进一步地,灯座具有第一安装孔,灯壳具有第二安装孔,第一安装孔与第二安装孔相连通,灯具通过第一安装孔和第二安装孔套设在车把上;其中,车把上设置有轴向延伸的限位槽;安装凸起具有过孔,过孔为第一安装孔的部分孔段,安装凸起的部分板体朝向过孔的轴线内凹以形成第一限位台;灯壳的第二安装孔的孔壁上设置有第二限位台,第二限位台与第一限位台相适配以共同形成限位部,限位部用于设置在限位槽内。
进一步地,第一缺口使支撑部形成第一自由端和第二自由端,灯珠的导电线缆经过支撑部后由第一自由端和/或第二自由端引出;第一限位台形成走线通道,第一缺口与走线通道相连通;第二限位台上设置有走线口,走线口与走线通道相连通;导电线缆经过走线通道和走线口引出后进入限位槽内。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种滑板车,包括车体和灯具,灯具设置在车体上,其中,灯具为上述的灯具。
本申请的灯具包括第一匀光部、第二匀光部和灯珠,第一匀光部上设置有匀光齿,灯珠的出光端与匀光齿相对设置,以使灯珠发出的光依次经过匀光齿、第一匀光部的主体部分和第二匀光部的反射后由灯具出光面射出,该灯具的灯珠发出的光经过匀光齿、第一匀光部和第二匀光部的多次匀光后,使得灯具出光面射出的光无眩目、无光斑、目测观察柔和、艳丽,人眼可以直视,解决了光污染严重的问题,能够很好的满足利用灯光传递信息的需求。

本申请提供了一种灯具,请参考图1和图2,包括:第一匀光部10,第一匀光部10为环状结构,第一匀光部10的内侧面设置有匀光齿11;第二匀光部20,第二匀光部20为环状结构,第二匀光部20环绕第一匀光部10的外侧设置,第二匀光部20的外侧面的至少部分为灯具的灯具出光面30;灯珠40,灯珠40设置在第一匀光部10的内侧面围成的空间内,灯珠40的出光端与匀光齿11相对设置,以使灯珠40发出的光经过匀光齿11、第一匀光部10的主体部分和第二匀光部20后由灯具出光面30射出。
本申请的灯具包括第一匀光部10、第二匀光部20和灯珠40,第一匀光部10上设置有匀光齿11,灯珠40的出光端与匀光齿11相对设置,以使灯珠40发出的光依次经过匀光齿11、第一匀光部10的主体部分和第二匀光部20的反射后由灯具出光面30射出,该灯具的灯珠40发出的光经过匀光齿11、第一匀光部10和第二匀光部20的多次匀光后,使得灯具出光面30射出的光无眩目、无光斑、目测观察柔和、艳丽,人眼可以直视,解决了光污染严重的问题,能够很好的满足利用灯光传递信息的需求。
具体地,本申请的灯具可以应用于移动交通工具设备、智能设备、电器电子产品、玩具、仪器仪表等。
具体实施时,匀光齿11为光学齿,具体地,匀光齿11呈锯齿状。
其中,如图1所示,第一匀光部10的内侧面为第一内侧面12,第一匀光部10的外侧面为第一外侧面13,第一内侧面12和第一外侧面13为第一匀光部10沿其径向方向依次设置的壁面;其中,第一匀光部10的内侧面也为第一匀光部10的内壁面或内圈;第一匀光部10的外侧面也为第一匀光部10的外壁面或外圈。
其中,如图1所示,第二匀光部20的内侧面为第二内侧面21,第二匀光部20的外侧面为第二外侧面22,第二内侧面21和第二外侧面22为第二匀光部20沿其径向方向依次设置的壁面;其中,第二匀光部20的内侧面也为第二匀光部20的内壁面或内圈;第二匀光部20的外侧面也为第二匀光部20的外壁面或外圈。
在本实施例中,灯珠40具有出光端面,出光端面与匀光齿11相对设置,出光端面具有出光中心线,出光端面为平面,出光中心线与出光端面相垂直;其中,出光中心线与第一匀光部10的轴线相垂直,出光中心线与第二匀光部20的轴线相垂直。
在本实施例中,第一匀光部10的本体内具有光扩散剂;和/或,第二匀光部20的本体内具有光扩散剂。这样的设置可以使光在经过光扩散剂时发生反射,增强了光在经过第一匀光部10和第二匀光部20时的反射效果,使得灯具发出的光更均匀。
具体实施时,光扩散剂在第一匀光部10和第二匀光部20的成型过程中加入。其中,光扩散剂也为匀光粉。
优选地,匀光齿11为多个,多个匀光齿11沿第一匀光部10的周向设置。其中,多个匀光齿11依次连接。这样的设置匀光效果更好。
优选地,第一匀光部10沿其轴向方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,匀光齿11由第一端延伸至第二端。这样的设置匀光效果更好。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,灯具还包括:灯座50;灯壳60,灯壳60与灯座50连接,第二匀光部20夹设在灯座50和灯壳60之间;第二匀光部20、灯壳60和灯座50之间形 成容纳空间70,第一匀光部10和灯珠40位于容纳空间70内。其中,灯壳60和灯座50实现了第一匀光部10、第二匀光部20和灯珠40的固定,进而实现了灯具的密封,并且,还可以遮挡多余的可见光,使得灯具仅有灯具出光端面出光。
