ぐ2つの軸受12a、12bのみで軸を支持することができる。そのため、多数の軸受で軸を支持していた従来に比べ、軸受数を減らして構造の簡便化を図るとともに、軸受損失を低減できる。
すなわち、ギヤモータ1全体で4つの軸受があれば足りる。
図3は、上記実施形態の変形例に係るギヤモータ1Aを示す断面図である。
上記実施形態では、モータ20のロータ磁石21cと減速機30の内極磁石31aとが互いに独立した磁極を形成することとした。しかし、モータ20の界磁極と減速機30の高速ロータ31の磁極とが共通化されていてもよい。
例えば、図3に示すように、本変形例に係るギヤモータ1Aでは、モータ20を誘導機とし、上記実施形態におけるロータヨーク21bに代えて(又はその外径側に)、積層鋼板からなるロータコア21dを、モータステータ22の内径側から磁極片32aの内径側にまで亘って設ける。ロータコア21dには、軸方向に延在する導体バー(2次導体)21eを周方向に複数埋設し、その軸方向両端をエンドリング21fで接続する。これにより、モータ20の界磁極と減速機30の高速ロータ31の磁極とを共通化できる。
図4は、上記実施形態の他の変形例に係るギヤモータ1Bを示す断面図である。
本変形例に係るギヤモータ1Bは、主に、モータ20と減速機30の間を仕切る隔壁を備える点で上記実施形態と異なる。以下では、主にこの異なる点について説明し、上記実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
モータケーシング10Mと減速機ケーシング10Gは、モータ20と減速機30の間を仕切る隔壁14に固定されている。
すなわち、減速機30が磁気変調ギヤであるので、磁力による非接触の動力伝達が可能となり、減速機30に潤滑剤が不要となる。これにより、反負荷側カバー11、負荷側カバー13及び隔壁14からオイルシールを排除できる。したがって、構造の簡便化を図ることができる。また、オイルシールの排除により、摩擦損失の低減や静音化が図れるうえに、オイルシール自体やオイルの交換が不要になり、コストを低減できる。また、潤滑剤を不要にできるため、清浄な運転が求められる環境にも好適に適用できる。
具体的に、このギヤモータ1Cは、モータ20側の隔壁14Mと、減速機30側の隔壁14Gとを備える。モータ20側の隔壁14Mは、モータケーシング10Mに固定されている。また、隔壁14Mは、内周部に設けられた軸受12dによりモータシャフト21gを回転可能に支持している。一方、減速機30側の隔壁14Gは、減速機ケーシング10Gに固定されている。また、隔壁14Gは、内周部に設けられた軸受12eにより減速機シャフト31bを回転可能に支持している。
これら隔壁14Mと隔壁14Gは、インロー部Rにより、所望の精度で芯出し可能に嵌合される。また、隔壁14Mと隔壁14Gは、外周部に張り出た図示しないフランジ部をそれぞれ有しており、当該フランジ部に挿通される締結ボルトにより互いに固定される。
このような構造により、モータ20と減速機30とを着脱可能に構成することができる。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記の実施形態に限られない。
例えば、モータ20の形式・構造は特に限定されず、上述したように同期機でも誘導機でも直流機等でもよい。
また、上記実施形態の減速機30では、外極磁石33を固定子とし、磁極片32aを有する低速ロータ32から出力を取り出すこととしたが、磁極片32aを固定し、外極磁石33を回転可能な低速ロータに設けて、当該低速ロータから出力を取り出すこととしてもよい。

- モータと減速機とを備えるギヤモータであって、
前記減速機は磁気変調ギヤである、
ギヤモータ。 - 前記モータの出力軸と前記減速機の入力軸とが一体的に構成されている、
請求項1に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータ及び前記減速機の軸方向両側に配置されたカバー部材を備え、
前記カバー部材にはオイルシールが配置されていない、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータの出力軸と前記減速機の入力軸とは、少なくとも1つの軸部品を共有する、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータと前記減速機との間が仕切られていない、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータの界磁極と前記減速機の入力軸の磁極とが共通化されている、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータと前記減速機の間を仕切る隔壁を備える、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータの出力軸及び前記減速機の入力軸は、前記減速機よりも負荷側に配置される軸受と、前記モータよりも反負荷側に配置される軸受とにより支持される、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記モータの出力軸及び前記減速機の入力軸を支持する2つの軸受と、前記減速機の出力軸を支持する2つの他の軸受とを備える、
請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のギヤモータ。 - 前記減速機の入力軸に、前記モータのトルク発生に寄与しない磁極が形成されている、

周方向に配列された複数の内極磁石を有する入力軸と、
前記入力軸の外径側に配置され、周方向に配列された複数の磁極片を有する出力軸と、
前記出力軸の外径側に配置され、周方向に配列された複数の外極磁石と、