具体实施时,灯座50和灯壳60焊接连接。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,灯珠40为多个;灯具还包括:支撑部80,支撑部80为在环形结构上设置第一缺口81的结构件,第一缺口81由环形结构的内侧面延伸至环形结构的外侧面,支撑部80用于与灯座50连接;第一匀光部10绕支撑部80的周向设置;其中,多个灯珠40均设置在支撑部80上,多个灯珠40绕支撑部80的周向间隔设置。这样的设置起到了固定多个灯珠的作用。
在一个实施例中,多个灯珠40和支撑部80为灯条,灯条整体弯折为具有第一缺口81的结构件并固定在安装凸起51上。
具体实施时,如图1所示,灯座50具有安装凸起51和限位凸起52,限位凸起52与安装凸起51之间形成卡设槽53;支撑部80绕设在安装凸起51的外壁上,支撑部80插设在卡设槽53内。
优选地,限位凸起52为多个,多个限位凸起52绕安装凸起51的周向间隔设置,各个限位凸起52与安装凸起51之间均形成卡设槽53。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,灯座50具有第一安装孔54,灯壳60具有第二安装孔62,第一安装孔54与第二安装孔62相连通,以使灯具通过第一安装孔54和第二安装孔62套设在车把上;其中,车把上设置有轴向延伸的限位槽;安装凸起51具有过孔,过孔为第一安装孔54的部分孔段,安装凸起51的部分板体朝向过孔的轴线内凹以形成第一限位台55;灯壳60的第二安装孔62的孔壁上设置有第二限位台63,第二限位台63与第一限位台55相适配以共同形成限位部,限位部用于设置在限位槽内,以对灯具进行限位。通过设置相适配的限位槽和限位部实现灯具的定位,避免灯具的轴向转动。
具体实施时,第一限位台55和第二限位台63均为U型结构、扇形结构或矩形结构。安装后,第一限位台55和第二限位台63叠设在一起,以使限位部为U型结构、扇形结构或矩形结构。相应地,限位槽为与限位部的形状相适配的凹槽,以使限位部卡设在限位槽内。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,第一缺口81使支撑部80形成第一自由端和第二自由端,灯珠40的导电线缆经过支撑部80后由第一自由端和/或第二自由端引出;第一限位台55形成走线通道511,第一缺口81与走线通道511相连通;第二限位台63上设置有走线口61,走线口61与走线通道511相连通;导电线缆经过走线通道511和走线口61后引出。 这样的设置实现了对灯珠40的通电与断电,便于走线。此外,导电线缆经过走线通道511和走线口61引出后进入限位槽内,还能起到隐藏线束的效果。
本申请采用特殊的光学介质和有规律光学匀光齿,很好的解决了灯光污染及灯光伤害的问题。其中,特殊的光学介质为光扩散剂。
本申请的灯珠所发出的光经过匀光齿11的传递,将91%以上的光转入第一匀光部10和第二匀光部20的光扩散剂上,让灯具发出不同颜色的光,如此发出的光线便无眩目、无光斑、目测观察柔和、艳丽,能够很好的满足利用灯光传递信息的需求。
本申请还提供了一种滑板车,如图3所示,包括车体2和灯具1,灯具1设置在车体2上,其中,灯具为上述实施例中的灯具。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,灯座50具有第一安装孔54,灯壳60具有第二安装孔62,第一安装孔54与第二安装孔62相对设置,以使灯具通过第一安装孔54和第二安装孔62套设在滑板车的把手上。
具体实施时,滑板车通过灯具作为警示灯或外观效果灯;当用作警示灯时可以用于显示滑板车的刹车状态或加速状态。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本申请的灯具包括第一匀光部10、第二匀光部20和灯珠40,第一匀光部10上设置有匀光齿11,灯珠40的出光端与匀光齿11相对设置,以使灯珠40发出的光依次经过匀光齿11、第一匀光部10的主体部分和第二匀光部20的反射后由灯具出光面30射出,该灯具的灯珠40发出的光经过匀光齿11、第一匀光部10和第二匀光部20的多次匀光后,使得灯具出光面30射出的光无眩目、无光斑、目测观察柔和、艳丽,人眼可以直视,解决了光污染严重的问题,能够很好的满足利用灯光传递信息的需求。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    第一匀光部(10),所述第一匀光部(10)为环状结构,所述第一匀光部(10)的内侧面设置有匀光齿(11);
    第二匀光部(20),所述第二匀光部(20)为环状结构,所述第二匀光部(20)环绕所述第一匀光部(10)的外侧设置,所述第二匀光部(20)的外侧面的至少部分为所述灯具的灯具出光面(30);
    灯珠(40),所述灯珠(40)设置在所述第一匀光部(10)的内侧面围成的空间内,所述灯珠(40)的出光端与所述匀光齿(11)相对设置,所述灯珠(40)发出的光经过所述匀光齿(11)、所述第一匀光部(10)的主体部分和所述第二匀光部(20)后由所述灯具出光面(30)射出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯珠(40)具有出光端面,所述出光端面与所述匀光齿(11)相对设置,所述出光端面具有出光中心线,所述出光端面为平面,所述出光中心线与所述出光端面相垂直;其中,所述出光中心线与所述第一匀光部(10)的轴线相垂直,所述出光中心线与所述第二匀光部(20)的轴线相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一匀光部(10)的本体内具有光扩散剂;和/或,所述第二匀光部(20)的本体内具有光扩散剂。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述匀光齿(11)为多个,多个所述匀光齿(11)沿所述第一匀光部(10)的周向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一匀光部(10)沿其轴向方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述匀光齿(11)由所述第一端延伸至所述第二端。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括:
    灯座(50);
    灯壳(60),所述灯壳(60)与所述灯座(50)连接,所述第二匀光部(20)夹设在所述灯座(50)和所述灯壳(60)之间;所述第二匀光部(20)、所述灯壳(60)和所述灯座(50)之间形成容纳空间(70),所述第一匀光部(10)和所述灯珠(40)位于所述容纳空间(70)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯珠(40)为多个;所述灯具还包括:
    支撑部(80),所述支撑部(80)为在环形结构上设置第一缺口(81)的结构件,所述 第一缺口(81)由所述环形结构的内侧面延伸至所述环形结构的外侧面,所述支撑部(80)用于与所述灯座(50)连接;所述第一匀光部(10)绕所述支撑部(80)的周向设置;
    其中,多个所述灯珠(40)均设置在所述支撑部(80)上,多个所述灯珠(40)绕所述支撑部(80)的周向间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯座(50)具有安装凸起(51)和限位凸起(52),所述限位凸起(52)与所述安装凸起(51)之间形成卡设槽(53);所述支撑部(80)绕设在所述安装凸起(51)的外壁上,所述支撑部(80)插设在所述卡设槽(53)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述限位凸起(52)为多个,多个所述限位凸起(52)绕所述安装凸起(51)的周向间隔设置,各个所述限位凸起(52)与所述安装凸起(51)之间均形成所述卡设槽(53)。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯座(50)具有第一安装孔(54),所述灯壳(60)具有第二安装孔(62),所述第一安装孔(54)与所述第二安装孔(62)相连通,所述灯具通过所述第一安装孔(54)和所述第二安装孔(62)套设在车把上;
    其中,所述车把上设置有轴向延伸的限位槽;所述安装凸起(51)具有过孔,所述过孔为所述第一安装孔(54)的部分孔段,所述安装凸起(51)的部分板体朝向所述过孔的轴线内凹以形成第一限位台(55);所述灯壳(60)的第二安装孔(62)的孔壁上设置有第二限位台(63),所述第二限位台(63)与所述第一限位台(55)相适配以共同形成限位部,所述限位部用于设置在所述限位槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一缺口(81)使所述支撑部(80)形成第一自由端和第二自由端,所述灯珠(40)的导电线缆经过所述支撑部(80)后由所述第一自由端和/或所述第二自由端引出;所述第一限位台(55)形成走线通道(511),所述第一缺口(81)与所述走线通道(511)相连通;所述第二限位台(63)上设置有走线口(61),所述走线口(61)与所述走线通道(511)相连通;所述导电线缆经过所述走线通道(511)和所述走线口(61)引出后进入所述限位槽内。
  12. 一种滑板车,包括车体(2)和灯具(1),所述灯具(1)设置在所述车体(2)上,其特征在于,所述灯具为权利要求1至11中任一项所述的灯具。
